We did not like valet parking service--takes way too long to get the car. Also 2 out of 5 elevators were out of service so waiting to go up and down was unwanted. Lastly we asked for 3 days for wash cloths and finally got ONE on the last day.

Dirty, nasty, broken furniture, elevator broken lazy staff, no changing of bed linens, had towels for a week had to beg for toilet paper because they don’t service the rooms there was mold on the ceiling and in the refrigerator

Nice Location
Check in process was a little hectic. My room wasn't ready.... But after that everything went really well. Hotel is really old, but the staff is friendly. The view is beautiful, and there's a lot of shops inside the hotel.

Awesome views from room but problems with air conditioner making strange loud noises that could not be fixed by service, and elevator problems causing crowded elevators. The service elevators were not functioning, consequently, this exacerbated the problem.

Thé bed was extremely high…very little shampoos no floor mat …
We felt stinginess ,tissues , half a box in bathroom…none next to bed

Not thrilled
Waited over two hours for room that was just waiting for the final inspection then got to room that smelled like pot, hair in shower floor, table was sticky. The overall hotel needs a deep cleaning.

Horacio is the receptionist that first attended me at check in - because of my flight, I arrived at 7am at the hotel and I went to check for the possibility of a room available. He already started by answering my first question with a tone and being rude, saying that the check in was only at 4pm, which I already knew, however after I asked if he could at least take my phone number and let me know, he once again was rude. I started conversing with him noticing his flag from Argentina when he started saying that he doesn't like it in Florida because people are not polite and have no respect, saying that the younger generations are the worst. I consider myself the younger generation, therefore his comments felt a lot like they were meant for me. The next day I again see him screaming at another guest because two elevators were broken. Overall, everyone in the hotel seemed extremely rude, unhappy and unwilling to help. Two elevators were broken, the room was dirty, the pool bar attendants were kind of rude as well. Very very disappointed. Nobody who works in there feel like they enjoy their jobs, at all.

I checked in on Friday and had no hot water,I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it, I left a day early on Sunday and they still didn’t come to even check it.They charged for parking 25 a day which was not mentioned when making reservation.The staff there couldn’t care less about the customers.

Old and needs renovations. Cheap came out expensive for me. Valet damaged my car and company wouldn’t admit to doing so. So be careful no self parking and valets don’t care about your vehicle.

House keeping lack attention to details work, we did our refill of towels 3 consecutive days, also missing coffee refills. Swimming pool close at sunset(that is too soon) restrictions of fun.

The hotel is little old and runout. The service was good and the view from our room was very nice. We were attending an event in the hotel, so it was convenient just to walk back to our room after the event. It was a really good night to start off the holiday season.

Expected more from a Ramada. Horrible time trying to figure out where to park and vallet was available but person could not speak english to tell me how to get to other parking. Rooms pain peeling fridge and counters scratched and donged up. No lamps in room. Only nice thing was balcony and view

Pool lady takes my towel back & dirty, old, hotel
Got the hotel room because I wanted a view. View was great. Here was the negative:
1) little fly rolly polly bugs in the hotel room (about 10-20)
2) Pain in the butt to extend your stay. I had business meetings from 9 am - 5 pm every time. I would leave at 730 and twice came down to extend my stay. Some guy at the desk said I had to call a number on a business card after 9. I was a little annoyed because I had to work then but just made the time to step out.
I called the front desk at 9 and person who answered said I could only extend my stay in person at the front desk. I told them what the other employee said and they acted confused. Lost my room, so I had to redo the process at 7 pm when I got back that night.
Same thing happened again 2 nights later when I found out mid day I had to extend my stay.
3) Some pool attended took back towels from me at 630 am. I brought the towels out wanting to watch the sun rise and put my stuff on a chair. She couldn't speak English and made me give the towels back.
4) Gate to beach was broken, so you had to go out of the hotel and around to public access. Stuff happens which is understandable.
5) Room wasn't clean. Hairs in bed, floors weren't clean,and you could tell the place had been repaired a lot.
6) Weirdest one: no water pressure in the shower and no racks lol. Seriously, no rack or shelf in the shower so I ended up having to walk in and out of the shower to the bathroom sink to get shampoo and soap.

Disappointed
The room had a lot of improvements needed and I am not one to complain about old properties. There were too many things broken and good luck with the elevators, you will spend half your vacation waiting for those just take the stairs.

