The side door did not lock. I called the front desk and they said they would fix it but it never did. One of 2 elevators were not working and there were a few half fixed repairs in the room. The wall must have had a mirror torn off and there was joint compound all over the wall. The rooms do not look like the photos.

There was not enough towels and wash clothes. They only changed the towels every 3 days. If you wanted more you had to go to the front desk and ask for them

I stayed there 4 days ago and still haven’t gotten my $50 deposit back. Outside was filthy. Elevators didn’t work. Breakfast was cold. Very disappointed in my stay

We were there for thanksgiving, and the hot food was not delivered. There was rust on the tub, the walls needed to be re-done-in the bathroom the drywall was bubbling. THere was silly string stuck to the ceiling. The next day, friday, the dining area was not cleaned regularly. Although the front desk staff was nice, the lobby had couches with stains and other debris. I just felt unclean in this hotel. I will not recommend it to anyone.

The room was horrible. Stains everywhere on walls, furniture, lamp shades, tub, shower curtains. The box spring of the mattress was horribly stained and the dust and debris behind the bed and nightstands was a couple inches high. The door security latch would not stay in the secure position. Put a chair up against the door to feel safe. The sink was clean and that was about it. The room was a very reasonable rate but not worth it for the feeling of being creeped out all night.

Will not stay at Ramada again
Elevator was out so I had to walk around the outside to get in. Very noisy. Had a smell in room. And very outdated and delapidated items and walls. Needs updating.

Check-in was simple. Hotel is conveniently located. Room was huge and equipped with a Jacuzzi. Bed was big and comfortable.
Only problems - no alarm clock in the room. Requested room close to front desk, but assigned room was way down the hall passed 30 closer rooms.

Place is in need of a serious update. Carpet torn in hallways. Elevators don't work. Paint peeling in pool. Dirt on walls, and can only imagine the dirt and stains on the carpets.

I like the almost everything it was quiet, clean, staff was friendly. the only thing that I didn't like was breakfast. we had the same things for the 3 mornings that we were there.
It would be better if they would change the menu every day or at least every second day.

Wasn't allowed to check in or get a refund. Was told because I booked with a third party. Expedia told me the hotel received my payment and refused to refund my money.
Paid for nothing but a headache and wasted time :(

There were live roaches walking around. When telling the staff this, they simply said it happens and when I asked what they will do, they made it a phone to tell me they're are no refunds. Never ever stay here especially for the price for $10-15 more you're staying in a courtyard or Hilton.

The staff was nice. The breakfast area and breakfasted seemed clean and pretty extensive. I did not eat breakfast though. The entire hotel is very inconvenient. One elevator worked for three fours and a large property. Two were out of commission. The one that did work hadn't been inspected in over a year. They need to buy better cleaning solution for their carpets. That cheap stuff made the rooms smell nasty. The rooms were reasonably clean. The entire place has not been upgraded in decades. It's an okay place to stay if you're on the first floor.

the place was not in good repair. buckled, frayed and dirty carpets. one elevator out of service and the other old, dirty and tired. Room was OK but the furniture was old and tired and the room was very dark. Security was lax; side doors were always unlocked. Dumpster was uncovered and overflowing. Staff was friendly and helpful and did a good job at checkin & checkout.

There was no housekeeping services. If you required towels, soap or other amenities you had to go to the lobby to pick up. Bugs in room that took 3 days to finally spray for. No elevator service. Dirty and frayed carpets. Please do not recommend this hotel. Should be a 1 Star or less.

They don't change the sheets and during the time I was there they only cleaned the room once and they didn't even leave me clean towels, they only took the ones I was using.

Breakfast was awesome! Big and plenty of it, pancake machine was so cool. Pool was nice, rooms were average, but whole place needs updating, but the beds were clean and the staff was more than helpful. Gym was nice, towels were abundant. My family stayed for two weeks and it was not 5 star, but it was comfortable and appreciated. I would stay again :)

There were multiple problems with this property: Hallways smelled bad, Hallway and room floors had dimples in the floors, sink smelled of sewer, Room 309 was missing the strike plate in the front door, bathroom ceiling had some mold and smell of mildew, room carpet was both dirty and fraying, bed mattresses had lost all firmness. Only one elevator worked, and entrance sliding door was malfunctioning. Ramada is a good brand name but this location reflects it in a very bad way. Only bright spot was the staff was courteous. Rest assured, don’t plan to stay there again.

4 of the 6 pillow cases in the room were stained, the ceiling had multiple water stains from a leak above, the floor on the second floor hallway is collapsing in different spots to the point someone could fall through, the back door isn’t secured and anyone could walk in, the room above the pool is rotten and dangerous.

Mold in shower head. Dingy room. Unfriendly staff. Toilet bowl had a large crack from the top to the bottom. Floor was not vacuumed. Very noisy. I will never stay there again. Staff person was banging on my door at 10:50 telling me to check out. After driving 800 miles I arrived at 11:30. They had open rooms but told me they were charging me $35 dollars for early check in. I was too exhausted to say no. Expedia should drop this hotel from its listing. Also I was sitting in the lobby waiting for a friend for 20 minutes I listen to a manager berating a staff member for poor work. I was 3 feet away and could hear everything. That should be done in private not in the lobby in front of guests. I stay in a lot of hotels this was the worst and the only time I’ve left a review

The bathroom sink was covered with hair from someone shaving. There was a roach chilling on my toothbrush one morning. Hallways are dirty and stink.

