Would stay again
Very nice renovation. The hotel was very nice inside and the breakfast was good. Inside our room we found a couple of hairs and the jacuzzi did not work very well. We worked around it and had a very nice stay. Our room was #137. For the price, an overall great stay.

This was a good, average hotel. I don't have anything to complain about and nothing to scream about joyfully either. Standard hotel breakfast. We stayed in one of the accessible rooms and everything worked well. I wish the TV were a smart TV but that would just have been a bonus.

Was surprised by the area of the hotel that it wasn't more comfortable. Beds were mushy and uncomfortable. Both my son and I are 250lbs+ and slept very restlessly. Bathroom was tight for two large people. Opening and closing the door was odd when inside Almost had to get in tub to open door. There was NO TV service. Internet went out overnight which killed our devices we were using in place of TV. Apparently could not be rebooted until staff member arrived in the morning. When booking online with Hotels.com pool was not indicated as seasonal and it was closed. Not a hotel I would recommend if visiting the area.

OK. Nothing great. No TV.
Lobby was less than inviting. Kinda blah. Cable was out -- no TV at all (maybe offer a discount when something like that happens?). But the person at the front desk tried to help and did what he could to make my stay nice.

Comfort inn your place to stay
Comfort inn was awesome, this hotel been renovated and up dated I was in a suite room and it was beautiful super clean, quite , modern furnished, jacuzzi , 2 bathrooms, kitchen , living dining area and Dog friendly the most important thing to me. Please if in the area choose comfort inn it out be all the surrounding hotels that there.

A lot of things were good here. It was convenient. Parking was easy. It was near decent dining. It was quiet. A couple things weren’t so good. The tv’s didn’t work during my entire stay, I was told it was the entire hotel and the cable company was at fault. So? Also, after waking up after my first night, I had what appears to be a bug bite in my arm. Hmmm.

The building needs a lot of work, and definitely some more staff especially in the housekeeping group. There are only two people staffing the desk, one at a time on shifts. My biggest complaint is the lack of TV reception. The breakfast was not good enough to eat. Overall, not a place I will ever visit again.

We were there for 4 days. The room we had could have been a suite, but had no " amenities that go with a suite. Additionally, the operation of the television was 'sketchy''
The management said it was a Comcast company problem, but even after 4 days there was NO improvement. Also, the breakfast choices were the SAME every day.
The management and other personnel were friendly and helpful.

The Televisions did not work in the whole facility- which was NOT told to us at check in… also since we did not have a TV to curl up & watch a good movie after a long day- we went to the oool- it’s gross!! I found a large clump of hair floating in the pool amongst other things!

I stayed in one of the jetted tub suites last weekend and we had a great stay. The outside of the hotel isn’t much to look at and made me nervous because of some of the negative reviews I read. But the renovations that have been done on the inside are beautiful. The room was huge and clean, no weird smells like some of the reviews have said. The jetted tub was amazing, my boyfriend and I both fit inside with no problem. The pool was drained while we were there due to the renovations so we just stuck to our room. We skipped breakfast on our way out but it smelled amazing.

Motel Hell
Room was infested with ants. Heater was covered with drywall dust. Building was absolutely filthy, empty beer bottles, cigarette butts and garbage covered the parking lot as soon as you pull in from the main road. Keycard randomly stopped working and employee accused me of lying about having purchased my room. Building is run down and dirty with pallets in the lobby. Should honestly be shut down by the health department. Never again

A lot of the place has been remodeled , only issue I had was the one back door was not working properly with rom keys, and the 2nd day when I got back to my room I had to have my key card redone. Room was clean and comfortable.

5 day stay. They only offer cleaning one day a week. Breakfast only offered starting at 7am. Our group did explain that we had to be out to go to work everyday at 6am and asked if they could do earlier, and the motel was not busy at all, maybe 5 cars in the parking lot and we were 3 of them. Rooms are good, beds are comfy, hallways have missing baseboards and patches on the wall so maybe they are doing a facelift in this wing.

