Front desk greeting was professional. Bar staff was courteous, pleasant, friendly and professional. I disliked and was Disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast included. Usually all hotels I have stayed have complementary breakfast included.

Quiet and clean - the two biggest needs of a traveler were well covered in our stay. A free breakfast would have been a good touch but there were food options nearby. We would stay here again.

Great hotel
This was my second time at this hotel. The first room I was in at my first visit was great. This last time, my only issue was the water pressure when showering. The water only runs normally if it is at very high heat. The renovations look amazing and I'm assuming they are working on getting to all rooms so it's understandable. The front desk staff are always so kind. I will definitely continue to stay here when in the area. Thank you.

The Christmas decor was lovely and the entrance was very welcoming and clean. However our room was not. We arrived late and had walked into a room that was not cleaned and trash was left at the entrance. Then proceeded to a different room on the same floor that was not very clean compared to other Hilton stays. There was residue on the counters, soap box had old soap stains and toilet still had urine inside with several stool stains on it. The tub wouldn’t drain so we had to call for a clean up and tub drain repair. There was a distinct cigarette smell in the hallway and the room had a strong chemical smell that was tough to tolerate. Breakfast was overpriced and falsely advertised. No buffet offered and service was more set as a restaurant.

The water was turned off do to a plumbing issue for several hours, and we had an event that we couldn’t shower for so to this. Hot tub and pool area was also shut down on our last full day in the area.

The staff welcomed us warmly on arrival. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and the servers in the restaurant were friendly. The lobby was very festive with all the Christmas decorations. This is our go to place when visiting family in the area.

As at every Hilton Garden Inn I’ve stayed, this property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Problems we had were:
1. There was no blanket/comforter in the room for the pullout sofa. When I called to request one, I was told the hotel didn’t have any more. I told the manager that we needed a covering for the bed, so they did bring a comforter. Not sure what was happening that evening, but it’s very frustrating to have a booking where they know we will need the bed and then not have bedding for it.
2. The A/C air handler is in the bed area of the room in a corner closet that has a louvered door, which isn’t locked and doesn’t stay closed. The unit is incredibly loud, which made it difficult to sleep. I don’t know if all of the rooms have this setup, but I wouldn’t stay again based on this alone.

A pleasant surprise!
Our stay was very nice. The bar where sat and had a cocktail and a small bite was very convenient. An actual breakfast service was a nice surprise rather than the generic free breakfast offered at most hotels. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property room was excellent and the pool was very nice. Only thing I would change would be the convenience of having cups for coffee and drinks in the area where the drinks are offered. Staff was very friendly. Seemed to bee short staffed in the evening. Visited the lobby bar and there was no bartender. Went back down later and tried to purchase drinks and snacks and there was still no one in the lobby or bar area to assist us therefore we could not get anything.

Cauy is fantastic at the front desk! He helped everyone with a smile on his face. Even when a guest was a bit bothered by their room he responded by resolving their issue and never broke a sweat and remained kind. You need 10 of him!!! Fantastic customer service!

It was aestheically pleasing, and stagg was friendly, especially the maintenance person. I regret not finding out his name. He was aleays working hard, no matter what tome it was. And he was super nice.
I regret not eating breakfast there because it looked and smelled delicious and although its not free, its only $10 which is a great deal considering eating anywhere else would be more expensive.

Over and above service.
The person at the front desk went out of her way to help us find a good knife to cut our deep dish pizza when I discovered that the pizza place had not sliced it.
It was that extra effort that will have us return the next time we visit the area.

Check in was easy and they even let us check in early, even though we didn’t actually request it. The lobby and common areas smell very nice.
We ended up in an accessible room, which was very spacious. I would have preferred a non-accessible room, but it was just for one night. The room was clean and the sheets and towels were also clean. It did feel a little dated but it seemed to me they were making updates throughout the property. I noticed the climate of the room was a little uncomfortable because of a slightly high humidity level in it. There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom for taking showers or using the restroom, which is a little strange in my opinion.
All the staff we encountered was very nice and welcoming. The pool was a nice size and I especially enjoyed the loungers. They were very high quality, not the cheap plastic that I expect at hotels. All in all I would stay at this hotel again if we needed to. We love Hilton hotels.

The lobby and dining area appear newly renovated and the staff was very kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms did not match what we saw in the lobby. The rooms, furniture, and bathrooms are dated. Also, one night, we saw a roach in our room, which was gross. We had no food around and kept the room clean, but still had the roach. It makes me wonder how well they keep the hotel clean.

