It was so insanitary I couldn't eat around the flys in the "hot breakfast" area all on the food no hamdle to flush my toilet ripped blinds and stains had to transfer tooms only to not have the stains everything else was horrible fridge wasn't working

Pretty good property and area as far as being safe and quiet. Only glaring issue seemed to be a boat load of mold in the shower. Other than that it was what you would expect at a Quality Inn.

The microwave didn't work when I first tried. The girl at the counter said shine a light and see if it is plugged in. It was not, but I couldn't reach to plug it in. She had to come to my room and also couldn't reach, so pulled the cord in front of the mirror and plugged it in.
The refrigerator made a noise all night long. It was not the hum of the motor, it was a crinkling sound. It kept me awake a good part of the night. I tried jiggling it and moving it a little, but nothing helped.

I did not like the 100 dollar deposit and checking of the room. It felt belittling. Also every light and even the TV were on timers. My husband and I have CPAP machines. They can not go off every hour.

My room stunk with stale smoke. I requested a different room, none available. I asked for a reduction in my room charge to accommodate this unhealthy and stinky room smell, but none was given. I am reluctant to stay in a quality Inn again.

Room had stains and tears on the curtains. Cracks on walls and chipped paint throughout. Not well maintained. Very noisy with door slamming late into the night, past 11 pm.

Great place to stay and relax!
The hotel was exceptionally clean at all times, the cleaning staff does a great job! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

Don’t do it
This hotel is very old and outdated. The air conditioner in the room is very loud. We didn’t sleep well. The breakfast was a joke. Would not recommend

We all thought the beds were comfortable, they had great pillows and nice sheets. Higher quality than expected for a Quality Inn. We left before breakfast was available so I don't know much about that but I assume its the same as most.

The motel needs some updating. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. AC/Heating unit made some noise but not obtrusive. the chair for the desk was adjustable but didn't really work, after being raised it would slowly slip back to the lowest level. The light switches i the room were on timers and would shut off after about 15-20 minutes which at one point meant that I finished my shower in the dark, and the exhaust fan shut off. Old style dial on the microwave. The freezer in the refrigerator did not work. Overall, it served for my function but I will look for another place to stay on my next visit.

You get what you pay for. Room had dirty shower curtains. Popcorn on floor when we got there. A layer of dust all around the shelves and refrigerator. Bed bug carcasses near the headboard. Thankfully they were dead.

I stayed at this property several years ago. It was in need of refurbishing then. In the intervening time it has been completely remodeled with new furnishings. It is a great place to stay for a couple days. Easy access from the ILL Tollway and a convenient location.

I was unable to use my room. Talked to manager about getting a refund a week ahead of time. He refused. I know he had the right to refuse but he could have waived the non -refundable status according to Expedia Mr Patel himself told me that he was the one who made that decision. He said he would not. He didn't care if I was a happy customer. I will not be choosing choice hotels any longer.

This property is a HUGE SEX TRAFFICKING HOTEL. Drug use is lobby. Guy in my room waiting for a hooker on my check in. Staff extremely rude and lied. FEDS need to shut this place down.

Front desk staff was friendly, however they did not enforce the mask regulations. Cleaning staff stole an item out of our room. Not enough towels were in room or pool area. Breakfast buffet was not that great.

The front desk staff checking in and out of the hotel were nice and very friendly. I would definitely go back and book again if I would need to. Room and bathroom was cleaned very well. If you are a girl and the first thing you look for is a clean bathroom this was it 🙂.

Entire floor smelled like marijuana. Hotel room needed some tlc. Wall and door gashes were painted over with paint that didn’t match the original color. Drain in sink and tub was very slow. Halls were noisy until about 11pm. I would not stay here again.

Motel was in good condition and clean. The advertised breakfast consisted of generic packaged rolls and coffee. Nothing else. A far cry from the usual breakfast which is priced into the rate.

The rooms were very clean and very confortable and roomy. I would definitely stay there again. Only real issue i had was my nightstand with lights was linked to wall switch which timed out after 30 minutes. I had to keep getting up to lights on. Also dont tell guests its continental breakfast in the morning. Than you only provide coffee and juice. I would of planned my meals differently especaially since rooms have a microwave and fridge.

Unacceptable check in
Room was clean and comfortable. However upon checking in the desk clerk told me I had to pay a $100 deposit which was more then the rate of the room. I was not given an explanation as to why I had to pay a deposit and that supposedly I should get the deposit back in 5-7 days after check out. That is unacceptable. I stayed at this same hotel in March 2019 I definitely will not stay there again. Staff also didn’t wear masks which is an mandate is this state.

Overall, this was a mediocre experience. Once we arrived at the hotel, the front entrance was locked. After ringing the bell and calling multiple times we were finally let inside. Aside from that incident, the hotel was clean and quiet.

The receptionist at the desk, Steve was very rude and called my room at 4AM and accused me of smoking in the room and being loud. I was neither smoking or being loud, I was laying down.

Good location near highway and main arterial thoroughfare. Indoor pool was nice and well kept, warm even with cool early spring weather outside. Breakfast was pretty standard to even a touch above to this type of hotel. Fridge in room worked surprisingly well. Only negatives were a somewhat-leaky shower that did make bathroom floor wet, and that I didn't rest well on the mattress, but that may be more my body not being used to the traditional style of mattress anymore.
Overall a functional hotel for our needs, and definitely somewhere would stay again if in this area.

A fantastic overnight stop!

The hotel itself was ok - outdated and old but clean. I wish we had notice that the pool was down for repair - upset kids. The staff was rude and crabby. The breakfast room was unattended...tables dirty from previous eaters...many items had run out like milk for cereal...the juice was color tinged water.

I liked the location so close to the Tollway. Great on and off access. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms looked old and in need of refreshening. The breakfast food offered was bad. Not sure the eggs and sausage were real eggs and sausage.

Just a good place to still property was in good shape and service was excellent only bad thing about it is I am a smoker and it was really cold out and the wind was blowing bad and it made it colder out if only they could sit aside a room for smoker it would of mad it better
