The pictures of the property and rooms are NOT ACCURATE!!!
Rented a room and when I got the Key to access the room the door was open. The room smelled very bad. Like cigarette and just dirty. I asked for a non-smoking room . The toilet was dirty and someone had used it . The room was not cleaned at all. Bed sheets smelled bad and it had brown spots for people leaving the cigarette in the bed. I asked for a new room and it was even worst. Receptionist was not helpful. I had to find a different place. I am still waiting for someone to contact me and give me a refund.

At least the bed was comfortable
The bathtub was dirty. The ironing board and iron had been removed. The TV didn't work. The ice machine also didn't work. The A/C controls were also weird because it went down by 2 degrees and took several minutes to respond.

Dont believe all the reviews!
Great bang for your buck, my room was clean and smelled great when I checked in, no carpet too which I like. Tonya at the front desk was amazing and I could not rave about her more, super attentive and just over all kind. If I had a problem she was quick to fix it. I will absolutely be back as long as she is working there. Easy drive to anything, straight shot to down town and plenty of food and gas options right there too.

The hotel was not worth $134 a night for sure. It looked old and was in a strange location. The bathroom faucet in the room would stay either freezing cold or boiling hot. There was only two towels in a 2 bedroom room. The details stated it was 2 queen size beds which was false. The beds were full size beds.

The bathtub wouldn't drain, so I had to stand in 2 inches of water to take a shower.
The shower curtain was missing but I got one installed by the front desk right away - the front desk was exceptional.
This hotel is old, dirty and faded, I will not stay there again but I have found other Days Inns excellent.

The pictures shared on expedia did not match up with the room in the slightest. The room appears to have been renovated within the last couple of years, but the flooring was warped, the outlets between the beds didn't supply power, and the bathroom door wasn't framed correctly and so wouldn't shut all the way without extreme force being applied. The receptionist was very polite which was a plus. However, the "free breakfast" that was listed was not breakfast, it was literally a cup of coffee and a donut as the only offering. feel very mislead on this hotel and won't be staying at a days inn in the future.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Good thing we only stayed for a short time. Room was absolutely horrid! Toilet was nasty, had a smell in the room and there were no towels at all in the room. Not to mention the front desk clerk had the nastiest attitude ever!! Barely looked at me upon checkout-probably embarrasses at how terrible their hotel was. I would not recommend this place but only if you’re trying to get in a quick rest until departing

Upon entering our room it seemed clean, and newly remodeled. Went to shower and there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door still, we were provided with 1 pool towel, 1 bath towel, and 2 wash cloths no hand towels. We had to leave the AC extremely cold, because if not the floors would be wet and extremely slippery. The TV did not work either. Overall it was extremely poor cleanliness.

Location is needing some updates. For the most part it is very clean and staff is attentive and friendly. There was issues with the tv and air/heat unit but they always managed to come fix any issues my family had. They offered a new room to keep us satisfied. For the most part we enjoyed our stay along with fellow travelers that were also friendly. ***my family recommends

I booked this room for a little getaway for My boyfriend’s birthday but 5 mins after going in our room we seen ROACHES!!! It was hella roaches the whole stay!! & the refrigerator looked nasty, I didn’t even want to put anything in it! The A/C was leaking nonstop, as well!! Horrible.. NEVER again!

Multiple keypads did not work; mine was horrible, needed to go to the office every time I returned to the motel. Phone did not work, USB connections did not work, and the toilet was less than effective. I had a three night stay and housekeeping never came in. All in all, it was a less than good stay. The price was not too bad, but even then, I definitely did not get my money’s worth.

We did not stay. We got to our room and the smell from a cleaning product was so overwhelmed. The bed covering was wet.
Left the room and went back to the front desk. The women there was very nice and friendly. She was understanding and returned our payment.

I did not like anything. My husband, my daughter and I arrived and felt terribly unsafe. There were many people standing outside our bedroom window talking and making phone calls. There were people jumping in the room above us as well people running up and down the outside stairs until the wee hours of the morning. The room itself was dirty especially the floors. There was nothing offered for breakfast but a small package of doughnuts. I would truly like a refund on my card as this was the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had and I have done a lot of traveling both for business and opleasure. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

The floor in our room was very dirty. We actually got a mop and bucket to clean it. The room had a bad odor, which cleared after using our detergents on the floor. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

The hotel room was disgusting; thankfully we only stayed the one night. Greeted with flies in the room upon entry. The floors were covered with like sludge I put the towel on the floor after a shower so the floor wasn’t soaked and it was just covered in dirt and the floor of the whole room was like that. There was 2 footprints on my bed sheet from someone’s boots. The chair in the room was covered in dirt and had stains all over and in the dresser drawers someone left dirty pairs of socks so clearly these rooms aren’t being serviced other than just making sure some folded towels and new bars of soap are placed in the room. I know some of us are on a budget , but please do yourself a favor and book at a little more pricey hotel.

