This is a fabulous place at the end of the strip - no casinos and a smoke free hotel!! Surprised that the pool wasn’t open - they said it is closed from November to March. Restaurant was great.

if you frequent Four Seasons properties because they are almost always a safe bet. you should be aware that this property is not a Four Seasons.. its Four Seasons/manday bay. this property is very outdated and needs a massive renovation and or relocation. Las Vegas has so many options and I hate to say it but this property isn't up to par with other locations within its price point. Staff also isn't up to Four Seasons standards, I had issues checking in of all things, one of the great things that Four Seasons is known for is the seamless check-in/out process. Sadly I don't forsee myself returning to this property unless it goes under a massive redevelopment.

The 4 Seasons Vegas is like an oasis. You can access all the fun of Vegas but it’s still a first class place to stay and get away from it all. Try the spa! It’s so worth it.

My bathroom flooded every time I took a shower. The engineers came in to fix it but only partially fixed the problem. I didn’t pay for a 5 star hotel to deal with this. Some employees at the entrance were not attentive or were distracted between conversations, and forgot about providing their service. On top of that at the end I got charged some hidden extra fees that the hotel charges per day. Not recommended.

Great place to stay.
Rooms are nice and quiet. The Veranda restaurant is great and the bartenders are very nice and friendly. If you want a quiet hotel away from Casinos and all the smoke in the air, this is a great place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

My stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of amazing. My daughter and I visited Vegas for the Usher show and the hotel did not disappoint. The staff were so nice and the facility was immaculate. We ultimately were upgraded to a suite. This was the best lodging experience I have ever had. The location is a little ways from the strip, but we did not care. We knew what was waiting for us once we returned. I am adopting Maia...she was the front desk agent. Absoluately beautiful personality. In fact, everyone who worked there was professional and attentive. If I could have provided 10 stars I would have. Loved it!

Love Four Seasons Las Vegas
Four Seasons Las Vegas is my favorite place to stay while in Vegas. The energy is calm and the staff is always so welcoming and kind. The beds are so comfortable that I ordered one for myself!

We booked 2 rooms on the 38th floor. Our room numbers were 118 and 208. The maid service was unbelievable. I’ve stayed in other five star hotels, it doesn’t compare to the detail these cleaning ladies have. Thank you.

The Four Seasons is great for service but the room is quite noisy, at least if you are facing the casino side of Mandalay Bay. The droning sound of the HVAC units is incessant. Also, the powered flush toilets causes the pipes to emit a creaking sound, so if your neighbors are flushing alot, expect to hear alot of noises throughout the night. I slept with earplugs and could still hear it.

I would not stay at four Seasons resort no more because they gave a joining room and the people was loud so we move hotels and then the new room was so load because from the room they gave us mandalay Bay elevator noises right through the room all night long.Then when told them they apologized and gave us $100 credit and ask if we would like to change to room right next to that one we said no because tired of moving. So we are not very happy about are stay here I think some money back but they said can’t do that I booked it though Expedia The four seasons is a 5 star resort. I also had family staying here and they was not please.

This stay was amazing. The whole city was busy preparing F1 race, the reason I chose this hotel. I got back from a trip to the canyon circle. My family had wonderful healing in the hotel.

Wonderful hotel away from hectic strip
Amazing hotel in a quiet location. Great staff, including housekeeping. Our room overlooked the stadium and it was 550 sq ft. Comfortable bed, pillows, and two chairs plus sofa. Large bathroom, nice amenities, twice daily housekeeping.
It was great to leave the hectic strip and easily arrive at our hotel via tram or Uber. Mandalay Bar is attached with easy access to the casino, many good restaurants and two additional pools to choose from.
Absolutely the best hotel if you want a relaxing stay after a long day.

The hotel is sharing the building with Mandalay Bay. I wouldn’t call this hotel a true four seasons experience. The walking entrance to hotel is quite tricky. The quality of the in-room dining food was average to poor, the breakfast was terrible to be honest. Staff friendliness at the reception: 3 out of 5. They request the info about our stay and none of the provided info was used. Moreover, the welcome message on a TV was addressed to a different person.

They need to upgrade their TV’s to be able to get Netflix and be able to stream from your Phone or IPad to the TV. Only had 15 stations plus some
Music. The AC also is not cold enough and had to call downstairs to get them to get it below 73.
It’s an awesome hotel, just not the 4 Season’s experience we are use to!

