We hated our room didn’t realize we had a room you couldn’t even move around in. Dungeon. No plugs for charging. And nowhere to sit two people except on the bed.

We went for a quick trip to a Halloween event and needed a place to crash. It was decent accommodations for the time spent. The breakfast was a nice touch, but it was more of a grab and go styled breakfast.

I love this place, honestly. The front desk attendant told me the place was 10 years only but it’s so well kept that it looks brand new to me. Everywhere was clean, affordable snacks, free popcorn. The bedroom had a fire TV, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was gorgeous. It was a wonderful stay. 10/10. Staying here everytime I go to Brooksville now.

If you like the smell of weed and curry this place is for you Hallways smell musty. Rooms same. Smallest queen bed I have ever seen. Hot water shower good luck. Breakfast. Seen kid drinking from milk jug. But not their fault. But if it was my kid you betcha ruff day of sitting for that dude.

We had problems with the TV. Sometimes the guide would not always be available. And sometimes, getting back to the programs we had started was a problem.
The staff at check-in said to let them know if we had problems with the TV- who knew we would have problems every day.
Our phones are 1-2 years old Verizon iPhones would not work on our data, complete dead zone, no face-time, maps, calls, etc.
We went across the street, and everything worked at the 7-11 parking lot.
Sometimes the hot water in the shower was just warm.

Stale, but comfy
Quaint accommodations, friendly staff. When we got off the elevator we noticed a strong, stale smell. As we entered our room there was another unpleasant odor- stale and old. The air conditioning was not o, so we started it up and added some essential oils to mask the staleness.
The beds weee comfy and we both slept well. Fairly quiet, given that we were right near I-75.
We checked out, and as we were packing the car, the housekeeper shouted down that we forgot something in the room. She met us in the lobby with the things we had forgotten. It was much appreciated!

I liked everything about the area and hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area had several dining options. The hotel was back off the highway and close to the freeway. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit the area.

Front desk girl was really nice at check-in. Common areas were clean and nice. The room had been abused. Bathroom door was dirty. Broken light cover above loveseat had been taped up with scotch tape and fell in the night. The love seat was dirty. Hair in the bathtub. Was located right beside the interstate and as long as the air-conditioning was on you wouldn't hear anything but when it shut off in the night, it sounded like you were in the middle of the interstate. The bedding was crisp and clean, so that was a positive.

For it to be a microtel it was absolutely awesome. Pool is open til 10 wish it would be a little later due to not wanting to be around a lot of people. Absolutely loved the bar set up. The "kitchen" area was awesome and love their shopping little center. Definitely a cheap Boujee trip but affordable for the poor lol we will definitely be back and keep going. Hoping to use the gym next time. Hot bubble bath was relaxing. Just everything about it was the best can't wait to come back. Definitely bringing the kids so they can enjoy the time too. And the price was especially worth it. Loved it!!!!

Super convenient location off of the interstate. Friendly staff. The only reason I gave four stars is because the room had a weird smell and there was a silverfish in the bathroom.

This has been one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen. The lady at front who checked us in on Sept 15 at around 11pm was sweet. She engaged us offered us something to eat and was even there went we were checking out. Breakfast was ok. The main thing was that the hotel was clean and we appreciated that

Overall my experience was mediocre at best. The staff was excellent they took care of us and were very welcoming. As far as the facility itself, it was emphasized that there is no smoking yet every floor smelled like cigarettes, the Wi-Fi which was supposed to be offered didn’t work not slowly it just straight no internet, the TV’s had the same problem it was glitching and the screen would go white, making the TV unusable (this was in both rooms), and lastly the breakfast was… not what I expected. Overall the stay was ok to sleep and that’s about it.

Clean hotel no problems
The room was small I mean real small. Over 100 bucks a night I guess I am out of touch. The entire hotel was very clean from rooms to the pool and the lobby. Bed for me was to soft and quite uncomfortable. No real channels on TV no netlix (you can use your own account by putting in your email and password.) I don't car about tv just saying incase you have children. Good service the whole crew is nice there really is nothing at all to nit pick.

They washed my clothes for me

It was okay. Common area spaces were nice but the Hotel room was small and not cleaned very well. there was ketchup smeared on the wall under the tv when I walked in which I wiped off unsure how the staff didn’t see giant red splatter on the wall. The sheets and pillows all had little black marks on them as well. Hair dryer looked damaged. Probably would not stay at this hotel again if I had another option.