First, let me acknowledge that the staff was very friendly and courteous. That said, there were several issues with my room. The toilet required two flushes to clear the bowl. The shower drained very slowly, to where after a 5-minute shower I was standing in 1" of water. Several power outlets were dead, providing no power to lamps, charging cords, computer cord, etc. The majority of the room was clean - linens, towels, etc. - but the floors hadn't been swept or mopped (after walking around barefooted after a shower, I picked up enough dirt to leave dirty footprints on the bathmat).

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room looked nice, but when I pulled back the sheets, I found long dark hairs in the bed. The room had a funny smell near the bathroom sink. There were people loitering around in the stairs and parking lot talking and laughing loudly late at night. The parking lot is as bright as the sun shining into the room with all the lights. I didn’t feel very safe here, and the bed killed my back. The tv sound was also quite horrible. I had to change the input on the tv just to get it to work. For $170/ night there were better options out there. Now I know. This should have been a sub $100/night place.

First the pluses— it was extremely clean and updated although obviously an older property. The last who checked us in was very personable and helpful even though it was almost midnight. The big downside was the so called breakfast. While I don’t expect a full breakfast I would expect more than a small package of mini donuts. Not a piece of fruit, yogurt, bagel- nothing. We were expecting to feed our girls a quick breakfast so we could get an early start but instead had to stop we could feed them something besides sugary donuts.

The plaster in the shower area was peeling…we had two towels: one washcloth and no hand towels. I hadn’t stayed at a Days Inn in over 3 decades, but was willing to give it a try since the Wyndham name was attached. At least 3 decades ago, at least the price was “you got what you paid for”. Now, the Wyndham name just allows them to charge more. I won’t be going back.

Wow! I haven’t stayed in a dirtier hotel - EVER! When I walked into the room the refrigerator had leaked water onto the hard wood floor. I used a wash cloth to wipe up the puddle. The wash cloth turned a very dark brown. The entire floor was sticky and filthy.

Had prepaid for the room and to check in at midnight took over 45 minutes!! after a Long Day's trip that was not expected.TV did not work and we had to have them come up and clean the bathtub. $50. Cash deposit was not mentioned when paying for room. Someone tried to sell me drugs in the parking lot. I was happy to have a room.

The rooms were very dirty the refrigerator was broken. There is dust inside the air conditioner. The floor is filthy. The so-called non-smoking room had cigarette burns on the blankets. Do not stay there. The only thing that was decent about it is the girl was very nice behind the desk.

Horrible!
Absolutely awful. This place lets people live there which makes you and your belongs feel not so safe. Very trashy and dingy looking. The weather stripping under our door was peeling off adn the AC looked moldy and dirty. The top sheet had dirt marks so we had to inspect the rest of the bed. Bothing looked clean and the whole room smelled like pot. The girl at the desk was blaring loud music when i walked in to check in and tokk her sweet time to acknowledged me. Because of the run down state of the place and seedy nature it was hard to relax at all. Didnt sleep a bit. NEVER STAYING AGAIN! THANKFULLY IT WAS ONLY ONE NIGHT!!

Poorly maintained
The room smelled clean, like it had been cleaned with bleach. The bed comforter had cigarette burn holes as well as the sheets (We were in a non smoking room). The tub could use a good scrubbing and there was paint in the bottom of it. There was mold on the ceiling above the tub as if there is a leak upstairs. Several areas had missing paint. The small fridge was rusty across the bottom. I must say the pillows were very comfortable and the staff was very nice. I was very disappointed in the "breakfast". There was coffee too strong to drink and Hostess donuts packages. Do not planning on staying there again

The king room I stayed in had the necessary amenities, the facility overall is aging with some updates. The bed was a very comfy gel foam mattress and bedding was Wyndham standard. The check-in process was a breeze and every staff member I encountered had a smile and friendly greeting. Overall pleasant overnight stay!

The building is well worn. Stayed for 3 nights. Room needed TLC, worn and not cleaned properly. Toilet ran continuously but front desk did not come to change the flapper. Floor dirty, bottoms of feet turned dirty without shoes on. Room had german cockroaches. Personally killed 8 while I was there. Sure there were more. "Breakfast" was a joke. Regular coffee and 3 packs of donettes brand mini doughnuts. That is it. Luckily Mcdonalds nearby.

Close to Cracker Barrel. Front Desk who checked me in was sweet and VERY FAST! STAFF IS GREAT, THE PROPERTY IS NOT! I had opened coffee packages and used shampoos. Towels with hair on them. I called and the front desk helped me. Burn holes on dirty comforters.

