We only stayed one night but this is the second time we’ve stayed here due to proximity to family. We had a suite and it was massive . That would be great if you were coming with family or had several rooms and wanted to make yours the hospitality room.
It was difficult to get extra towels. 3 towels for two people doesn’t work…. especially when your female and have long hair.
This stay was the second time we attempted breakfast at the hotel …. once again not a good experience. we sat with out being acknowledged for 10 minutes. wait staff helped 2 other people that sat down acts. I didn’t want to be rude and it was obvious they were overwhelmed. so we left and went to Metro Dinner.
Hotels a convenient location , rooms are good and beds are comfy so don’t get me wrong …. it’s good. Just a few small things.

The staff was great and the place was clean.
The location was good .
The room was good but the bathroom was in need of some repairs. When we stepped into the bathroom the tiles came loose and the toilet handle stayed down and kept flushing so you had to lift it . The shower leaks onto the floor probably why the tiles were loose.
We had breakfast only 1 day and it wasn't that good.
We stayed 5 days 2 people on vacation during Christmas time.

Newly renovated. Loved the layout of the suite; however, lighting for the mirror above the desk was not existent. Lighting in the area of the coffee pot was non-existent. Otherwise nicely done.

Ongoing construction at hotel
Construction is going on in the lobby and throughout the hotel. Our car was blocked in the parking lot by heavy machinery. It would have been appropriate for the hotel to ask me to move my car, but no one said anything. We were one minute away from being blocked in for quite awhile.

They were doing construction in lobby and although I think that should mean more customer service help should be on staff, the staff that were there handled fussy/rude customers with professionalism. When I had an unrelated issue, they handled it well and the manager even reached out to me after I’d left. And I was pleasantly surprised that (unlike many hotels) I couldn’t hear noisy neighbors - they were very noisy but once in my room, I couldn’t hear them. Will stay again.

This was not my first time at this location. Last time I was here, I checked in late, and the front desk person was sitting on the couch in the lobby watching TV and was almost annoyed that I disturbed him at that hour. Next time I got there, I checked in late and the woman who checked me in gave me a late checkout for 12:30 pm; however, she didn't put it in the computer. The next morning when I returned back to my hotel after visiting my mom in memory care, my belongings were in the hallway in trash bags. The front desk manager was extremely rude and said they thought I check out; however, they had no record of me checking out. Instead of calling me and asking me if I was checking out (because all of my belongings were still there) they just threw everything away including my Invisalign retainers. In addition to all of that, my cat was in the room and they left the door wide open. They told me they didn't know the cat was in there, but they bagged up the litter box and food???? After freaking out, I went to the desk and they tried to say it was my fault because they didn't have any record of a late checkout, but they didn't even contact me to find out. What's the point of being a VALUED HILTONS MEMBER?? They gave me points on my Hilton account, but the feeling of having someone going through your belongings was so violating, the points don't even make up for the feeling. Beware of what the front desk help tell you. Double check everything.

Disappointing Stay
when we approached the hotel, there was a sign to enter at side entrance due to construction. If we would have known that we would not have selected this hotel. After entering there was no one to greet us for at least ten minutes, The housekeeper had walked the hall and noticed we were waited, must have gone to the back to let someone know and a rep came out to check us in. The pool was under construction, so no fresh air sitting around the pool with other family members who flew in from New York and selected the same hotel. No place to hang clothes as there were no racks up. The hallway had a musty stench. There is no way this hotel should have cost over 200 a night. We only lodged for one night as we traveled for my aunts funeral. In the future the hotel should advise that the hotel is under construction. Upon checkout I asked the front desk clerk for a discount so that we could come back and enjoy the hotel with the new renovations, she had an attitude and told me to contact the general manager Dan on Monday. My husband is a Hilton Honors Member and this is the first time we were disappointed with a stay.

Active Construction Zone
Unfortunately our stay was marred by the fact that the hotel was an active construction zone - jack hammering and dust in the lobby, the pool was emptied and the hotel bar was closed.
Given that we had stayed at the hotel to have a pool-vacation day, the trip was obviously off to bad start since the hotel was in such shambles.
It is also not walking distance to the beach, restaurants, or anywhere else - I honestly think you can do better than this hotel.

