Absolutely loved this hotel! They were extremely accommodating, very clean, and quick check in.

Hyatt, great hotel
Beautiful hotel, very comfortable looks brand new room was very well laid out and comfortable for the mattress. Pillows not so comfortable, bathroom great layout very contemporary hotel enjoyed our stay except for the cold breakfast.

The desk clerk was more concerned with playing on her phone than check in, no explanation of property amenities. Desk clerk attempted to charge for an already prepaid booking.
The hotel also had a musty smell to the common areas. Room looked to be clean and bed slept well. Safe, lighted parking and convenient walk for dining.

Great place to stay!
My daughter and i come to Destin every year to Black Friday shop for her birthday. This was the first year we stayed at Hyatt Place and we loved it. We will make this our place to stay for our future trips. We had stayed at the same place for the last 7 years and decided to try Hyatt this year and so happy we did. I was so happy with the friendly staff, clean quiet room and the breakfast was great. Thank you for making our stay great!

Overall this was a great experience. However, I did not think the bed, bed linens and towels were up to the standard I expected. The bed was very well used, the bedding was so-so and the towels were quite thin and rough. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice, however, the hot food did not stay hot for very long. It would be better if the dishes were covered. I would stay here again.

They did not have complimentary water in the room. The front desk only offered water to "certain" guest if you know what i mean. They dont clean room daily while staying there until you request it be done.

I stayed here for 3 nights and every morning house keeping on the 3rd floor played loud music! I couldn’t ever sleep in. Clean hotel and near the beach and shopping/eating areas. Won’t be staying here again! I want to be comfortable when I’m at a hotel. With peace and quiet.

We were given a very nice accessible room that provided plenty of space for my husband's walker. The bed, however, was disappointing in that it was quite soft and had indentations on each side where many others had slept.

The Hyatt was a wonderful stay, the staff was amazing! The property was clean and safe, there were sanitizing stations all around the hotel. The room was spacious and quiet, the beds and couch were very comfortable. The breakfast was great, lots of options and served hot and fresh! We enjoyed the pool and lounge areas which were clean. We would definitely recommend to a friend and will return to the Hyatt in the future!

The furnishings were Motel 6 quality. We were charged for extra coffee packets. Breakfast pancakes were more like hockey pucks.
Great location with high end restaurants and shopping. Great staff.
We will stay at a different place next time.

We loved our stay here! Everything was very clean, the breakfast's were very good and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The ONLY thing we would have liked was a small microwave in the room. There was one downstairs tho so we were able to use that. Overall an excellent experience!

This property was great. The continental breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel. The staff was fairly friendly. The room was large and accomodating. The bed was not comfortable and made us wanting to be home.
There is an area of the room with a sink, counter, microwave and mini fridge. Those were all awesome to have but a bigger mini fridge would have been nice and there was likely space for it.
The location of this property is great. It is in close walking distance to the nice shops and restaurants of Grand Boulevard as well as the gorgeous beaches- one of the main reasons for our trip.

Would highly recommend, my only negative was with our shower. It made such a loud annoying noise , it was really horrible . Breakfast was excellent, I didn’t expect much and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to management , will be back.

The customer service is top notch, as soon as we entered the door staff was welcoming, smiling and very helpful. I have never experienced such friendly staff as yours. My family was very pleased and makes us want to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was our first time to Miramar beach (Destin) so we weren’t too sure what to expect. We are a family of 5. We have 3 young boys. This hotel was so great for us. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a bonus! Every morning they switched the selection up a bit which was awesome. We were provided fresh towels very quickly after requesting them. The hotel was quiet and in such a nice area! Shops and eateries close by. It’s about a 13 minute drive from the beach in Destin, so that was great too. All around wonderful stay—we will be back to stay again!

The staff was great, helpful and very quick to respond to any requests. Only had a slight issue with slow sink draining but it never plugged up entirely. Breakfast was great! And the hot water was amazing, never had to wait for it to come out.

The hotel was nice, but the staff dropped the ball on the pull out bed majorly. I requested sheets and changed the bedding myself. After I requested clean bedding I received a call with a staff member who asked if I wanted them to come and “help” me change the bedding. The first response should have been to send housekeeping to actually do the job that they are paid to do. I was a guest or a paid employee.

Very good stay except
My 3 nights stay was very good. My only complaint was every night there were people hanging outside the parking lot side entrance drinking and playing music being very loud. They could have done that in the pool area or bar inside. Seeing that outside the entrance of a hotel is not good look and an employee should have put a stop to it night one. If i would have seen that when i check in, it would have stopped me from staying.

I would stay there again . We stayed with our girls ages 5-8 and they enjoyed it . The pool was warm at nighttime . The only inconvenience would be that their restroom in the lobby seemed to not flush . Every time I took my daughters to the women’s restroom it would not flush . Other than that small inconvenience, we would stay here again . Do note that the rooms don’t have a microwave inside but there is one in the lobby that guests can use .

This hotel was a perfect fit for our family vacation. The check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and always willing to go above for you. The hotel was clean. The staff was always cleaning. The breakfast was great. I have some picky eaters and they had a variety that worked for everyone.

The hotel was great,very clean ,nice rooms ,and friendly staff the only complaint was, we ask a few questions about places to go and beaches with easy access. The front desk couldnt help with that ,they seemed to not know the area either. We found on the last day a shopping center . We wish we knew about that when we ask the first day.

Nice hotel, but very expensive…it’s Destin in July, so it is what it is. I would not recommend this hotel if your primary goal is beaches (we had family to visit)…The highway / road in front of the hotel is always busy and you have to drive to any of the beaches.

Hotel has a decent happy hour 5-7 pm They will even bring out to the pool area. Drinks and appetizers for $5. Small lunch/dinner menu. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very quiet. Only downside was the beds were just ok. Would have preferred a king size bed.Breakfast buffet very nice.

It’s was clean, the pillows where to small for a king. The soap dispenser was empty in the shower. When you laid or sit in the bed the fitted sheet would come up half way. Like it didn’t seem to fit right. Hallways where hot and the small fridge didn’t cool down quickly.

We rented a king bed suite and the photos of the room don't do it justice! The layout is perfect. The bedroom, restroom, living room were spacious. The room, amenities, lobby, etc were all clean and the hotel staff always greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was decent. There is no hot tub but the pool is heated. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

I do think the staff should reconsider their cleaning the rooms when guest stay in the property. We did request for our room to be clean only to return to the room unclean with only clean towels which we could have requested as we had done prior too. Some of the stay wasn’t as friendly as they could have been. During breakfast I almost slipped on something that was spilled on the floor. Prior to me alerting the lady at the front, there were a few staff members that didn’t acknowledge the spill. This could have been very dangerous and thankfully I didn’t fall. Overall everything was ok.

It looked clean and had spacious rooms but for a 9.5 review on online, I was expecting much more luxurious. It was very disappointing and we ended up staying at the Hilton resort and lost the $750 we paid for the room. It was a total waste of money. Our vacation would have been ruined if we stayed at your hotel so it was worth it to lose the money and get a real hotel that would leave us with fond memories of the vacation. I definitely won’t select rooms based on their ratings anymore. They are totally misleading.