Trashy place to stay.
Walked into room and found a used wash cloth on the tub. Disgusting start to our stay! Entry door did not have a chain or inside type of lock for our security. AC unit leaked water onto the floor our second day. Breakfast for 2 consisted of coffee and a hostess 3 mini donut pack. Maid service has to be made 24 hours in advance. Elevator was on backside of property. The units on first floor of backside were rented either weekly or monthly. Very trashy on the backside. I wont be staying there again. Photos on hotels.com are very deceiving. Not happy with Days Inn, or Hotels.com.

Needs desperately to be updated. Bathroom was disgusting and the floors were black. Had to wait shoes in the room to avoid dirty feet. The outside of our door was were the cleaning crew swept the daily room and sidewalk trash. Smelled heavy marijuana smoke next door when I asked maid who had stopped by that room, for a “Do not disturb” sign. She said she didn’t know our room had been rented out otherwise she would have told us they were working in that room. Sounded like someone was sanding furniture. Didn’t like the fact the hotel allows long stay residents who live there. Sketchy.

Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was mostly clean but had a terrible smell in the bathroom and the floor was slimy and left black residue on the floor mat. Linens were clean but stained. Room finishes were old/cracked/not kept up. Location convenient to I-10.

Horrible stay-I had 2 rooms for business and we were there for 11 days. Not once did the cleaning people knock on my door. I had to ask for sheets and towels. The hotel is the worst hotel on the block. Breakfast is pathetic. Maybe some coffee and some gross plastic covered danish! Don’t eat it. This MOTEL- is one step away from roach motel style. Stay far away!

Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of cigarettes and pot. There was a fight in the room next door and I felt very unsafe and would not ever stay there again. Was not happy with the cost of the room for as bad as it was. Not ever going back!

I would not recommend this property. Staff was friendly and accommodating as best as they could be, but the rooms were not clean, they smelled like mildew, and there weren't enough towels in either of the two rooms I had for me and my family. It's clearly an old property that has not been updated in many years, and the owners have not put anything into renovating or maintaining the property. I'm sorry, but my family will not stay at a Days Inn again due to this experience.

Not worth it
The room was very tight spaced. The bathroom was leaking water, the shower curtain had mildew and mold on it. The sm fridge was leaking water. People down stairs smoking weed. The pool had debris all in it.

Poor Value
The value for the money was poor. We waited for a while in the lobby while the trainer and trainee chatted with someone ahead of us. Then it took long to check in, even though we were pre-paid. The room smelled strongly of bleach when we opened the door. The furnishings are basic, the hotel is old and not updated well. The walls are paper-thin and the location, while convenient, is close to the I-10 with loud traffic. Would not return.

The room’ situation is bad. The curtain fell down half, the refrigerator is very old that caused t heavy noise in the evening, so I can’t sleep well. I saw they offered the breakfast when I booked the hotel, but no breakfast offered. The worst thing is no save, I forgot my jewelries in Room134, I called after several hours when I just got home, but my jewelries were gone. The staff in the hotel can get customer’s belongings for free? Safe is basic rule for a hotel management, but no safe totally . Only several hours passed, but I can’t get my lost back. This day inn is terrible. I never experienced that bad situation before. I never choose Day Inn again. Please help me get my lost back. Thanks.

HORRIBLE!
After a long drive, I checked into this hotel. I walked into my room and noticed the beds were poorly made. There was open left over bar soap in the bathtub. I then picked up the toilet lid (which had a sanitized wrap on it to show that it had been cleaned), there was dried urine on the seat. I immediately went to the office and told them that I wanted to cancel my reservation. I explained what I saw. She assured me that when Expedia called them to verify the situation that she would take care of it, and that I would be refunded. When Expedia contacted the hotel, they denied the condition of the room and did not issue a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Fair would be a step up for this hotel
The room was missing a trash can, the tissue box was empty, and the TV remote was sticky on the back. It’s good I only stayed for one night, because the accommodations were not good.

Would Not Stay Again
Old hotel undergoing renovations but still dirty floor in the room. Mismatched furniture, tv with stains on it, moldy shower curtain, and dilapidated outside. The tv had no picture only sound. Staff in the office was very friendly though but did not offer a discount for the broken tv.

The end of “hotel row”
When I drove up, I thought UGH! Looks somewhat run down! But then I saw a sign, under renovation!. Still, my room was somewhat updated but there were still things not right. I could not turn off the AC/Heat so opted for the fan to run. The water took quite awhile to warm up for a shower. If this room was renovated, you would think the previous paint could have been removed from the tile etc. Not my favorite place to stay but at least the staff was friendly.

The first thing we noticed upon opening the door to the room was that there was dirt/sand/grit on the floor. I walked from the bed area to the bathroom once in my sock feet and I realized that the bottom of my white socks were now gray. I also noticed that one of the towels, which appeared to have been laundered was stained. In addition, there was no chair at the desk and there were no tissues in the dispenser. This is our second bad experience with a Days Inn this year. We will probably not stay at one again.
