It was dirty, weed smell in the hallway, my tub barely drained, and you could tell they had rushed cleaning the room as I had to clean some surfaces myself. I as a guest should not have to wipe down the surfaces.
Staff was friendly.
Breakfast was not good at all. Tried it twice, both times very disappointing. First morning the sausage patties were burnt and hard as a rock. The next morning they were out of scrambled eggs. I waited for about 20 min but they did not get more.
I had to extend my trip but decided to switch hotels as I did not want to stay another night at this place.

The first floor was freezing. Loud. You hear every single person walking by and talking. They're were ants in the bathroom and the shower. There was hair stuck on wall of bathtub.

the hallways have no insulation so rain, water and cold air blows into them. the rooms have no microwave, the fridge kept freezing over, and the toilet barely worked. my friemd who also stayed his room didnt even have hot water

I think the hotel was under renovations so the outside walls and the hallways were freezing and there were areas where you could put your hands through cracks in the partition. It’s ok though…. Renovations can do that. The bed was super comfy and clean! I didn’t move all night and had a wicked restful sleep! The water was hot and the toilet worked! That’s good enough for me!!

Average budget stay
The important areas were sufficiently clean, breakfast had poor quality hot food, they don’t offer cots, staff is unenthusiastic, but they allowed check in at 11:30 PM. Would try another place at this price point next time before returning.

Great stay.......but.......
The room was INSANELY small. The room door opened INTO the corner of the first bed. If you wanted to close the bathroom door, you practically had to stand in the tub to do it. The hotel itself (and the room) were VERY clean, but the constant CLOUDS of pot smoke that kept wafting through the vents were a bit insane given we were told THREE times during check in that there was NO SMOKING ALLOWED and it would result in a 300$ fine.....hope those folks got fined.

Don’t do it! Stay elsewhere
Wyndham should be ashamed to have let this property get as bad as it is. 3 outlets in the entire room. Alarm clock not plugged in because the outlet behind the bed is used for table lamps. Wires dropping down from the ceiling for cable tv, the smell was horrible. I booked this as non refundable for lower rate, what a mistake. I was looking for other places to stay but because it was a later check in and I had been traveling all day I fell asleep with my phone in hand. I can’t wait to get home and take another shower, it is that bad

Useless wifi
Wifi was useless and tv only had poor terrestrial channels and no connection to devices. Could neither stream or watch anything on tv- todays tech availability and cost this was very poor

Overall the experience was okay. My partner and I didn’t spend too much time at the property, but the room had a weird smell, the WiFi didn’t work, the breakfast was very limited, and the parking was chaotic. They could’ve paid more attention to the cleaning before assigning the room to their costumers.

Overall, the stay was okay. The hallways that were connecting to the main lobby were extremely cold. It is set up like a motel, but a “hotel” because it was enclosed. The parking here is extremely limited. Many guests had to park illegally. Every time I went in and out the main entrance guests were smoking. The free breakfast was the same each day. The upside…it was surprisingly quiet and one of the maintenance workers named Milton was extremely polite and helpful.

I stayed here with family and it was terrible. Each room had something wrong, one room had no running water, another room the fridge was not working, then the toilet in my room flooded, and we had a shower door missing. The hallways are freezing. Parking is limited from what I saw. I’m thankful I only had to stay there for one night, I won’t be returning.

Told it stopped running more than 1 hour previous. Had paid for Park Sleep Fly with expectation of pickup at end of trip. Had to call Uber to get back to pick up car

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a big problem with the hot water and we were not able to fully enjoy our stay because of this. Several other guests were also affected. Everything else about the hotel was great.

The hotel seriously needs to be fixed up. Shabby rooms with numerouse things in need of attention. Bathroom faucet leaked, bathroom light fixture has three lights with only one working. Towel bar falling of the wall-- held in place only by caulking! Room heater not working.TV remote needing batteries. Door safety chain missing.

Great mattress and shower. The price is very good. The sheets smell clean, nothing misty. The bathroom is neither clean nor it has any hooks or place to put towels or clothes. In the hallway, the roof leaks but it did not affect us. Nice breakfast. Wifi is ok, acceptable. Parking is extra $10/day

Ive stayed here many times. Best value in Boston. I was surprised that in my room 112 hot was on the right. Plumber must have done it after lunch. Just be aware so you dont get burned

This was booked for my boss, and I was told afterwards that it was not somewhere they would ever want to stay again. And it was for business with other people and my boss was embarrassed by the hotel’s accommodations. “A Rat Hole” so to speak.

I heard people walking by our room yelling kids running all night long, also never sneezed so much. I looked on the side of the bed by the air conditioner and there was so much dust. This hotel needs a deep cleaning.