Terrible room condition with no assistance
Based on the reviews, I chose this property for a one night stay with my wife and son.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly young lady at the desk. Check in went smoothly. And that’s where the “good” stopped.
When we entered our room, we immediately noticed the wires hanging out of the ceiling. There must have been a light fixture there at one point or another, but since had been removed and wires left exposed. There was food debris splattered on the wall beside the waste receptacle. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on the wall. The shower tub itself barely drained. The air conditioning made ridiculous noises.
This was immediate brought to the attention of the young lady at the front desk. Her response was “Okay, I’ll write it down”. The end.
Upon check out, I mentioned the issues to the new young man running the front counter. He responded with “yeah, I know. It’s written down”. He then proceeded to walk away, sit down in the back office, and get back to playing on his phone.
It was a terrible experience. I will no longer stay at any MicroTel locations based on the lack of customer service, terrible condition of the rooms, and overall experience.

My only complaint is thr breakfast is lacking, no gluten free iptions for those with dietary restrictions, but for the price i was happy to grab breakfast elsewhere. Most comfortable bed ever!

Upon check in, we were given a room that was not cleaned. There was trash everywhere, the bed was not made and there was animal hair on the counters. We were given a different room without hesitation. However the next room had stains on the walls, carpet didn’t feel clean, bathroom had build up in the corners, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling. The shower curtain wouldn’t close all the way due to the shower rod hanging out of the wall loosely. This required me to use all the clean towels to soak up all the water on the floor. Very nice people working here. Breakfast was fine. But I’m glad we only stayed 1 night. This place needs renovations. When I booked it, it said 8.4 out of 10 rating. I do not know how this place scores above a 5. The people really were great and perhaps that’s why guests don’t want to leave negative reviews. But unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Thank God it was only one night!
If you're into a coffee maker with old coffee in it, 2 boxes of Fleet enemas left behind & a toilet that backed up in the middle of the night, then this place is for you!!
Then when you're promised a refund...the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. And knowledge of the English language is definitely out of the question! Both from the hotel personnel AND people representing Hotels.com!!

Nice Hotel If You Don’t Mind Invasion of Privacy
I live locally and occasionally just need a night away to myself. The hotel itself is pretty quiet, the rooms are comfortable and the price is decent.
However, on my last stay, someone that works at the hotel thought that it was their business to let their husband know, whom told someone I know, that I had checked in to the hotel. This was a massive invasion into my privacy.
Rest assured that I will be contacting corporate on their policies and will not be staying with them or recommending their hotel to anyone in the future if this situation is not rectified.

Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were tiny and not suitable for a good night's rest. Bathroom was fine and everything was clean and quiet.
The tv was impossible to operate and I gave up watching the game quickly and went to sleep.

Everything went smooth while staying at the Microtel. Check in was fast and they accommodated and let us check in early because we got to town early. The rooms are updated and very clean. I would recommend someone staying here and if we come back through Brooksville and need somewhere to stay we would book again.

Not a good nights sleep
The whole hotel stunk like carpet fresh or heavy flower air freshener. I felt like I couldn’t breathe. The pillows on the beds were half size and not comfortable. I picked this hotel by is customer rating but it was a dump. Wholes in the wall, dirty bathroom floors and over all musty.

The first room was on the main floor which was very obvious a pet friendly room. Everything was covered in dog hair. I did go the the front desk and was switched to a 3rd floor room. The staff was very nice. The initial quick look at the room was much better until going into the bathroom which was dirty. There was hair all over the floor, in the tub and dirty foot prints on the floor. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean. Don’t look at the dried up dead bugs on the carpet though. Would not stay again.

The property is fairly new but has not been kept up. Gardens were a mess, full trash cans outside, cigarette butts littering the grounds and a dirty diaper by the pool. We were there 2 nights and nothing got picked up. Our room was fairly clean on the surface. We were supposed to have a coffee pot and asked for one and never got it. A picture or mirror had previously been ripped off the wall and never replaced.
The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful but can’t say the same for the woman who checked us in. She acted as if it was a great bother to get out of her chair and check us in.
No cockroaches so that was a plus.

Room was definitely not clean there was still other peoples hair in the shower I kept a gagging and my husband and to clean it for me my kids feet were black and my husband noticed a fruit loop under the table that was not ours. Also the walls had gross stuff all over it and there was an exposed nail where the carpet meet up with the tile for the bathroom by day two everything in the room felt wet all of our clothes the sheets everything we had this happen at a la Quinta before and I found out from the elevator’s advertising that they are sister companies we stayed in room 316 I will go back to hiltons now I never had a bad experience with home wood suites.

This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Trash on the floor, popcorn on the floor, half drank water bottle on the ledge, food on the bathroom counter, boogers in the shower, shower rod half way ripped out of the wall with drywall dust all in the shower, dirt so thick on the hair dryer I could write “wash me” in it. Carpet is so dirty that my daughters feet were black after a few minutes. She's 1 so keeping shoes on her can sometimes be difficult. Bed was soft and comfortable. TV was larger than most hotels

Relaxing Stopover
Very comfortable hotel located just off the Interstate. New, clean, modern; although the rooms could definitely benefit from the addition of charging stations or at least some USB plugs. Great price for a queen suite!