Honestly the people were extremely rude and the washing machine worked fun but the dryer didn’t so my clothes were stjnky and I did not get a refund for that. The room also had a cracked window which I didn’t notice till my last day there but I can provide pictures of it. I would like a refund for the days I spent there. Thank you very much

Okay for a short stay
Property is not very well maintained, needs a major restoration. Overall pretty quiet and in a good neighborhood. Tv reception was very bad, reminded me of when I was a kid and you had “rabbit ears” for the antenna. The continental breakfast was very limited.
USB charging ports did not work to charge your phone or iPad, luckily I brought a charging block. Pool was closed for maintenance which wasn’t a big deal because all pools need to be maintained from time to time.
My stay was for business so it could have been a more pleasant experience.

It's in a very convenient location. The room was in good condition, except that the carpet will probably need to be changed soon. However, if you need to stay for s short term it's affordable and you get a good service. If I need to I will consider staying here again.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.
The room smelled awful! There was mold in the bathroom. No coffee pot for coffee maker. Hair dryer didn’t work and manager brought another one which did not work. Fan did not work correctly with heater. White powder on top of heating unit. Filthy windows on inside. Stained and torn carpet. When asked if I could stay awhile past checkout, the manager pointed to a sign which indicated it would be $35.00 per hour for f I stayed any longer.

I really wanted to like this hotel because I felt it was fairly priced and it was a good location. Unfortunately, that’s the best thing I can say about this place. The breakfast is terrible, hallways were filthy, rear door access didn’t work, so I had to walk all the way around the building to get them back inside. What else? But wait! There’s more! Towels were holy, and I’m not talking about Catholic Church holy. Sound isolation was terrible in the rooms, and you could easily hear anybody walking through the hallway and I’m not a light sleeper. Tried to not run the air conditioning unit because he was absolutely filthy. Mold in the shower. musty odor in the room. If you’re in a pinch and don’t have a ton of cash, then, perhaps this will suit you just fine but unfortunately, this hotel brought out the Karen and me. Again, the staff is great, but that’s all that was great about this place.

Swimming pool was an algae pond, No hangers. Rag for towel. Litter in hallways and outside of building. When I asked about hangers and towels for my room
, desk clerk threatened me with the police. I told him to call them to protect me. I left and my money was refunded. I was in town for a funeral the next day after a 400 mile drive looking for another place.

From the first time we stepped foot in the door it wasn’t good. The front desk staff was rude. Homeless people surrounded the hotel with trash so it didn’t seem safe. Locked outside doors were opened with a prop. Our room felt wet, like the floor were slick and bed was damp. Smell wasn’t great. The room wasn’t that clean and they had tons of cobwebs on windows in the lobby. The “continental” breakfast was like 2 items and no juice. I definitely won’t be back.

The hotel seemed run down since the last time I stayed there, with holes in the carpet in the room. The tub was stained gray looking dirty.
No coffee pot or cups in the room, or water bottle as before. The rack in the fridge was broken. It needs some TLC.

You certainly get what you pay for. I booked this hotel because it was affordable and had a swimming pool. On the day of check-in, they had a note posted at the front desk saying the pool is closed due to maintenance.
So that was a big disappointment.
The room was not very clean and did not smell very clean. There were child toys the size of matchbox cars or smaller under the chair and under the bed. Not that hard to miss if the room had been properly cleaned. Was given the bare minimum of toiletries (a bar of soap, a 1oz bottle of lotion, and a 1oz bottle of shampoo/conditioner) and towels (one washcloth, one hand towel, and 2 large body towels). All of this for myself, my son, and my partner.
Not sufficient in my opinion.
Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be staying here in the future.

Looks like they using my ID to rent rooms I find out because they asked me if I rent different rooms the same day… the person in front says the two ladies came in there and add another room into my account im so disappointed I think they doing it because I live in California and they think I will never come back to this place

Pool was military green. So nasty. Expedia said nothing about it being closed i would have booked else where if had known. The rest of the place was ok in cleanliness could have been better, our bathtub was grimy and gross. But the pool situation was so very dissapointing.

