I needed a microwave for some medical issues I have, and I couldn't believe that Radisson wouldn't even have a microwave, very disappointing and very difficult for me to deal with.

This is Best Hotel in Yuma hands down ! Beautiful.Best breakfast EVER in a hotel. Also the Market Grill may be the best Restaurant as well for dinner. Fantastic. pet friendly.

A VERY NICE STAY
IT WAS ONLY A 1 NIGHT STAY IN WHICH WE WERE NOT IN THE HOTEL VERY MUCH BUT WE WERE COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL.

Pro: Staff, check in and check out very nice, professional, and helpful as much as possible. Beds are comfortable, rooms are nice, quiet, but could be safer and more healthy.
Con: Heavy horrible smelling stimulant type chemical fumes wafting from room across hall into room in two different rooms. Outdoor pool was impossible due to Hurrican Hillary storm and indoor pool was closed without notice. Kitchen staff, the one in charge, begins taking away free buffet food and cleaning while complaining before 11A.M. which ruines breakfast. She calls out kitchen man to scream, "Last call" for food before 11:00 when breakfast is over, and to harass guests by demanding to know if they want more food before he throws it in the garbage, and then stand in the dining room, stare at guests with crossed arms, and intimidate guests to leave before 11:00 A.M., and 5 minutes after.

The hotel overall was pretty decent. We got locked out in the pool area because our keycard stopped working randomly. They fixed it but that was a little annoying.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Palm Springs. What a lovely hotel. Excellent amenities. Two lovely swimming pools both at the perfect temperature. A well equipped fitness room. Excellent restaurant where we had a really enjoyable evening meal. A free breakfast buffet with loads of choice. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. But the standout thing was the staff. The man who checked us in at reception was amazing. Super efficient and effortlessly multi tasking. Honestly, we wished we were staying longer to make the most of the amenities offered. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it

Property is very clean. Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Carpets could use a cleaning. Like all hotels today, room cost is exorbitant. and, causes one to think twice about making a trip.

The staff, from front desk to breakfast people, are all super friendly. The bar happy hour is great and the restaurant has AMAZING food and the waitstaff go above and beyond. The only downside is with the tv’s in the bar and restaurant. Some of the staff feel the need to have the volume BLARING and it is really difficult to have a conversation, especially when there is no one else in the place at all.

Room AC Not Working!!
Front desk was great. Rhonda is a wonderful person and very friendly. Biggest issue was piece of crap Amana PTAC. Took forever to cool down room and had to call maintenance at 11:00pm because room was roasting.

Hotel room was just OK. Definitely not as nice as the pictures on the website. The front desk staff and especially the restaurant staff were amazing. I wish I could remember our host/server/bartender’s name, he was awesome! I would go back just to see him!

Good stay. But the people next to us were smoking pot and our entire room smelled of it!!! So gross! They should put all the non smoking rooms together. What’s the point of getting a non smoking room when the smell comes over from the other room.

The restaurant boasts being a chef many star place to eat and it is terrible. 46 dollars for a prime rib steak which is my favorite and the steak was so thin claiming it was 14 ounce that it was well done even though I ordered it med rare. Horrible restaurant.

Excellent Place to Stay
Stay once a year for the Junior Golf Association of Arizona Tournament. Very nice and quiet and close to stores and places to eat. They also have a great breakfast spread. Probably one of the best hotels in Yuma.

The attached "Metro Grill" is a really excellent steakhouse with a nicely varied menu. My steak was excellent quality and perfectly prepared. Our waiter was also perfectly attentive without being intrusive.This exceeded my expectations by a mile!
The remainder of the hotel was clean and well kept. The only negative is the location is unattractive. However it is close to the historic old town and has easy access to I8.

We had an impromptu group of 19 people show up in the dining room for dinner. Although they had not been expecting such a large group, the restaurant staff provided very good service with just a few small problems. The food was delicious and the waiters and the bartenders were excellent!!

I booked the hotel 1 hour prior to arrival & it took another hour to finally get into a room. The hotel kept saying they never received the info from Hotels.com. We finally got everything settled after many phone calls & finally in our room. We were exhausted.

The hotel was very nice, clean, well appointed room, friendly and courteous staff, great hot breakfast. Pet friendly which is important to us.They have a hotel bar and restaurant with good menu that we will try on our next trip!
Plenty of other restaurant options nearby. Great shopping just up the street.

Room was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. We loved how there is a microwave available for use. The staff was friendly and courteous . I wish there were options for recycling and use of eco-friendly silverware at the breakfast buffet (like bamboo silverware and biodegradable cups and plates).
