Good pool area. Long walk or tram ride to beach, which was very nice. Irritating to pay for a beach umbrella with a $40/d 'resort fee'. Expensive, as expected, for a resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful (bell, front desk, waiters, bartenders).

We love the Naples Grande!
We love the Naples Grande! This is our 4th time in the past 3 years.. The Boardwalk to the beach is a beautiful walk or you can catch a ride on the shuttle. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable with balconies overlooking beautiful Naples.

Expensive! Room per day price was high enough and then a resort fee per day was added. The food prices have risen significantly. The employee that helped us to our room the whole time talked down on the Florida governor.

Golf cart ride to the beach made it easy. Otherwise a 3/4 mile walk. Chairs included, $19 for umbrella. All employees were very nice and professional. View from top floor amazing!

The service was disappointing. The front desk was helpful but the concierge, bell man, the golf cart driver to the beach... all seemed annoyed at any questions we had.

Liked being able to walk to beach and tennis, but golf is far away and expensive. Golf was $300/person so $600 for father and 12 yo son to play. Hot tub was always crowded and it’s unfortunate that the spa hot tub is larger and underutilized. Spa needs to be redesigned since crowded locker room, sauna not hot enough, no single gender sauna and steam room, 1 working shower, tiny locker room. Elevators should all be working during heavy travel season- 1-2 were broken. Gym needs updates with newer bike and elliptical and more waters, fruit, and cold wet towels, yoga mats. Rooms need more blankets and small pull out couch option

There was a boardwalk leading to the beach from the resort where you can stroll or jog. The resort has some amenities and was kept relatively clean. Although the building seemed to have been remodeled somewhat, I couldn’t help noticing the aging of the furniture and building itself. During our stay, not all elevators were functioning but we did not have any issues catching one when needed. The building seems to have thin walls because we heard our neighbor urinating which was unpleasant, and we had a rowdy neighbor one night so we had to move to another room after midnight which was very unpleasant. The overall of our experience at the resort is rated fair.

Lovely in Naples.....
The hotel is beautiful, with two pool areas--one for families and one for adults only. The 1/2 mile stroll (or shuttle if you're feeling lazy....) on the boardwalk through the mangrove sanctuary was lovely and peaceful. Guest services were impeccable. The room was lovely and spacious, and housekeeping services were provided on a daily basis--with no special requests. There were several dining options--and the food was delicious at each. We left with the desire to return soon.

Decent if over priced.
A nice hotel if a little dated, very poor on eco friendliness with lots of single use plastics. Breakfast fairly average and should be better for the money. The very loud music round the pool was very off putting.

Normally this is my favorite hotel to stay at however, we weren’t informed the pool bar was undergoing construction going on their 2nd week (I was there for 1 of them). It was incredibly loud and it limited the food and drink menu. I also don’t understand why they charge so many daily fees, when half of their facilities or amenities aren’t available. Very disappointing. Considering La Playa or the Ritz next time

The hotel was really a conference hotel not a vacation hotel very busy unable to access the pool at times due to events going on plus the room needed tlc with new windows due to a hazard of a raised piece of metal as you walk in & out of the patio door, the carpet was filthy, cushions of the settee had blood on them plus general furniture & walls needing to be cleaned.

We stayed for two nights over a long weekend. The first night was great, the suites are quite comfy and the access to the beach its just a quick shuttle ride away. On our second day, there was a celebration/event taking place on the pool deck which made enjoying the suite after a beach day quite unpleasant as it was very loud and our suite was right above the pool deck. However, the hotel staff did right by being very accommodating and offering a change of rooms and reimbursement for that one night. Overall, we had a nice experience and everyone was very friendly.

Grandeur of the past hotels
We come to Naples every 2-3 moths and we always stay at your hotel. It is a great hotel because it has the grandeour of the past which is now hard to find. I love the spacious areas that give me space to breathe. The landscape is beautiful and the view is refershing.

The hotel is in a beautiful Location and my room had a gorgeous view. The interiors look like they need upgrading. Carpet on the 17th floor looks old and dirty. There is no air conditioning in the hallways between the elevator and the room so it is very hot and humid. Leaving this morning I was trapped on the 17th floor. A woman had walked down 17 flights of stairs to get to the lobby to get an elevator back up to pick up her husband. I was lucky that I arrived to depart as he was waiting for her. When I informed the young woman at the desk all she had to say was “I know they are working on it.” Abysmal customer service.

Beautiful views and clean. I was disappointed with the the following reasons: my travel partner has mobility issues due to a progressive disease and requires the use of a service dog. When we arrived at valet, the valet asked if we wanted to self park or valet. We explained the mobility issues and handicap plate. He said there was handicap parking down the hill. On checkin- the woman said valet fee was waived for handicap. It would have been nice if the valet driver mentioned that. At check in we requested that the room have a walk-in shower as my partner can’t step over the tub. She changed our room and on arrival it had a tub Very frustrating.

We stayed in the Villas which were nice. Tub/shower was very difficult to get in and out of. Paint job looked pretty badly done, but everything else was great! Couch looked a little dingy but was very comfortable.

Birthday celebration
Great stay to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We got a suite with balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short shuttle drive from the beach, through a gorgeous manglar. The hotel offers great dinning options and the pool area is beautifully set up.

I didn’t like the way my complaint about my room’s cleanliness was handled. Manager was refused to provide any clear resolution and I will never stay at this property again. Almost $400 USD per night wasn’t worth the room or property. If you want a stay that’s worth the price, please stay elsewhere.

Amazing stay very beautiful hotel went to celebrate my moms birthday she enjoyed the beach which is like 3min away on a golf cart and they take you and bring you back and the pool has a fun slide and as grown adults we very much enjoyed the slide 😂 overall it was an excellent little getaway for us.

The pools are very nice with large pool for kids and private adult pool. Beach access by mangrove boardwalk was an added educational plus for people not familiar with coastal eco systems.

The room was dated. Breakfast for two was included. The food was cold, and very poor quality. This hotel is a 4 star in name only. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

The balcony door has a switch that shuts off the A/C when the door is open. Great money saving device when it works correctly. Unfortunately ours didn’t. The A/C would work for a while and then it wouldn’t. They quickly moved us to another room. The only complaint I had was the overly loud music playing everywhere. The pools,restaurants,bars there was no escaping it. I wanted to relax not have blasting music in my ears. The beach was my only escape. And the beach was worth it!

We were for a couple of days. Check in was ok, only set back room upgrade was not as expected, but it was a honest mistake. Hotel will need some TLC. Boris at the bar very friendly and attentive. If the bar is full is different, but in general all hotel personnel are nice. Areas well kept, elevators if all are not working then, delays. Pool areas, services and restaurants are very good. Also, you have a lot of choices at 5th and 3rd streets areas. Stop by Seed to table market for food or to stock your fridge if needed. Beach area is fine with a cafe area and shuttles are constant. Umbrellas, etc you have to pay a fee. This is a public beach share by the public and hotel guesses. It is own by the city but handle by the hotel, that was the deal since the hotel was built. Enjoy bicycles, shops near by with restaurants as well.

I love staying here. Whether it’s just my husband and I or we bring them kids, it’s just easy. I prefer the villas for more space. Breakfast in the morning via room service is quick, easy, and delicious. There evening menu could use some more vegetarian or healthy options, but honestly everything was fine.
