Nice but noisy!
Breakfast was good. The room was nice but smelled. Thankfully we had a small air filter that helped . If you are a light sleeper do not get a room on the highway side. Windows are not sound proof . The hotel is right next to a truck stop so every truck that came in and out during the night and motorcycles and loud cars kept me awake. Normally I'm not a light sleeper but I think I got about 2 hours sleep. I hate leaving bad reviews but it truly was a miserable night

Close to I-4 but not too close. Great place to stop and take a break from the I-4 traffic. Close to both Tampa and Orlando. Nice clean rooms and the grandkids loved the pool. Several chain restaurants on either side of the property (Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts). Overall a great place to stay.

We liked the convenient location to the airfield. My husband worked each day from the room and said he was comfortable and had no problem with the internet. We slept well each night. Food was good.

Nice little place to stay
The hotel was nice, quiet, kept tidy, all employees we encountered were friendly, it had a decent breakfast selection most mornings, and close to everything we were doing.
The three negatives were: the side and back doors wouldn't read the key cards so we couldn't get in those doors and others mentioned it was a frequent problem, the bathroom light flickered in and out a couple times during our stay, and the other issue was the smell of mildew coming from the AC unit in our room. We were mostly gone all day every day so we never had a moment to bring up the concerns.

The place was in a good location sitting between Plant City and Lakeland. Wasn’t real excited about the breakfast and the very strong coffee. It helped that a Duncan donuts is right beside it ! My room was just what I needed.

Nice hotel in a noisy location.
Anna went above and beyond to check us in after Hotels.com/Expedia failed to update our reservation. The hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The Hotel is located on a busy road in an industrial area, traffic can be heard throughout the night. Early that morning, we were awakened by the sound of someone playing their car stereo loudly in the parking lot. Law enforcement arrived and removed this individual from the area.

We were booked to take the auto train on 3/4. Due to traffic problems we missed the train. We were. Booked on the next train. I called the hotel to advise them of the situation. After some conversations between the hotel and Expedia we were told that all was taken care of. Our reservation would be moved one day ahead. Well we got a bill for $350.00 for one night. Can this be taken care of now?

Don’t bother
Hotel was old and not updated at all. Had to yell for the front desk person to check in after standing and waiting there for 10 minutes. View of the dumpster out back with trash all around. Walls were paper thin and heard the people next door talking early in the morning. Sounded like they were standing right in our room. Hotel was right next to 2 gas stations with a lot of semi trucks parked there overnight. Cant believe we paid $250 a night for this dump.

A couple of bugs found in room. Room appeared renovated a while ago and could use some touch ups in the bathroom. But the bed was comfortable and all I was really there to do was sleep anyway. The woman that checked me in (I think her name was Sara?) was awesome! She was extremely helpful, pleasant, kind, patient and understanding when I messed up my reservation.

There were a couple of issues with our room, but we notified the front desk and they were resolved quickly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, which are the two issues that matter the most to us. As a bonus, there is a Dunkin Donuts next door. LOL

The experience with expedia was terrible. If the hotel staff had not been so great I wouldn't have had a place to stay. Iwill probably never use Expedia again nor wpuld I recommend Expedia to my froends or family.

Overpriced mediocre room. The pullout bed had no bedding. Had to go to front desk to get it since no one available to bring it up. Even then they had no pillow for the pull out.

10 night Stay. Good breakfast. Wished there was more variety to the hot servings. Rooms are quiet, we stayed on the first floor close to the dining area, and were not disturbed for morning breakfast. maid service was suppose to be every 2 days, didn't happen. We had to request room make up. Will come back.

The hotel is nice nothing fancy but clean. My biggest issue with my stay is that someone at the front desk gave another guest a key to my room on accident and that guest walked into my room at 7 am and woke us up. This could have ended very bad for both parties, fortunately it didn’t. Inexcusable

The hotel was not very clean. I used the fitness center and there were no disinfecting wipes to clean gym equipment. My bedding smelled like a dog and had to be replaced.

Our business booked 3 rooms for 6 travelers staying for 2 weeks for an important project that wrapped up 4 days early. Hotel refused to refund the 4 nights after early check-out, stating it was due to prepaying the reservations with Expedia. Expedia refuses to refund due to the hotel refusing to refund them. Will not be booking any further business trips to your hotel brand nor will our business use Expedia again.

Had to ask for toilet paper, additional towels after 3days. On 5 th day asked for clean bed linens! Pool closed due to maintenance. Hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was fresh and good. Front desk very kind and helpful. Think they are understaffed.

Everything of the hotel was good. To get to certain things like restaurants and other stuff was about 15 to 20 minutes away. The only thing the wi-fi of the hotel wasn't great.

There for a wedding. Great staff, very helpful. NO real complaints. Only ify problem, they DO NOT, use personal soap and shampoo. They put that cheap motel squirt bottle stuff in the shower.
I myself, DO NOT WEAR my glasses while i shower so i could not read which cheap bottle was what. The bottles all smelled like mouthwash...

1room AC was not cooling room and there was a roach. They gave me another. Sheets on both beds in 2nd room had spots of blood. Went to front desk they game me clean sheets. Next morning they were very understanding and Manager was going to look into why this happened. Will not stay there again.

Stayed at many Fairfields over the years. This had great ratings . Front desk check in lady nice and helpful. Liked the new carpet and upgrades. Unfortunately other things missed the mark for a place that has a Marriot name. Bed sunk in middle, with two people. Housekeeping in spite of us having do not disturbed knocked repeatedly on our door to get us out and it was an hour and half before check out. I saw after breakfast them doing it to other rooms. Why put a sign on the door if you are going to repeatedly knock. Breakfast was mostly out of things. Had to ask for 3-4 items that were out and the room was dirty. The same girl who checked us in the night before was doing breakfast. Told me there is shortage of help and she was night but could not keep up with all that was needed. Literally 3-4 items I had to go ask for and by the time I got it all my hot breakfast was cold and had to go get a new one and throw it away. Its sad since the hotel seemed like it had lots of potential. Maybe just needs new management. I always like to give the best review and dont give bad ones but this one I felt really missed the mark yet has great potential and might benefit from constructive criticism.

It was good, breakfast was great to make you full, not busy, free parking, we didn’t get a chance to try room service according to the short stay, front desk staff helpful.
The only complaint is the weed smoking smell in the elevator and parking lot.

7-30-21 Soon as I use the bathroom sink in my room to wash my hands. It stopped up and wouldn't drain out told the front desk and the guy told me nothing he could do about it until the next day😡Asked about the pool the front desk lady said it need a monitor and it wouldn't be fixed until Saturday. Went in the gym a hour later and seen a couple people in the pool on the same day Friday 07-30-21 NOT THE NEXT DAY WHICH WOULD OF BEEN SATURDAY 07-31-21😡VERY DISAPPOINTED

The room TV was really old and only with option to view Netflix. Not toilet paper. We were 3 (My wife, my son and me) and only 2 towels when my son was taking a shower I have to run to the front desk to ask for tower.