The property was great and I know they are renovating the property so some things are acceptable. I stay there when we come up to see our Mom and we have had a great stay each time. Amanda was not very receptive to us and it felt a bit awkward. However, I spoke to Jay and he was so wonderful, I forgot about the bad experience. Jill is also amazing.

Overall the property was clean and up to guest standard. They had minor construction going on but not after hours. The only complaint was that our toilet wasn’t working when we got to the room but they came up to fix the problem.

I’m a happy camper
Had my wedding here at the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The room was nice and spacious. Enough space so a bride could get ready. I have absolutely no complaints.

I was assigned a very nice room and really appreciated the attention I received at the front desk, but later that night I saw many roaches crawling around. For a room which cost is in excess of $200 per night I think preventive measures should take to prevent such an unhealthy occurrence.

The outdoor patio area. Where you can supposedly eat & enjoy a beverages had such a strong smell of dog excrement it was just gross! Not healthy to smell!!!!!

Hope for good water pressure!
Very very disappointed in the extremely poor water pressure for the shower. Someone left food tray in elevator area over 24 hrs. Breakfast costs extra so might as well eat somewhere else.
The room was clean and comfortable after running AC unit for a while. Not sure I would stay again. Good luck if you do, hopefully a room with much better water pressure.

This hotel was fine but a little pricey for what you get. Included breakfast would have been nice. I’ve stayed at other properties in the areas that were just as nice for $40 a night less. I would look around a bit more.

I generally have good stays with Hilton Garden in. Overall, this one was below average.
Sink drain is as broken. Coffee machine didn’t work. AC ran but was very loud and didn’t produce cold enough air.
I reported these to staff upon checkout, and they seemed to take it seriously, so it may be a fluke.

Wasn't pleased with the stay.
Could not get the room cool enough for our liking so had a little discomfort trying to sleep. That was the only time we was in the room was to sleep. The water pressure for the shower was very low so showering was not pleasant. There was hair on the floor behind the toilet.

The hotel is attractive and the room was very clean. Parking was very easy and I was able to park right near the front entrance. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working well in the room and it was do uncomfortable that I was unable to sleep through the night.
However, Robert, the front desk manager was very nice and gave me a fan that helped s little.

I had a family of cockroaches that lived in the drawer by the fridge and coffee maker ...I had asthma issue. After i checked the AC air filter I knew why! I took pictures ! Unbelievable the amout of dust and cobwebs and black stuff growing on vents. I got price gouged for those 2 nights!!! For the worst room Ive ever stayed in...Sooooo awful and disgusting. Pet charge was not clearly stated as other properties and caused issue w my bank.
Manager was not helpful at all. Would never recommend or stay here again. Could have stayed on the beach at another property for this price!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!
The air conditioner did not work at all. They told us we could not put the AC lower than 70. We are in Florida and the temps outside we’re in the high 80s. The room was so unbearably hot!! They had to bring us two fans because it was so hot in the room. They switched our room and the the AC did not work in that room either. One manager told us that the AC unit was old and kept freezing up. The beds are very hard and the pillows are very thin. I used three pillows and my head still hit the mattress. The shower head is week and did not stay in place. It took a few minutes to get hot water. Some of the staff was very friendly, but some were so rude. I wanted to leave to go to another hotel after the first night. But they said I can leave but I won’t get my money back. I paid $850 for 5 nights. So I would lose my money. I would never go back to this hotel!! I’m going to make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid this hotel!!

We love the property very much. It is located off the 95 which made it easy to go places within 30 miles away. The property is clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the king size junior suite a lot. The breakfasts, whether the continental or a la carte, are worth its prices. We highly recomend this hotel.

Typical Palm Coast Mediocrity
Mediocre hotel. Linens were drab and old. The man checking me in was so bored with repeating the spiel he couldn’t be bothered to even look at me, and it was in one long monotone.

It was unusually cold in Florida and my only complaint is that the hot tub was not hot. We mentioned it several times, and they said they would turn the heater on, but a couple hours later it was always still barely warm. We chose this hotel for the hot tub. Every single staff person we came across was absolutely amazing.