After a long flight ftom the west coast, I really appreciated that we were able to check in early and were able to rest. Horacio made the check in process very smooth and he was very attentive to our needs. This is our second time staying here and I'm sure we will be returning. The building and the amenities may not be the best but the easy access to the beach makes up for this.

This is NOT a hotel, this is an apartment complex that they allow people (many immigrants) to live in, therefore the smells throughout the complex are atrocious. Also, the condition of the units are filthy, broken furniture, rusted lamps, and bed bugs. Run for your life from this disgusting place!!!!

It needs an upgrade but overall everything was ok. I found a small dead roach in the toilet and one was crawling on the wall in the middle of the night.
No room service but the pizza place downstairs had a lot of selections. They were very accommodating.

I can't comment on the facilities as I didnt use them. Check in and check out was easy. Valet parking although busy was good, nice guys. The hotel needs updates, its old and has an 80's vibe, but the room was very clean, had a nice kitchenette and the beds were very comfortable. The hallways, surprisingly smelled good. For what we needed, it was great.

Run far, far away…
The ocean view was the only redeeming quality. Beachfront balconies are divided by a piece of plywood that isn’t secured in any way and has been there for some time. Furniture and fixtures were out of date in the 1980s, and I mean that; bathroom was visibly dirty with a semi-functional toilet; to put it politely a notable majority of employees were challenging or rude at the smallest of interaction; and last, I note the policy paperwork was bait and switch including resort fees, tipping inclusion, and parking costs.
‘Tell us what you really feel’ doesn’t begin to cover it…

It would be nice if the Ocean Terrace and Lounge could be opened somewhere down the line to offer more dining options; it is understandable that due to covid changes happen.
I hope to visit the Ramada next fall.

Pool is not available, i wish we were told before arrival that their pool has a leak and it is closed. This would have made a big difference when choosing this property. I also feel that the room we stayed does not match the ones from the website. It feels that this hotel might be under renovation. Main restaurant advertised by hotel is closed. Leaving guest without choise of food and also no room service as advertised. Also, there is no other option for parking besides Valet. Cars are parked somewhere else and average time to get car can vary from 15 minutes to almost 40 minutes. Staff was very friensly though and pool is a easy walk from the pool location. I will not stay at this property again. Between the vallet and resort fees, this okay will cost you an extra 40 dollars per day. There is definitely better options out there if you take in consideration the final price.

Kesly in reception is very knowledgeable, professional, alert and answer enjoy what he does based on what I see. I extended 3 times I came for only one night. There’s no pool, no complementary breakfast but the staffs are nice. Only minus is not chairs in room and slow wifi.

I would recommend this hotel for affordable vacation. Clean beach and room, quiet, walkable distance (10 minutes) to Publix supermarket, 7 minutes to Aventura mall by bus. Thank you to Whitney and Horacio for the early check in, I came around 12 pm and was able to get in my room. Thanks for everything!

Research and be careful with this property.
Location is good however customer service was desirable. The room was half cleaned and amenities very poor.
Have to check charges on the bill. Cause I was charge for a service didn’t use. Have a challenge to get refund.

Beautiful location!
The front desk was very helpful. Roi and Kesly were amazing! The valet’s were courteous. It’s in a beautiful location right on the beach! Two things to be aware of… be prepared to add $40 to your stay ($25 for parking and $15 for a resort fee). Also the building is older, but they’ve worked hard to update it. Great stay, and great staff.

Old age has taken it's toll. The smell hits you at the lobby. Hints of dirty diaper or gym locker follow you into your room. If we had not prepaid for three nights we would never have stayed. Dirty floors and darkened grout speak more to management issues than the help. Hot showers were nice. But the parking is 25.00 per day and not an option. Beach access is free. Sorry but this is a permanent never again.

The hotel was in a nice area, very quiet compared to other hotels I've stayed. The environment at night was nice and peaceful. I would go back to this same hotel the next time I go to the beach.

The property is very nice. Was very much bummed about the fact the swimming pools were closed and the restaurant that you could get breakfast from was closed. Valet parking was usually very busy. Staff were friendly.

