Very clean. Very quiet. Beautiful wildlife staff is friendly. Great with customer service. We've stayed here numerous times. This is our go-to hotel anytime they come to Orlando.

Lost reservation?
Second stay in a month. Great communication about our specific room request (although kit make to accommodate) and offered first floor unit since we had service dog. Reservation made through the app but when we arrived they had no record of our reservation. Able to accommodate us after 10 min wait but not sure why the confusion when we received both a communication and confirmation email. The unit was spacious, extremely clean and located close to a large grassy area. Unfortunately we were under a noisy guest who was awake very early in the morning. Improved sound-proofing would definitely be appreciated. I do highly recommend this resort as the pool/hot tub is fantastic, location is awesome and the cost is amazing.

Check in was easy and quick. Space is a bit dated but clean and spacious. Ample parking in front of our unit. The toilet was leaking in our initial unit but management was able to move us immediately to the other unit in the building which was also very spacious. A short five minute drive to WDW and ESPN. Perfect location if going there!
Only thing I would suggest is having an external key drop for guests checking out in early morning hours.

Very clean and easy efficient check in. We could hear the guests in the unit downstairs. Old Town can be noisy but shuts down at a reasonable hour. We had a condo suite with kitchenette. It was very well equipped. Overall a good stay.

Clean, Reasonable Cost BUT.......
Been staying here for 5-6 years for an annual January event in the Kissimmee area. This year we had some problems....subfloor under toilet was breaking down and floor tile was cracking and moving as you stepped on it. Set the HVAC system but it wouldn't turn on...arrived back to the property after a long day to find room was 75 degrees (in January). Adjusted temo to 70 and set to cool but 12 hours later the temp was still 75 degrees. Made for aa restless night. Also, there is no maid service during stay-a carryover from COVID (4 years ago) but at this point the policy is to eliminate costs. While this is supposed to be a gated property, which is helpful when Old Town Entertainment District is across the street, the entrance gate has been inoperable for at least the past 2 years. Lastly, about the location to Old Town....I was awakened multiple times by loud partying in Old Town parking lot across the street on Friday night....the last time was at nearly 3am This place is reasonably priced and clean but I'm questioning whether I would go back again.

We have stayed at the property several times before on a weeks stay as a trade in from RCI and were glad to find a room with them on Expedia for only 2 nights at a good price. They were able to honor my request for a ground floor room since stairs are difficult for me. (I was a little concerned because after we booked the room, we got an email saying that they could not guarantee a first-floor room.) We once again enjoyed our stay and will be back...we didn't have the time to use the pool as we usually do because we were only in town for 2 nights but as in the past everyone associated with the resort was very positive and helpful!

Vacation last min
I have stayed here before with my mother and stayed on the other side. The condos was looking for a last-minute place to stay in Orlando and my husband reminded me of this place right next to old town. Planning another trip in a few month

Overall Nice Stay
Overall good stay. Enjoyed the wildlife around the area, any enjoyed the pool on the one sunny day we had. Didn't enjoy the squeaky floors from the foot traffic above, and several things around there really need fixing.

Best Bed I've Ever Slept In
Wow. Let's first start off with the bed. Beyond comfortable. Best nights sleep. You know how sleeping beside someone can be uncomfortable, especially if one person throws off a lot of heat? Something about their bed felt so spacious and plush/firm that I woke up relaxed. Place located right next to Old Town. 15 minute drive to Disney Springs, 30 minute drive to Eola Park. Very friendly staff. Check in and check out was a pleasure. The property is spotless, pool and hot tub immaculate. Our room felt like an apartment with sunken bathtub, stand up shower. Furniture is heavy quality. I would stay here again

Nice, clean resort at a reasonable price. Convieniently located , (3 minutes) to the Gaylord Palms where we needed to attend a conferance. Nice ameneties, small yet sufficient kitchen, nice linens and toiletries etc...Only down side, very noisy when guests arrived to occupy the second floor.

Great place to stay close to old town. 2 areas for check in, the girl at the counter was nice and friendly but she was for another area of the hotel maybe time share. The guy on the desk of check in was a person u want to leave the place , dont introduce himself i dont know his name ,no polite , he need to go to customer service clase. But the guy on the check out was amazing friendly and very profesional

Was pretty nice. Well kept for an older property. Walk across the street to Old Town, great location. There was mold and mildew in the shower and a bobby pin on the sink. I would advise bringing cleaning supplies if you are a clean person like my family is. Overall a nice stay.

Housekeeping left dirty sheets on bed.
House keeping was the main issue. The place was clean but the sheets were dirty. Yellow and red stain sheets some not so much stands because it looked like it was never cleaned after previous use. If so those were some bright stains and shouldn't be reused. Honestly felt dirty even before I realized what mattress cover sheet I was sleeping on. The top quilt didn't have any stands just dirty patches that support never being washed from previous users. I know it's the housekeeper but that is dangerous especially I'm a cancer patient. Very scary for me if it is contagious. Felt oily and dirty after sleeping in that dirty bed. Yuck

Found this resort by chance on an online search and we absolutely loved it. It is small resort 30 units but it has great security and the units are just perfect.
Our first stay but it will not be the last, the place was immaculate and it has all kinds of amenities, our unit was right next to the pool and playground and it was lovely, quiet, near Old Town you can just walk there.
The service as check it was amazing and quick and we checked in late. Just perfect!

