I had a mediocre experience with Hilton.
The staff was rude and did not answer any questions about the hotel, they told me to “check online” and do research. Never had this type of experience with any other hotel’s staff. My room was right next to the heater system, which was very loud at night and it was hard to sleep.
The property and the room itself was clean and looked like it was cared. Bathroom supplies were abundantly provided. Room details were great and easily accessible light switches.
The electric car charger on site was down and did not work even after paying through the app.

The door to the room took full body force to open and close. Very hard for senior citizen and unsafe because it took me a day to realize it wasn't closing when i left the room.

On the last night they used a torn comforter that was puffing out feathers. They did not have anyone to help to change the comforter. The front desk said they did not have an extra one. They had to get one from a different room. That made us sleep so late and we had a morning flight
I took some pictures of the comforter that was torn. The experience more so the last night was not worth what we paid for.

The water had been turn off n was not informed at the time of check in. The TV had to be disconnected n reconnect before it would start. We did not ask for a handicap room but end up in that room. Taking a shower water running all over the bathroom. Poor communication at front desk and with stay at this place again. No refrigerator or microwave.....

Rude kitchen server Monday
While the front desk staff was exceptional— on the day of my check out Monday morning I had a very unpleasant experience with the kitchen staff at the restaurant.
I had 2 paid breakfast tickets and had come downstairs a little late. The buffet was still out and open and there were other patrons sitting still. I started making the breakfast plates and the server on duty was hostile told me I couldn’t eat and began taking the food off the buffet rushing it into the kitchen.
It was a very uncomfortable feeling and as a frequent patron I’ve never felt more humiliated. That level of treatment simply doesn’t match the brand. I spoke to the manager who said he was sorry, would refund the breakfast, and let the food service manager know about the incident.

It was clean and everyone was very friendly. It is a walkable distance to chandler fashion center but you have to cross a bridge and walk in a lot of traffic. It’s across the way from the fashion center. But the pool looked really nice.

Had a large balcony and options for food and drink onsite. Comfy bed! You had to request clean towels and daily cleaning, didn’t like that, also no safe in room.

Be careful with room selection
There is some sort of power plant directly across the street that vents steam throughout the day and night. It is like being adjacent to an 80' whistling tea kettle

The fridge froze everything I put in it. There was hair in the bathroom sink. And just like every hotel I stay in the bed was not comfortable. I had to listen to non stop construction, should’ve gotten a discount just for that.

Staff is amazing as usual! I stay here often. The room I stayed in this time did not have a fridge which is unusual as every room I have ever stayed in at this hotel has always had a fridge,
The ice machine was broken in my floor so I had to go to the next floor several times to get ice in order to keep my items cold.
Other than that the stay was great as usual!

I want to think the manager and all the stuff for all they did for me and my family.
My 70 year old father was brutally attacked in Phoenix on 06/12/23.
The manager and staff heard about it And that I was traveling with a severely asthmatic child. And placed air scrubber in the room before we checked in and even left a care package with a with a kind note attached.
The manager and the staff went above and beyond for my family, and we will forever be grateful for your kindness.

The room smelled horribly stale and smelled like smoke. Door lock didn’t work. Starbucks didn’t take cash, which is king!
I wouldn’t recommend this property going forward, it should have been more like a super 8 rather than a Hilton

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but room seemed pretty shabby. Lots of water damage on walls, walls were re-wallpapered only half way up and not matched up after damage repair and corners were peeling. Door frame pieces didn’t match up. Closet doors didn’t match up so couldn’t close all the way. Water still leaked out of shower (glass doors) heavily, so I can see more water damage happening. I had to ask staff to empty the overflowing trash outside elevators. Staff was very friendly. I checked in at nearly 8 pm as a solo parent holding a sleeping 2 year old and was told my room wasn’t ready. They tried to switch my room to one that was ready, but should have been ready by 4pm check in time, and sucked paying over $300 a night for this experience.

Room next door had a barking dog, kept us up all night. Room had dirty doors and corners. Sink had handle that was put in backwards. Worst Hilton we have ever stayed at. Staff didn’t even get you when you passed them.

