It was a nice place, but having to walk outside in the frigid cold to reach your room wasn’t fun. Had problems with the keycards working, and when you’re on the 3rd floor, out in The open and can’t get in the building was frustrating. No linens provided for the pull out sofa, and again had to bundle up to go to the lobby from your room and carry a comforter, linens, and pillow back upstairs while bundled up in a winter coat because of the cold was upsetting. As far as around the property, we arrived at night, and wasn’t interested in surveying the property In The cold.

I liked the configuration of the room with a small living room. Free free problems. It said a week equipped kitchen and I called in advance about that. But, there were just 2 frying pans and one very large pot. Not great for making tea... The tub drained very slowly. TV reception was not very good. Still, overall, I like this place.

Quick check-in, surprisingly spacious room, comfortable bed, and the sofa-bed was comfy too. Plenty of drinks and foods were available at the desk to stock the room. The TVs in the room were showing a bit of age, but they worked fine, and the hotel's wi-fi was pretty quick most of the time. Absolutely would recommend it.

Great place to stay for a few days.
It was great to have a full kitchen with pans and utensils. I was able to cook and make my own food. Was a productive trip and hotel is close to all the places I had to go.

This is a very quiet attractive property where I have stayed twice. The breakfast is excellent. I visited with my sister. The room was advertised with a queen bed and a sofa bed. Bedding for the sofa bed was not provided until requested and there was no way to tuck it in. Also no tea bags in room or in the snack area. Otherwise a good stay.

Reservation said checkin was 3pm. I arrived at 2:45 to be told that the policy was just changes and now checkin is 4pm. They were, however, able to get me a room before 4pm.
Shower head shot water to ceiling and flooded the bathroom floor. Bedroom TV did not work properly. In room coffee machine did not work.

Convenient for a familly of 5, breafast was a hit or miss. They ran out of food a few times before the end of their breakfast schedule. Towels and face clothes were also hard to have at times.

Very nice place to stay at a reasonable price
The Sonesta ES Suites in Westborough, MA, was a very nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean with sliding doors separating the sitting room from the bedroom. My only complaint was that we were unable to get the air conditioning to cool the room below 77 degrees, so we had to open the window in the bedroom for cooler air. I still highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and quiet. Only issue I had was the bedroom tv didn’t work properly. It was stuck on a business channel. Volume or change channel buttons worked. Living room tv was also old and not functioning properly. Other than that, very comfortable stay.

The room and hallway smelled awful! They had to change our room due to a horrible odor in the sink. The new room smelled like fish. The “hotel” has permanent residents who cook smelly food and leave trash in the hall. We would not recommend this location. Find a traditional hotel instead.

Overall this hotel is good. We were disappointed by the service. We booked a one bedroom suite for 3 persons. The room only has one queen size bed in the bedroom. Hotel did not set up the sofa bed for us at all.

Roomy, clean and so comfortable
This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It as clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The receptionist did not tell us our room was in a different bldg. We had to go through different areas which was like a maze. And there was no elevator in the bldgs so we had to carry our luggages on the stairs. The room was fine but the receptionist should be well-trained in giving directions to the rooms. He just gave us a map & had to fend for ourselves. Not at all helpful. Didn’t even tell us the charge for incidentals, I was just surprised my credit card was billed for additional $100.

It was a surprisingly spacious and full-featuted suite, with a full fridge and kitchen area included! The complimentary breakfast was competent but uninspiring (there were bagels, danishes, coffee, cereal and milk, as well as some English Muffin breakfast sandwiches; but no eggs, pancakes, or waffles). The room's curtains were pretty sheer, which would have bothered me except that the area gets agreeably dark at night. Ultimately, I had no trouble sleeping.
All in all, it was a perfectly nice experience and a good value for the money!

Didn't like the separate buildings. Felt less safe. The receptionist said about 2 words when we checked in and clearly would have liked to have been anywhere else. There was no communication at check in regarding breakfast hours. They ended at 8:30am and we missed it.

