Loved! Comfortable & relaxing tropical atmosphere!
Nice long stay property in the heart of Stuart. Some hotel guests smoke all over walk around even the property manager made restricted smoking area. They always try to solve the problem very quickly. It is nice. We will be back in 2024.

Wouldnt recommend
I wouldnt recommend staying here and i would not stay again. No issues with staff or anything but this hotel is run down. There was boards around the bottom of the wall missing,a super tiny bathroom and a stained tub. I only got it bc it was a last minute thing and someone said the hotel was nice but they were wrong. They're breakfast was apples,bagels and toast smh ridiculous. I should have know better bc I usually would stay at a holiday inn or something which I love bc they're clean,nice staff,nice breakfast and spacious.

Decent place to stay.
Staying here for a week twice a year for almost 20 years to visit grandchildren. An older place well kept. Staff responsive. They have dumbed down the breakfast under the current owner, but a terrific breakfast place (Berry Fresh) a couple blocks away. Make sure to spend a few bucks more and get an interior room facing the pool.

Someone tried to break into our room in the middle of the night and continued to attempt for at least 40 minutes. Roaches found in the room, alive. One of the beds had stains all over the sheets. Talked to someone at checkout about this, they obviously didn’t care, whoever was working Saturday, 25th of November at 11 am, is absolutely horrific at their job. The only positive note I had, was the lady who worked on Friday Night to 7 AM Saturday Morning, she took good care of us and helped us in any way, she was a stellar person. She was the only good thing to come from our stay here.

Found dirty towel in room. Could only get extra towels by turning in dirty one. "Clean" towels had stains. Mattress was wrapped in plastic which made crinkling sounds when you moved. Furnishings old and dirty. Property needs an overhaul.

The location was convenient. The air show was doing fly overs which were noisy. But the real noise came after 11pm when another guest had a party which continued past 3 am.

So when you get here they surprise you with a $100 security deposit.
The other guest seem to live here long term. The house keeper is at the door at 9am and check out is at 11pm. Interrupting my sleep

Bugs everywhere and unfinished renovations
there were roaches crawling all over the floor, there were missing baseboards in my room and there was mold growing next to the A/C unit because there wasn't a base board. I paid for two nights and only stayed for one. I would like a refund my my second night 9.23.2023

There were people yelling in the corridor after midnight, and then pre-dawn all kinds of corridor activity and noise.
This property is not worth the money charged to stay there. I am surprised Wyndham continues to have association with this. We've been staying here and put up with it because of it's convenient location. But, the Best Western across the street is superior for comparable pricing. We will be changing our stays to there!

Hotel staff was awful. So rude. Tried speaking to manager and got in my face inches away. Very inconsiderate of any issues or concerns. Very rude to my children. Will never recommend or stay here again.

Horrible Service, Lied about "Breakfast Buffet", Roaches in the room, Spent Bullet Casings and Bullets on the ground.
No AC in Gym, Tiki Bar not operational, "Downtown Pizza is closed permanently"

Our room had some bugs. We were given a better room the days after we saw the bugs. We were uncomfortable the rest of our visit but were refunded a small amount. We will never return.

the pool was nice and the area around it very clean
The rooms were dirty, the bathtub was slippery to step in. During the night up to 4:00 am there were people outside talking loudly as if it were the middle of the day. NEVER again!

An OK stay…
The hotel is very outdated and not the cleanliness. Needs upgrades to the room. The toilet paper dispenser was rusted and falling off the wall. The tub was stained and faucets rusted. Holes in the walls. The bed and room was cleaned but had a musty smell to it.

Horrible Roach Hotel
I don't write Reviews, however the disappointment.
The hotel has roach crawling on the TV and Table. The interior is old and decrepit.
We didn't get a good night sleep.
We had to put our luggage on the bed.
For the price charged paid, i was expecting better accommodation.
I assume whwere ther is roach there is bed bugs.
This is a horrible experience.

Zero. The room is dirty. I cut my hand in the broken toilet paper metal frame. There is urine stain on the bathroom floor, sheets have stains, light fixture bedside table has broken switch. Bathroom sink stainless fixture is disgusting. The carpet had remnants of someone’s meal. I slept with my clothes on worried there would be bugs. If there is a rating less than zero I would. Disgusting.

Breakfast consisted of grains , pancakes and yogurts only. No eggs,cheese, bacon, sausages etc, no pastries, fruit other than red apples. The employee blamed everything on Covid. Smelly room, weird people hanging by the door of our room. Smallest pillows I’ve ever seen. The worst hotel we have stayed at.

no soap anywhere. with covid this is terrible! no cups, so couldnt use coffee machine or drink water. all the amenities were shut down. heard train and planes all night. happy my room wasnt next to road. front desk man was very nice.

You get what you pay for. Wasn’t in the room five minutes and saw MULTIPLE bugs, mostly roaches. It was in bad enough condition that I filmed a walkthrough to ensure I would get my deposit back.

Well when i got to the hotel, staff was friendly and nice. Getting keys to room ran smooth. Got to room and looked like a 5 out of 10 for cleanness. Then i went to fill up ice in icebox and there was a used tissue paper in it with a dark speck of some sort. Took box to office to get a new one but lady at front office didn't know where they put them. Luck for me i just picked i up a cooler to fill. Around 9 we came back to lay down to get up early for appointment we had. Around 10 p.m. could hear a few people being overly loud a few times, not for long thank God. Got up for breakfast that's at 6:30 and they were in middle of setting up. So my family just grabbed a muffin and juice to hold them over. Went to watch sunset at beach. Came back at 7:30 to get sone waffles and eggs and bacon. Nothing else was prepared at all and the waffle area was still being put together. If you say breakfast is at 6:30 to 9:00 it should be ready at 6:25, not getting ready at 6:30. Plus it shouldn't take 2 hours to set up a small hotel breakfast.

Planes zooming overhead trains running most of the night and a couple arguing screaming outside my room with an air conditioner that sounded like a truck My night was not very comfortable. Continental breakfast was not impressive oatmeal cold cereal and toast that's it. I was told it's because of covid. I find that as a excuse just for being cheap.

Hotel is NOT handicap accessible. In the back where my room was there was no handicap parking, no ramp to get onto the sidewalk and no way to get into the room with a scooter or wheelchair. There is a step up to get into the room. Not sure how this is legal or acceptable. Paint spilled all over the bathroom, toilet seat cover. Just not acceptable at all.

Basically okay. Just a little dirty and loud.
Everything was basically okay. I needed a room in which to stay, and I got that. The room looked clean in general, but it had black mold on the ceiling, and there were roaches. The breakfast was just okay, some bagels, yogurt, juice, coffee, and some muffins. Pretty standard. I got a room under a hallway, so it was always dark. I could hear people walking around and speaking loudly (not quite yelling, but louder than I would have liked) at night.

Very noisy, next to an airport. WiFi kept dropping every 4 mins I ended up using my own data (came home to an $230 bill) infestation of tiny bugs in the room. Dirty room. Dirty carpet. Overal it was not a nice experience and I will never stay there again.

I did not stay. The room was not acceptable. It smelled like an ash tray. I am highly allergic to smoke. 2 minutes in the room and my eyes and throat started to swell. It was not as promised. I ask for a non adjoining room and was told all the rooms were adjoining. THE WORST EVER!!!! Hotel.com let me down. You need to take them off your list.