Room was missing hangers and the entire hanger rod. Continental breakfast, which are usually free are available for $13-$18 at the Hilton. Who wants to pay $13 for a bowl of cereal? We requested that our room be cleaned. Came back from being gone the whole day and no cleaning service. Was told that we needed to request room cleaning a day in advance. I would think that a HIlton Hotel could provide a little more service than what we experienced.

Not having a complimentary breakfast option is highly unfortunate.
The shower/bath didn’t drain well, so after a minute in the shower you’re standing in 2 inches of water. Disgusting!

Everything was great besides the shower we stayed in a handicap accessible room but when you took a shower water just ran out of the shower and all over the entire bathroom floor other than that everything was clean and nice. The staff was very nice and professional

The lobby was beautiful & front desk was wonderful. The exercise room water cooler was empty & when I complained they provided free water bottles. Great customer service & weight room was awesome!! Bathroom was outdated & sawdust was on the bathroom floor. Room phone had no phone jack cord, so unable to call front desk for late checkout. There is breakfast available, but be ready to pay $25 per person!

There was wet carpet on my floor so there was a machine running all three days trying to dry it out. My room 618 was next to the electrical room and everyday some was in there pounding on walls. My lock stopped working on my door, wasn’t an issue, but the replacement room I was given was not of equal size or value.

I didn’t understand how a hotel could limit staff to once-a-week maid service and be under construction without any notice when booking can charge the same competitive rate as surrounding hotels. Also, there are spitballs on the ceiling when you decide to return to regular staff.

This property is directly across from a huge chemical plant. All front facing rooms, including the king balcony rooms face the 24-hour roar of the factory and privy guests to a dystopian view of rising silos and smokestacks. The noise of the plant combined with the adjacent highway is deafening. Inside, the hotel is under renovation and a commitment to bright lights and hard surfaces seems destined to create a kind of indoor pool vibe. All open space, the lobby has no sense of intimacy, just an overlap of voices from the bar punctuated by the sound of a milk steamer in the coffee stand. I am curious about our human need to removed walls in public spaces, while putting them up everywhere else. The staff is working valiantly to counter this nerve rattling experience. They present a United front of humanity and kindness.

It was fine except I wanted a hot tub and a workout center and specifically picked the hotel based on those two amenities and they were both closed for renovation. I could have gone to Hilton Garden up the 101 had I been told they were renovating!!

Property had great employees at front desk. Friendly and accommodating. However, even though you had remodel going on, no jacuzzi, and most of the ice machine were not working. At one point not safe in parking lot as a transient walked by loaded out of his mind. Not typical of Hilton on all counts.

The property itself was great and it was very nice, good location.
The only downside about the property for us was its across the road from this weird facility that no one seemed to know about and its very large. I just would've liked to know what it was.

Second time staying here. We love the area and it’s close to the mall and restaurants. Great customer service. Stayed on the 6 floor and loved the view. Did find some ants but we let the cleaning people know and when we came back the ants were gone.

Not worth the money.
My family and I stayed for a 3 day 2 night stay. At the time of check in, our room was not ready which was booked several days in advanced. They did not offer any upgrade nor did they honor either request for a poolside view and a balcony. (Lost points on this one.) We have a service dog and wanted the balcony for her. I notice a large area of wallpaper torn off the wall near the elevator room entrance and as we walk past the storage room on our floor I noticed the door jam and door was all marred up and had black scuff marks from what looks to be years of slamming a cart or luggage cart into the jams. This is day one! The room was fine, no balcony or view and at $600 for our stay I was disappointed. Second night was the worst, at around 11pm my daughter (13yrs) and I witnessed our neighbors (2 women)across the hall in room 208 fighting in the hall and then in the room, sounded like they did some damage(not confirmed) but I heard walls and doors being hit/slammed and a lot of foul language. We expected the cops or security to show up, but nothing happens and this went on for about a half hour or longer, that’s when I had to step out and stay something. I literally felt like I was in a Motel 6 in the ghetto. For being a HILTON my expectations were smashed and my family and I will not be staying here again. The pool towels were the same size as bath towels! I felt like I was drying off with a wash rag. Sorry I have no photos this time but I will for sure next stay.

Great stay in Chandler
Very clean. The staff at the front desk that checked us in was awesome. WIsh I remembered his name but he was awesome. Every time we saw him he was smiling and asked how we were. Great stay and excellent service. Just wish the restaurant would have been open. Also, the buffet at 20$ seems a little high to me.
