Nice Room , Public Entrance Not So Much
The room itself was clean and comfortable. Some wear and tear but that is to inspected. Individual HVAC was noisy. When you enter it doesn't look as good as the rooms. Didn't eat the breakfast so no comment. All in all it was okay because one does not sleep in the lobby.

Whenever I’m in Westford I stay at the Residence Inn. It never fails to deliver a comfortable, clean and pleasant stay. Thor breakfasts are good.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. It was great to have all of the room amenities.
The area has a nice shopping plaza nearby with a great Italian restaurant.
The staff was super friendly and helpful!
I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The area around and the hotel were spotless. There were multiple entry points for guests and this was helpful for me since I had to go out and stretch a lot, trying not to use my cane. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The only thing that I did not enjoy was the noise from the other guests, mostly from the children during breakfast. They were so loud and extremely messy. Parents did nothing!! I felt so bad for the staff cleaning up after them constantly but the staff were so friendly, patient and just cleaned up every time with no fuss or complaining. I made sure to thank them for their hard work. Every staff member was courteous and kind despite the crudeness of these entitled kids and their families.
THANK YOU to all the staff for making our experience wonderful!

Was a pleasant stay, calm and well maintained, no complaints. Would stay there again. We checked in pretty late in the night and the lady at the reception was so welcoming and helpful in making it a no hassle checkin, thank you!

The hotel itself was nice but I changed rooms more than once because of maintenance issues. They have me the same line they did when I stayed last year and that is that they changed hands many times and are now catching up with maintenance. Really after a year you can’t seem to make sure the shower doesn’t leak and that things that are broken are fixed?
The staff was great in helping with the issues and the location and overall hotel is still nice but for the prices I paid, I expect better.

I booked the two bedroom suite. More than enough room for a family; full kitchen, comfortable beds, TV in each room and free breakfast each morning. Staff were friendly and more than willing to assist you. And for the best homemade ice cream around visit Kimball Farm a few miles down the street. Kimball's also has Miniature Golf, Bumper Boats and so much more.

Great polite and helpful staff. Breakfast options quite limited, for example, bacon and pancakes for hot one day, then next day some very bland scrambled eggs added. Most hotels have some additional warm options. Cold options a handful if that of cereals. Rooms clean, large and spacious and well provided with white goods and tvs etc. Ours did have a fishy odour however that didn’t go away at all. Very quiet area, well located for suburbs in that area e.g. Acton, concord. about 35 minutes drive from Merrimack outlets on a day with little traffic. Probably would stay again if had business in the area. Dining breakfast area is pretty small given size of hotel so can imagine at peak times would be very crowded and busy. We were there after fall.

Bacon was good!
Overall great stay. The pool was a bit on the chilly side, but the kids loved it. Workout room was quite good, and quite possibly the best bacon I’ve ever had on a Buffett warmer. I don’t usually expect much from the breakfast buffet, but overall this one was very good.

After three calls to the front desk for internet service I gave up, so I did not have internet for the stay.
There were no cups to get a glass of water to drink.

I really enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn in Westford. One thing i noticed is that the TV in the lobby always went off at 930. People would try to turn the TV back on but it wouldn't come back on. Maybe it was on a timer and they didn't want people staying in the lobby/eating area after 930?
My stay was at the beginning of fall and I was looking forward to the outdoor fireplace to sit by on the cool evenings. I was told it didn't work. They had outside heaters. Really that isn't the same. So that was somewhat of a disappointment.
The breakfast over the weekend was not as good as during the week. It appeared the front desk staff had to man the kitchen. It was obvious that this wasn't their area of expertise.
I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were welcoming and kind. The housekeeping staff were amazing and always attentive. The rooms were clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff are friendly. Some rooms have issues with A/C that they are trying to address. Rooms are spacious. Gym is a bit small. Did not use the pool, but it looked very good and inviting. Laundry is barely adequate for the number of rooms on the floor.

Not the best stay
The people at the front desk were friendly although had to wait for them to get to the front desk. I understand the staffing shortages. The bathroom in our room was very dirty . Someone had used the toilet never flushed and it stunk and it was disgusting. The dishes were dirty in the dishwasher.

Fabulous stay in the Marriott Westford, MA
The Residence Inn in Westford was very comfortable & well maintained. The staff were very friendly & efficient. Appreciate their helpfulness in letting me sent packages there during our stay. The two bedroom suite with full kitchen was fabulous. Only drawback was one of the toilets was stained & looked dirty. But staff were always accommodating when requesting for towels, soap etc. supplies.

Toilet had poop in it when we checked in. Asked for extra pillows and sheets blankets and was told they didn’t have pillows!! And never got sheets either. Seriously a hotel with no extra pillows? I needed the pillows for the pull out couch for the guest who I paid to stay there. Also had the pool open and was told we couldn’t use it til 12 the next day and that’s check out. So I stayed there for the pool and wasn’t allowed to use it. It was aweful. Sad to cause I love the hotel. The studio rooms are great.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the things we needed to do during our stay and was one of the lesser expensive. With that being said, it is a residence hotel, so there are a lot of people that 'live' there versus travelers. It is also pet friendly. We don't mind that, but there were a couple dogs that were quite noisy while we were there, and one of the reasons we were there was for a little peace and quiet. So that was a strike out. They weren't horrible. Just know that you are likely to encounter pets and your stay won't be the most peaceful if that's what you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. Beds comfy!

