Very Dirty
When we arrived late at night and got to our room, the toilet bowl was dirty and there was so much dust on all the furniture. We did have the service manager come up and look at it so she would know what we were talking about. I understand a lot of places are short staffed, but there’s no reason for that much dust when you’re paying this kind of money per night for a hotel room. I would never go back to this particular hotel I would never refer anybody here because it’s very dirty.

Great stay! Great location!!
I was booked a room with hotels.com but didn’t have a room when I got to the location. Thankfully the young man at front desk felt sorry for me and gave me what they had.

Adequate with disappointments
This appears to be a older property that could use more attention. My first disappointment was a cramped shower without a tub and overall signs of age/wear in the bathroom and with room light fixtures (cracked and dust-laden lamp shade; one lamp nonfunctional.) I also found the mattress overly soft. Limited breakfast hours for a holiday weekend and the inability to accept Apple Pay contributed to lowering the value of this experience. I made this reservation only to coordinate with other family; If I ever need another hotel stay in this area I’ll make another choice.

Sheets were too small for the beds (however beds and pillows were extremely comfortable/5stars)
Toilet would not flush correctly.
Front desk was friendly and attentive 5stars.
Tvs were small.
Housekeeping was outstanding 5 stars.
Breakfast was lacking flavor, however a good variety for free*

No running water for the shower. Hotel hasn’t contacted me about a refund. I paid for a room with running water and amenities. I wasn’t offered a discount or refund and manager won’t contact me. Called and emailed numerous times.

Mediocre service
Assigned dirty room upon arrival. On assigned room service date did not clean room, only replaced towels. Front desk staff not attentive nor cordial. Night staff more interested their nails and phone.

Like most hotels that are this age, it looks worn, used and beyond ready for an update. The room i stayed in was clean enough but there was some debris in the shower that looked a little suspect. I always bring some kind of clener with me when i travel for occasions such as this though. Also, the refrigerator in my room didn't work. I only found this out when i went to remove the food i had placed in the fridge had spoiled.
It wasn't all bad though. The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfy and the hotel was close to all the places i wanted to go.

We stayed here one night because it was close to our destination. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. He was taking a break outside. When we arrived at our room the door was open and all the dirty linen was on the floor. He gave us a dirty room. I had to return to the front desk to alert them and get another room. Again no one was at the front desk. I had to wait. The second room we got the shower door would not stay shut. We reported all this to both the night staff and the morning staff. The both said the manager would call me but no one ever called.

Very easy to find. In 'accessable' room for handicapped (419) the beds were so high I had to pile all the pillows on the floor in front of the end table & step on in order to get into bed& iy was srill&n handicapped accessible room 1, the 2 queen ,

We stayed here for three nights and found the rooms to be very comfortable and clean. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk employees and were very surprised to find that we were the guest of the day. We really felt special and had a lot of fun with all the attention. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends

Nice location in Palm Coast - easily accessible to I-95. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom has wear but is functionable. Overall it’s a good hotel for 1 or 2 nights.

The rooms smell bad. They must spray or powder the carpet, and it's really strong and made my throat hurt. I tried 2 different rooms, the both stunk.

Dated but clean
We stayed here for a wedding about 15 minutes away on Hammock Beach. It got the job done is the best way I can describe it. Breakfast was okay—waffles and egg sandwiches were awesome, however. You can tell the room is dated but it was clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and accommodating. A good location if you just need a place to sleep and get some breakfast.

really great hotel, the desk clerk who checked me in (from San Diego) and I had both hung out at the same clubs in Hillcrest but decades apart, we had a great time talking California - overall the hotel was excellent as well, I usually aim for a different chain but this hotel was so nice overall I will start looking for these instead (very comfortable) 10/10 would definitely stay again

Unfortunately, my room had several items that need to be repaired. Each morning after my shower I had a puddle on the floor. Eventually, I learned to create a dam with a bunch of towels on the floor. The shower door does not close correctly. In addition, the TV was not working correctly. Someone did come to correct the problem after a couple of calls were made. I did enjoy the breakfasts.

Hotel staff was nice. For the price we paid the hotel is not worth it. It is very dirty. Bathrooms are gross, grey soap scum on shower floor is just the start. Everything needs a nice face lift.

The suite that I booked was right next to elevator and ice machine. I had to downgrade to get a quiet room.
Then starting at 7am all the doors started slamming.
I truly do not understand why Hotel doors are so ridiculously noisy.

This property was very unclean. The smell of mildew as you walk into the rooms, bathrooms were dirty. In one room the cover on the bed had stain on it and a bed bug. Overall this hotel gets a zero. Very inconvenient for me and my family.

Our room was clean and comfortable. My concern was there were other people who were staying there that were complaining loudly at the front desk. One about the cleanliness of their room. The other about not having a working air conditioning. My concerns are two. The bathroom floor is tile. Very slippery. Bath mat was too small. Almost slipped. The the TV had no news channels. When I tried the channels it said no signal.

I have stayed here many times prior to COVID. This stay was horrible. Dripping shower head so loud had to close bathroom door to sleep, and intermittent Wi-Fi in first room. Moved to a suite that was for handicap, no top sheet on bed, bottom sheets don’t fit because they purchased new mattresses but no new sheets to fit, no internet, no Wi-Fi info anywhere, no tv in the living space only the bedroom area, toilet ran.

Property was very nice, outside pool and hottub. inside lobby nice, there were some signs missing on our floor, the room number for our room, a bunch of glue on wall by elevator that held??. The room was nice, bed, pillows etc our only complaint was when we went into the bathroom there was still somebody elses hair on the floor as if housekeeping didnt sweep or vaccum and shower was still wet as if someone had just recently use it. My sister was grossed out by the hair on the floor. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Surprisingly great service, good, and amenity for the cost. Great location. I will say that someone stole 1 35 pound dumbbell from their nice gym. C’mon : what kind of maniac steals 1 hotel dumbbell? That’s just plain mean. I know you’re out there, amassing a home gym in your house from hotel stays. Bring it back and save your soul. Or live with generations of people with only one highly developed bicep.
