The facility was neat and clean. My
accommodation, room , the bed , pillows ...
Was very comfortable. And the daily
breakfast buffet was great.
As stated in other reviews there's multiple
restaurants , stores, a CVS , gas station
within walking distance. Oh there's a
Subway and Dunkin Donuts, and Bowling
Alley, just to name a few places.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to family , friends and others.

Pay a lot for a little
Leaking shower had water all over the bathroom; room felt unsecure because of windows and door with questionable locking out to hallway and parking lot. WAY too expensive for what you get.

I had better expectations for a Wyndham hotel. The room was very dated! We would not sit in the room chair as it was very old and looked unclean.

Bath not drainning properly (they cane to do maintenance) one bed falling appart ( the girl at the front desk Saïd She could not do anything ( She never send anybody to see the problem). I fixed it by myself as good as I could have done.
The clim was running… We where freezing. There were not heating …the breakfast was horrible (eggs were bad taste, sauvages not well cookies, not fruits somethimes, not enough coffee at some moments… really, it was my worst experience staying at your hotel and probably the most expensive ever.
I am very dissappointed. I never complain usually but from the begin oh I did not appreciate my three nights at your hôtel.

Our stay
We were there for two nights. The shuttle from the airport was appreciated, although a little confusing. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The staff was good, the free breakfast was good, the linens were good, except for the bottom fitted sheet on our king size bed was not big enough, so one side would not stay put. But the room itself had a terrible musty smell when we entered, and there were signs of water damage on the walls and the wall behind the toilet in the bathroom had no wood or studs behind it. It just kind of was flexible and noticeably bulged. The curb appeal when we drove up was lacking , clearly not up to the Ramada standards that I’ve experienced previously.
The whole building seems old, tired and untidy/dirty

We had a 3 night stay here. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However the skirting board was moldy and peeling off and there were a lot of wires trailing behind the lamps etc. Due to the layout of the hotel we did not have a window/daylight which made the room very dark. The corridors were quite damp,noisy and cold. We did not find all staff to be overly friendly.

The noise is because it is close to a freeway. Traffic noise. They have a shuttle to the airport, train station and cruise ship. This was really nice, especially to the train station as there isn't much nearby the hotel . Room dated. Bathroom very old.

Get what you pay for
Definitely the cheap motel vibe at this one. Never traveled to Boston so we had no idea. If you’re looking to save money and you’re OK with not the nicest rooms and awful water pressure. This is your place.

Great visit to Boston

The hotel was not in good condition. Rooms were showing their age, patch job on the ceilings, noisy A/C units, water leaks, shower is meant for people who are less than 5 feet and water pressure was very low. Overall, for a Ramada, very disappointing.

Not a awful place to stay but not the greatest. Booked it for the price but the hit you with hidden fees. There is a $150.00 deposit that I did not know about until I arrived. Then the charge you $10.00 a day parking which again I did not know about until I got there. The room was clean but had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, no big deal I always bring a can of Ozium that fixes that problem. Nice continental breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, English muffins, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a few things I probably missed. The lock on our room was a nightmare, we had tonight with it to get it to lock. I had just gotten out of the shower and was sitting on the bed getting dressed and the door swung open and there stood a guy I did not know and I was naked. We would go to leave and the dead bolt would pop open and we had to fight to get it to close so we could leave. I have never double checked locks more in my life. We went to see a concert in Boston on our last night that ran late so they have an option to check out 2 hours late for $25.00 so we took it. At 12.:05 PM (checkout is now 1:00 PM) the housekeeper knocks on the door, I open it and she asked if we were checking out, I explained that we paid for the late check out and she shover her phone in my face showing the time. I told her that our check out time was at 1:00 PM and she just waved her hand in my face and walked away. For that we won't be back!

It was fine. They try hard, but it was not quite as nice as it looked on the website. They advertised an airport shuttle, but neglected to mention that it only runs until 9:30PM. Since our plane was late, we wound up getting an Uber for $65 instead of the promised $10/person shuttle we planned for. Calling the hotel was an exercise in futility. After that, things got better, but it was still frustrating.

This property is tired. Door lock was glitchy, pool was stained, shower curtain detaching from wall, carpet worn, etc. this property needs an update. I didn’t feel like I wanted my suitcase to touch the floor. Also the neighborhood didn’t make me want to walk around.
That being said, the location was good for airport and cruise terminal access, and we did take advantage of the bowling alley next door.

Excellent breakfast. Desk clerks were friendly. Location is out of the city and close to the interstate. Our room was ok. It was a little dinghy and lots of cigarette butts outside the hotel from the residents.

