We stayed overnight at this property, as we had a long layover between flights out of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, the facility was clean and updated. It was quiet, and even though we were in Phoenix, which can be notoriously dangerous, we felt safe the entire time.
We even had an opportunity the next morning when our party had to be split up into two separate reservations for the airport shuttle when another party did not show on time and we all got to take the transport at the same time.
We were very pleased with the service, cleanliness and professionalism of the staff.

Clean and quiet room. All the staff was fabulous! Rikki at the front desk was so nice, although I was cranky and having a bad day. Maria running the breakfast in the morning was so nice, and made the morning so pleasant. Two thumbs up!

Nice for a 2 day stay
The staff was great very nice and friendly and accommodating.The bed was not very comfortable nice clean room the sink got stopped up they sent someone up to fix it right away a really nice young guy worked hard and cleared it up. I wish the restaurant was open all day not just breakfast and dinner since there is no outside eateries near-by to walk to but Iwill stay here again.

I was unhappy with the check in as they made me pay for a deposit at check in. Then there was no stopper for the bathtub.
They indicated that you park there while on your trip but not until check in do they tell you that there is a $10 a day charge for this

I checked in yesterday and was given my key after a long day of travel. I opened the door to find a couple inside, half dressed.
I went down and one person that was in the room came down shortly after.
The front desk was apologetic and gave us a free drink. I gave my drink to the lady I walked in on because I donāt drink.
The place was dirty and 1 out of 4 elevators was working. Crappy property

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient. Great for a layover with restaurant and bar. Minutes to Sky Harbor PHX Airport with FREE shuttle. Just a few blocks from the Sky Train station to connect to FLIX buses (especially to University of Arizona, Tucson) and destinations throughout the Southwest. I've stayed here several times and plan to stay again...

So close to the train.;
It's on the strip with the 0ther airport hotels. Probably slightly less expensive and slightly less impressive than the others but this is a solid, choice. If I were HIlton I would promote the nearness to the Valley Metro Station which line takes tyou the entire way from downtown Phx to the airport and ASU Sundevil stadium in Tempe for one dollar.

The feeling in the hotel was very uncomfortable and the room was not clean. I did not want to sleep in the bed or take a shower in the room due to the condition. I ended up leaving 30 mins after I checked in. It did not match the pictures online.

No hot water.
There wasnāt any hot water. I called the front desk at 9pm and after waiting several minutes on hold, they said the hot water heater was turned down and it will take an hour to get warm water. My response was that I have to get up at 3:45 for a flight and not taking a shower now is an inconvenience. They said they couldnāt do anything about it, which I understand. I get up earlier so attempt to take a shower and still ice cold water coming out for over 15 minutes. Not having hot water is unacceptable.

The staff is friendly, room is spacious and clean. The location is close to the airport. However, the mattress and the pillows are horrible. My back and neck are painful. They really need to upgrade the hardware.

This property has recently had an unfortunate water leak which occupied much of the time of team members. It reduced expected amenities and extended time to get service. I wish I had known, as I would have switched my reservation to another Hilton hotel.

Needs maintenance
The toilet ran (filled) every couple of minutes all night and was noisy. The shower had no hot water. The bedside lamp light was burned out.

The food in the restaurant was fantastic! The staff were absolutely amazing. My ONLY issue was that my bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I did not rest well at all.

Great experience with my stay a the hotel.
Shuttle was prompt to pick up, exactly where I was told to meet and the driver was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and the staff was friendly.
The rooms are neat and tidy, I had a bit of wallpaper peeling off but thatās typical of hotels and high humidity bathrooms.
Rooms were stocked with coffee and teas and the beds were comfy.
Internet worked great to send some business emails.
Check out was a quick drop off at the drop box and a greeting from the staff. The shuttle back to the hotel showed up on time and were quick and prompt to get us to the airport.
I also grabbed a bite from the restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly and checked in on things. I had the Cobb salad and a Jameson on ice and the salad was delicious.
I will definitely stay here again when visiting

The hotel is not in a very good part of Town. The desk people do not answer when you call for service to the room such as pillows or blankets. The room only had to Bath towels for two adults to share. The sheets and blankets appeared clean but old and worn. The pillows were extremely worn. The closet had no extra pillows or blankets in the room.

the building is dated, the elevators are quirky and slow. the beds are not comfortable it felt like a pillow-top concrete block. the coffee was awesome and the common areas were nice and clean but an overwhelming smell of strong cleaners or deodorants.

