Checks All The Boxes
Friendly, efficient front desk service, clean, quiet room & bath, comfortable bed, good pillow options, good TV (has all the sports and news channels), good shower. I didn't have any of the breakfast buffet but it looked pretty standard. Overall, I give them 99.9.....because they didn't have any half & half for my coffee!

Wonderful Stay with a Few Suggestions
I recently had a delightful 3-night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart - North, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s cleanliness and comfort were exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere that added to the overall positive impression. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the only area that could see improvement is the breakfast. Although the selection was decent, I believe there’s room to enhance the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings. Nevertheless, this minor point doesn’t overshadow the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart - North for its wonderful hospitality, comfort, and convenient location. It was a 5-star stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean . The only problem was that I had gotten an email asking how my check in was before I even got there and than when I did get there, the guy at the counter said my room wasn't available and they had no registration number for me. After calling hotels.com etc… eventually it was straightened out and they gave me a different room. They actually gave my room away and this is not the first time this happened to me. Another situation was at Harrahs in AC.

Not so impressed w Hilton these days
The hotel looks great on the outside and in the public areas. The room was clean and stocked w plenty of towels. The mattress is in dire need of an upgrade bcz it’s old and is too bouncy. All the outlets in the room need upgrades, as plugs fall out of them. It also creates an electrical hazard. Please just stop w the climate change carbon garbage and put some of those profits back into your hotels.

Great hotel for Stuart/ Port St. Lucie.
This was our third time staying at this hotel. We have been staying here when we visit our family in Port St. Lucie. This hotel has been excellent for all three stays. Very clean. Great staff, great location.

Below average for a Hampton inn. The room has an awful perfumy smell to it and the bath towels were unusable. They literally smelled like poop. The hand towels were ok but very worn. The mattress was sun par - springy and too soft, like it’s been around a long time. Would not return here.

Best stay
I’m a diamond member and usually get good service. I want to commend Nancy. Upon check out she was so helpful and kind. We had a long drive ahead of us to Atlanta. She gave us an additional bottle of water for our ride. Next time in the PBI Area we will definitely book your same hotel property because of Nancy. We stayed in room 221

This is my second time here because the location is where I need to be close to family. The biggest issue I have is that the Air Conditioner is SO LOUD ;( Every time it kicks on I woke up. Grrrr. And I forgot my ear plugs. Can’t stay here again. (And I’m a Floridian, so I’m used to A/C).

Nancy (I think her name is) at the front desk on Sunday morning is a delight! The gal taking care of breakfast deserves a huge raise & a helper when the hotel is booked full! She worked her buns off keeping everything fresh & restocked. Room was quite comfortable & in good shape.

We had a very good stay. Room was very good, quiet,clean and spacious. Convenient to parking. Our only problem, was a very small pool area. And i was taken over by kids softball group. Not able to sit around the pool or swim. But we went to the beach instead, so all was good.

Bathroom had a belonging that did not belong to us hanging on back side of bathroom door. Probably from a previous guest; housekeeping obviously hadn't checked. 1 ply toilet paper does not cut it; 2 ply in quantity is not much more expensive. Seems very cheap. Front desk staff courteous.

The hotel was nice and clean. Only complain is the bed is beyond uncomfortable. For some reason a lot of hotels seem to be cheaping out on mattresses. The bed was so uncomfortable my husband and I could not sleep. Otherwise, great service and clean hotel.

Entering the property 2 vehicles blocking entrance, one was broken down. My room smelled very bad like someone had been smoking for days. I called the front desk and was told there was no more rooms available and the manager would be notified so, that I would get a refund.

