Well I had booked a 1 room suite with two beds so we could all stay together when we get there we r told we have separate rooms because overbooked. Then we go into our room the mattress for pull out sofa has a huge stain, the room my niece stayed at the floor had a big pink stain. When I told the front desk it’s like it wasn’t a big deal. Aside from that I liked the location of the hotel but disappointed with how things were handled

Friendly staff, outdated scummy room
I like to start with the positive. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly, from the front desk clerk to housekeeping staff to maintenance. Also, the coffee in the morning was good.
Our hotel room (210) was not in the condition that
It wasn't dirty to the fault of housekeeping (like unvacuumed or wiped down), but the words that come to mind are scummy and outdated. There were stains on the rug, a big stain on the couch, and stains on the bed skirt. The fridge was also full of dents.
We've stayed at The Residence Inn Mariott in Tewksbury numerous times and we've always been happy there. Since they were booked this weekend, we figured we'd try Andover. Our daughter attends Merrimack College, so we are in the area visiting a few times a year. I will not come back to this hotel unless there are updates and deep cleaning made to the rooms. Or maybe we just happened to get a "scummy" room, but others are better?

Tv wasn’t working when I got in late at night. I was still on west coast time and wanted to relax and enjoy a little TV before I went to bed. When I called the front desk, they couldn’t help. I called in the morning and she said there was a power outage days earlier and they were waiting for some to come reboot. I ended up finding a cord unplugged and got it going!!

I arrived with confirmed reservations that I made over a month ago. I was told that there was NOT a room for me. I was transferred to another hotel, further away from the training site where I was taking 10 hour classes. I booked this hotel over many others for its supposed cleanliness, room decor, breakfasts and other amenities.
It's one thing to walk in on a chance to get a room and be denied, quite another to arrive with confirmed paid reservations and find you don't have a room. Supposedly the transfer was "free of charge" and that "I will get a refund on my charge card." We'll see as it hasn't posted yet!

We were asked at check-in if we wanted no house keeping or every 2 days. We selected every 2 days but no one ever showed up and we were way too busy to deal with it. Breakfast is VERY average but dependable. Seemed to be a lot of trash on the edges of the parking lot and a car full of "stuff" that had been recently rear-ended that never moved. Abandoned? Rather weird.
Staff was cordial but not overly friendly Probably will pass on this place on our next trip..

The room was good, the breakfast was very good. Just one thing wasn’t good was we didn’t have shampoo in the bathroom and to get one was more than an hour that I had to leave the hotel for a meeting without washing my my hair….☹️

Woke up at 3:30 in the morning with bites all over my ankles. Couldn't sleep.
Staff was friendly and accomodating but my stay was ruined. Had to stop at the drugstore before I left town to spray the bites.

To begin, the air conditioning in our 2 bedroom suite was inadequate. The living room area was cooled by air coming from the window air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms. Ok when doors were open in both bedrooms but area was warm when doors closed.
TVs were on in both bedrooms but no picture and the remotes did nothing. It took very long before repair man arrived on second day of stay. After repair man visit I discovered that in order to make TV work properly I had to manually turn TVs on before remote could control channels. Remotes did not turn bedroom TVs on.
Needed extra towels and was disappointed by response from staff.
I had to specify the number of people staying in our room but there were only 3 bowls for 5 people. Had only 4 towels for 5. We didn’t eat in much but I would expect the kitchen should have had 5 of everything including and extra chair for the dining table.

Not happy with this Marriott!
This is the second time this hotel has cancelled the reservation. Not sure what is going on with this property in particular. We love Marriotts, but we will not be reserving here any more.

The website has the wrong address and the number is too long so it is uncallable. It is impossible to find.
My room was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. I must have had a major a/c or fan under my window. I was unable to control my temperature, it was so loud and cold that i had to just turn mine off. It was still really loud.
The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and sink, the rugs were stained.
No one came in my room to clean during the day.
There was no place to put my suitcase except the coffee table.
Most tables had not been wiped, there was sticky stuff on one of them.
I was not impressed at all

Quiet and confotable
Very quiet, nice area and pool. Was able to sit outside around the pool. Only bad side beak fast is terrible. No yogourt, no bread, no fruit just bas quality eggs, bacon and bagel with no cheese. Natural food was not on the menu!!

Horrible experience
They ‘couldn’t find our reservation’ despite our confirmation number and confirming the reservation with the hotel directly 5 days earlier. There were other people in the lobby with the same issue.
Eventually we left for a two rooms nearby (we had a two bedroom suite originally) that cost twice as much and hotels.com only reimbursed us for one room in exchange.
STILL haven’t gotten the refund for the original hotel (that we never stayed at) OR the one room that was rebooked.

Nice office park, clean, felt safe
We stayed here for a softball tournament. The office park where the hotel is situated is beautiful. The hotel itself is fine. We were in a first floor room which was dark as it had one window that was blocked by another building. The room had a window air conditioner, which is odd, but it worked great and the white noise it provided was nice for sleeping. I forgot to bring toothpaste. I called the front desk, or service for the front desk, and was told there is no toothpaste. We had a super early checkout, so I was unable to have the breakfast.

