The only problem we had with the property is the heat wasn't working. They had someone look at it and it still didn't work. It was pretty cold in our room.

Parking issues
We were in Boston for a swim meet, accommodations were exactly what we needed. What we didn’t need was the expense of parking! Hotel only had so many parking passes for the garage, first come first serve! So instead of a flat rate for the day coming and going as a please I had to pay each time we left! $10 for half hour, $40 for 1 hour and 45 minutes,over night another $48! I know parking is at a minimum but providing you guests a spot at a fixed rate is needed!

Great stay.
We stayed for 4 nights with the whole family. The room was spacious, we love that we have a big refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove, very nice utensils, dining table and a sofa bed. They clean our room every single day. There’s free breakfast every morning. The location is close to everything we wanted to visit. However, we have issue with the bath tub drain. It was draining slow so whenever you take a shower the water would pile up. Overall, our stay was great. I would give it an 8 out of 10.

Everything was as expected. I was surprised about the destination fee. I would rather pay more for the stay than give me something that I will feel bad about not using it.

Great Stay
We were very happy with our stay at the Residence Inn! The room was spacious, clean and perfect for our family of five. The included breakfast had a huge selection. Would absolutely go back for another stay here!

The water went hot and cold, out of control. The sound of neighbor using water can be heard loudly. The pillow are so soft that did not give any support to the shoulder and the neck.

The overall condition of the property is average. No free bottle water provided, no fan in the bathroom. The room is kind of smaller than what it described on the website. The good thing is it provides complimentary breakfast, which is pretty good.

Lovely Hotel
Hotel was great. Clean, friendly, good breakfast selection. But parking as always in Boston is a nightmare or very expensive. Hotel does not offer its own parking you have to pay at garage behind hotel.

Non-pretentious, great value hotel in an excellent location: easily connected to Harvard Square and Boston's downtown, and just steps from the MIT. Clean and spacious rooms, with a well-equipped kitchenette. Helpful staff. Complete fitness center and good breakfast. Great experience in general, and very good value for your money

The heater is terrible, sound too loud like a race car running in the room, waked me up lots of times. Also been given a room next to laundry room which is also noisy.

We parked in the yellow garage as we were told when we called ahead to get information on parking. So that’s what we did and when we checked in we were told not to pull a ticket we would have a card to use to swipe. So I had to move the car out and back in. Ended up paying $18 for no reason because when I called ahead they failed to let me know about the swipe card. Other wise the room is spacious.

Great experience for our Boston/Cambridge Trip
We were able to take advantage of early check in due to the kindness of the front desk staff, and the hard work of the cleaning staff, who quickly cleaned a room so we could put our bags in the room. Cleaning staff continued to be super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is nicely located within Cambridge. The room space was generous and the furnishings in excellent condition. The complimentary breakfast was above average. The room staff did a good job cleaning the room and the front desk was friendly, helpful and courteous. A highly enjoyable stay in the Boston area. The only downside was no free parking.

I was In Cambridge for a wedding and needed to check in between the ceremony and reception. There was traffic in the area and the kind woman at the front desk I believe her name was Patricia, went above and beyond and helped me get checked in and to the reception on time. We had a clean, comfortable, well stocked, quiet suite. The breakfast in the morning was perfect after a night of partying. This was a genuinely great stay and I will stay here again when I am back in town.

Rooms were very clean. Layout was great. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good n plenty to offer. Only thing was the bed was kind of hard, sheets were rough n pillows were too soft that you feel like you weren't sleeping on a pillow. Aside from that it was a very nice hotel.

Boston Marathon trip
We traveled to Boston to support our friend running the Boston Marathon. The hotel was perfect for our trip. The hotel is located a short distance from the T station that allowed us to easily travel throughout the city without needing our car. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is top notch. An overall great stay!

Very Nice Hotel in Cambridge, MA
Great one night stay. Helpful desk clerk. Nice large room with good kitchen. and a sitting area. Comfortable bed. Plenty of pillows, towels and blankets. Very clean. Heating/AC unit was kind of loud, but didn't go off and on, so got used to it. Convenient to a few restaurants and the T.
Parking garage was just behind hotel, and kind of expensive ($40)

Overall a good 3 night stay. Wi-fi service patchy. Only 1 day room cleaning after I had to specifically requested. TV remote control for TV is aimed for using Netflix. TV channels not so many. Breakfasts wew excellent.

The hotel actually exceeded my expectations; it was super clean and the room was spacious. They were able to meet all my requests, and they did so always in a friendly manner. Area around there was great as well- very close to public transport & the city, but has some cute cafes & restaurants within a short walk too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. We also took advantage of the free breakfast and the food was delicious. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Boston