I recently booked a room at the Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart- North when I evacuated from Clearwater, FL due to Hurricane Ian. The reservation was for 5 nights. After three nights we decided to leave to check the condition of our home. When I asked the desk clerk about a refund for the two nights we wouldn't be using, she stated that Expedia would have to approve the refund. She also said Expedia would have to close out the reservation so they could rent out the room. After arriving home, I called Expedia customer service, who told me that Hampton Inn would have to approve the refund. They put me on hold while they called the desk at Hampton Inn. When they finished the call, they informed me that the Hampton Inn had denied the request. I'm not sure which party can actually authorize this request, however I do feel that the uniqueness of the situation should be taken into consideration. It's very easy to stick to corporate policies during normal business conditions. However, at some point there should also be a commitment to the well-being of the customer. People who are in this situation are anxious about their homes and it's natural to want to go back home as soon as weather permits. Given the number of people who were displaced and desperate for a hotel room, it seems that this room would have been snapped up in minutes once it was made available. I don't think Hampton would have lost money by refunding the two unused nights. Please reconsider my refund request.

What could be worse! Rude and Roaches
I have stayed at this hotel several times (it is local to me and my family). However, I will never stay here or a Hilton again. The stay started with an issue that management refused to resolve. Not only that but the GM hid from it and never even bothered to reach out. The condition of the property is terrible and there are bugs crawling in the night. Stay at your own discretion but highly do not recommend.

All in all a good stay!
Hotel was fine, employees were efficient and friendly, breakfast buffet was ok (hot foods were warm not hot) so by the time you dished up and got to your table it was cold. The suite was a gnice size, the only complaint was the beds sucked. time for new mattresses! Ehen we stayed at this location last august 2021 the beds were more comfortable.

I cancelled this reservation due to the sudden, horrific death of my daughter. You would not give a full refund due to policy. There should be an exception to the policy due to unexpected death or inclement weather. These issues are beyond anyone's control. I now have to pay this unused reservation and the cost of my Child's funeral expenses. If you can reconsider your refund. I can furnish you with a copy of her obituary. Please repond.

Kenneth and his staff are excellent!
From the minute I booked the hotel to the end of our stay, Kenneth and his staff were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The cleaning staff made sure we had what we needed and did so with a friendly attitude. Meeting Kenneth in person after our wonderful phone conversation made this place even more special, and I know this will be our go-to place every time we come down to visit family. If Kenneth is not a manager, he should be! And the kitchen staff were on point as well! Overall, 10 out of 10, would recommend all day every day!

John checked us in. He was super helpful and friendly. He recommended some restaurants for us to visit as well. The hotel was nice. We were able to stay in a room overlooking the parking lot instead of the busy street side. There is a Publix within easy walking distance. Downtown Stuart is close by.

We could not have been any happier!! The front desk girl greeted us her name was Nancy and she went well and beyond. We mentioned it was our Anniversary and the manager brought us up a goodie bag with water chips and cookies!!! That was so thoughtful and unexpected. We will definitely return again!!!

Needs New Mattress
This hotel is very dated, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. It seemed like an innerspring that sunk 10in. This is the kind of mattress I would expect at a motel or on a pullout couch. It does not compare to the recent Courtyard Marriott’s I’ve stayed at. I don’t know how it has such high star ratings. I payed ~$230/night and I expected the same quality of a Marriott. Additionally, the tub had some rusted/moldy spots, and the room smelled funny.

This hotel is labeled as a 4-star and charges as such and it is NOT a 4-star quality hotel. It is more like a 2.5 star hotel because it’s very poorly managed as the rooms are gross. I’ll start with the worst part, we were placed in a dirty room with urine around the toilet (which is a biohazard and a liability) and pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, dirt on walls, door handles, etc. This was the 4th room they moved us to as all prior rooms smelled bad and were not very clean. We found a little more comfort in the 5th room they placed us in, but it was still not the best cleaned and one of the beds and the pillows were awful and uncomfortable. All of the rooms did not have proper ventilation which creates a stagnant odor of moisture in the air and carpets, most likely mold since my allergies went haywire. I couldn’t cancel or change my reservation unless the hotel manager did so (she wasn’t there and I had been talking to hotel front desk staff in the meantime) and after talking to Hilton Corporate where they offered options to help resolve this they stated they’d discuss with the manager and have her reach out to me, but she never did. At checkout, she tried to blame me for not coming to her instead of her reaching out to me…and then blamed me for not trying to switch hotels and cancel and then lied to Hilton Corporate by saying I denied the option of switching hotels. Other reviews on google reveal similar issues AND bed bugs!! Please be careful staying here.