Fine for short stays
A perfectly reasonable choice for a stay on business travel...just off Rte93, easy access to local towns and businesses by car...but there are few food or entertainment choices in neighborhhood - it's in an industrial park. Place is clean, quiet and safe.

The room and hotel were well kept and clean. Having a small area to sit and a kitchenette was helpful. The only issues i had were the sheets were very scratchy, they didnt provide housekeeping so we didnt get clean towels or have our garbage removed on day 2 and the refrigerator smelled. The staff were very friendly and the parking was easy.

We were staying for our daughter’s college graduation. We have stayed at this location in the past, and it is convenient. The hotel is nice, but it is showing a little bit of age. The mattress, while comfortable when sitting did seem to have a bit of sag while sleeping. Overall, very good.

Don't bring pets or expect to sleep
Surprise! They charged me a $100 pet fee for a one night stay with my tiny dog. Their pet fee is a RIP OFF they they surprise you with when you arrive and just want to settle in. It nearly doubled the price of my stay.
In the room there were plenty of noises to keep us up at night. Some loud noise would erupt from the utility closet in the room every 90 seconds or so and put out 30 seconds of loud grinding sounds. And the floors are so flimsy we could hear the guests above us tromping around after we went to bed and again before we got up.
Finally the heating/AC was SLOOOOOOWWWW. We were boiling in bed, as it took most of the night to get the room from ~70 degrees down to 66.

The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a full size fridge, very large microwave, a dishwasher and stove top. I felt very safe in the area.
My only complaints are the walls are thin so my first night was loud. Could hear people in next room and above me all night. I had a dog barking for hours right behind my bed wall. The first morning I had zero hot water for my shower but the next two days it was very hot and I never ran out.

It was a great room especially handicap accessibility was great. It would have been nice if the parking lot was a little more closer to the rooms. Would have also been nice if all the doors in the main entrance of the buildings were automatic and not just the front lobby door (was hard manipulating doors with the wheel chair)

Inconsiderate front desk staff
The day (December 12, 2022) of my check out I went downstairs to grab the hospitality cart. Once I returned to my room on the 3rd floor near the stairs my key card would not open my door. I called the hotel & spoke to a female, I told her the issue I was having & she said I had to go back downstairs. I asked her if anyone from housekeeping would be able to let me in & she said no. That was an huge inconvenience for me.

THE POSITIVE: I stayed here several times and have enjoyed my stay, which is why I keep coming back when I am in town. The staff members are wonderful. The bed and pullout bed were very comfortable and the bed linens were clean and fresh.
THE NEGATIVE: I was surprised and disappointed by a few things, namely: no toilet paper in bathroom (although the receptionist brought some to our room as soon as I called); no soap or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers; an overpowering 'perfumey' stench upon entering the room (perhaps a deoderizing/disinfectant spray?); and other things like a broken artificial nail on the carpet, little hair/dust balls, mold in the bathroom. Will consider staying at another hotel when I next visit the area.

The odor of unclean habitation overtook the hallways and inside the residence. Sleeping on the sheets was a disaster at best due to the permeation of smoke and human filth.
I was disappointed to say the least and feel robbed.

So-so stay
We stayed for 4 nights, mainly because of its location, breakfast and the pool. Overall, our 2 bedroom suite accommodated the 4 of us but the rugs looked old and stained. Had to ask for a shower chair, which I was told at check in was already placed in the room. 1 TV remote was missing and one needed batteries. We waited 2 days for the 2remotes, after telling front desk twice.
On the plus side, beds were comfortable (not the pillows), the breakfast had ample offerings, and we enjoyed the pool.

We were on a extended vacation for three nights there. We had no hot water for Sunday and Monday. They couldn’t offer us another room to use the shower before we left on Monday for a 12 hour travel day. Breakfast was the same for the three days so we did it eat there on the Monday. Pool opens to late in the morning and closes to early at night. 10 am to 9 pm doesn’t allow for people travelling and sight seeing any time to relax in the evening.

We had stayed at this property a couple of years ago and had a good experience so we booked again. Not so this time. First, upon check-in I was given the wrong room number, had to return to the front desk when my key did not work. They ran out of face cloths so we had to make do with the last three available for our family of four. The room was in need of a deep cleaning, the carpet, lamp, and curtains in the living room were very obviously stained/dirty. The carpet was damp in places and left our feet and socks filthy. Linens had hairs all through them. The hallway was lined with garbage throughout the day and night as we were told to leave our trash out for pickup since housekeeping was by request only. The side door was left open 24/7 with a zip-tie to keep it from locking, creating a security issue for guests. Saw guests grabbing food with their bare hands at breakfast. Housekeeping (or so I assume) showed up at 9am on the day of checkout tapped lightly on the door and entered the room without announcing who they were. The location was great and surprisingly the internet worked well without any bandwidth issues. Due to the lack of cleanliness, we will not be staying again. We have stayed at other Marriotts and this one just doesn’t measure up to the brand.