I had to have maintenance fix the TV. Then the fridge stopped working. The shower & curtain was a mess. I took pictures of it. But the Spanish maintenance guy was so polite& that was a positive. The beds were very comfortable .

This place isn’t for an animal.
The room I stayed in had a blood stained tissue, holes in the walls, no molding on the walls, wrappers, and other garbage on the floor, the showerhead was pulling out of the wall, there were bugs in the room, stains on the carpet, only one out of the three lights in the fixture above the sink worked and it smelled like urine. And that was only our room. The hallway looked disgusting, the stairs had rips and tears in the carpet, and the elevator didn’t even completely level to the floor. And don’t get me started on the so-called complimentary shuttle to the airport. when I asked about it, it was not complimentary and then when I requested reservations, even having to pay for it, they told me there was no more room on the shuttle for three people at 4 AM. Overall, it was a poor experience at best, and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I want to start by saying the staff was nice and helpful. Not overly enthusiastic but nice enough. They answered all my questions and when my key didn't work the second night they activated a new one fast and easy. There is parking around pack but it was still limited. The room was dirty in terms of the floor, tub, countertops but my biggest issue was this nasty big chair in the room. It was so dusty and dirty with big stains and the material seemed to be falling apart. I don't know why it was in there and I think it should be removed. The towels and sheets seemed clean. There was one outlet that worked to charge phones. The chain lock on the door seemed to be falling apart. The elevator was dirty and the hotel overall just has a dirty old vibe, in my opinion. The fridge and blow drier were nice. They provided soaps and housekeeping. The 7 11 nearby was nice but there wasn't much late night fast food options.

The hotel was under construction and the road in front of the location was closed. We could not figure out how to enter the parking lot and when we called to ask the front desk staff said “it is hard to explain.” The room was dated, though it was clean, but the beds were extremely worn and uncomfortable. Breakfast was standard but other guests were loud, rude, and disruptive. They were asked to quiet down but refused. Staff refused to intervene.

The outside of building was not appealing. The lady at front desk wouldn’t let us look at room until we checked in. Then we went to room. The room smelled and was very noisy. We called Expedia and we told them what happen and filed a report. The lady told us they would call us back about a refund. Have not heard anything back.

Don't waste your money
Staff was rude, room smelled like an old ball sack. Couldn't even close the bathroom door if you were sitting on the toilet which was a problem because the toilet paper is behind the door. Overall it was trashy and the most expensive per night on our trip up the coast. And the worst accommodations

Not a great stay
The hotel is very dated. The rooms need better furniture and flooring. There were cracks in the floor so you could see outside. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere. I would not stay again for the money I paid.

I travel a lot and it was the most disgusting hotel i had in a long time. The front desk is great and new but once you head to your room it was not in good conditions. The room was really old and dirty! Hair on the bed, stains on the wall. The internet was not working and the phone in the room was not working either. I would recommend to avoid this hotel

Room was a bit rundown, dirty chair in the room but lobby and breakfast area were nice. Vending machines were well stocked and had nice options. Hotel staff super nice, accommodating and friendly. Every time I walked by the front desk the personnel was very attentive, respectful and willing to help.
You do have to drive everywhere.

We stayed four nights first night we got in the carpet was wet and dirty. Looked like whoever splashed some kind of sent all over to cover up the bad smell that didn’t work. The sitting chair was wet. The phone for the room didn’t work. Ask three out of four nights to switch rooms nothing could be done they said at the front desk.

The room had not been more than spot cleaned. There were hairs plastered to the wall next to the bathroom( that were there before we got there) The door to our room would not latch unless you put a large amount of pressure on it which was unnerving. With those things being said the staff were nice and very pleasant, the breakfast bar was always fully stocked and fresh. With a few fixes to the maintenance and cleaning the place was not bad to stay in.

Don’t cut amenities just cause building going down
The worst part : Do not advertise free parking and then charge $10
Ramada pay your wifi bill.
wifi is as standard as having toilet paper.

The best? That was front desk staff very nice and accommodating and offered us bowling vouchers

We checked in late at night. Parking in the vicinity of the hotel was full. The good thing was we're still allowed to park on the next property. (The downside though was they collect parking fee even if you're a guest of the hotel).

Do not stay here!
Completely unprofessional. Cancelled my room when I called and told them my flight was delayed. Have a note of the call in their system but still gave my room to someone else. Told me to “sleep in the parking lot” with my child at 6am until other guests checked out. When I told them I booked another hotel, they refused to refund me for the additional nights I had booked on my reservation. Awful experience. Do not stay here.
