Big room and comfy bed
The hotel was a bit hard to find as it was set back and in an office park, although it’s not close to other buildings. The hotel itself was great. My room was much bigger than I expected and had everything I needed and more. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable! I’d happily stay here again.

The first room we checked into the fold out bed for our son was completely broken when we pulled it out of the couch. Went to front desk and got assigned another room and when we got in it had not been turned over it was completely disgusting. Went back to front desk and got our third room of the night and this one was clean, however 2 of the door handles would come apart when you pull on them. The front desk worker was very helpful at least.

Tub was rusty and the bathroom ceiling was peeling. Room was clean and okay but the elevators were dirty and the rugs were torn right outside the elevators. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

The pool was closed and that was the whole reason we went to that hotel with my kids. It was my daughter's birthday so I had to spend more money to bring the kids out somewhere bc the pool was closed and they was bored.

Not impressed… Right after check-in we noticed the thermostat was inoperable and it was cold in our room. The employees initial response was that they were sold out and couldn’t do anything about it. She then said two others were out and they were being looked at, and she would add us to the list. Two hours later, after no updates, I called the desk and there was no answer. I went downstairs and there was no one at the desk. About 20 minutes later I tried again. The new person at the desk said the maintenance person was still there and would be sure to look at our room before leaving. Ultimately, they did nothing and gave us no updates. We added some blankets and slept fine, but were disappointed with the attitude and response of the staff. When I checked out the new clerk didn’t even ask about our stay. We’ll find another place to stay next time.
P.S. We were happy to have the bedroom separate from the kitchen area as the refrigerator sounded like an outboard motor.

The room was well stocked in the kitchen, and well planned out. However an air conditioning unit in the window let in so much noise from the freeway that it was disturbing. Why was an A/C unit there when there was A/C within the room?
The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, but the room was too noisy.

The staff was very nice,the dining area was clean and very well atttended by the staff.
The rooms left things to be desired. The bathtub looked like it needed to be replaced. Could need another safety bar. The toilet was so low it should be in a preschool. The ceiling had leak marks and was peeling in spots.The lighting was terrible.
When we arrived we asked what room family members by the same name were in and we were told the weren’t at this hotel. I called them and they were right down the hall. Also asked about another member by a different name and was told the same thing. They had all the spellings wrong.
I checked the rate at the desk for their price because I was told by a family member what they paid and Expedia charged almost $150 more. I will never book with Expedia again.

OK Hotel, Needs updating for sure.
It was an OK hotel, it is located in an industrial park so there are no restaurants with in walking distance. The hotel is in need of updating for sure. Older style. Bed was good, pull out couch had allot to be desired but worked. Bathroom was small and not as clean as it should have been. Needs updating for sure. Breakfast was OK. I had checked in online to make it quicker but it was not when I arrived. Don't know what happened there but it is what it is. People were very nice.

AC broken
The air conditioning didn’t work correctly, no matter what temperature you set it to, it stayed on the entire time and became too cold. We had to keep it off and the room was stuffy.
Also, didn’t like that the hallways were not air conditioned.

The layout of the suite with a bedroom that has a door is one of the main reasons I booked here (family with varying sleep times). The breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast were friendly and helpful. The room’s cleanliness was fair/good. There were crumbs and dust & a child’s toy under the couch. There was peeling paint on the ceiling. There was rust in the bathtub. The vents need to be cleaned.

We loved our stay!! The workers are the greatest part of that hotel which is saying a lot since the hotel is really great too! We loved our interactions with all the workers and we loved the yummy breakfast and clean room! Best hotel stay we’ve ever had!

Always nice!
Got in at midnight and collapsed in very comfortable bed- only negative was that the thermostat in the room had been set to 65 so the AC was blasting and it felt like a walk-in freezer!

Not worth $149 a night
The room was not kept up to date. Lot of areas where we noticed issues, the major one was AC leaking and the carpet getting. Wet. They came and fixed it but was very u comfortable. The hallways, elevator and all common areas smell very bad..