Booked a 6-night stay here for my honeymoon. When I got there we were given the room keys and told the room was in building 4 and we were given a map, which is odd as I’ve never been given a map for a hotel before. After driving around for a couple minutes we finally found the building and went to the room only to find out the room keys didn’t work. We tried a few more times before the door opened up…by someone else. A nice man told us the hotel was very bizarre and he was given that room after his previous room was dirty when he arrived. He called the front desk to explain what was happening. We went back down to the front desk and the lady at the desk seemed puzzled that there was someone in that room. She calls her manager and we’re told to wait, which ended up being a 20 minute wait. We were told there’s no more rooms and they booked us a room in another hotel 15 minutes away. They were nice enough to cover the cost for the night but it did ruin our plans as we had to find another hotel somewhere else (which are more expensive last minute) and the whole point of booking this hotel was for the suites, which we didn’t get when they sent us to another hotel. The girl at the front desk was nice about the situation explaining the hotel is very understaffed. It would have also been nice for the manager to have come out to speak to us at some point. Overall, based on my experience and what I was told by the man who was in the room we were sent to, I would just avoid this hotel.

Nothing was easy, especially the check in, as there was no substantial correspondence with the booking made on Expedia. The cost of the 4 rooms was higher than the standard of the hotel, with different prices for identical rooms. Then the person who led the check in did not put us at ease, with an attitude of arrogance. In the end, however, we managed to close it in the best way.
The rooms are beautiful, surrounded by greenery and peace.
The breakfast was not easy, because the environment is too small in relation to the housing potential of the hotel. And then the limitation of hours (from 7 to 9 in the morning) creates excessive crowding. Good quality food, but with limited variety and type.
The staff in general is not friendly.

Not the same place since it changed hands. Staff is trying but the simple act of checking in and out was painful.
Oh and there’s nothing better than a cold breakfast sandwich when you’re running out the door. Not even sure it was cooked. At least the coffee was hot.

Unexpected experience with malfunction alarm siren
There was a alarm system malfunction and the siren went off when we arrive about 9:30pm. We were assign to the room where the siren was whaling. outside and inside our room.
We try to get them to move us away from the noise but they claim they're fully book and that's the only place we can have for that night even though they gave us a free upgrade to a suite with 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen to compensate the noise we’re getting. Funny thinking that giving us an upgrade would waive the noise we have to endure.
Going through the room we found that the hand soap next to the sink was used on both bathrooms! The maid who clean and prepared the room for new guests didn't even bother to change new one. Very unsanitary during the pandemic time like this. You would think they would be more careful with the hygiene.

Nice stay, decent room & property!
We were in town for a sports related activity and stayed in a 2 BR suite. The room was small, but offered just enough space for our group. The rooms / TVs could benefit from an upgrade. The sliding doors going to one bedroom was broke and dysfunctional which made it impossible getting in/out of the room. We arrived late in the evening to find out there weren’t any clean sheets/extra pillows/blankets for the pull out couch. We called to inquire and they said it’s not in the room but we had to come down to get everything since no one else was working. Breakfast was included and they offered a small selection of grab/go items , but just enough and helpful to be included. Their dining area was great to use in the evenings for games with more space and to have fun. The outdoor pool was also nice. Staff was helpful and friendly & perking on the property is free. Room was clean, fully stocked with essentials to cook. Small dishwasher too which was helpful. Overall a pleasant stay!

It was spacious clean and looked like a size of an apartment. 1st time i had a hotel with 2 bathrooms in 1 unit. It also looked brand new. I was able to open the sliding door in the 2nd bedroom. It was also neat that it had 2 bedrooms. The kitchen area was a size of an apartment. It had dishwasher, fridge, microwave, utensils, service ware, etc. A nice living room with pull out sofa bed. And 3 tvs.

The property was close to where we had to be. Pool hours need to be extended. I was in a first floor level room and the one bath room had a sewer smell, they tried to fix it, but it was not fixed.

Escaping the heat!
Room was very nice, cool, extremely clean and close to the amazing pool! Excellent grounds with plenty of shade to walk my little dog. Personnel at front desk we’re kind to help me locate my room- I have difficulty walking plus having pet in tow. All in all a pleasant stay.

Property was convenient for a local tournament, but rooms were dated. Daughter would not sleep in the pullout as it was uncomfortable and looked old. Breakfast was very limited and so ate out. Pool was tiny. Staff were friendly.

The staff was very helpful but many things were missing or not working in our room. The ice maker in our fridge just leaked water and made no ice. Every time I went to the lobby to get ice they asked why and I told them the ice maker didn't work. Also, when I went to cook, there was only one large soup pot in the room. That was it. I again went to the front desk and they had to go to several empty rooms to look for cookware and only came back with a very tiny sauce pot. Cooking without the correct pots/pans was very tough and we were at this property for 6 days. I did what I could.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was okay-more of a grab and go due to safety at this time.

Rooms are outdated. Pool was closed. Sign on the front said because they did not have a lifeguard but sign in the pool said no lifeguard swim at your own risk.

