The hotel itself was clean and fine. The issue was that our hotel was unable to give us the room that we had booked. They did try to move us to adjoining rooms, but the rooms we were given were not adjoining. We ended up in a King room with fold out couch when we paid for a two bedroom suite. The manager stated we would get a refund, but it has been several days and we have not heard anything from them since and our booking has not been refunded to date.

Very noisy, kids running around in room above us for hours, starting at 6am. Spoke to front desk, they said they would try to move us later. Never heard back from them or manager which we also emailed. $280 for a very noisy stay. Water pressure was very low as well.

We stayed from December 26 to 28. The check in/check out was really fast and convenient. Property is clean and tidy. Room was very clean also. Comfy beds, working air conditioning unit. Sufficient amount of towels. And breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. There were a lot of people there and enough seating for all of us. And staff is very sweet!

Se really enjoyed our stay. All the staff works hard and are very attentive to guest needs. Always served with a smile. The rooms are clean, the pillows are comfy. Breakfast has long hours of operation and it has good variety.

This is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment but it is poorly designed with the bathroom stuck in between the small make belief kitchen and 1 bedroom.
The bathroom doesn't close properly so people's privacy at risk with 2 entrances
There is no cutlery cups, bowls or plates or towels in the bathroom. Kitchen is completely empty. There is no where to eat your food but there is a sofa. Virtually unfurnished.
The floor has 1 inch ledges so it was very dangerous to trip for elders or kids.
We left 3 days early as we didn't want to stay in this place anymore. For what you pay there is more variety available and better.

Didn't appreciate finding a towel with make up on it when we first got in our room. That was nasty. The room was way too warm. We turned it down numerous times only to have it hot hot hot in the room. The hotel is set back off the main road a little, by driving between some buildings and a few parking lots. it was a place to sleep.

We - 2 adults, 2 kids - stayed here 2 nights. The room was very clean, spacious, and the sofa bed was the most comfortable hotel sofa bed we have ever experienced. A full set of bedding and sheets were provided upon request. Breakfast was also one of the best breakfasts we have ever experienced in this price range: several hot options (bacon, sausage, omelets, a pancake maker...) and open until 9:30 am. It got very crowded though, and although the staff was working as fast as they could, everything was running out constantly, and then there'd be a wait. The pool was a nice size, with sun chairs, but too cold for us to swim. The hot tub was warmer but still not hot tub temperature. They were working on that our second night there. Parking was free, seemed quite safe, and there was plenty of spaces. The hotel is located within walking distance of a ton of restaurants, shops, etc. and just a short drive from most everything. I think there's a shuttle service too but we didn't take advantage of that.

Awesome hotel. We've stayed at all the cheapest hotels in the area and understand why they are the cheapest. This place was just a little bit more and felt more like a vacation. We even had a nice view of the Volcano at Volcano Bay. It was very clean. Beds super comfortable. Kurig in the room and free breakfast was awesome too. Also felt safe. Will 100% stay again when Universal onsite isnt an option.

When we arrived we were informed that construction activities had caused delays. Our 2 bedroom suites weren't quite ready yet. The GM put us in 4 rooms together. It wasn't what we booked but we were happy with the accommodations that were made for us. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff are very friendly. Even with the close proximity to the freeway, you could barely hear any traffic. Very peaceful, tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would dedicated stay here again.

First thing i had a reservation since February because my flight got delay Saturday july 15 2023 they re-sold my room to some else. Then we had to sleep in the lobby for 1 hour until the overnight personnel got us a temporary room 1 hour late because they was going to start services breakfast they didn't want us sleeping in the lobby/ dinning area. That same morning someone stole my luggage in front of the temporary room by the lobby, i requested to speak to the manager they told i have to wait until monday morning at 7am. I finally got my suite sunday afternoon after 3pm this is poor customer services. Then morning come around the front desk name fania didn't know when would the manager would be in,she gave a business card I email the lady she reply back on Tuesday told without a police report they couldn't do nothing. So tuesday i demand to see the manager the front desk manager Raymond soltren that she step out for 2-3 hour don't know when she coming back, at this i called the police they never came did my police report and still waiting for answers or at least set me up with a voucher nothing they don't care. Prior to me leaving this place which was until july 25 2023, over the weekend they disabled my room card for 2 days making it more frustrated to get in into my suite which was paid for the next 10 days, everyday i had to requested to bring toiletries. Very bad services coming from management they dont care about people.

