The staff was completely amazing however there was so many kids and noise. I was there for a business trip I will NEVER EVER stay at and extended stay again. The criminal activity was RIDICULOUS!

Decent and reasonably priced.
It was clean, and the room was adequate. Not the same quality as some of the other hotels in the area, but not the same cost either. The "free breakfast" was coffee and packs of instant oatmeal, but hey, it's Massachusetts. You're never more than 5 minutes from a Dunkin Donuts.

Fire-alarm kept going off a number of times awaking me and on the last day Sunday Nov 26 management said they could not find my reservation so I gave and showed them the confirmation text l received and they contacted the manager (Kurtus) at home (who had told me on the previous day that he had taken care of my new reservation and re-coding my room card) but they and Expedia could not figure out the issue for the room I had already paid for paid, After over one hour I was offered a room at a nearby hotel (where they should retrain the staff at the Marlborough MA locatiion).

Great value for the price. The room was clean and pleasant. I was glad there was no carper with an overwhelming smell of cleaning detergent which I am allergic to. All I needed. I will consider staying there again.

Did not have USB ports. Still had a desk telephone and alarm clock. Could use updating but was reasonable for the price and accommodating for an overnight stay while visiting a college student nearby.

We spent two nights in this hotel.
Rooms were not properly cleaned. Sofabed was old and had dirty matress, we were not even offered or given extra sheet s. Bathroom didnt have a shower curtain. Firealams went off at three AM the first night and at the crack of dawn. Also found a roach in the bathroom. Concierge was notified and she was remorseful and was shown pictures of the terrible conditions but nothing was done.

The worst hotel stay.
It was horrible. The room we had reserved was not available to us when we arrived. They did not have another normal room that would not my family and I. There were 4 of us. The General Manager was very sweet and he did try to be accommodating. He did have room that was not the nicest or cleanest to use for the night. The bathroom door didn’t have a door knob. The bed sheets were thrown on the bed. The burners in the stove were improper for the stove. The tub had no drain. The fire alarm was hanging down. The continental breakfast was a joke. The hotel fire alarm went off about 5am. The transient that was staying there was smoking pot. It had happened before the GM told us. I want a refund.

The upstairs hall was smelling food, I think a lot of people live in the hotel …
Old furniture, old mattress, I won’t come back .
Ac and fridge were very noise … a nightmare.

The room was not clean.
There was trash under the beds. The bathroom door was filthy and had no doorknob. The grab and go breakfast was non existent!
The bed were comfortable and the pillows were fine.

Absolutely disgusting. I had to stay here after a long night out. I checked in at about 10PM… front desk staff was no where to be found and when you walk in, the place REEKS of cigarettes and has a musty odor to it. Characters in the lobby and out front were also questionable.
I didn’t even want to continue with my reservation walking in the door but it was 10PM, I was exhausted and I had to shower and sleep to attend a rehearsal event for a wedding the next day far away in western mass.
Anyway, I check in finally after standing there for about 15 minutes waiting and my trip up to my room revealed the entire hotel smelt like cigarettes and must. By the time I got to the room, I needed to put my things down to take a shower to prep for the next day. The entire base of my shower curtain was MOLDED everywhere and there was hair ALL over the walls of the shower. Thoroughly disgusting! I thought taking a shower might wash out the reek of cigarettes through at least my own room, and that didn’t even dent it.
If it wasn’t so late at night I would’ve RAN out the door and gotten a room elsewhere.
Not only was there hair inside the shower, but on the walls and on appliances. The bed sheets were stained, too. So that made for a disturbed sleep after having a beyond gross shower.
Checking out the next day, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and that’s pretty much the only positive experience here.
Don’t go here, this place is an absolute dumpster fire.

We checked in very late because our flight had been delayed. our room key did not work. The management had to look for rooms which the key would work. Their excuse, the key card or the door has no battery.

The service was excellent. Monica checked me in and helped me change rooms. She was courteous and professional. The first room I checked into was hot - the air conditioning was off. The second room was cold - but on a very hot night much better than a hot room!

Wifi didn't work, local staff not at all knowledgable and no directions available, but very knowledgable support person fixed it within an hour.
Several minor repairs needed,
A full grocery store just down the road with no stop signs or lights to go through! Perfect for extended stay.

Shower was dirty, the shower-curtains was stained and not functional, so bathroom floor was consistently wet.
toilet kept clogging and had to keep using the plunger. Could hardly find staff at the desk to the report the issues to. I asked the staff for towels, waited for hours to get them, they never came.
Granola bars are not a reasonable grab and go breakfast for the price we paud for the room.
Very disappointed.

Noticeable repairs needed in the room. For example, large hole bigger than my hand in one of the window screens, and they had the windows open when we checked into the room. Bathroom was missing toilet paper dispenser. Fire alarm went off two times while we were there. Once in the evening and once at 6:50 AM. Thought this was standard everywhere, but no coffee maker in the room. Ice trays in the freezer were dirty so we didn’t use them. Grab and go breakfast was highly unsatisfactory, but I guess that’s the quality you get with “free”. We parked in the back, near an entrance to our hotel room, and that key card entry scanner was not working to let us in and it was a real bummer because it was raining and we had to walk all the way around the building to get in (other exits and entrances other than the front we’re working, just not that one). Not the staffs fault that the hotel was shabby & had meager amenities, as the front desk person we checked in with was very professional and polite.

