We could hear the neighbors talking after 11:00 while we were trying to sleep. There wasn't much for breakfast if you didn't want a waffle or a bowl of fruit loops. The shower was nice and hot and the bed was comfortable.

Over priced.
The office staff was friendly and polite. The room was not very good. It was dirty and run down. Cracks, paint chips and stains all over and the floor was dirty. Not at all worth the price tag. The shower head was about five feet off the floor and the water fluctuated between ice cold and scalding hot. The toilet seat was loose/broken and slid around when you sat on it. The bed was a thin hard mattress. Had this hotel been around 80 a night, I wouldn't complain but for the 360 I spent for two nights, I was very underwhelmed.

HARD pass.
One of the noisiest motels I've ever stayed in. All sound from others in the motel echoes and I wasn't able to sleep the entire 4 nights I stayed there. Baby cried in the room above mine in the middle of the night and could hear it clear as a bell. Sheets & towels were dirty and there were cigarette holes on the bed cover. Very dirty and run down. Had to swipe the door card about 30 times for it to unlock. Gross stains on the ceiling and the shower was falling apart.

The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The first room had not been cleaned and worn and in need of renovation. The second night second room was very nice and had been cleaned properly.

Find another place
Checked in 2 hours before listed time. Charged $30 for early check in. Assigned a room at the rear of the property. Partially unpacked and decided to check email, no internet. Called the desk, no answer. Walked to the office and reported no internet. Oh, we’ve been having problems. Checked and found a different room with internet. Drove to the other end of the property, checked, no internet. Finally found a third room, had internet and moved there. Walls were in disrepair and needed a good cleaning. Noisy all night, light rail passing by rattled the whole room. Plumbing noises were horrible. I would sleep in my car before I’d stay here!

Very dirty and old. Had hair and small pieces of paper in sheets. Mattress was discolored on the side od it. It looked like someone had puked and housekeeping tried to steam clean. Ironing board had eyeliner slasked across it. Furniture was beat up. Building outside was very dirty.

Yikes!!
We checked out after our first night. The room was dirty. Visible dust on the ceiling and walls, the floors were tacky and visible mud along the walls. The air conditioner vents were caked with mud. We cleaned them. But it was horrible. There were visible markings on the walls and doors where previously people had broken into the bathroom and the main door on the room. Not safe!!! We apologized to the staff for leaving and asked for a refund for our second night.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. It was disgusting…..holes in the sheets from people smoking on bed. The mattress was beyond disgusting…..stains and not just small stains but stains all along the side of the mattress.
Water pressure was horrible. AGAIN, this was the worst place ever!!!!

Needs some improvements
Hotel has seen better days. Not dirty, but a but run-down. Bathroom sink was nearly of the wall. Shower continually leaked. Refrigerator made noise all night. Very noisy inviting as well. We stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago, and decided to try it again. We will not be going back again.

The staff were super nice! The rooms and property were just OK. Our linens had cigarette burns but the room was clean. The other guests were atrocious! There was a fight outside our room at 1am so I think they may need 24 hour security. The walls are paper thin so we heard every footstep above and every headboard bang next to us!

Nice place comfortable bed and for the most part clean however there was some trash outside my door the whole time I stayed there ! That wasn’t good ! But that was all ! Other than that it was a very nice place to stay !

Some staff were less than attentive during breakfast needs of patrons -- e.g. restocked items in timely fashion-- but owners/managers were very responsive & pleasant in all things when they were on duty.
Original room given to half our party was the incorrect room & smelled of smoking.
It was easily changed out for the correct (much better!) room next day.
Light rail train access was about 10min walk away.

Needs improvement!
I will be very honest and say I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I asked the cleaning lady three times to clean my room and she told me she would and then never did. I went to the front desk to request my room be cleaned out of the five day stay in which I was there and it never was. The only cleaning they did was empty, my trash and tidy up the bathroom. They refused to make my bed because there were a pair of pajamas on the bed. When I find the most ironic is the fact that they have a sign in the lobby that says satisfaction guaranteed, if not, they will make it right. They did none of those things. The noise level at night from other customers in various rooms was inappropriate and frustrating. I found it very to fall asleep. I am grateful for the experience because now I know I will never stay here ever again.

The whole place was dirty. We only needed the one night. We checked in late and had to leave early the next morning, so we stayed, but no one actually slept because of the noise. Even my kids were grossed out by the place. We won't be staying there again.

Clean but shabby, breakfast is cereal, yoghurt, waffles, coffee, juice, and the room was clean but crowded very quickly. We had a king room, which could be described as well used. The couch bed combo was old and tired, the king was firm but not uncomfortable. The decor has been partially done up. The bath tub is definitely not a large soaking tub that was advertised and the paint was peeling in the tub surface. Not the usual standard for a quality inn I have been used to. Outside the paving is uneven and the patio area also rundown. The fenced in pool area looks clean and safe

The hotel was dated and look felt musty. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We attended a wedding and didn't want to drive home after so reserved it for the night and decided to risk driving. Basically used it to get dressed.