Not my best stay at an IHG property!!
I was very disappointed with the reception I received at check in. First of all, the gent that was on duty looked at my arrival worse than if I was asking for a loan. He did not greet me in any way nor did he acknowledge my status with IHG. When i asked him for preferred accommodations, he immediately responded negatively which meant he was not willing to trouble himself with looking into the request. At that point I gave up as I had him check me in previously with the same disposition. Unfortunately, because of my negative feelings at that point, did not even look at his name. No thank you, point bonus or special treat for my status. Unfortunately, I think I was bothering him with my stay. I travel to Orlando for meetings but I will look for other IHG properties which can serve my needs with a bit more positive attitude.

Okay stay. Hotel staff were nice and location is good. Breakfast time of 6:30-9:30 every day should be extended on weekends in my opinion. Major disappointment with the blinds in the room which could not keep out light from the outside. Also lighting inside unit was poor. Bed comfort was excellent. The room certainly could use updating. Painting was sloppy as you could clearly see old paint lines and poor finishing

Our flight into Orlando was delayed and as we were on a plane we couldn’t ring the hotel to say we would be late. As a result they cancelled the booking. Fortunately they had another room available. We think it was a room used for such circumstances as it wasn’t one of their best. For example the shower didn’t work. Pity but all ended okay.

The rooms were decent but the refrigerator did not work and leaked all over the hallway. I had to use a towel to get the water up or we would fall. The breakfast area was to be desired. No coffee and took forever for the ladies to replenish it. The second day they were out of just about everything including milk,creamer, and such. When asked how long it would take to replenish it all anyone was told was soon.they could not keep up with it all. We paid for breakfast but was not really able to eat much due to nothing there. We always stay at Holiday Inn Express but we won’t go back to that one.

I HAVE STAY HERE WITH FAMILY VARIES TIME. I LOVE THIS HOLIDAY INN, BUT NOT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE ON THIS STAY, THIS IS CRAZY IN REGARD OF PAYMENT IF YOU HAVE PAID. YO U SHOULD NOT BE HAVING YOUR CARD BEING A TEMPORARY HOLD. THAT IS NOT RIGHT.

A mess
This stay was conpletely terrible. The room was not handicap accessible at all eventhough I called the hotel to verify we wouod be getting an accessible room. We have 2 handicap people so just to use the low toilet with not even an assist bar we needed help and it said roll in showerand there wasn’t one so we were unable to shower. There was 2 towels and one wash cloth for 6 people. For thr pull out couch bed there was no bedding or pillows. If it hadn’t been midnight when we arrived we would have left and went to a different hotel. We had to calll tbe front desk and ask for towels and washcloths and bedding for my kids to sleep on the pull out couch, all they could give us is 2 sheets! They said they had no pillows or blankets! How is this even possible in a hotel?! Other than the missing towels, wash cloths and bedding and not being handicap accessible we would have liked the hotel. I was extremely mad but we were too tired to leave and go to a different hotel at that point☹️

The facility is new and nice. However the area around the building is run down and is likely why we found cockroaches in our room. There was also stains in the towels and pubic hair on the sink faucet. Not well cleaned.

But not the same about the maintenance. Some tiles are loose in the bedroom and bathroom. Some lights do not turn on. And the painting of the whole hotel looks old.

Probably just my luck
King bed rooms were filled so we reserved a room with 2 queens in non smoking. We were lucky to get an early check in an hour or so ahead of 300pm which was so apprecaited after that it wemt down hill. The room smelled like it was once a smoke infested night club event though we reserved non smoking.the ac had to be put on 60 to keep cool which is odd for me since i get cold in high 80s so clearly its not working. I either sweated or shivered teying to find the right temp. The elevators were super slow and over crowded with outdated inspection stickers. Breakfast was included which was nice but limited. Going home to air out my lungs and try to sleep.

Room itself was adequate just not clean. There were toe nails on the side of the couch, a dirty hand print on the wall near the bath, and no sheets for the pullout couch. The room next to us played loud music for an hour before it ended. Check in was kind of awful. Took over 30 minutes of waiting due to only one person working the front desk around 8/830.

We booked for one night, spur of the moment trip to Disney. Got there late, front desk was nice and the staff friendly. We had a good nights sleep, everything was clean.