Worst stay in a hotel ever.
My experience wasn't one of the best. First to start my stay after being checked in for a 1/2 hour a gentleman knocks on my door once and then proceeded to let himself into my room. He told that wasn't allowed in this room. After going out in hall . I explain to him that I checked in and showed up my room key. He insisted I write my name on a paper and he would get back to me which he never did. No privacy in this hotel where people are allowed to open your door before you can answer the door. And then just let themselves in.
Then each night stay at the hotel the fire alarm went off in my room between the hour of 2:00a.m & 4:00a.m. You would think it would register at the front desk and they would investigate and fix the problem if it happens every day.No action were taken on behalf of the hotel. They did not check into the alarm going off each night.
Then final night at 8:00 they start repair in a room not far from mine. You could here a chip hammer being used. I feel they have all day to make repairs of this matter . Not 8:00p.m.
Walking through the entrance you can smell marijuana being smoked out in front of the hotel area.
Windows are very dirty at the entrance. You can see finger marks. Elevator smelled inside and you can see finger marks all over the elevators. More cleaning should be performed.

I felt I could found a better place to stay that was more accommodating, cleaner, spoke good english for the same price or better. Cigarette butts all over the drive up and parking lot area. Will not stay again. Will find something better.

Room was not ready upon arrival after driving 6 hours to get there. Housekeeping had only made the bed, but did not clean up the bathroom. Trash in the tub, sink, countertops, dirty towels everywhere and trash cans were still full. Plus the hotel smelled. Front desk person was brought in from another location, had no idea where anything was, plus no support staff on-site to assist. Housekeeping wasn't even available to clean room. Card system was fawlty, as we were given key cards for two other rooms, none of them worked. After 3 attempts to access 2 other rooms, and over 1.5 hours trying to get help, we left the property to seek out other hotel options in the area. Was told I couldn't cancel reservation with them, would have to go through Expedia, and even then would get charged double room rate. Out $125 for a room we never stayed in. Would NEVER go back!

Not my best stay but also not my worst.
When I walked into the room the sink had what looked like toothpaste spit into it. The soap dispenser was filled with soap scum (both obviously missed during cleaning. I pulled the night stand out to reach the outlet. I found a little balloon filled with something I thought might be drugs (no, I didn’t touch it) finally the fire alarm went off twice once around 730 and the other around 1:20 the next morning. I heard the fire men say something was faulty to keep making it go off.

The manager was very very nice but the property wasn't very clean. The shower curtain had mold and there was a foul odor in the hall that crept into my room.

Generally a positive review as expected. Only complaint was a toilet that ran after flushing unless the mechanism inside was moved. However, when I brought this to the attention of the desk they said they would get it repaired right away and thanked me for letting them know about it. Wasn't there long enough to see if they followed through.

For the price it was a good place to stay and close to restaurants and stores. There wasn’t much for the breakfast, we bought our own breakfast food. There is a kitchen to make our food. Staff were friendly.

Do not stay at this hotel!!!
The hotel upon arrival was terrible. The lobby had an awful sewer smell. The property was filled with Pet feces which was absolutely gross. Upon arriving to my room. Getting off the elevator there was a horrible and overwhelming smell of fish and old cooking oil. People was in the Hall with their room door open. Hallways had Linen on floor for the 1 whole day. I did not feel safe at the moment and had no idea how to get a refund. The mattress had cigarettes' burn holes on them. The bathroom had an awful smell. Like urine and dirty old mop. I had to sleep with the door to bath room closes with vent turned on all night. My dog was extremely uncomfortable through the whole stay. I was afraid to take him outside due to all the dog poop behind and around the building. Not realizing that people actually live at the hotel as a permanent home. Shower and bathroom pressure was terrible. I had to call my spouse to accompany me for the stay so that i can feel safe and complete my business trip. 1/2 stars out of 5 for this place.

Arrived very late and no one was at the desk. After waiting for a while for someone to check us in, the room we were given had dirty stained sheets. We had to remake the entire bed in the middle of the night. If it wasn’t so late I would not have stayed there at all. It didn’t feel clean and I was hesitant about sleeping there after that. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it’s over $100 a night and not worth it at all. Spend a few extra bucks for a real hotel. Learned that lesson the hard way.

Hotel was clean and staff was courteous however there was a couple in the hallway at 3:00 AM. She was obviously on drugs. They caused enough of a disruption up and down the hallway for a 1 1/2 hours that you could not sleep. When I called the front desk they just said we’re aware of the situation.

Staff was good, (the one's from this property). No shower curtain liner, took 3 days to get one.
When I checked in the front desk staff mentioned the no smoking policy. Not a problem for us we don't smoke, however it seems everyone else in the hotel did. The first room we got stunk so bad it made me nauseous. Jesus was very helpful to move us. Overall very disappointing.