I would never recommend this property!
The room was in need of some serious attention!
The floors were not cleaned well, my husband had to wash his feet as they were black literally!
From walking bare foot across the room a few times!
We had a man next door yelling at his partner well into the night and using obscenities for hours!
We felt very unsafe.
The tv did not work and they could not get it to work!
We were very disappointed and did not get the rest we were hoping for.

Young lady at front desk was very polite and helpful. Location was great for the places i needed to be. Only thing that was a dislike would be the shower....finish was chipping and curtain rod was beginning to come of wall.

The rooms are nice the property is fairly well maintained, except the trash isn’t take out for days. The biggest issue I had was the door card reader wouldn’t work properly and the problem was never addressed sufficiently. Other than those issues the stay was great.

Security deposit charged for Dirty Towels
My stay here was going pretty good until I went to exchange some bath towels for some clean towels. I was charged $100 again for some dirty towels that I used to wipe up excess water from the shower. They then gave ment some dingy towels in return. I absolutely don't get this at all. Why charge me a $100 security deposit for some dirty towels and then give some dingy towels back.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The grounds were not taken care of very well. When I arrived, there was litter, over flowing garbage cans, and cigarette butts all over. After being there 2 nights, the staff did pick up the garbage, etc. There were a lot of transient people walking through the parking lot. I was by myself, and was a little uneasy. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was very clean, I probably wouldn't stay there again. One morning they ran out of everything for breakfast. There were families who weren't able to eat.

Just got dirty looks just entering the parking lot and felt very unsafe to go inside. When I did go inside the lobby seemed to have a bad odor and was very dark and small. Just didn't have a welcoming feeling at all.

Drug dealing going on in open sight of everybody, Continued from time we checked in to time of check out.
Will not return to this property again if they allow this behavior to continue, and it appeared that front desk staff were completely aware of this behavior, asl the “drug” people were in and out of the office, and constantly roaming the property in an obviously “high” condition.

The property was in a area that made us feel very uncomfortable. Many people hanging around smoking and drinking.
Our room was dirty. The shower had hair in it. The water nozzle was not securely connected to the shower wall, so there was mold and looked very dirty. It was quite unsettling.
Would not recommend this establishment at all. We pay way more than it was worth on a good day.

This was the grossest place we have ever stayed. It was filthy. There were gobs of hair on the floor and a brown smear on the wall by the toilet paper roll. Lots of other smears on walls. Peeling paint. Just bad. I alway trust Expedia, and I don't think Expedia should partner with this motel.

Chantel was absolutely the only good thing we experienced here. The genuine attempt to make this area safe, clean, and renewed is obvious. I discussed with her the concerns I had about serious biohazard concerns within our room but I appreciate her willingness to talk and discuss the future. I think the area around is ridiculously dangerous for tourists, particularly, we did hear gunshots very close range to our hotel…but because of chantel I would give them another chance in the future in hopes it really does continue to be a light in a hardened area. They did need an extra deposit, but did return it within three days.

Registration area messy. Room was sort of adequate. Shower was broken and unusable. There was mold on baseboards in bathroom.
After checking-in we went to our daughter's and didn't return to our room until 10:30 PM. It was after 11:00 PM by the time we attempted to use the shower... then discovered it was broken. Notified the front desk immediately. We were offered another room. Honestly, it was a seven hours drive to get to the hotel; then spending time with our family, by that time there is no way that we had the energy to pack everything up and move to another room.
In addition, the room was in the rear of the hotel, which made us feel vulnerable and truly concerned for our safety.
We had our 10 lb pup, but she did not stay in the room. She spent the night at my daughter's house. We paid an additional $16 pet fee which was never returned.
We were so disappointed with the facility that we only spent one night instead of the five nights booked.
We were lied to at the registration desk when checking out. I explained that our pup did not stay with us. The receptionest stated that she was unable to get into the save to return the pet deposit. But it would be sent to us in the mail. I'm still waiting.
We have stayed at Quality Inn countless times in the past. However, I doubt very seriously that we will ever stay at another one again.

Frustrated Stay
In description of motel stated they served breakfast when it was a sack grab/go breakfast. Not happy since most of the items in the sack I do not buy or have in my diet. Lock on room did not work, had to try many times in order to open door. Couldn't shut door unless using a lot force, most of the time had to use my body weight. Asked for clean towels and was told sure we can do that. Came back to room, no clean towels. Overall was very disappointed with the room.

This property is nothing like it appears. It’s a total dump. The pictures on their site have to be from 10 years ago. I believe they call this a “bait and switch.” I couldn’t be more disappointed with my booking.