Mold on ceilings, on bathroom walls. Refrigerator was not defrosted. Pool down for maintenance since MAY, and not told when booking for JULY. Old and outdated, and not very clean.Garbage in hallways. Breakfast was waffles, toast, bagels, coffee. Some staff,very nice..some very rude. DoNOT STAY HERE

Wouod not recommend. Shower had mildew in it and room was not properly cleaned. Ketchup on walls by trash can. Pillows were rock hard and small. Bed was at least comfortable.
When I notified manager about room, he completely ignored it. No apology. I have contacted corporate and sent pictures.

Staff is friendly. Disappointed with the pool being closed, chose to work out in fitness room that was filthy, had ants, and was never cleaned during out stay. Parking lot looks like nothing is done for cleaning nor upkeep, shower had mold, and grease spots on room door and furniture. Guests are required to initial that they won't smoke, yet non-smokers also initial and have to stay in a room with stale smoke. Spotty wifi and limited TV channels with static. No streaming opportunity. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Only one word comes to mind about my stay… Trashy. The room was dirty, splattered filth on the wall. No toilet paper. Only one set of towels for 2 people. The filter on the heating/cooling system was dirty. The mirror was not clean at all. In order to drain the jacuzzi you had the literally hold it the whole time. Not a pleasant experience to say the least.

The room was dirty when I arrived a 4:30 pm and check-in was 3 pm. The front desk had very bad customer service. One of the doors in the back of the building does not work. Hallways smelled bad. The jetted tub was a good size.

Absolutely terrible. Key stopped working after a day. No towels or toilet paper. Bathroom full of mold. Terrible smoke/weed/food smell throughout hotel. Didn’t bother with pool or breakfast because of other reviews. Horrible customer service and incompetent manager and front desk associates. Tv/cable was absolute garbage, luckily there was a remote but it was junk and it barely worked. Will try to chat

Stayed here in July 2021 & was very pleased. This stay not great. Breakfast was VERY limited-instant oatmeal, bagels, waffle, apples. Nothing more. Man said was COVID. I do not agree. Was very nice in July. What happened? New management??

Sure doesn't look like the ads.
The listing showed a 24 hour business center. Didn't exist. Beautiful indoor pool. Nata. Clean comfortable rooms. the beds were comfortable, the room was not that clean, though the bugs seemed to like it that way. The rooms were made up once a week, fortunately we didn't have to stay that long. Breakfast was dismal at best. really bad coffee. Won't be coming back again.

My room didnt have any hand or face towels. When i asked for some they never came. I woke up and my legs were covered with bug bites. If you stay here bring bug spray and your own towels.

We arrived and the hotel looked nice but we quickly discovered that the room was very dirty with splatters of something on the walls, mold in the shower, a bug crawling on the bathroom floor and candy underneath the couch. There was also garbage piled up inside the hotel right inside the entrance door which stunk.

Very dissapointed
The linen had spots in both rooms The curtains were ripped in 108. You could see mold in the ceiling in the hall way. The second room 109 the fridgr was broken and leaked water all over the floor. And who ever in the room previously left towels in the fridge. Also when we arrived there was a fight and some one pullednout a gun and the poilice needed to be called. Breakfast was a joke. Very disappointed in this stay i have paid less for a rooms in other hotel brands and received better accommodations so this was no excuse. We checked in late and i had tired children with me so i was unable to leave or search for better accommodations

Better options around the corner
In the morning we were in a hurry and didn’t notice from the night before that there were no towels or soap in the room. So we had to pass on our showers. Also the complimentary breakfast was 1 bagel and 1 fruit (apple or orange), also make your own waffles. I always pass on the waffles, I just don’t find the machine clean enough. Choice of drink was limited to coffee and not even tea or cold water. Big bummer for those of us that don’t drink coffee. 1 week hold on account is a bit extreme too, stayed there last Sunday and here it is Monday 8 days later and hold still in place. Nice pool but closed for some reason, water full and looked inviting too. Tiles falling off wall in bathroom as well.

Room did not have towels. Had to go to the desk and ask for towels twice and ended up just receiving 1 pool towel for 2 people to use. The room was cleaned and the 1st shift clerk was pleasant.

Cleanliness wasn’t the best. Staff was hard to get a hold of at times. Breakfast hours weren’t posted and found out it was only from 7am-9am after calling the front desk multiple times before 9am, to finally getting an answer after 9am that we were too late.
