Check in was quick and easy, gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and polite. Room was cozy, clean and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and I really enjoyed the apple cinnamon batter to make a waffle. Overall no complaints and I would stay here again. Oh and it is pretty far from the strip but plenty of food options nearby.

We stayed 5 days. The pool was immaculant!!! I don't think i have ever seen an outdoor pool so crystal clean!!!! The door to the pool was fine as long as you lifted up, otherwise due to the sagging the latch would stick
hard. Staff member smiled and greeted us. They seemed genuine. When i asked for anyhing each was obliging. The breakfasts were tasty with varieties of choices and hot coffee all day. Some sweets on dfferent days. Holloween decorations as soon as you entered. I understand each facility makes their choices on decorations but we had just come from another hampton inn and suites in Arizona the night before with a pool and hot tub indoor. Each place definately have their perks to enjoy. We were happy with both stays as we drove from east side of new mexico through arizona to Las Vegas to get married and stay for 3 days of NHRA racing. My husband worked several years for Ford and as a mechanic for many years never seeing the races Live we had to make it. A long time friend of his lived in vegas about 15 years ago for about 10 years. He would never had left were it not for his family. He and one of my sons joined us to share our day. Thank goodness for the friend we may not have gotten my boy. Thats another review for something else.... Maybe it was my mindset or maybe the people and places were incredible. We'll find out next year when we go back for anniversary and races! So someone from Hamptons Las Vegas/Speedway email, call or text me. or i will be in touch. TIA

Only complaint is the water temperature in the shower did not get too warm even with the knob all the way on hot. Otherwise, it was a great economical stay off the strip.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! They are however going to go through a much needed renovation in November 2023. Carpets worn, refrigerator didn't work, finishes are worn in several places.

It’s very dated and in need of renovations to compete with other hotels. The walls/ doors have scratches on them and the curtains had small tears/ holes in them.

NO Tub--Disappointed!
Where's the Bath Tub??? Not everyone likes a shower---some of us need a bath tub to soak in after a long day of travel!!!!

I had a pleasant stay. My only concern was that the hot water for bathing was just about gone by 8am so I found myself waking up super early to shower and get some hot water which was a little annoying but overall a good experience

Along with several otner guests we got to the hotel 30 minutes before check-in time. All of us were asked to wait or return later. We left for the 30 minutes. When we got back no rooms were clean and ready. We were asked to wait an additional 20 minites for our room. We waited and got the 4th room available. My wife suffers from a brain tumor so the wait was difficult and painful for her. The room was beautiful comfortable, clean and the staff was great.

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean, large room, good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Unfortunately the pool was closed for two weeks starting the day we arrived. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. And a minor point, but the coffee was pretty watered down. Minor things and I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again.

If you want your windows smashed stay here!!!
Well everything was good except Sunday morning we woke up to our car being broken in too they cracked one window and completely smashed the other one. The hotel was not helpful at all!! There was also another car the same thing happened to it as well….and our car was right at a camera

Great Place to stay.
We were at a family reunion close by. This Hotel was very nice, The people that checked us in were very friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet and hotel is freeway friendly with lots of close by places to eat. I will stay here again when ever i'm back in town.

Nice Property, But Beware of the Noisy Location
Nice hotel convenient to North Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Speedway. Room was nice for our two-night stay. Biggest issue was noise from trucks, cars, and motorcycles. The hotel is close to US-93 and also CA-573 (E. Craig Rd). Especially at night, there were additional sport bikes and cars racing on the freeway and/or E. Craig Road. Initially I thought maybe it was noise from the Las Vegas Speedway, but that is a 12-minute drive away from the hotel. In any case, the location is very noisy from street traffic. We read other reviews that mentioned noise from trains, we didn't hear any during our stay.

