It was just of International Drive, walkinhg distance to some quick food services. Plenty of parking. It was a little drive to Disney Parks. But It’s a great location for all the Golfing we did for the week!

Quaint and nice!
It was a quaint motel style inn. We truly enjoyed it. It was pet friendly and it was nice to be welcomed with them.

First thing we didn’t have air conditioning I called twice to get someone then I ran into supervisor told him and he came right away. Door by restroom was off track reported at desk and they came right at 9 am to fix. But my biggest complaint is my granddaughter was at motel in Clearwater playing college softball and she left her headphones she paid FedEx $28.00 to have them shipped to me at the hotel and I was charged $10.00 to receive them. I seriously think that was a huge rip off they didn’t bring them to the room I checked on them and went to lobby to get. I feel it was an unnecessary charge and was very upsetting.

Great Hotel - just need better pillows.
Most people that stay at this property are there for all the things to do around Orlando. I was there for 2 nights of business and 1/2 day of pleasure.
Only complaint that I have is the pillows in the room. They were all hard as a rock. Most hotels I stay in have a variety of pillows because not everyone is ths same.
May suggestion: Keep doing what your doing but change the pillow.

The dinner buffet was way overpriced for what was available. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Even though they had a security gate with an attendant you could still walk right onto the property. The doors didn't have dead bolts like most hotels.

Last Evening with a Close Friend
It was a one-nighter but spacious and close to the attractions on Universal Blvd. It was great just to have the bus line right outside so that we didn't have to pay an exorbitant price for parking. The lounge was great for drinks and appetizers plus good music Would stay again if in the area.

I don’t write bad reviews because I’m pretty good at doing my research. we didn’t spend all of our time at the hotel which helped but it was kinda gross and our fridge didn’t work the bathroom toilet was wiggly the shower curtain looked like it had a poop stain. Other than that we did like how close it was to everything. They have a pool that’s nice (not heated), elevators, and free parking. The time share sales lady they ask you to see after you check in is was really aggressive so beware. Overall all I was disappointed with the false reviews but it wasn’t the end of the world. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

The hotel is ubicated in an area where there is a lot of activities. I decided to extend my stay with one day, but had to change rooms. The room that they gave me was dirty, there was a roach in the bathroom, the bathtub didn't work properly and the air-conditioner was very loud.

The staff in the dining area were amazing, nice and professional. The rooms however are a hit or miss. My party had 3 rooms, one room was infested by roaches in the bathroom and reaked of mildew. Another the toilet and shower were not working and they had to be moved. It feels more like a cheap motel instead of an inn. The price was decent and it was close to the major destinations of the area. Will not stay again.

I liked that the staff were very friendly, the room was clean. I felt safe knowing there was a security guard on the property.
I didn’t like that it as hard to access the room. We couldn’t get the door to the room to open even though the access key worked properly. After accessing the room it was hard to open the door to get out the room. The bed was extra hard and very uncomfortable. My husband and I could not sleep/rest.

Very good for the price
The rooms are a bit dated, but Rosen made the best of this by keeping them clean and everything working. The sink and shower worked as good or better than many other hotels! You could actually fill the sink with water because the stopper really worked!
Beds were comfortable. I wasn't crazy about the little pillows, but they worked well enough. All of the amenities were there and in good condition. I had some noisy neighbors, but that's not the resort's fault! It quieted down after 10:30 PM.

The toilet in my room didn’t work well. When I needed something sent to my room it took forever in a day and I eventually had to go to guest service to obtain it myself. Other than that the employees were friendly. Great location to do things but I’ll be staying Rosen again. Just not this one.

Loved everything about this place. From the moment I checked in, up until I checked out.
Everyone was friendly, everyone was helpful, the room was clean just an all-around great stay.
Special Shout-Out to the bartender (Whose name I never got) who was an absolute sweetheart and kept serving everyone their food and drinks at a quick pace despite the bar being pretty full.
Heck. That girl might just be the MVP of the hotel.

