It must be under new management, which decided to do away with a daily change of towels, making the bed, emptying the garbage bins. I have stayed here 3 times before, but not again. Breakfast choices disappointing too, hot water for tea limited (needed to microwave in the room), coffee ran out, so did fruit juice.

All around a pleasant hotel stay. I set up a wake up call for 5:30am. Got it at 4:12am instead and then again at 4:15am. It was a bummer because then I was up tossing and turning until my phone alarm rang

Better than expected.
Really nice place. Staff was beyond accommodating. Typical free hotel breakfast, nothing to write home about but good food and a nice start to the day. Really impressed with the room, modern and very comfortable.

Area around the property is nice and safe. There is an additional pet fee. The breakfast wasn’t great-staff wasn’t attentive, coffee and silverware ran out, tables were dirty. Room was clean but it was soooo noisy. I would never stay here again for the price I paid.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities, but the layout was a little weird with the "rotating" TV that can only be seen by half of the room at any given time. The employees at the front desk were nice enough, but on more than one occasion there was no one there to help (at check-in, etc). I have a nice car so parking is always important to me, and the parking lot was spacious and clean. I would probably stay there again. 4/5.

Water got turned off
The bed was comfy and the room was clean. But one of the elevators was out of order and muddy footprints hung around it for a few days. The last two days we couldn’t shower because the water was turned off and then there was no water pressure.

Needs a little refresh.
Pros: Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, far away from the bustle of Vegas. Well suited for business travel. I realize it's an eco-friendly hotel, but there were no housekeeping services other than a knock on the door and someone handing you new towels. I asked the front desk on day 2 if I could pay for light housekeeping (a "micro clean" - wipe down, make the bed, give us trash can liners, and to help us put the sofa bed back together - it got stuck). They said yes, but we returned to nothing other than fresh towels on the counter. If you're deciding between this and an airbnb, go with the rental - the benefit of a hotel is the small luxuries like a made bed. Other notes: some wear and tear on the property - loose tiles, scuffs and scrapes on the walls, well-worn sofas - scratches in the elevator. It's no longer the "Westin Heavenly Bed." The bed is fine, but now that it's a Marriot property it lacks the "plus" of the old more luxurious bedding. Please note the staff were very professional, and they seemed short-staffed for housekeeping. They even brought me a bag of ice when I inquired about the ice maker. Still a nice property, but not as clean or well maintained as other Element properties. It's a safe option for families or solo travelers. But could use a little touch up.

Don’t fall for price, you will pay double
Our bill went from 440 to almost or more than 700 dlls We stay from 2-4 of June and till this day we still getting charged We got a supposedly hold of 200 dlls when we checked out, that supposedly by now should receive back and we haven’t, but we did got charge 117 dlls For what we don’t know. We only slept and woke up very early to enjoy Vegas and went back around 3-4 am we only ate breakfast once. Not to mention that first day we come back to our room and they left our clean towels in a bag tossed in the room.

Accurate check in
Check in was at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:15 pm and had to wait 30 minutes for a room to be ready. The ladies at the front desk were friendly but overwhelmed with all the new check ins and no rooms ready!

Element tried but was just old
The Element Hotel usually is kept up a lot better. The hotel seemed old and worn. The bathroom was a little dirty. I am not sure I would satay again. The computers were down which led to a long check in. The staff was very nice and tried to help but for the money I am not sure it’s worth it.

I have stayed at the Element several times and really like this hotel, and will continue to come here, but the check-in was quite bad this time. The girl who checked me in was probably having a bad day and I understand that it happens to us all, but she acted like she didn’t care and didn’t want to be there and it really came out when she was checking me in. It wasn’t welcoming at all!

No cleaning service in 4 days I stayed at the hotel. This is unacceptable. The room at check in was dusty, smelled like sweat and I found hair on the floor with dust and hair in the shower. The reception told me they would send someone to clean the floors, and that unless you stay 7+ days no cleaning service is provided. The room was $240 per night. I am in Vegas every month in business, they won’t see me again.

New Year’s Eve trip
The people upstairs were very loud to say the least. The room was decent. I just felt the shower floor looked dirty. The tile in the bathroom were coming up. The toilet paper kept coming off the holder.

