Newer Hotel, than a Choice Hotel we booked in Havasu. Staff was cordial. Room was clean. We were on the 3rd floor & it took awhile for the hot water to make it up to us. It was more warm & not hot coming out the shower head when turned to the fully hot setting.

The front desk accidentally got the rooms confused and so at 3 am someone tried to get into my room and woke me up. It was quite scary.

This has become our "go-to" hotel in the Yuma Foothills area because it is conveniently located near family. The staff is friendly and helpful. This trip we misplaced a car key fob and the desk clerk helped us by looking all around the property.
Two complaints...we were there two nights and while I understand why they wouldn't want to change linens unless requested, I don't understand why they didn't straighten up our room. Secondly, I noticed, after I got home, that the invoice indicated the room rate did not qualify to earn "Choice Privileges points". That doesn't make me want to stay there again since we paid over $200 per night.

5 ⭐customer service with 3 ⭐ room
Location of hotel is nice, not far from hwy 8. Every staff member was very kind and helpful. The provided breakfast was delicious! There were many options and everything was fresh. Our room had an overwhelming strong 'perfume' smell that we had to open the window to air out. There wasn't a screen on the window, didn't like that.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was informative, professional, and really nice. Had a bottom floor room which was great. Comfy bed and couch, clean nice bathroom, decent water preasure. The bathroom fan didnt work and the thicker privacy window drapes didnt close all the way due to the design of the runners, which i didnt feel was necessary to go and do anything about it, though i shouldve brought it to their attention upon checkout but forgot. Would recommend to stay

Our stay tat Comfort Inn & Suites Yuma !-8 was excellent. Julio at the front desk was amazing, very processional and helpful. I would recommend to a friend and we would stay again no question.

Over night in Yuma
We were surprised to find a well maintained and clean hotel in Yuma. Front desk was quick and helpful. Bed was a little soft. Towels are close to end of life. Overall, we enjoyed our over night in Yuma.

There was a very noisy event on the floor above our room that woke my husband and I on our second night. Lasted a long time. Quite disturbing. Otherwise the stay was good. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful experience. It's a throw back hotel. We loved everything about it. Rooms were great amenities were awesome. Location was wonderful. I can't say enough about this hotel. It was clean quite and staff was friendly.

The hotel was great. My only recommendation would be to ask for a room on the pool side of the hotel, opposite the street. The traffic woke me up around 5:30AM, however I am a light sleeper.

After 200 miles of dusty hot Arizona peace trail miles, the shower was great, Pool felt amazing and the bed was as good as home. Breakfast was great and our SxS parked outside were safe

I had to move rooms twice due to a cockroach in one room, a bathtub not working in another. When I arrived the elevators weren’t working and had heavy luggage that I had to get to the 3rd floor. I practically had to beg the guy at the desk to help me get my luggage to the 3rd floor.

The gal who worked the front desk was very pleasant and helpful while checking me in. The place was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was also available in the morning with the option of on the go snacks. There was also plenty of vending machines on site for snack and drinks and even a vending machine for laundry needs and self care items. Both my husband and Ibwere very pleased with our stay.

One of our favorites!!!
This hotel is one of the cleanest and quietest that we have stayed at. They provided a full buffet breakfast that was a treat since many hotels have limited their breakfast menus due to the covid epidemic. We certainly will return to this hotel when we are in Yuma!

A great stop on our road trip. Not for the location but it did exactly what we wanted it to do. We stopped here as a midway point on our way to Phoenix from San Diego. The property was clean, tidy and we had a huge room with a comfy bed. Did exactly what it said on the tin and we left well rested.

Overnight stay with my son. We checked in early ( 2pm ) and had a great stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was weak but it got the job done. Breakfast was decent too. 2nd stay here and would stay here again

Comfort Inn met our needs very comfortably, Being in the summer and in Yuma, AZ we much appreciated the room being cooled before our arrival. The girl at the front desk was very polite and helpful in getting us some extra towels and bedding for the sofa sleeper.

I was traveling with 2 small children and when I would go down stairs for breakfast the lady was always really helpful and helped me throw my trash and clean my toddlers bowl in the back. I feel like she definitely went out of her way to help me and it was very much appreciated. The man at the front desk always greeted me and wished me a good day. Everyone was very friendly.