Never again book on hotels.com
I actually didn’t have an experience I had to cancel due to an illness in the family, and found out that my reservation was nonrefundable. I was terribly disappointed that I picked this hotel and hotels.com as I have used them in the past for many many years, and never had a problem on a cancellation But to tell me I couldn’t have a refund and I lost $120 doesn’t make me a happy camper

I had a very nice stay, the room was immaculate, very clean, and comfortable. Plenty of towels, and the soaker tub was huge and amazing you can fit two people in it. I needed maintenance and they came right away. The front desk staff was great and very friendly. 7 eleven was close and plenty of restaurants (mcds/buffet/burger king)were within walking distance, and supermarkets are an 8-dollar Uber ride and 12-15 dollar Uber rides to the Disney parks. Old Town amusement park is steps away and very entertaining. I will definitely use them again. The pool was great enjoyed myself with my 16-year-old at this location.

The resort and staff were all excellent. Very little noise from Old Town next door that wasn’t late or bothersome. Check in was easy, quick and early. Lots of space. Not the best area but the resort is gated and feels very safe. Would stay here again

I thought I booked a room with a kitchen & seperate bathroom tub. When I checked in w/ George he gave me a 2nd floor room with a seperate tub but no stove. I brought my own cast iron skillets to cook with. Im disabled & am traveling w/ a toddler so my husband unpacked the entire car before we came up. Once I found the room had no stove. I called the front desk & George answered. I told him i thought i booked a room with a stove and that i had my own skillets I needed it to cook with. He said, 'You already used the room?' I said no my husband just unpackef our stuff. He said "Well I dont have anymore downstairs available." I told him we can change rooms tomorrow but i needed to cook in the morning. He said "You need to remove all of your things out the room so I can issue you another room". I went to the office and he asked me if we removed all our things. I told him no & explained that it was just my husband so I'd call him once we transferred all our things. In the new room, I noticed there was no seperate tub but i rather a stove than a tub so I said nothing. After we all went to sleep we were awakwen at 12:30am by the upstairs unit renters repeatedly ringing our door bell. The wife apologized profusely & said their key card wasn't working for the outside door & the check in staff on the phone stated that the only other way in was waking us up to open the door. At checkout Anaia B. apologized & told me they offer portable stove top burners for upstairs units.

Enjoyed our stay at barefoot suites, clean, convenient, nice pool, lots of beautiful deer in the middle of the of city! Close to Old Town, Fun spot, lots of dining options, shops and entertainment…around the corner from Celebration and Disney Springs! Great location!

We like this hotel
My husband and I have stayed in the villas on property before and loved it, so we knew when we were back in the area that this was the hotel we wanted to stay at. Can’t beat the location. Gated area which was great cause parking around Old Town can get nuts sometimes. Speaking of old town it was just a quick walk from our hotel room. Room was clean and comfortable. Only reason why I knocked the score down was because our shower had no water pressure. I know this is not the usual here. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Will always seek this hotel out when in the area

Having stayed here before we were really looking forward to staying here again, but before we arrived we received an email giving the total price for the local tax to pay on arrival! Which was higher than the fee on our booking so I had to email to clear this up at this point we received another email giving a slightly lower fee, so we decided we would just pay it rather that mess around emailing back and forth. Check in was straight forward apart from the receptionist answered the phone while we were still talking to her! Then it happened again with another receptionist!! I find it very rude, the phone shouldn’t be answered especially when already dealing with a guest. The condo needed repair in a few areas especially around the shower cubicle area as the door didn’t stay closed and water leaked onto the bathroom floor, and the Wi-Fi was only available if we stood at the bedroom window and even then it was very weak, reception gave us another Wi-Fi code to use but it didn’t work so we had to do our best with the weak wifi signal.
The location is great and the Condo was a good size with everything you need in a nice setting but I do feel the staff let it down with how they speak to customers quite blunt and a little rude.

WE LOVE STAYING HERE! This was our 4th year here. Everyone is very friendly. The grounds are so beautifully kept. The pool and area are super nice and clean as well. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Our 2 week vacations are turning into 2 month stays here!!

The property is located in a gated area.It is walking distance to Old Town which is a great shopping area, with daily activities going on day-and-night. From car shows, to karaoke, along with a amusement park for young kids to adults. Plenty of dining options and street vendors. The property has very nice pool and hot tub along with grills, volleyball court, basketball, setting areas.

Our third stay ((2015, 2018 and 2023) - always a great experience!
Fantastic location for Disney World parks and Disney Springs with 5 minute walk to connecting city Lynx bus that takes you directly to Disney Transportation hub for free transportation to all Disney sites. So easy and economical. We Uberred to Universal for $32 each way.
Bonus - across the street from Old Town Amusement Park for a slip in time to vintage America (tourist/gift shopping, hot rod parades, fast food and bars, kids attractions and thrill and carnival rides and fun atmosphere).
Barefoot Suites is gated with key amenities like parking, washer/dryer, hot tub, pool and wifi. Caribbean colours and architecture to the buildings and suites.

Amazing location right next to Old Town. The place was one of the cleanest and quietest places we've stayed. Had a ground floor unit. Excellent! Staff was super friendly and responded quickly to all our requests. Outdoor gas grill was an added bonus.

Unit was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure. (The water temperature wasn’t very hot though) Our unit was on the second floor so there were stairs to climb. The property is gated and well lit. It has everything you need to start your stay!

Rude and Not Accomodating
I requested a room on the bottom floor due to one of us having difficulty with stairs. I was sent an email stating we were booked on the bottom floor. We get to the hotel and upon sign in we were told we had a second floor room. I told the man at the front desk we had received an email confirming a room on the bottom floor, we were told since they were fully booked they moved us to a second floor room. We were told if we had booked through them and not a third party they would have kept us on the bottom floor. It was very difficult for my partner to use the stairs. Our room was not ready upon arrival and was sent a text to come get our key when it was available. I walk in and a new person was at the front desk. I said I was there to pick up our key and he was rather rude and stated he had people he had to check in and that I needed to wait. I sat there for close to half an hour just to have him hand me my key. I will not return. I will stay at Celebration Suites for my weekend trips to Old Town from here on out.
