Quick & easy Access! Clean, large room. Great breakfast/coffee! We stayed @ Planet Hollywood last time, needless say, we’ll be staying @ this Hampton Inn from here forward!

1 night stay
Property was easy to find and check in smooth. The front desk when we checked in was very helpful to answer questions that I had about the airport shuttle the next day. 1 of those was about the breakfast, since it started at 6 and I was taking the 6am shuttle for my flight. She said they would open and let me grab something to take with or eat quick. The next morning however the front desk did not offer that, the breakfast area was not open. There was another guest and family that was also taking the shuttle, that she did offer to them to go into the breakfast area and get something. I was standing right there! I was not offered the same courtesy.
The van driver was pleasant and helpful, but the hotel van needs some serious repair.
I purchased breakfast at an inflated price at the airport.

Dirty, terrible chemical odor - loud
We got into our first room and unloaded alll of our stuff only to be overcome with a noxious smell. The room was filthy too. a white powder everywhere. zit had definitely not been cleaned wel
They moved us to another room / no smell / but still felt dirty. Bathroom was not clean, hair and other debris on the floor.
Towels were horrible. )Picture of towels. These were the washcloths - the towels were just as dingy. There was actually hair on one of them.

The manager at Hampton Inn was very professional and helped me out. After a very long and hard day of traveling. Front desk Agent Bailey gave excellent customer service, with a very friendly smile. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Overall experience was good. Other than one shuttle driver at the end of the night.

1. Parking in Las Vegas is a big issue now. There is
enough parking at the hotel so that is nice.
2. The included breakfast is a nice touch and acceptable to start the day
3. The compact gym is good. It would be perfect if it had a lat machine
I will definitely go back as it is away from the strip.

They’ll have a customer in me for life if they keep it up. I enjoyed the breakfast, free airport shuttle, nice room (well kept upon arrival and properly maintained by the staff), and overall vibe. It wasn’t terribly far from the strip but not recommended if you plan on ubering everywhere unless you’ve got the funds. They’ve ample amount of parking for cars though. Great stay

Noisy in Las Vegas and close to the airport is not unexpected. Friendly attitude of the front desk staff as well as the shuttle drivers was the best of our trip. Special shout out to Thomas the shuttle driver, great experience.

A Great Place To Stay ; Be Aware Of The Aircraft
The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Barb. Nena in the dining room at breakfast was wonderful. My room was spacious and comfortable. My ride to the airport on the shuttle was very enjoyable.
My room #236 faced the flight path and aircraft were constantly flying by. I turned on the air conditioning and left the fan on all night to help drown out the noise, but nothing could reduce the vibration. Perhaps better noise-reducing windows could be installed?

It was extremely helpful to have hotel staff pick us up from the car rental site. Wish the shuttle to the airport ran every 39 minutes. All staff was very helpful and friendly.

They were very accommodating—they had a room available for us to check into at 9 am. (Attending a family funeral with my elderly mother and our flight arrived at 8. She needed to rest before the service). Thank you!!

NO shuttle service
There was no shuttle service as mentioned on website. We waited for 1 hour and called hotel 3 times. They keep saying that shuttle would come to pick us up at airport but no one showed up. Finally we took a cab and went to hotel

we have always enjoyed the Hampton Inn. the people are friendly, place is clean and there is a breakfast there. only drawback is the fact the pets are allowed in the hotel. i have had dogs, but i wouldn't have taken into hotels. we have had two instances with dogs barking at night.

I expected much more from this hotel, price and quality didn't match. We were not welcomed with any special treat, not even water. The room didn't have any toilettes and the AC was extremely noisy. Thin-paper walls between rooms, we could hear whole conversations, songs, screams, music...from other rooms. I know it's Vegas...but we were not at the Strip and expected some quiet time... Breakfast was very basic BUT the woman working there was amazing, checking all the time that we were ok and helping my daughter with the waffle maker. Kudos to her.

Stayed here for its proximity to the airport to make an early flight. Front counter staff excellent. Friendly, funny & efficient. Couldn’t do digital checkin or out for some reason. Funny smell in lobby on arrival but rooms were large, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience.

We stayed here because they provided parking and a shuttle to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel was. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got there late and left super early so we didnt get to use the pool or have breakfast. There is a convience store near by that we bought snacks from. The room was nice. The beds super comfy and the bathroom was big enough to get ready in. We will for sure stay here in the future.

I love how huge the King room is at this property. Very clean. Hot water was not available on the last night of my stay. Got back to my room late for a hot shower and water was cold. Had to let it run a very long time to get hot water. Great place to stay besides that.