It was a nice stay one bathroom the toilet wasn’t cleaned and the kitchen sink smelled so bad when we used it, the nighttime desk person was rude and we didn’t know the pool wasn’t available it should be stated when you book! The hallways and elevator were always clean and daytime staff were very kind! Overall nice place to stay

Hotel was nice and clean. We had 2 suites and they were spacious and beds were comfortable. We didn’t know pool was closed (5 disappointed kids) and our fireplace didn’t work. Someone called a noise complaint on us at 7:45pm.

The room.
Accidentally booked a handicap studio. Overall the room was great! Tv with showtime movies and shows. Free WiFi. And excellent service! However the bathroom was a bit on the downside and a bit off putting. Other than that it was a nice And enjoyable stay!

The rooms were really neat and clean. I had no worries about staying here even though it’s during COVID-19. The only minimal complaint I have is their breakfast. I know it’s not normally how it is, since it’s COVID-19. So I guess it’s not really a complaint. But I kind a wish they had a better way for continental breakfast during this time

Front desk at check in had the most lovely woman. I have since forgotten her name. Second time I have met her, and she is upbeat, helpful, and very friendly to all incoming guests.
The suite was perfect.
We were looking forward to the breakfast. Paper plates and plasticware not so great. The young lad didn't seem to know what he may be looking for, or how he may best help.
All in all, a very good experience, and we'll be back.

Easy free parking. For me, location is good because it is close to where I grew up. May not be the best if you are interested in touring Boston etc.
For some reason, the water in the toilet bowl was brown. Kind of disgusting. Other than that, I thought the staff did a good job of cleaning the place.
I think this will be my go to place whenever I visit home. Clean, easy to park, convenient, friendly staff

We booked it for the pool and hot tub but there was no hot tub. It could be due to the construction. The staff was great with accommodations to a room we booked. They did not have that one but gave us an upgrade, which the kids loved more.

Very disappointed in pool, there was a girls birthday party going on and no adults were supervising. Young girls unpleasant rude and we were not comfortable bring there as well. Girls group had over 10 kids in it. Morning breakfast was very disappointing, at 9:00 am food was cold and gone with not much left to chose from staff wasn’t overly pleasant when asked for more. Seemed like they weren’t prepared for such a breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, and location was great. The property is in need of renovation, and the sleeper sofa was so bad that we had to put the mattress on the kitchen floor. Food smells were a bit overwhelming. Was assured they were slated for a renovation, and recommended we try again next time we are in town.

Nice hotel but needs to be updated. We stayed in room 311 which was okay but curtains in front of window unit need to be open to let the A/C air flow. Privacy concerns!

While the property looked fine from the outside, the rooms were very small and horribly dirty. Lots of stains on the carpet and bare floors were so bad that I had to keep washing my feet. The bed was fine, but the couch in the living room area was disgusting. The kitchen cabinets were in rough shape as well.
The personnel at check in were wonderful; treated like a queen. And all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Likewise, at checkout, the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. She did tell me that the facility was to undergo a renovation in the fall...it certainly needs it.

The hotel staff is amazing, couldn't have had more pleasant interaction. The breakfast staff was so kind to our grandson, gave him a book and a toy. Breakfast was also fantastic. The worst part was that the bed was like a marshmallow...terrible sleeping! There were also some hairs in the shower and an empty bag left in the closet.

Overnight stay:
We only stayed one night but the Residence Inn was clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff was excellent, very personable and professional, and the breakfast was good. The food area was very clean and neat. Even though it was one night, it was nice to have the studio room where you had a separate dining and living area from your sleeping area.

I was very disappointed about this hotel. When we arrived there was no linens for the sleeper sofa, so I went back to the front desk. I now wish I had just slept on it as a couch. The old, thin mattress caused me to feel the metal support bars, and my back hurt the next morning. I woke during the night; thinking the heating system had failed; but it was a draft from the locked area in the room. My wife and son slept badly due to the noise of the heating system. The real surprise was seeing the wallpaper off the wall in the hallway (about 2 foot by 6 foot area near the floor) as we went to breakfast. I believe it was from a water leak and it had not been repaired. We talked to the front desk, but they said most of the rooms would be in the same condition. We checked out and went to another hotel for our 2nd night in the area. I read the reviews and with the Marriot name, I thought it would be a good trip; but I was wrong. After this experience, we will now ask to see the room BEFORE we check in at any hotel. It may not be indicative of the other rooms at this establishment, but this was our experience. The best part was the people. They tried their best, but they can not remedy things out of their control.

Awesome except pool cold, no hot tub.
All was great except pool was WAY TOO COLD and there was no hot tub. Two bedroom two bath with intervening sofa bed area was terrific. Great full kitchen, too.

Ok stay!
Stay was good. The room was large and overall comfortable however it had a moldy / musty smell that they tried to cover up with air freshener. Our room came with a handicap bathroom that was pretty much like a locker room, a very wet locker room once showered. This was room 106. The breakfast was really good though and free so no complaints there. I would stay here again but would definitely request another room.
