Comfortable but cleanliness could have improved
The kitchen was really sticky. Counters had a lot of crumbs. Sticky furniture.
Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the free breakfast.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The only thing was the stairs are slippery when it is raining so we had to use the elevator in the main building. I would stay here again next time I am in the area.

Property was in need of repair, Musty smell in unit. There was a stain on comforter asked the cleaning lady to change she never did. Breakfast was burnt and lady in charge of breakfast area was rude, not pleasant at all

The washers dont work correctly the dryers dont heat up so we had to travel with wet clothes, the dishes i used that I left in the sink were only rinsed and put away and still had food on them. Ceilings are falling apart.

I have have stayed in some great Marriott properties and this property has potential, but is definitely lacking when compared to others. The amenities are there. But needs a lot of help on pretty cleanliness.

Surface level clean at best (and not even that with high touch areas and dust) with inconsistent housekeeping, crazy pool rules, and definitely showing it's age but proximity to everything, plenty of room, and very nice staff.

We had a very long journey of about 12 hrs and seeing the room took away half of the fatigue. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable especially after such a long journey. Me and my husband had a wonderful experience. Thanks..

When we arrived, we were told the pool would be closed for an extended time. We specifically asked when booking if they had a pool. Not all staff were pleasant, very short and quick with answers to questions. I would not recommend this hotel.

Update and exterminator needed
There was ants crawling on the plates in the room. The toilet in the room shook and made a loud noise when it flushed. The paint was old. The carpet smelled old mildewy. It was also sticky.

The suite initially seemed nice enough and location was great; however, it had a disgusting smell once the cleaner smell wore off. One toilet didn't flush and the bathroom door either would not shut or when it did, was very difficult to get back out. I almost got stuck in there. The pool and hot tub advertised were outside and gated and locked with a closed for the season sign. The outside of the hot tub looked almost rusty, and even if it were open, there was no way I would have ever gone in it. The bed was comfy and place was clean although it could definitely use some renovations.

From the moment we checked in we knew this was a mistake. Front desk people were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Pool was not open nor was the hot tub. The exterior walls of building were rundown and dirty paint was peeling. Carpet was dirty and smelled.

My family was visiting for my 5 year olds birthday which included my 1 year old as well and 4 adults. I am completely disgusted by the stay. The elevator was in terrible condition and was making frightening noises and shaking as my family went up to our room on the third floor of building 8. When we got to the room, it looked NOTHING like the pictures from booking. The carpets were dirty and stained. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms. The dresser in one of the rooms we could not even use. It had no handles. The closet door, there was none. It was taken off the track. The floor of the regular shower felt like you were going to fall through. And my biggest concern, the door to the unit had a 1/4 of an inch gap when closed that something could easily be shoved through. It was completely unacceptable. I am traveling with my kids and the fact that someone could see through the crack in the door if they wanted to is terrifying. Then at around 730, we got a call from the front desk saying that the people below us wanted us to stop walking around and taking because they were trying to put their two year old to bed. On a Saturday, when I paid over 300$ for a falling down mess I am being told my kids cannot play?! We also chose this hotel specifically for the pool as it was a wish of my 5 year olds for his birthday. When we arrived we were told the pool was unavailable and there was no way to let clients know online. The lady at check out couldn’t be bothered.

Unsatisfactory: Property was very rundown. Not Marriott quality. It was very noisy. Thin walks. Could hear everything above me and beside me. I felt like the property was being used to house Section 8 (government subsidized housing).
The couch was very uncomfortable, even just to sit on for tv viewing.
Satisfactory: Staff were very pleasant & responsive. Property was very convenient to major highways (485 & 93). There were several restaurants very clise by (Longhorn Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel and The 99). There was a gas station right before the entrance. Bed was comfortable. Full size refrigerator, microwave.
Laundry facility on site. Complimentary quick breakfast items with coffee every morning.

Stayed here for the weekend to attend his graduation ceremony at SNHU. Location was a great half way point between there and Boston. Everyone that worked there was friendly and went out of their way to assist. Breakfast was great with a huge variety of items to choose from. Loved the “apartment” style of the rooms. Great value and would stay there again in a heartbeat. My son and his friends stayed there for his graduation, as well, and were very satisfied the location and their suite.

