We love staying at the Eastside Cannery because the rooms are nice and comfy, the food is good, they usually have great entertainment and the machines actually let you play!

Overall great time. Snaps a delicious. Stayed in a petite suite with soaking tub, floor to ceiling windows facing the strip in the distance. Great view. Some minor repairs are need in that room but everything worked. I would stay in one of those rooms again, only next time I hope to see the sixteenth floor...

Free parking is always great. This is a nice off strip hotel with a nice distant view of the strip. We had a standard room that featured a tub and minifridge. The floor to ceiling windows are great.

The surrounding area appears to be unsafe. The hotel, restaurant and casino are nice. They do not have a shuttle to “the strip” or Fremont St.

Staff was awesome and so helpful. I had an issue check in due to my card and they were so understanding and was able to give me knowledge to call and drop my reservation to see if my card would work and it did. The next day when my bank and settle so issue and they was able to go back to my original dates of check-out. The staff was understanding and just a pleasant with my issue. I would absolutely stay here again and look to plane my next trip to see a show.

Affordable and nice!
We stayed for one night because prices on the strip were more expensive. Overall had a blast! Beds were comfy, shower was nice and staff was friendly. Craps tables were awesome! Definitely will be back!

Very easy to find. Great parking nice 24/7 restaurant inside hotel. Mini suit was very nice enough space bathroom was nice and very clean. The view was great overall great experience will stay there again and highly recommend.

It was a wonderful room. The only flaw was the carpeting on the inside of the door which is frayed and requires replacement. The handicapped restroom was very accommodating.

Liked that not just anybody can use the hotel elevator to go to floors.

Very unfriendly
The front desk woman was friendly but the bathroon was dirty like the maid never cleaned it and there were some sort of pizza sauce on the wall. Went to casino to get a players card and a woman named crystal from louisianna was so rude. She acted like we put her out by asking for a players card. The place is very unfriendly. Will stay somewhere else next time. I can spend my money next time at a place that treats me better for sure.

The hotel was overall nice but seemed a little dated. They offered us a free cup of coffee but served it in foam cups with is a big problem, so I didn’t get it. the food was just ok. The bed was not that comfortable, and the pillows were awful

Good pricing. Great location. Big rooms. Clean. Restaurant and gift store had very good pricing compared to on the strip. Free, easy parking. I would definitely stay here again. Can't really think of any negatives other than would like a coffee maker in the room...but two free coffee vouchers for downstairs was adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

DON’T STAY HERE! There was a bed bug in the suite and the manager said they would give us a full refund which they never did and after contacting orbitz regarding the refund, the management refused to issue the full refund. Luckily I have the entire incident on video and will be posting it on social media for everyone to see. I must say I am disappointed with Orbitz as well because I had to go through 3 management levels to get a

I was woken up in the middle of the night with a loud banging because security thought we had the tv on. They weren’t sure where it was coming from. What I don’t get is why didn’t they at least press their ear against the door to try to her tv.
And also the wifi sucks. Tried to do homework or watch videos and had to switch to my data.

Stay wasn't great. Rooms weren't clean. Bedding clearly hadn't been washed, floors were filthy. Months worth of dust was piled up along bottoms of walls in room. Shower didn't work properly in one room, almost all the water kept just coming out of the spout.
The restaurant has decently priced food, but quality wasn't great. Ordered a fruit platter that had moldy fruit in it.

No wifi for four days of a week stay. Had to move rooms two times to get wifi. No coffee makers in rooms. Light above vanity did not work no one came to fix it. Beds are hard and not comfortable. They are not pillow top as they say. We lost days of doing real estate dealings because of no computer wifi.

The hotel does not provide dental kits and the room smells funny. The resort fee was charged even tho I didn’t use any amenities I was only there for one night. Also they only have one restaurant in the hotel and it sucks I got my food and it looked like someone had ate on it already and they never apologized for it.

Big, comfy room at great price
Beautiful and spacious room with fantastic views of the city. I had a room at the end of the hall so two sides of the room were windows. Excellent value and nice to be away from the crazy Strip. Casino is rather small but nice. Restaurant options are quite limited. I didn’t like my dinner meal very much but it was something I hadn’t tried before. Highlight of the stay was definitely the guest room!