Only booked the hotel for the pool overlooking the beach! No where at checking desk or at pool door did it say pool was under construction! Was never informed at checking by desk clerk. When I opened my curtain in am and saw caution tape and workers we immediately called front desk who said yes it was under construction. We immediately checked out that morning and moved to another hotel. They refunded us but since I prepaid three Expedia I was out the money for the second night! It’s too bad because my teenage daughters(13 & 15) were looking forward to the experience.

First and foremost, all the employees and valet were nice people. I have no issues there. However, the phone in my room did not work so I couldnt get room service when needed. My son was excited about the pool only to find out that it was closed beyond our stay. The bathroom/ shower is outdated and small. They claim to have "breakfast" but its a very small kiosk stand in the middle of the lobby (and they didnt even have milk!!!!!!). Furthermore, I've never been to a hotel that makes you fill out paperwork just for 3 towels. None of these things were known before checking in. This place is not worth half of what they're charging. And they're only getting away with charging that much because of the beach access. Find another hotel or save your money. This place is VERY misleading.

With price $25 per day valets returned me car with dirty windows. And told me that it some animals. And they can’t do anything.
When I asked hotel manager, what they can do for me, she answered, that valet is separate organization. But I paid money for parking on hotel reception.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THEY KNOW THEIR POOL IS OUT OF SERVICE AND THEY SPECIFICALLY SAY ON THE WEBSITE THAT THEY OFFER A POOL. THE ROOM DOOR WAS BROKEN (DIDN'T LOCK) WHEN CALLING THE FRONT DESK, THEY SAID NO MORE ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE, THEY DONT LEY ME CANCEL, THEY FINALLY SENT A MAINTENANCE PERSON, ONCE HE CONFIRMED HE CANT FIX IT, THEN THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER ROOM. NOTHING BUT LIES, BAD ODOR, AND THE MOST UNPLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. I STAY IN HOTELS AT LEAST 2 WEEKEND'S A MONTH, AND THIS IS MY 1ST BAD REVIEW EVER. I USUALLY LEAVE GOOD REVIEWS OR NO REVIEWS, BUT THIS NEEDED TO BE TOLD.

Front desk staff friendly. Good location on the beach, The room was very dirty, the floor was sticky, your socks would get dirty from walking in it, a very bad smell in the bed and pillows. I don't think I would stay there again. improve cleaning please don't be so lazy and dirty. Check on your cleaners.

The pool was closed for renovations and this was not told to me when I made the reservations. The balcony had plywood that was warped and falling down to separate rooms. The phone and vents were dirty, and a lamp was rusty. I could hear guests next door at 2:00 in the morning, and it sounded like they were coming over the balcony barrier into our room. They said there was nothing they could do to help us out because we booked with Expedia. They said to take it up with you. Expedia has done nothing to help me out on my past two vacations I booked with you. I will NEVER use Expedia again.

Staff on property really need to know what hospitality means. The outside bar lady with glasses was rude, tried to order one day and she was reading a book and didn't bother coming up to as what I'd like instead shouted what do you want and proceeded to be rude to a server. The desk outside with the towels I've encountered rude staff there. Either you ask for someone's name or room number and don't expect people to know what you need when you change it everyday. First vacation in 6 years after a lot of personal dealings, the only thing that saved staying here was I booked an oceanfront view which was nice and the beach was right there. The staff down at Pizza Bianco were amazing and super friendly.

The property has very poor management. They did not give us the room they were supposed to give us.
The pool was under construction and they did not even tell during reservation.
The inside has a weird smell when walking in the lobby or hallway.

This property was beach front but the room was horrible. The paint was peeling in the bathtub. The walls were dirty and so was the rug. The beds were decent. The pool was under construction and so was the fitness room. When I booked, this information was not available. I only stayed one night then headed to another hotel the next day.

Not a good experience. Swimming pool was being renovated and couldn’t be used. Had water shut off for repairs during the day which was very inconvenient. Balcony was dusty and no privacy from adjacent balcony. Hotel is old and needs a lot of upgrading. Should have been at a reduced price for the limited access to many amenities.

We had stayed at this property in the past and we didn't have these issues. When we booked no where did it state the pool was out of service. The held an event that again when we checked in wasn't informed and the event was extremely loud and until 3:30am. And when I called the front desk the gentleman was rude. The valet was long waiting time even after beeing told to call ahead of time. And they were very rude. This stay was supposed to be a peaceful and relaxing cause it was my 40th birthday weekend. Extremely disappointed about my stay at this hotel.