Will stay here again! Very spacious rooms, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was surprisingly good, plus there were places to eat near by. An In n out and cracker barrel within walking from hotel

Needs a refresh
I arrived at the hotel early. There was no one at the front desk, nor a way to alert the front desk that soneone was waiting. Staff members were eating in the breakfast area, and no one greeted me. I waited about 10 minutes before the front desk person greeted me.
I had called about annhour earlier to inquire about checking in early as was told to check in an hour. The frint desk remembered the call but stated they had not followed through to check on an available room. She stated she didnt know and could not look it up, so she was cobtacting housekeeping. She sent a text from her phone abd said signal was bad. I waited. I went to my car and got out my luggage. About 20 minutes later I was able to check in.
The room was in fair condition. I could tell it had been sanitizer by the smell of disinfectant. There was distinct wear i. The room. Including the shelving with the coffee msjer in bathroom.. and the light blicking blinds had small holes in them. The top of the TV stand. Was not connected abd if you bumped it the top about slid off - it was broken.
The TV signal for the satellite was weak and did not work at times..the mattress did not ferl like a typical hampton matress. Shower only, no tub as advertised on website.
Overall room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Large bathroom with roomy walk in shower.

Out of the crowds, Available GLUTEN FREE breakfast
In Covid we wanted to be isolated from casinos and crowds. This location is near warehouse and corporate office, just off the interstate. Excellent maintenance, friendly staff. GLUTEN FREE packaged breakfast rolls and bagels. Relatively new.

Upon check in I asked the reservations clerk (who was extremely pleasant) for a later checkout. She obliged and gave me an additional hour (1pm). The next morning I got knocks on my door starting at 9am BEFORE my normal checkout asking to come in because I was checking out. I was awakened by this (drove all night and was EXHAUSTED). Mind you I had the “DO NOT DISTURB” door hanger outside my door and THEY STILL bothered me. She apologized and walked away. Approximately 30 min later I get ANOTHER knock from someone appearing to be head or housekeeping indicating they didn’t have any confirmation from reservations of my request to stay an hour later. This interruption too was BEFORE the 12noon allotted checkout and not the extra hour I’d asked for. Ridiculous! I paid almost $300 for a subpar room in a seedy area of North LV and they treat me like this??? I called “Julie” at the front desk who was very slight with me and she confirmed that she spoke with them. I asked her to confirm how long I had the room and she responded as if she was bothered by my inquiry. Wow. Almost $300 for ONE NIGHT and I get this treatment. I felt so disrespected. Had it not been for the person who checked me in the day prior and the fact the rooms were clean it would’ve have been a complete thumbs down from me. Word to the wise: leave your room EARLIER than the given checkout because they will hound you to leave. Did NOT make me feel welcome and I don’t plan on coming back EVER.

It was a nice room, the staff were friendly, abd the pool was small, but heated. The water in the room was warm, never got jot. The morning of our departure one of us had a cold shower. I mentioned it at the front fest while I was checking out. They waved the $25.00 pet fee to for the cold water.

Clean and still serving breakfast!
The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. I was pleasantly surprised they are still serving breakfast! So many have canceled this part which is very disappointing but Hampton has staff serving hot food and they were very friendly. I hated throwing away the containers so I feel a plate would have been fine to use but it was delicious.

Extremely pleased. Sheets had a itchy feel. Very ruff texture. Decor was great, set up in the eating area was cleverly done.although, the ad says hot breakfast, I guess warming up the muffin and bagel are a hot item. A person serving the hot items to you like some of the lower priced hotel/motels do as in making waffles or eggs would have been nice. I would like to mention a couple of areas to be addressed. A separate trash barrel should’ve been in the pet area instead of one barrel at the entranceway. Due to the current health conditions, the hotel should provide a small pet blanket the size of an area rug that could easily be washed. I didn’t think I should bring into the hotel our pet’s pillow or the hotel wouldn’t want it brought into their facility. A fee would apply if the pet blanket were removed from the room.

will not get what you paid for!!!
First disappointment. Very disappointed with the facility and Hotels.com I paid for a better room and when I arrived to the Hotels.com the room given to me was a room with two queen beds Accessible, I reserved a room that cost $20 more to avoid exactly that, I a very tall man and the showers are way to low. At the front desk I was told that it doente matter what I reserved a room that cost more. Hotels.com guests get what is available and not what they choose.

Nice place to stay. It appears they are doing everything possible to keep their guests safe during the COVID19 pandemic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.