OK quick airport stay
Quick overnight stay by airport at end of vacation so it was fine for our needs. The WiFi was terrible - and most of our room was a dead zone (no service). Otherwise, the room was clean & quiet.

Because of the location of our room the parking lot behind the hotel near the pool was very nice. The front parking was very full. Overall a clean hotel and friendly staff.
Didn't like that they said crib/available... none were available. Asked at 7 p.m. and they either couldn't find them or don't have enough. Chose this hotel because they listed it as being available.

I love Hampton Inn. Stay at these hotels whenever I'm traveling.
The facility & room were very clean. The staff was very friendly. Even the women running the breakfast made my waffle for me. The airport transportation vehicle was very clean, on time and the driver was friendly also!

A nice property, not too far from the strip with free parking and breakfast. Rooms are big and comfortable. A bit pricey for a Hampton Inn, but all hotel prices are insane these days!

This hotel was more than I’d expected it to be. I was close to the Strip and I was close to all the conveniences around me. The room was huge and remodeled very tastefully. I’d definitely recommend it!

Don't use the shuttle. The front desk person was short and snippy when we first called to request the shuttle. The shuttle driver came to get us but happened to come at the busiest time when all the short term parking was filled up next to #8 and the spot was blocked by the Ace Rent-a-car bus. This meant that the Hampton Inn van was not visible from Taxi lane #8 sign which we stood beside literally touching it while waiting. The driver never got out of the van to come to the lane (like all other shuttles/buses did) since he couldn't see the area. He knew the last name of those and the number he was supposed to pick up but went back to the hotel without us. It took 4 more calls to the hotel to get picked up. The rental car return is only 8 minutes from the hotel. We had to wait 65 minutes in 110 degree weather. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this hotel in the future.

Hampton Inn is a very clean property. However, it is located directly across from the airport. Therefore, when planes takeoff in the morning, you will be woken up by them. Also in the room that we were in it took about 10 minutes in order to get hot water. That is not acceptable.

We have stayed here about 6 times. Great hotel and staff. The area is close to the airport and off the strip but not too far away from the strip- this is why we stay here. Optimal location. Very clean hotel. The mattresses were changed out and they are now too hard for me- did not sleep as well as I used to but the rooms are nice and updated. Very helpful staff and decent breakfast every morning also.

The hotel appeared a little run down and the neighborhood was not the best. We were able to walk to a restaurant with good food. The lady at check in gave us to believe the shuttle would not pick us up at the car rental return however the shuttle driver told us he would have which would have saved us some time.

This property is actually really nice on the inside. Rooms and common areas are fully renovated. The breakfast area is really nice and the furniture new and comfortable. It is a hotel for those that like Vegas without the masses of the strip

Nice hotel, good location and service. However, Hotels.com reservation form did not include an extended parking option, so when I checked in, the desk person said that I had to go on another company's website to book parking separately, which I tried and the site showed "full". Then the manager came out and cheerfully added the parking option to my reservation, for which I had to pay extra. Other than that point of frustration, the stay was fine.

Checked in for our stay and was greeted with a very friendly front desk staff. Reserved 2 rooms. At midnight my older children in the second room woke me up because they had found bed bugs! When they alerted the night staff at the front desk they were told to strip their own beds (she didn't have housekeeping) put the sheets in a bag and remake their beds with fresh sheets! When I called and informed her that's not how bed bugs work, she replied rudely "I know how bed bugs work ma'am, there's nothing I can do tonight. They'll be fine." We will NOT be returning! And if changing the sheets is all they do to rid the room of bed bugs, I don't think anyone else should stay here either! Expedia was quick and very helpful in getting my refund for the stay.

Hampton Inn Las Vegas airport location has a great team working for them!
Everyone at the front desk to maid service to maintenance , shuttle service , to all the gals that work the morning Continental breakfast is very accommodating , sweet and goes way above their normal customer service needs.

The stay at this hotel was terrific. 5 stars all around to the staff from the front desk friendliness and courtesy to the cleanliness of the room and property. The only issue that keeps this hotel from being top-notch is the surrounding properties. In particular, the 7-11 two doors down has a constant homeless presence with drunk/high persons begging for change. Witnessed 3 fights there in the 3 nights we were at the hotel. Definitely not a safe family environment outside the hotel. Again, inside the hotel was great, but you’re not going to be spending your entire vacation inside the hotel.

The hotel didn't communicate with Travelocity and had to be on the phone with the front desk and Travelocity to confirm the reservation. They had my daughter waiting in LAS airport late night and didn't send the shuttle because they couldn't verify the booking.

Did not like the 25.00 deposit charge , thst was surprise. Am not going to take or destroy the room.