The staff was amazing and the breakfast staff was also great and I do realize that they are hurting for help just like everywhere but the sofa bed is horribly uncomfortable, my son ended up sleeping on the floor because that was better than the bed. The breakfast had no milk, they told me they ran out which is strange because it’s just milk! However the oatmeal and the waffles were good and the fruit was fresh. Rooms were clean as was the establishment however one of the reasons we picked this place was the hot tub and it didn’t work and they didn’t have it posted that it was broken. Also the amount of smoking around the pool was concerning. If the establishment is smoke-free shouldn’t the pool area be smoke-free? But otherwise definitely fit our purpose and was much more comfortable than a regular hotel room for a family.

A Bugs Life.
I was meant to stay for too nights. I checked out after one. Although the staff where awesome, the hotel is extremely out dated, wall paper coming away from the wall. Smeel of damp and musk in the room. There where ants in my bed, toilet seat and bathroom floor. I could't see them on the carpet as it was extremely dark. Also the room lighting is terrible. Staff excellent and don't be fooled by the pool area on the photos. There was no access to it and untidy from what I could see. Food was mediocre, biscuits stale. For over $200 a night there is no way it is worth it, Needless to say I will not be back. But the staff excellent and friendly. the manager was so apologetic. The surrounding area, well kept but not many amenities around.

BEWARE Marriott will NOT help you if you're not a Bonvoy member!! The toilet didn't work and Marriott did nothing! This had to be one of the worst "customer service" cases I've dealt with. I had a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights for which I paid $525. The toilet in one of the suites didn't work. The hotel was full so we couldn't change rooms. We were accommodating to the situation with the hotel (shouldn't it be the other way around?) and were assured the matter would be addressed when we checked out. At check out, the manager said it was all taken care of - I asked what compensation we were given and he said he took $20 off the bill. $20! Are you kidding me? Long, long, long story short... Corporate headquarters said they could only give me points - I rarely travel and I'm not a Bonvoy member, so they do me no good, when I insisted that wasn't satisfactory, the SUPERVISOR, Sue, hung up on me. I will never recommend staying at Marriott and their "customer service" is non-existent.

This is the first residence inn that I been to that was not beautiful, was out dated, the beds weren't comfy and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Will not waste my money going back there when I been to better hotels around the area.

Ok but some issues.
The reception people were very friendly. The room was clean but the hallway smelled of smoke, both of pot and cigarettes. Also whomever was above us was constantly walking or moving around. Quite noisy. We did not complain but maybe should have.

Carpet in the room was not clean, there was a spill down one the side of one of the nightstands, and there was condensation tracks down the bathroom door. We reported this but was told it could not be attended to until the following day. One of the two elevators was out of service for our two day stay. Finally, the expiration date on the sriracha sauce was dated for 2019. We cut our stay by one day due to this. Because if that is out of date what about the other breakfast food.

The staff was kind and supportive but that is not always what brings you to a hotel. The beds we had were very old and lacked support. The rooms were musty and dank. We had to open the windows in order to remove some of that stale air. Disappointed especially for the price point.

Reserved and paid for a one bedroom suite and was put into a studio suite. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, I was told that I was in an Executive suite. This was not the case. I looked at the rooms on the website and I was definitely in a studio suite. I overpaid for a one night stay and will not stay here or book through Expedia again.

I liked that it was off the beaten path. I think the room we stayed in, room 206, needs to be updated. The rugs were stained and the bedroom doors didn't latch or lock.

We stayed at a one bedroom suite, which has nice layout, with sufficient amenities. The hotel is located in a nice setting: a well-landscaped office park with pleasant walking paths. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The place is clean. Business center is closed. The room is quiet (occupancy is relatively low.) Breakfast was good with ample choices. There are stores and restaurants nearby. Overall happy to stay there.

Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. After a very long drive and day. I just wanted peace but it was loud and our room was placed right beside the basketball court. Room 103. I was way too tired to change rooms as we were there for only one night we made do. Needless to say we won’t be using this hotel again.

This is probably one of the worst properties I have stayed in for a while. There are no towels in the room! There are terrible odors from the moment you step out of the car until entering the room. The hallways and carpets feel dirty. Parking is on the sides but side doors don’t open or work so you have to around the property to front to enter them walk all the way back to your room. Very disappointed to see this at a Marriott brand hotel.

We booked a suite, it was suppose to be 2 queen size beds in one room and a single in the other. This site does not offer that so just be careful as orbitz falsely advertises that.
The hotel smells like weed as soon as you leave the front desk area. Smoking right at the doors that you have to walk by to get in to the next area. Halls smell of it.
However, with that being said, staff at check in was very accommodating and very nice. Very very good people skills. Hotel was clean for the most part. Room besides false advertisement and having to figure out sleeping arrangements it was good.

I was surprised that the buildings weren't in top notch condition. The room had a kinda worn look. That said, the room was very comfortable, and staff very friendly.