Terrible stay. Fixtures and furnitures were falling apart. The door didnt close properly. The toilet water was running all night. The air conditioner is loud and kept us up. Bath towels were not provided. Nothing to eat around the property at all except bowling alley food (do not go there). The only saving grace was bed was comfortable enough to sleep in.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very outdated/ not the cleanliness and if felt dark since the hotel started off as a motel. Due to the style of the hotel, we didn't for comfortable opening the shade.

Would have had more pressure if I stood outside in the rain rather than the shower head, hallways were on cremate, AC worked great in room, bed was super comfy. Staff upon check in didn’t tell us our room number, nothing about breakfast, basically nothing at all just looked up from her phone and handed me the key with the room number on it. Wouldnt stay here again.

The Ramada was good for the price. We did have to get our card keys changed twice because they stopped working while we were staying there. Probably an internal key system issue that needs to be fixed. Breakfast was great. Room was good. Odd choice to have the air conditioners of each room blast hot air into the hallway though. Walking back to the room was like walking through a sauna. Pool was nice too. Easy walk over to Fields Corner station to take the subway downtown. I'd recommend having the lobby give a map to there for others not wanting to spend a lot getting around Boston. I did have to google info for that before coming. Overall, the stay was fine. Would recommend the hotel, probably in the Fall/Winter when the A/C units don't need to be used.

Room was great, bed clean and comfie, everything worked well. Hallway a bit shabby. Nice to have a pool. Communication about shuttle very confusing. I was told to call 5 times (24 hours prior, when my plane took off, when i landed, when i got my luggage, when i was in the pick up area). Any ONE of those is fine, but please coordinate your requirements to ONE call! Also told there were only bi-hourly shuttles to airport, but other people arranged custom shuttle times with 24 hours notice. PLEASE GET THE STORY STRAIGHT. Traveling is stressful. Miscommunication like that adds to stress and it is controllable.

Too noisy, tired room for cost per night, v noisy road outside room with walls too thin to dampen it. Not a good night sleep at all. Car alarm outside room and other residents shouting g loudly at 1am. A total waste of a lot of money for a bad night.

Staying at the Ramada in Boston was not great. The price that I booked with increased when I was charged. They did not give me a parking pass so we got a ticket our first night. Our room was sketchy, the door didn't lock very well, and it smelt musty. When we were getting ready for bed the first night the celling started to pour rain from the room above. They did move us which was nice, but they did not seem happy about it in the morning. The cleaning staff was rude and when you asked them a question they ignored you and did not help. The breakfast was good. Would not recommend staying here unless you want to pay a lot of money for nothing.

There was a 1/4 inch gap around the door that let light and bugs into the room. Bathroom door would not latch shut it barely closed. The pool was dirty. Lifeguard was sitting on a chair with a towel on his legs 15 feet away from shallow and of pool not in the lifeguard chair that was 2 feet from deep end. The towels given in bathroom were extremely small. I believe they were hand towels. The towels at the pool were pretty much same size. The Beds were very uncomfortable.

the A/C for the room was too strong and blew cold air to the two beds making it uncomfortable to sleep. The stream of cold air was fast even in the lowest fan setting of the A/C unit.

TERRIBLE
Terrible decision to stay here. Shower was awful to the point I didn’t shower for two days. Whole place stink of cigarette, key cards stopped working 3 times, air conditioner in room prevented any sleep at all. Got a parking infringement notice even after paying for parking at the hotel. Would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Cheap but what do I expect
The up front person checking us in was not attentive. We asked for a decent restaurant and referred us the bowling alley. Rooms need updating. If I weren’t on a budget I would went somewhere else.

Worse experience ever
It was a worst experience ever. They didn’t have a room availability whereas I already paid fully months in advance.it was a midnight by the time our flight got there they gave us a stinky old smelly run out room. The sink didn’t work. Could not sleep the whole night because I had to share a bed with someone I wasn’t happy to share a bed with. And the smell was over killing us . My reservation was for two queen bed. They end up giving us one king bed. It was a nightmare .

Close-ish to airport
We stayed at this hotel because we wanted something close to the airport - and the closer hotels were all a lot more expensive. It still took a while by shuttle with a surly driver, but we did get there on time. The beds are remarkably comfortable and the breakfast is top-notch. The room was not clean when we arrived and we asked Housekeeping to touch it up - they were surly, too. The bathroom door scraped on the floor and the cover to the sink controls fell off, but it was a place to rest our heads and we appreciate that.

Value but be aware
The lobby was super nice, but the hallways were muggy and hot; they also had a smell to them as well. Our deadbolt on the door did not work and there was no latch lock to prevent house keeping from walking in if privacy is desired. Overall it might be better to pay a bit more