Clean hotel and friendly staff
The staff at this hotel were very friendly. The front desk staff remembered my name specifically and addressed me by name to my surprise. The condition of my room was clean, but showing signs of aging. The window screen was torn and rust around windows. Carpet and furniture outdated and aging. I would consider staying at this hotel again.

Everything about this hotel is ok/fine. The layout means the private patios mainly overlook blank walls and the stairs are noisy. The room was clean enough, but dusty corners and cobwebs and chipped paint kept it from feeling very well cared for. You get what you pay for with the free breakfast- satisfactory, but nothing special. Convenient location and friendly staff. Nothing to really complain or rave about.

The room size was good. But there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The hotel is old. A lot of things need to be updated. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was good and basketball area wasn’t bad.

This property is above average. The breakfast is average. I did not like the Internet wifi performance, it is really slow on weekends because it cannot handle too many users. It definitively will make me think twice about returning because I do a lot of work on wifi, I need fast performance. If the wifi situation improves, it will be definitively a desired property.

Toilets are way too low. They look as if they were made for very small children. Ridiculous for any adult but especially difficult for those with sore knees. Loved the place overall but would never stay here again because of the toilets.

Great stay!
This hotel was perfect for a family weekend. We had a two bedroom suite which was perfect. Our daughter is a student at Merrimack College which was only a 10 minute drive away. There were plenty of restaurants very close-by. Cracker Barrell was perfect for breakfast!
The beds were comfortable but the pull-out couch was not. The living room and kitchenette area was spacious.

Lots of variety for breakfast as a vegetarian it was great ( oatmilk, oats, cereal, fresh fruits, yogourt). The staff was really nice and I would definitely come back again. We are starting to travel back again and a suite is great to ease in with option to take out food if restaurants are too crowded for our comfort.

Location was nice. Once you get inside it gets worse. Apartment had semen on the chairs. Bathroom outdated and was made for children. I called maintenance about the semen issue the only rubbed it in with the rug towel took that left the sink filled with the semen water then put pillows to mask the spot. Still had semen gross will never return horrible horrible place

No heat in New England Frigid Temperatures
Hotel room was freezing. The heat never kicked on. We woke up in the morning and it was 52 degrees in our room. I spoke with the front desk and they only offered a half ass apology and said that “sometimes the units freeze because they are located outside the room”. Soooo if it’s 10 degrees outside and a guest calls to say they are on the way, you can check to ensure the room is heated properly. Not really even given an apology just “I’ll make sure maintenance takes a look at it.” What a waste of one of my rewards nights. So disappointing.

We had a king bed suite. The bed was soft yet not so soft you woke up in pain. We stayed in a really nice hotel in Boston with brick beds and their room was not nearly as nice as resident suites. We had two TVs and a separate living & sleeping space. Great for exec’s or long term stays. It’s a shame we only slept there for 8 hours and left as it felt more like home! Only issue which was very slight was hearing the interstate noise in our room. Most rooms won’t hear this though.

Pros and Cons
The setup of the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite was perfect for 4 of us. The location of the hotel was also perfect with Cracker Barrel next door and shopping closeby. Although the beds were comfortable, the couch was very uncomfortable. The chairs at the counter were frayed and ripped. The bathtub was not thoroughly cleaned, with stains along the edge and on the floor of the tub. The room needs a lot of updating.

Our stay was disappointing!! First, the room smelled of smoke. I tried to air it out, but the screen on the slider was broken, so bugs kept flying in. They did offer to move us, but the room should never have smelled in the first place. The washing machines were moldy and broken. When I told the staff, he could not have cared less. I’m sure the stock response will be that the appropriate staff will be made aware, but they simply don’t care.

There were many homeless families living in the facility. The actual rooms were nice but car alarms went off all night, people smoking everywhere, one women had men in and out of her room all night.

Such a beautifully well kept hotel! I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and I absolutely loved it! It was beautiful and walking outside immediately you saw the pool and jacuzzi which I enjoyed! Would absolutely stay here again.