I checked in via Hilton App and pick my room as directed. Went physically to front desk and told the person in the front desk that I checked in via my app and gave her my driverās license. She gave me keys for my room and I went on with my day.
I stayed with family on my first night and came back the following night and my keys were not working. I went down to front desk and told the same person who checked me in the issue. She activated my keys and I went back to my room. As I opened the door and flicked the light I saw male dress shoes on the floor. My room was given up and check in was incomplete they stated.
The person in the front desk accused me of checking out early and I was arguing with her and told her I did not, she was unapologetic about the matter and just called supervisor to deal with the situation.
I explained to the supervisor that what happened is unacceptable, itās reckless and unsafe. I am walking in my supposedly assigned room with a male stranger occupying it. They assigned me to another room finally but i feel I should be refunded for the first night for their error .I demand an apology letter from management or corporation .

Everything was great with this property with the exception to the parking. Seems everyone wants to charge for everything ala carte, when a reputable company like Hilton should just figure that cost into the rental instead of making it a separate process. Unfortunately the parking gate was an issue and the only issue with our stay at this property. Keys didn't work for the gate.

Lovely property, wonderful location.
They had some great perks, including astronomer with telescopes in the parking lots, nightly music on the patio, talk from expert on vortexes, movie nights and game lounge.

I appreciate the airport shuttle. The drivers were knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the room was poor and not clean. Wallpaper peeling furniture and doors scratched with paint off. Carpet in room was dirty. I will not return!

Arrived at 1:40 pm and asked if room was ready. Shelley said yes both rooms were ready but to check in before 3 would cost $35.00 per room. I asked if we could just store our luggage and the smart alec said āwell that would be checking inā! Came back at 6:00 and Keyvonte took very good care of us and was very apologetic and embarrassed by her treatment.

This is a great property for convenience when taking a flight out of Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. It is within a block of The Parking Spot 2 where ones car can be left. Hilton Garden Inn is beginning to show wear and tear and needs to be updatedā¦ā¦..especially the rooms Iāve stayed in. The bar is fun and the pork sliders are tasty. Nice staff. Donāt lose customers by not updating the property.

Comfortable for a one night stay
Check in was good. Rep at the desk was efficient and courteous. Good service. The first room I was given had a problem with the window curtain, so I was given a different room, which was fine. The second rep was not very courteous or friendly. It was a bit disappointing.
The room was clean, and comfortable but the tv remote did not work well. I discovered that next morning but it was not a major problem.
I have stayed at this hotel twice before. The breakfast buffet is not included in the room rate. It is just ok but a bit pricey. They have added a waffle maker which was nice. Their restaurant/breakfast service has been excellent every time. They should make the breakfast free. It is a Hilton but the service is not always at Hilton level. I have stayed at other Hiltons and affiliates which offer much better service. Some of their reps here are courteous and some others not quite. In any case for a one night stay this is a great location and a comfortable room. The area is quiet and centrally located. If you have to catch a morning flight next day, this is a very desirable hotel. They have an airport shuttle which is reliable (though I did not need it this time).

Nice facilities. Dinner at restaurant was good. Our food server was excellent. Attentive, cheery, efficient.
We were very tired after a long day of traveling (Air, Car, etc). Didn't appreciate the room given next to elevator. We were too tired to check with front desk to change rooms. The same for the air conditioner that sounded like it belonged in a commercial freezer for frozen food. Room 1004

This is a great property. I understand Phoenix is trying to fix up the "dowtown" area. It's a little sketchy around your property in the evening. I travel alone so I hope the "fixing up" happens quickly.

The complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport is outstanding, including both the drivers I had. The bed was comfortable. However, the shower had zero water pressure - kind of felt like someone slowly pouring a cup of water over your head. Very disappointing after a long day of travel. The room also had a bit of a smell, as did the linens. When I went to check out in the morning, I was hoping to be asked about my stay. But the woman in the lobby was putting drinks away and didn't greet me, just told me to leave my key cards on the counter if I was checking out. Didn't ask for feedback about my stay or offer me a receipt. Felt very unfriendly.