Needs revamp.
It seems to be a very old place. The couch in the living room was sinking, not pleasant smell - they only clean the room after the 6th day of your stay - we only stayed 2 nights. There was a thick on one of the bathroom doors, there were insects in the bathroom (spider and something thin and fast moving) and I noticed on the second night that there was either wine or blood stains (drops) in the blanquet. The tv in the second room was not working. Because of time constraints and because I had already paid the room, I did not contact Hotels.com to make a change, but I will not stay here again.
On the plus side, the dishwasher was new .

The room was very comfortable, convenient and clean. There was no remote for the bedroom tv and the clock did not work. The screen on the slider was off the runner. When i called the front desk there was no maintenance available however he came first thing the next morning and fixed the issues.

Not impressed. Many screen doors were falling off the patio doors. The pool was out of service. The house cleaning was not thorough, found trash behind the nightstand and a water bottle sticking out from under the bed. The TV in the living room had a very poor quality picture. The couch in the living room was uncomfortable and ran down hill toward the center of the couch. Obviously a lot of room for improvement.

The property was a disgrace with animal urine and throw up on the walkways. This is NOT a hotel you have to walk up outside stairs to a room with the door leading into your room outside. The furniture is so dated and the smell of animal urine in the room was atrocious.

Couple plus elderly mother-in-law
Our 2 bed 2 bath suite was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and grounds well kept. Breakfast is minimal but more than adequate, coffee could use an upgrade. Location off Hwy 9 was perfect for our family visits between Framingham and Westborough. There are no walkable restaurants, coffee or shopping near the hotel if that matters to you. It is not the fanciest hotel but more than met our needs. We’ve stayed in lots of different hotels and would classify this one as mid range/grade. We would stay there again.

The property is set up weird it’s like a maze to get to your room. They did some upgrades but it was done poorly. The TV’s in their rooms are out dated and small. The pool looked like it had not been kept up. When we checked in they game us a key to a room that was not clean. The hotel is okay but I would not stay there again. I did not see any elevators, it’s all stairs so anyone with disabilities or knee problems would need a ground level floor.

Your first cheap apartment feel. OLD everything
The "hotel" is like an apartment with what seem to be long term stay people. The pool was closed. The TVs and from early 2000's and very low quality. The cleanliness of the room was suspect so i had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. The sofa is was old and uncomforable kind of like the first cheap one you go on your first place when leaving parents. The greengrounds around it are pretty but walkways and gathering areas were not kept up at all.

My family and I were very surprised there isn't an elevator for the exterior buildings, which made getting to our rooms was quiet difficult with luggage (me being a person with knee problems it was horrible. I understand the rippling effect of the pandemic with saying that the rooms are not cleaned daily I GET THAT however to find a Qtip in the closet and tissues under the bed :( WOW! we immediately ran to WalMart for disinfecting liquids, blankets and sheets.The breakfast options I have to commend the overly helpful staff KUDOS!!

The reception staff was not very supportive to help in locating property. The Google maps takes to the Hotel Hampton and when you call reception they are not guiding at all to locate the property.

It was a clean comfortable room. The one drawback is that coming back after dark was tricky, because the buildings all look alike and although the numbers are visible during the day, they are not visible at night. I would suggest either numbers that light up or at least a spotlight on the numbers. And, I was not the only person who thought that, two guests also mentioned it when I was talking to the front desk clerk.

Easy check-in and friendly staff.
Our room was gorgeous! Fantastic set-up; clean; comfortable bed; shower includes the large-sized toiletries.
The kitchen area includes a stove top (not oven,) microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator so you can bring your own food to cook.
Coffee in room is a Keurig and kcups and creamers are included.
My only suggestion would be to maybe bring your own pillow. The beds are super comfortable, but I personally like a more firm pillow. So if you’re like me, bring your own.
This location was wonderful!

Very average hotel. Breakfast is very limited and uninspiring. TVs are the biggest issue. One TV didn’t work at all. Second TV worked but picture quality is very poor and some main channel didn’t work. Raised issues with management but didn’t really get any meaningful response.

“Almost A Home Run”
I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member but tried a Sonesta property for the first time as it was convienient. The room was very well layed out, had everything you’d need, clean and comfortable to a good standard at a good value. At checkout I had asked for a late checkout but was refused and told the “class” of my reservation did not allow for that. In my opinion, a missed opportunity for Sonesta to convert a “class” of client that may be quite difficult to convert. Marriott works hard to satisfy a request like that to a high level. I may stay again but I’ll stay loyal to Marriott.