Good hotel with reasonable prices..including food.
Have stayed here many times. We never like the NO COFFEE policy. Food is good and very reasonable. Prices are also reasonable. Location is not great if you to be near the strip. Smoking is very strong in the casino. UGH.

Our stay was overall very nice. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable and every single staff member we interacted with was fantastic. There was an issue the first night because the carpet in the "petite suite" we were in was still wet after a boiler leak, and they upgraded us to a larger suite so we would still have the great views from the top floors. If you don't mind staying off the Las Vegas Strip this is a wonderful option, budget friendly without sacrificing quality. The restaurant in the lobby has great food at good prices as well!

Our room was on the 12th floor. It was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows and a view of the vegas lights.
Stunning.
No coffee in room-however they offer you a free voucher for coffee downstairs in their diner. Amenities were simple-small frig. We only stayed one night so it was fine. Small casino downstairs. No hype. Slots appeared to be somewhat lose!

Pubic Hairs on The Toilet
The room wasn’t ready when I arrived to check-in. When I got to my room, there were pubic hairs on the toilet seat. I requested a new room and there were makeup stains on the lumpy AF pillows.

Clean, comfortable room on the cheap!
Everything is clean and fresh. The staff was friendly. It’s a casino, so the first floor smells like cigarette smoke. But above that, our room and the hallways going to our room were fine and did not smell. There was plenty of parking. The pool is kind of old school. I don’t feel like it’s a hang out at the pool type place. No swim up bar or anything. Just a pool and a jacuzzi and some lounge chairs. Like an old school Holiday Inn, not like a Las Vegas resort. We wanted a clean and comfortable room on the cheap and this was exactly that.

We stay before, we like it. The security department was very helpful, we forgot a medical equipment piece in the room and when we call to ask about it they told us all the information and offer to mail it to us to San Diego. Very nice to know that they offer that service. :)

Friendly Staff!
Honestly the most friendly staff! Enjoyed being away from the crowds on the Strip. The room was larger than most other hotel rooms. My only complaint is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear talking all night on one side of us and you don’t want to know what we heard on the other side of us. Room is good size and was decent as far as cleanliness. There was something on the wall that could have been removed but wasn’t. We got in very late Thursday night / Friday morning (about 2am) and around 7am the hotel decided to test their alarms. It was ear piercing to say the least. Needless to say, my husband and I got very little sleep which made for a long weekend. We didn’t get to do everything we wanted because we were exhausted. Total bummer. Some in valet were not very pleasant. We did like experiencing that side of town however. Don’t think we would be back.

I left a addidas gym bag with some shoes my shaving kit bag my tablet and some electrical charging devices in it.
Called after i was back in Phoenix Az and was informed they did have it and i could pick it up or they would ship it to me. I will be back in Vegas in a few days and they said i could Pick It Up at Security, 24/ 7 how great it that. many thanks and Have stayed there about 5 times and the rooms are super nice.

Great place, OK service
I had a Petite Suite with soaking tub. Really spacious room and mine was a corner room with nice city views. The only minor complaint about room was that the dresser drawer would just randomly open 2 or 3 times. I think the chest wasn't level.
Housekeeping was not top notch. They were often slow to clean room and apparently they have a policy of making guests leave while they clean. Kinda inconvenient. I asked the manager on duty, Brittany about this and requested the written policy, but she never got back to me on that issue.
Overall, I highly recommend the place if you need to be in that area of the city. It's located off Boulder Highway area near Tropicana. Not the cleanest or best part of town. But no fault of the property for that issue.

I like that its quiet and away from the strip. I did not like that we kept getting noise complaint when we were a family with 2 kids. The minute we started singing happy birthday to my son we had security pounding at the door like a cop. He even came with back up. We were very upset about that

It’s only a short walk from your car to your room. However, the room has no coffee maker and has the slowest Internet since the 1990s. Because of the terrible Internet service, I would not book this hotel again.

Rooms were nice, spacious and kept up. Not a fan of liquid soap instead of a bar but that was OK.
What was not OK was their supposed requirement of having security enter my room after 48 hours to be sure I wasn't storing a bunch of guns and ammo. Apparently they are concerned about what happened a few years ago at Mandalay Bay.
I work nights and sleep by day so to be woken up with incessant knocking and I constant demand to be let in while we were talking was utterly ridiculous. I had nothing to hide, but this was an invasion of my privacy. Security would have walked in to my room if i was not there. Won't stay here again.