This was our first visit to the Four Seasons and it was delightful. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself was beautiful and perfect for a non-gambler visiting Vegas. I especially appreciated that they went out of their way to provide a microwave in my room (dietary restrictions) and the restaurant was also very caring and accommodating when I mentioned my food sensitivities. Definitely one of the best birthday trips ever.

We usually stay at the Wynn but this may be our new destination in Las Vegas. It's very convenient and a short walk to your room, the room service is awesome, we had a few facing the strip and the view was amazing, the customer service is five star.
The only complaint would be that we had one sink in our bathroom, and the shower was a little tight.
The pool area is nice, the restaurants are good, the lobby bars really nice as well.

One word summarizes our stay: "flawless". All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were blown away by their attention to detail. All the small gestures, such as complimentary treats while at the pool, to putting fresh ice in the ice bucket in our room while we were out, to letting us check out a little later than normal when we really needed that extra hour to recover from the late night before, added up to an overall experience which vastly surpasses any other hotel we have previously stayed in. Thank you for boundless hospitality and we look forward to staying with you anytime we are in Vegas again.

Real nice, but not perfect!
Great hotel with great people. but a couple details overlooked. Definitely a huge step up from the rat race downstairs at Mandalay Bay. Each floor of the Four Seasons has FloWater filtration fountains, but they were all off. Huge waste of time for me to find water. The dresser in our room had a broken drawer. No staff early in the morning (around 5am) at front desk or concierge when we were checking out.

I am very displeased that got the wrong room which had only one bed. I asked for two queen beds for a reason. I was told that i needed to request that 72 hours in advance. I expected the room booked. How would i know before arrival that i wouldnt have the proper room? Additionally, it would have been nice to have paid the balance with the card used to book the room. Very unhappy!

Quiet! I wanted quiet and relaxation and I got it here just as other reviews said. So glad we booked here! The beds are fabulous and comfortable. The rooms are spotless. The pool is relaxing and the food at the pool is great. Everyone on staff was super nice!! We really appreciated them giving us a wonderful stay. I will stay here again!

Four Seasons used to be a special spot. Now it is just meh. Pool staff seemed to be teenagers who hate their job. Nothing in the room worked.. chargers broken, phone broken, speaker broken.
Not for nothing I used to love the special touches like frozen snickers, grapes or peppermint patties and water spritzes at the pool, drinks in nice crystal at the lobby bar, etc (iykyk) but now just plastic like everywhere else.

3rd time staying at this location. After the outstanding customer service that gets better each time, last year they blew away. Unfortunately this time wasn’t the same. It was just like any other nice hotel. Special request that has been asked for previously to arrival weren’t done. Had to be asked again and reminded day after arrival. Ordered room service through their app they missed. When I called to asked where my order was they missed it. The small details by the pool staff that my normal person would do, others don’t. They didn’t go above and beyond at all, which is the reason to stay at a place like this. They had set the bar so high for themselves and this year they didn’t meet it at all.

The hotel is what you think a four seasons should be. There is no casino or smoking which allows for a very quiet stay and so relaxing. The room was immaculate and the pool swim sublime. I could walk easily to Mandalay Bay casino for lounge music, casino and breakfast through a private door. Loved it.

Outstanding like all Four Seasons. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bedding luxurious and pillows very nice. Bed was not too firm or too soft. Room was cleaned twice daily, great service. The hotel is one of the few in Vegas that is smoke free. The pool was relaxing, not crowded and no smoking.

Our experience at the Four Seasons Las Vegas was phenomenal! We were seeking a quiet getaway with superb accommodations and exceptional customer service, and Four Seasons exceeded all of our expectations! You would never know you were in Las Vegas at the Four Seasons resort. However, if you wanted to venture out to explore the sights, sounds, dining, shopping, etc., you were just an elevator away. The Four Seasons KNOWS how to make their guests feel comfortable, welcome, and happy. We were beyond happy with our choice to stay at the Four Seasons Resort! We will definitely stay at the Four Seasons again! You definitely get what you pay for when you stay at the Four Seasons!

This was a great place to stay if you want a quiet escape from the strip, with the convenience of being on the strip. All staff were friendly and helpful with all our needs. Wish we would’ve been alerted to having resort credit upon checkin…we still spent it inadvertently. We would’ve probably spent more if I had known!