Illegal immigrant processing center?
Not impressed. Cons: Rock hard mattress, cigarette burns on the bed spread in a non smoking room, no room service until after we checked out , four days of having to go to office to exchange dirty towels for clean towels, rattling old mini fridge, complimentary breakfast was a cold Jimmy Dean sausage croissant, Nutrigrain bar, yogurt and a bottle of water in a brown paper sack. Kind of like something the border patrol would hand an illegal immigrant at a processing center, jail food. Pros: Courteous front desk, coffee machine and juice machine. Family hospital emergency on Phoenix Open and Super bowl weekend otherwise we would left the first night.

Our room was very dirty, beds linens seemed ok, but even towels were not clean. Bathroom was filthy. No carpet & tile floors were filthy. Would not recommend. We paid for for this filthy room as we traveled than any others that were immaculate. Very noisy by the train as well.

I have stayed at dozens of Quality Inns in the past twenty years, and all of those hotels provided a nice place to stay. However, this Quality Inn was an exception ..... it was really run down. Here are a couple of examples. The bed squeaked, not just a little, it sounded like something from a bad movie. I never tried the hair dryer because the dryer plug had exposed wiring! That's a lawsuit waiting to happen. The bathtub looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the shower does not work well. After the first of three nights, I requested a new room, but, was told that they were completely full, despite the fact that the sign out front said "rooms available". Since I was not able get a different room I showed the person at the desk a picture of the broken hair-dryer plug, and asked that the dryer be replaced. She said she would make a note of that issue, but, the plug was never replaced. Because they charge you a $150.00 deposit, you would think that they would replace the broken (and dangerous) hair-dryer plug.
I will never stay at another Quality Inn in Phoenix!!

This hotel is very basic, just so you know.
We were on a bottom floor and could hear people talking, tv, showers, etc… through the very thin walls and ceiling. Especially when people showered it sounded like they were using our shower. Just very loud.

We were super excited to find this hotel, and the photos on Expedia were not exactly what the hotel looked like when we arrived. The lobby area for breakfast was likely dismantled during COVID and never was restored. We were offered "brown bags" for breakfast with several items. One needed to be microwaved in the room and the other eaten with a utensil that was not in the bag. There was also weak WiFi and it cut in and out the whole time. There was a big group making lots of noise one of the nights well into the morning hours. Really a disappointing stay for us.

Local cab driver told us that this was a bit of a shady part of town. A lot of prostitution 1 1/2 blocks to the west. Probably would never stay there again.

The room was dirty. The floors so dirty the socks that I was wearing will have to be thrown out they are so filthy. The bed linen had stains that appeared to be old blood.
Unable to get a rollaway bed. Staff almost friendly. The tv and the internet did not work.

Dissatisfied with this property
I booked through Hotel.com as I always do. The pictures on the site for this hot did not match the actual location. It did not have a hot breakfast a sack breakfast was given, the host was rude when I checked in. The room was definitely semi clean at the brief site of it. Beds was a flirty mess, the tub was horrible, just nasty and dingy, stained and molded. I end up having to stay with a friend just to accommodate me and my granddaughter. For what I paid it was definitely not worth it. I’m reporting this location to the health department.

This hotel is NOTHING like the pictures on here. First of all I was charged for the room before arriving to the property and not at the property which is the option I choose. So be prepared! It had little to no lobby, definitely no kitchen eating area. The breakfast was a frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwhich to go warm up in your room. Also, we requested a non smoking room and received a non smoking room but it smelled so bad of cigarettes I had my husband go down to make sure. The paint was peeling, the bathroom light would flicker when turning it on, the security lock had very loose bolts, the back of the toilet seat had a melted/burned spot almost like it was used to cook drugs on. I wanted to leave SO BAD. I felt so gross in this hotel that I wouldnt even put any clothes I had on during this stay touch anything else. The stairs going up the second level had dirty q-tips and old cigarettes on the steps. The people around the area also were very sketchy. There is a metro station right by here which seems to attack the homeless. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I was charged before I even showed up, even though Expedia assured me I would only be charged if I stayed. Room reeked of smoke even though I asked for a smoking room. Condition was worst I've even seen. Walls were cracked, bathroom was dirty, laminate flooring was crack and peeling. Mini fridge smelled like someone thru up in it.
I only stayed a few hours than left.

During the evening a police requiring took event with use of a loud speaker telling the occupant of room 125 to come out with thier hands up. Check in process was smooth but it had tables to keep giests at a certain distance' small hole to provide your id/card: felt like checking in to a jail

Convenient location. Staff very nice. Old and rundown. Even so, with a pet room I dont expect the best room. I do expect it to be clean. Yes the bedding and most surfaces passed inspection. The floor however was filthy. My feet became black. I wore my shoes. Pool was murky