Good for business, bad for pleasure.
The service was friendly, the breakfast was well prepared and satisfying, however, the hotel environment needed remodeling and a deep clean. For instance, the carpet in the first floor hall needs replacing, the elevator in the back of the building on the first floor needs a major facelift and the like.

The room was very clean but the building needs lots of maintenance. Front elevators didn't work so we parked in back. Back door wouldn't lock. The plate where the elevator buttons are was loose. In the room the shower curtain didnt' fit the tub so the floor flooded. The sink faucet leaked onto the vanity top whenever used. The fridge needed to be defrosted and had multiple dents in the front. One or two of the few exercise machines were broken. There were no eggs with the sausage and potatoes at breakfast (otherwise pretty good). TV remote worked sporatically. But, like I said, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

When I book a hotel room I usually have a couple of things that I want and expect, but when I get to the hotel and those are not available I get a tad bit upset. Upon arriving at the Ramada my family had to wait for a person to show up at the front desk, so while waiting I took a quick look around and was disappointed in the overall quality. Once checked in we were told that the elevator did not work, our room was on the second floor and we had a person who had a problem with stairs. We had wanted to swim in the pool that night but we were unable to due the pool being closed, there were no signs stating this. Breakfast was decent, it was a small selection but what they have was good.

Nothing, the website showed a nice pool, however the pool had a foot of water in it and wasn’t open. The water that came out of the sink in the room came out black when turning it on and the room still looked as if it was being painted. The main elevator was not working as well

Staff was very nice, very helpful. Facilities are old and not well maintained. Plumbing leaked, room showed water issues that had been fixed, but stains showed. Half of the bathroom [sink] is in the room - Not the best idea for keeping room clean. Cold breakfast in dark dining area [we went elsewhere]. Not a very comfortable stay. Left a day earlier than planned because of the conditions. won't recommend or return

The person who checked me in was uninterested in his job, and was unengaging. The bed was terrible, jetted tub was not working, the noise from the room above me was horrible, but the worst part of my stay was that at 1AM the smoke detector began to chirp because the battery was low and nobody would answer at the front desk. I had to deal with that the whole night. Luckily I am going to be reimbursed for that stay from the training I was at for the weekend or I would be fighting to get my money back.

This is the definition of false advertising. The photos shown on the website had to have been taken at a different establishment, as our room was nothing like what was depicted. Our room had holes in the walls, the tiled floor was sticky, the carpet smelled musty, and we found beetles and silverfish in the room daily (we stayed on the 3rd floor). Upon arrival, the sheets on the bed were visibly dirty (large ink stains, smudges and specks of dirt); when asked for a clean set of sheets, the new set was visibly moldy. We ended up washing the bedding ourselves and sanitizing the room, and decided to spend as little time in the hotel as possible. Although morning breakfast was offered, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the rest of the property, we decided to avoid anything edible for fear of getting sick.

Unless you are strangled by a specific budget, this is not the place to stay!
- Doors are not in condition!
- Corridor noise and next door talks are heard very clearly!
- Bath tub has repairs
- Faucets or Taps as well not in condition (both in bath tub and washbasin)
- AC is just next to bed and just felt that don’t work well!
Over all, the stay is not worth!

Great property! Got an upgrade to a jacuzzi room for a nominal fee! Room was much bigger than I expected with a couch and table in it! Front desk staff very helpful and friendly! Nick and i forgot the young ladies name, but they were both awesome!!!

Needs brightening
Positives: Rooms were spacious and staff helpful. Breakfast had some good pancake and scrambled eggs as well as cold choices. But hotel was worn and tired. Rooms and hallways were very dim, especially after dark and a request for an additional lamp was not heeded. Bed was quite hard. Overall, it needs some brightening and cheering up. The desk clerk who was on during the days seemed to have a real customer service mindset with energy and enthusiasm for helping her guests. I bet if she were put in charge, the place could turn around. I wish I caught her name!

Uhhh yeah!
Hotel needs updating. Bathrooms were sketchy. One light which was a light of a venting fan.
Our friends also stayed there and had a hole in there bathroom door
But the room was ok besides that.

Definitely needs attention. Updating. Even just fixing obvious issues would help. Fix the carpet in the hallway. Fix the stopper in the tub. Clean the caulk in the bathroom. Straighten the lampshades. Spray Lysol around.

Upon arriving to check-in, I was told that my reservation could not be found, even though I paid in full in advance and the money was taken out of my account. He said that someone called me, and I didn't answer the phone, so they cancelled my reservation. Mind you, I had no voicemail from anyone saying anything about confirming my reservation, much less cancelling it because I didn't confirm it.
It's one thing to double book a room, but then to try and blame the customer for your company's own greed was one step too far.