Overall, it was fine. Pool was dirty. But most importantly, I forgot to take my phone charger, which was attached to your lamp, and clearly someone on your payroll stole it. By the time I got home, 3 hrs later and discovered it, I immediately called & they told me it wasn't turned it. Common sense tells you someone took it & since room are locked, it was your staff. Your customers should feel like their things are protected as well. Not at all happy about it.

When asked staff to clean the room, take out the trash, and provide fresh towels. I was given towels to put in my own room after telling them I was on my way out. When returning later in the evening to the room found room was not touched only the trash was taken out. The beds were not made and the dirty towels were still on the floor in the bathroom (this was on day three of our stay). There was a party on the ground floor (nothing against the party) and we could hear the music so loud on the third floor. We felt this was a bit disrespectful for the amount of money we paid to stay here the staff could have had better control of the environment. It would have been nice to have food/beverage menus in the room instead of having to go down to the lobby every time to see what was available.

After all the fee's this hotel was $320. a night and didn't even have a Continental Breakfast. The Ice maker was broken for the 3 days I was there. This is more like a $130.00 a night hotel

I requested towels on the second day we were there at 1300 both voice and to a person. We returned to our rooms at 2330 that night no clean towels were delivered. I called the front desk they were put out by my second request. At 0700 the final day staying we went to the front desk requested towels after waiting there 30 minutes we asked again what the status was and again put out by the staff requesting them to do their job we finally received just the towels and no wash clothes. Very disappointing from Hilton!

This was the worst Hilton chain room I have ever had. The power was faulty in the restroom, the AC was never cool enough and no water in the room! We were not notified that there was a problem. When I called the staff did not seem concerned. Not an offer to send bottles water or anything. We have an important day ahead and we can’t shower, flush or even wash our hands. I will request a refund because this is unacceptable.

To begin, the price per night was outrageous. I put in a handicap room with the curtains inoperable. The bathroom was supposed to have a tub with jets and did not. This room did not come with continental breakfast. I also was here for 5 days and needed to wash clothes. The hotel had no laundry detergent, so I had to go to publix. I did not rent a car expecting that this hotel would be a one stop shop. Would highly recommend against staying here.

Other than one staff, the customer service was not good. I was initially given an ADA room (not requested), no housekeeping on day two, and no hot water on day three. I am not inclined to consider another stay.

Cuoy, the reception person was very friendly and fun. Our room and hall looked to be almost finished remodeling. Wall hangings not hung, smells like new carpet. Supper at the bar / restaurant was great. Very nice stay.

The reservation from hotels.com could not be located by hilton, when we left yesterday the hotel had still not been paid by hotels.com even though I already paid and Hilton said they still could not get a hold of hotels.com. Thank goodness I had paperwork. they didn't have a room for us and ewe were put on a floor being renovated.

Facility was being renovated. There were construction items in hallways, elevators were in need of sweeping. 1st room we had still had tape from painters, there were no mirrors in the bathroom and other repairs needed, we were given another room, which was fine, but then we were asked to move the next day due to construction. The final room was complete and nice.

Should have asked about the condition of the hotel
We didn’t know at the time the property was under construction. So, there was no bar, the breakfast should have been complementary but wasn’t, we should not have had to ask for coffee and shampoo each day (the maid service was by request only) and the elevators were dirty.

The property is under renovation so it is understandable that the areas being worked on were a bit out of order. However, I was supposed to have a king sized bed and instead got the double room. Also, the bathroom tile in the shower was moldy and the A/C didn’t cool efficiently. Aside from that, the stay was fine.

The lobby was being updated, it was not advertised anywhere that they were doing it. They charge for breakfast and the accommodations for breakfast were in a hall because of remodeling. The pool was closed but looked like it was operating normally. Very small tv.

It is understandable that there will be some inconveniences during a renovation, but the front desk staff were rarely at the desk when needed. When they were there, they were talking to each other more than to us as the guests. Overall, it felt very unwelcoming.

We were in Riverview for a funeral viewing and time with family so spent very little time at the hotel. Overall, it was nice.
The one negative in the room was the A/C unit was filthy. We actually cleaned it with Clorox wipes the vents were so dirty and dusty.

The check-in was very easy and the staff was great. But that's the only positive. I'm very surprised that a Hilton hotel was in the condition it was, dirty. The elevator and common areas were not vacuumed. Housekeeping was complimentary but had to be requested. In the gym, half of the machines worked. The reservation said breakfast included, but you had to pay. I had two cold showers. Don't think I'll be staying there again.