Did not realize everything that came in the room, so when we arrived made our stay easier. What we did not like was house keeping knocking our door even thoughwe had a do not disturb sign. Ended up waking up the baby other than that looking foward to staying there in the future

Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and well-appointed, I didn't have to deal with huge casino crowds, and it was largely a nice night. One small complaint....while the AC worked very well, it was, at times, VERY loud, with a deep bassy hum that woke me a few times.

It is a self serve hotel, not many people working there. The check in staff barely looked at us and didn’t say much, just gave us the key to our room. The room had a funny odor and the air didn’t work very well, overall i would not stay there again.

Nice modern décor, but couch is not the most comfortable. No daily maid service. Bathroom could have been cleaner (mold around bottom of shower). Plenty of closet space and largish kitchenette with full-size refrigerator was a nice touch (but no stove or range other than a microwave). Great air-conditioning! Friendly helpful staff. No on-site restaurant. All-in-all, a good place but not a great place. I'd probably stay here again, but I'd also examine nearby options.

A fine hote.
Nice hotel NOT a casino and in a neighborhood convenient to our friends - it's kind of centrally located. We've stayed there before, we'll stay there again. However, there are somethings not as good as before because tourism tanked. For instance, it didn't look like they recycled anything any more. Some wear and tear showed.

Bad room or hotel in decline?
The hotel appears to be struggling with maintenance issues, there was mold in our shower drain, our microwave needed replacement (dead when we first tried to use it), there was water damage along the window, and the air conditioning was loud and vibrated the entire room. This room (204) experience was not our experience in two other stays at the same hotel this year. So I guess we got a problem room. To make it worse, the room was not the king bed room we had booked, but a two queen room.

Very disappointing stay at first when checking in my booking is not in the system I’ve waited for more than 1 hr, getting to the room & laid in bed found out there’s used mask inside the beddings. It’s very upsetting because nobody apologize they told me they will bring new beddings, there’s no towels as well..

Nice But Overpriced!
We got assigned the very last room down the hallway and with my asthma I had to stop 3 times to rest. They should be more considerate when they see older folks. At times you could hear the highway traffic. We were greeted by a toilet plunger at the door. So not the best first impression. The breakfast kitchen had omelettes and special request breakfast offered to only some people. We were never asked if we wanted something fresh made for us. Upon returning from our days events we encountered a man yelling obscenities to the security staff member and at that moment we did not feel safe. I have stayed at much nicer hotels in Las Vegas for a lot less price. Feel this hotel was overpriced.

The room was great! I loved it, and it served me well with the kitchen and small office area cleverly partitioned into the studio apartment. The pool was quite smaller than expected, and the covered area was limited. I also travel with a therapy dog, and while this hotel was very pet-friendly, the designated pet-relief areas were landscaped with only sharp rocks (not so kind to paws). Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

At first, I was very impressed by the property. Staff friendly and the lobby area looked clean and modern. I felt reassured by the numerous signs requiring masks. Pros: rooms were spacious with kitchenettes. There were dishes, flatware, mugs available. There was a nice breakfast and coffee available in the lobby most of the day. We were able to bring our small dog with us. Cons: I saw numerous people throughout our stay without a mask, and not addressed by the staff. When we got to our first room, the maintenance man was there, standing on the made up bed with his shoes fixing the curtain. He said to come back in 10 minutes. (We got a different room). Our second room only had one towel and we waited over an hour for more. The second day we never got any. The carpet in the bedroom had the plastic from clothing tags stuck in it that poked my bare feet. Bathroom showed it’s age- chipped cabinets, caulking.