The air condition wasn’t working and they had window ac duck tapped which wasn’t working and it was very hot and I was sweating in room. The room was suffocated and felt stuffy that it was very hard to breathe

Room wasn’t cleaned overnight. Not sure if that was a hotel policy not to clean until you check out but I returned night one to find bed still unmade and towels not changed. Front desk helped w new towels quickly though. Also plenty of outlets in living room but not in bedroom. Had to unplug clock to get outlet to charge phone overnight. Bedroom had wall unit AC but blackout curtain was in front of unit so I had to rig up the curtain over the unit in order to have darkness to sleep and privacy. Staff very courteous. Property well kept, new, neat. Room clean except for some weird stains on ceiling. Decent space for the price.

After a nine days vacation and returning to Boston Airport late at night, this facility was perfect for my wife and I to rest after a long travel from Europe and arriving very late at the Logan Airport. We still had a three hour drive to home. A good sleep was much needed before starting the 200 miles trip home.

Positive experience
The stay at the Residence Inn was wonderful. I arrived late in the day and the person at the front desk that greeted me was able to provide me with an approximate time to travel to Logan Airport. She also instructed me on what to expect when I returned after 1 am in the morning with my daughter. The hotel is well appointed and very clean. This was a great value and I will stay there again in the future.

Sub par with other residence inn properties we have stayed at. Cleaning was not thorough (chewing gum on dinner table), staff at desk not particularly attentive or professional, breakfast disorganized. You don’t get what you pay for in this case. A bit of a stain in the residence inn brand

Spacious and lots of amenities!
Loved the suite with separate bedroom- our kitchen fridge was super noisy but we were able to close the door and not hear it! Will definitely look to stay here again!

Nice hotel but highway noise all night long.
Great hotel but some rooms-like the one we stayed in face the highway. The big problem was that there must have been an issue of the central air for our room because the hotel added a small window unit which was right next to our bed. With the window open to accommodate the AC, it was tough to sleep because we could hear every vehicle loud and clear.

We stayed at this hotel after a day in Boston. It was easy to get to. We were headed to New Hampshire and were able to get on the highway easily. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Quiet and away from busy roads.
Hotel and rooms were quite shabby - sofas, bed, kitchen cabinets and things. No coffee maker in room but there were coffee and tea supplies. Front desk staff did not smile and were unfriendly.

old, dated room
I have stayed at numerous Residence Inns. I was surprised to find our room had a broken refrigerator handle, sofa, carpet, and furniture dated and toilet not fully flushing. Best thing about the stay was the Marketplace area where we could get a bowl of soup to heat in the microwave at 2am when we got in from the Taylor Swift concert.

The pool is shut down. I was told Massachusetts has a law that doesnt allow pools in hotels to be open without a lifegaurd. Our rooms AC isnt working. Our bathroom had 2 tissues in the box. Why leave the tissues there if they are not stocked. We checked in with the reservation having 4 people, but only 3 towels. If 4 people are staying, put 4 towels in the room. I would not have stayed here if i new the hotel was like this. Marriot has always been good, but this is by far the worst one ive ever stayed in. This will definitely affect my desicion to stay at Marriots in the future.

Do not stay at this hotel. Although the service was fine at check in the room was awful. We spent 6 hours there and would never stay there again. Marriott should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

The studio was amazing.
The only 2 problems:
1. the glass sliding door in the bathroom almost fell on me when I was opening to take a shower.
2. Breakfast was not impressed. Eggs tastes like flour, no butter for the toasts.

Pathetic business
Air conditioning was down the entire time we were there, no schedule for repair. Looked like the person at front desk was the only person working in the entire building. He suggested we find another hotel but said there would be no refund.