I love the convenience of dining restaurants. I did not like that parking was limited, I had to walk with bags halfway around the property to get to my room. I did not like that there were no elevators or handicap accessibility. I did not like how the manager Tiffany treated me as a guest, nor Eric whom had no empathy or compassion to help me out when asked about the booking of my room. I was treated less then, and did not want to stay here after that encounter. I had a death in the family and read the reviews on this property and I received none of that treatment. I will not recommend this hotel to friends or family members, nor will I ever stay here again. I will be posting this on my google reviews where I have substantial followers along with my social media!! Thanks for an unpleasant stay at a hotel that's rated so highly. Your manager needs a hospitality class for the record!!

Stayed here on a church trip. Rooms were clean and affordable. Biggest downside was when we came back to the rooms after a long day at Universal there were no parking spaces near our room.

Decent room, but deceptive.
It was very deceptive from the pictures. It appeared that it was going to be a very nice interior corridor hotel, but the hotel itself was actually very old and in an exterior fashion. Where you check in was very well kept. Once we got into the room, one bed had stains on the sheet- a bit disappointing for the price.

Every time we visit Orlando, we stay at this hotel which has gone through a few changes in ownership. We picked this hotel for its convenient location with the I-Ride trolley stop and cross walk right outside. Close to restaurants and shopping. Building is older but ok for cleanliness and service. Hotel is now gated so we feel safer and it just needs a good renovation. Good prices.

My stay here started out poorly simply because of the room we were placed in; not the staff's fault, it was on the side closest to the highway and was far too loud for us to sleep soundly. After a restless night, after traveling since 2:30am, housekeeping woke us up knocking on the door until we awoke, something that the was not told to me at check-in. Apparently I needed to put a sign on my door so they would not do this.The staff was very kind and allowed me to switch rooms no problem, however the second room I tried to switch to, the door was broken and there was a bag of clothes left behind by housekeeping from the previous guest. I went to the desk again and was again treated very kindly and allowed to try a third room; this room was better on noise, but the bathroom was dirty and in need of some TLC. I wiped away grim off the toilet and shower and tucked away the black molded shower slip mat and at this point was so tired of moving my belongings that I just stuck it out in this room. Eventually this door broke as well but could be jimmied enough to not have to move rooms. Thankfully, we had no more housekeeping wake up calls, but they did leave behind their dirty cleaning rags on our dresser. I commend the front desk staff/manager on their kindness and flexibility, but was extremely dissatisfied with the level of cleanliness here. I have stayed in plenty of budget hotels; what you pay should reflect amenities not cleanliness in my opinion.

What an amazing stay. Not all rooms are the same, some on the low level feel more humid then the one on higher floors, but I am one of those picky people. This hotel not only exceeded my expectations, they accommodated for ANOTHER hotel’s mistakes by letting me sleep at 4 am after another hotel had let me down by overbooking my stay. They are very professional and responsive. Would do again

Serious privacy and safety issues!
Though I do have comments about the cleanliness (a chunk of hair in the bathtub, a stain on the sheet) and condition (outdated rooms that smell like musty stale smoke), my major issue with this motel is a serious safety and privacy violation. Checkout is at 11am. At 9am we were awoken by housekeeping knocking (we had the privacy button pushed on the door but they still knocked). We let them know we didn't need housekeeping because we were checking out later.
Around an hour later, still well before check out time, I went to my car to get something. A man from housekeeping was in the hall and saw me leave. I addressed my kids as I walked out so he had to know people were inside. Either way I had not checked out yet and still had an hour! My toddler daughters were on the bed watching tv and my wife was in the restroom. The man WALKED IN MY ROOM, without knocking! My kids or wife could have been undressing! My wife heard and came out of the bathroom but he had already said something to my girls and walked out. This is an extreme violation of privacy, not to mention safety! I don't know him or want him to have access to my kids!
I told the front desk and they brushed it off, saying he was probably just checking if he could clean the room. I pushed the issue & was given a half-hearted apology. I would strongly advise people not to stay in a motel where housekeeping will enter your room at any point without knocking and that is not considered to be a big deal by the employees!