DIRTY ROOM AND IS FORBIDDEN MAKE A CLAIM
This hotel is not good at all the room cleaning service is only on (THUSRDAYS) and you have to be totally outside the room otherwise they will not clean it and apparently in this hotel it is a crime complaining about the poor cleaning service. I was verbally abused by the assistant manager (SCOTT) at the from desk for the simple fact that i have complained about the poor cleaning service done by the housekeeper (Alyssa). Apparently it is forbidden in this hotel.As consequence of my claim, the assistant manager (SCOTT) decided not to send any body to clean my room for all the 8 days, which is a consumer abuse.Consequently,I am reporting this hotel to the consumer protection service.I never en my entire life I see a situation like that this person Scott teats the majority of all the guess in a very hostile way ,making guests feel uncomfortable, which is something unacceptable, nobody pay a hotel to receive a treatment and a service like that . Also all the common areas around of the entire hotel there are dog poo everywhere because the hotel does not take care of cleaning those parts and of course many of the guests do not pick up the poop of the dogs what they do to the hotel even hotel even more dirtier. Convenient practical family and dog friendly hotel
Stayed on night driving from California back home. Convenient location near the highway, newer hotel with practical set up for sofa bed, kitchenette in a king suite. Fairly large rooms for traveling with our daughter and our dog in a crate. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Servers worked really hard to refill the food and make custom waffles and omelettes. Nice little pool for lounging and my daughter. Very practical Vegas stay.

The rooms were dirty and disgusting. There is a odd smell when you enter the rooms. Stayed on first floor. Window covers were torn and stained, bathroom was dirty and stained, counters and tables looked like they had not been wiped down in weeks. Worse then that the A/C vents were covered on black dirt and spraying all over the walls... Very bad. We had to check out and go someplace else

Clean, safe direct parking, I will stay again
I was looking for a place without a casi o attached and it was great to not see lots of people and the staff was very attentive to disinfecting everything with hand sanitizer stations all over. The only thing I can complain about, when I opened the door the room smelled like a high school locker room. The musty smell ended up coming from the couch, i had lysol on me (there is a pandemic) smell was gone in 5 min but if I had not had lysol spray I would have had to ask for a room change.

Our stay here was great. Our room was clean and everyday housekeeping would come in and clear out the trash and change our towels. Very pleased with all the staff. Hallways and elevators smelled clean. The gym was also clean and not crowded at all.

Great dog friendly hotel
Had the king one bedroom. Dog friendly. Room clean but a little worn. They are in the process of updating rooms. I just didn’t get the new and improved. Wonderful staff that is very friendly. Everyone wore masks and social distanced. Comfortable room. Great location. Easily accessible to all of Vegas and Red Rock Canyon. Internet free and good speeds

Great stylish modern facility. During the pandemic I can't say I could really judge the pool, fitness center, but these looked very nice. Rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. One EV charging spot right by the front door.

We planned on staying there for two nights but hated our fist nights stay so much that we canceled our reservation for the second night. The room was mediocre and small in size and not very clean. The coffee cups were dirty and there were no bath towels. We had to ask the front desk twice to replace them and finally hours (4hrs later)someone showed up with a single towel. The free warm breakfast that was advertised was a small bagel and a serving of cream chess with apple juice and a mandarine in a brown paper bag. Our next door neighbor played music very loud for hours and when we finally asked the front desk to address the noise issue the answer was “ we see what we can do” and nothing happened. I will never stay there ever again for the price of 200$ a night !!!! The only reason we booked them was because we thought being away from the strip and not having a casino was a better option for us during covid pandemic.

First of all, THANK YOU for doing such a great job making us feel comfortable during the pandemic. We felt everyone including the other customers wore masks, kept their distance, and that the hotel did not encourage groups in one place. I think the hotel needs a slight face lift though. It would be nice to have had a jacuzzi. There was a threshold in the bathroom that was too high and I almost tripped. The gym could use a TV. The executive suite was small. Kudos for the free bikes and the theme of the hotel.

Nice try, falls short.
Hotel was conveniently located for the event we were attending. Nice modern style but room was run down and not maintained. Cold water on bathroom sink would not open, light bulb was burnt out above stove top, outlet near bed did not work, blinds were broken, a/c rattled and was very loud, shower head bracket was flimsy and had been glued back together. The front desk had no change for their coin operated laundry room and all the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty throughout the building. Sparsely stocked store had no bottled water.

The team members were friendly and professional and very courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was very refreshing after a long drive. And the continental breakfast was delicious and well stocked in a safe environment.

Best late night check in
The gentleman that checked us in April 13 th at 9 pm was amazing. He gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon which was extremely unexpected. He is awesome to say the least