Residence Inn Framingham - Bad experience
Their Air Conditioning was broken. They knew about this well in advance but made a conscious decision to not tell anyone in advance for fear of losing business. Instead they placed portable AC units in windows. This really didnt cool down the rooms. We tried to open the windows but only one would stay open but the screen was missing. Additionally the bath tub was extremely dirty and the beds were way too soft (almost if they were too old). The staff was nice but they looked over matched while trying to keep up with the property. We paid $533 for a 2 day stay. It is an extremely disappointing experience!

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of my rooms. The walk in shower was a luxury that I looked forward to each night with the two shower heads. The toilet was very low and had no where to hold on to to get up or down which made it difficult for me and anyone who has knee issues. They had a great selection of snacks even Ben and jerry ice cream. It was quiet and the staff was helpful and courteous. I liked that we had breakfast included. The only criticism I have is about the breakfast. The first morning breakfast had good scrambled eggs and waffles. Next day it was a Frittata that had very very little cheese and I did not care for the pancakes that were so hard that I could not cut them. It was obvious to me that they sat there drying out. They had fresh whole fruit but I would rather have strawberries and other fruit cut up. On the whole, it was Avery nice stay and I would stay there again.

King suite. No hot water in shower. Shower unclean and moldy. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7. The hotel staff came in at 7:05 then proceeded to cook while the guests sat in the dark. At 9 am staff knocked and opened door to see what time we were checking out after saying not until check out time 25 minutes later staff then knocked on door to ask when checking out. Disappointing Marriott stay.

The staff was very kind and considerate during our stay. Our shower and bathroom were not the cleanest & we requested our room to be cleaned each day for the three nights we were there - it was cleaned only one day out of the 3. We had to request extra linens for the sofa bed, even though our booking had more than two people in the room. Breakfast each morning was hot and good. The property was convenient to get around Framingham. Was just disappointed with the cleanliness.

Did not have a great stay, the first night realized that the heater does not heat the air so we had to sleep cold and move the next morning.The appliances were old and noisy and the whole place just felt unkept. Lots of stains. Lastly, instead of a $150 per stay pet fee, I was charged $150 per night! Luckily checked my e-mail and saw it to fix it at the front desk before leaving. Was a disappointing stay. Otherwise, the front desks were friendly and the breakfasts were solid.

The only thing that bummed our kids out was no pool. They have one but it is not able to be used. Other than that we had a great stay. Breakfast was awesome huge selection of both cold and hot food.

I will share my review in other forums with pictures! So disgusted it was horrible. There was what appeared to be male and female fluid stains all over the couch not just in one spot. I didn’t even what my kids in that room, but it was too late to cancel and supposedly no more rooms available. There was a wet facecloth with red make up still in the sink and one in the bathroom. There was red lipstick all over the light switches and the doors. Handprints on the back board of the bed disgusting. Nothing appeared to be sanitized! disgusting! What type of business are you running? And then the office staff at night horrible attitude HORRIBLE. You don’t like your job DO JOT WORK THERE! I thought there would be supervisors checking each room to make sure it is up to par. Sadly mistaken! Did I mention how disgusting that room was I was afraid for my kids, and I was deathly afraid of them touching anything in that room!!!!!! Did I mention there was blood stains on wall and table lamp.

The floor in the room was dirty. There was No / Zero soap or shampoo. They have Bottles of wash and shampoo in the shower so Im in the shower wet pumping empty bottles.
The phones dont work in the room so you have to go down to the front desk where I got attitude.

The location was nice and quiet with plenty of parking. What I didn't like is I had to ask for towels all the time because my room wasn't being cleaned. I was staying for a week and I had to finally ask the front desk for my room to be cleaned. There was a little kid's hockey and they were running up and down the halls late night and door knock ditching.

I've never had an expedia review be so off. I picked This place because it got a 4.5 out of 5. The hotel smelled of pot, the receptionist, apologized for it. My bathroom had pee in the toilet. The carpets in the hallway and elevators were so dirty. I would have rebooked somewhere else but I didn't check in until 10pm and too tired to look somewhere else. Never again!