Not a good experience. I believe there are families living at this property. which is ok, but at a certain point in the evening, they need to learn to be QUIET! Noisiest night I’ve ever spent in a motel. People slamming doors and stomping around all night. Surely will never go back there, and probably won’t consider a long-term motel like that ever again. Lesson learned.

Not much better than a backroad slum motel.
Upon entering the room it smelled of cigarettes, I had to leave the bathroom exhaust vent on the entire time and purchase air freshener in order to get rid of it.
The wrong caulking was used in the bathroom, it was cracked and peeling away.
The water flow out of the shower was so low it took several minutes to rinse off the shampoo, I have very short hair. I’m 6’2 and had bend over backwards in order to rinse the shower head was so low. The tub spout was away from the wall by at least an inch, exposing the copper pipe.
The vending machine had nearly nothing in it the entire time I was there, 3days.
Front desk people were very short with conversations.
Every door in the hotel slammed shut, anytime anyone opened a door it shook the walls.

The room was not very clean, the hotel is used for transient housing so there are very shady characters around. The amenities listed were not available e.g. no grab and go BFast. Spent the extra $ and go someplace else.

We choose this hotel due to its advertised breakfast. Welp, there is no breakfast! Not happy at all about that. Also, the smell of marijuana was very strong in our room and in the hall. Light fixture in the kitchen was broken and hanging. Sink vanity in the bathroom was cracked and hanging.

It felt like a hostel. There were very suspect lodgers. I’m not sure if it was the location or if the hotel chain is low end. We paid 190.00 for the night so it was all surprising. I will never return to this chain of hotel/hostel. Once was too much.
No complaints about the staff.

The room was not cleaned. Found hair in the tub and food in the refrigerator. I notified the front desk the next morning and was told I would be compensated somehow with my bill. Then I was told that since I booked through Expedia, I couldn't get compensated, but the manager would call me. No phone call.

Worst hotel experience ever
1st room a spider came from under the pillow. We were moved to another room. That room the shower wasnt clean. Mold in the corners and pieces of soap at the bottom of the tub. Completely unacceptable!! Ill be emailing the GM of the hotel about this.

No weekend cleaning
My room was not cleaned we found blood on the sink knob, bugs, mold in the shower, and dirt under the bed. When i asked a cleaning staff person if the room would be cleaned, i was told no. A manager over heard and explained that they don't clean o. Weekends. This manager did however follow up with me immediately to see first hand my concerns, and agreed that cleaning was nevessary. The mold was removed and floor vacuumed, however the blood stain remained as well as the now dead bug. We were given a "goodie bag" with water dnacks and a map.

The facility was overall alright. We appreciated having a full sized fridge and cook top. The furniture had some issues (the drawer front broke off, the mirror on the closet was breaking off). Housekeeping the first week stole my personal pillow. The biggest issue was that the room, especially the bathroom, would wreak of cigarette smoke horribly if you didn’t keep the bathroom fan going at all times. We have asthmatics and we had some breathing difficulty because of it. We had to go out and purchase an air purifier and keep it going at all times because of it.
Also, the hallway and stairway smelled of trash all the time.
Finally multiple times there were fire alarms going off for hours at a time and nothing was done about it. It was a little concerning. We investigated ourselves and found that people had burned food they were preparing but no one from the management came up to investigate even when we told them what was happening.

One thing I look for in a hotel is breakfast as it saves our family time and money in the morning. I was upset to find out their “free breakfast” was nothing more then a granola bar and coffee. $50 later at McDonalds down the road and I wish I had spring for the more expensive hotel next door.

My first room was dirty, and the TV control didn't communicate with the TV. The desk person was extremely helpful, and so nice. I got moved to a different room, which was clean, and the TV system worked.

Won't stay there again
First time staying at Extended Stay. We were not initially greeted properly when checking in. We were told that there were dishes in the room, because we wanted to cook, since it had a stove. There were no dishes in the room. Found out we had to ask for each item we wanted. Could not initially open the door to the room. Had to go to front desk, and they said we had to lift up on the handle. When we cooked a meal, it set off the room alarm which stayed on for a long time, in spite of everything clear. Bottom line, staff needs to be more up front with information when checking in. Room was not cleaned during our 2-day stay. We were told cleaning was only once a week! Coffee served in the morning was well below any standard - weak and tasted bad.

Don’t get confused
Was told there was free breakfast in the morning, was never told they stopped serving it @ 9:00 am and then I was told I wouldn’t be charged $100 deposit it was just a hold and if anything happened they would charge it….. they charged it and told me I’d get it back in 72 business hrs. Not acceptable

The staff was very nice. We chose this particular hotel because it was pet friendly. At the time of booking there was no mention of an extra charge…when we checked in we were charged and extra 25.00 for the dog.
The room was no clean…there were cobwebs and dust over every lamp. I also found a pill on the floor near the bed, which leads me to believe it hadn’t vacuumed for a while. I brought it to there attention.
Additionally, we booked it for the kitchenette…however, due to CoVID the kitchen is not stocked with dishes etc…that’s not the hotels fault. I mention it only to educate anyone else who may not realize this is a new standard. It was a pain to have to ask for anything needed for kitchen, so we ended up ordering out.
