The rooms and motel look like they have not been maintianed. Dust on tvs and doors and dreaser. Lights burnt out. Toilet loose from floor. Both Tv remotes were missing battery covers. Cracked seals around tub wall

Bathroom room sink was stopped up had to brush teeth in front room sink. Sitting room could not run air because it was to loud. We had to go to another room on another floor to take a shower because there was no water coming out of the shower.

Staff members are very kind this hotel provides parking and transportation to the port we didn’t know this until we ask they help us with the arrangements they made everything easy for us so we can relax and enjoy our cruise

Ok for overnight
We stayed for 1 night before going on a cruise. The property is dated and somewhat run down but It was the least expensive place in the area. It was ok for the overnight but I would not stay there for extended periods
The door knob on the bathroom door was laying on the floor so you couldn’t close the door and lock it if you wanted to
The carpets look kind of dirty so I wouldn’t recommend going barefoot.
The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of room with a small living room and kitchen separate from the bedroom
This also had a sleeper sofa
There is a Waffle House right next door and several other places, to eat, within walking distance. You will definitely get a better rate from Hotels.com than from the facility direct.
I found that out when I was planning to stay a day after we got back from the cruise. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the cruise terminal, so that is a plus, considering the fact that they were the cheapest around.
All in all, I would stay there again under the same circumstances

Terrible experience. Desk clerk the only good thing. Very pleasant young gal. First room we had 508 had a grapefruit size hole in the wall, toilet was dirty. Large red stains on the carpet. The hotel smells good but is very run down and old. The fixtures in the bathroom old metal all rusty, old dirty fan in bathroom. The floors dirty and stained. No stopper in the tub so bath impossible. No couch like the pictures. There are some ill fitting cupboards in the room with the king bed but no place to hang clothes. One stained worn chair in the whole room. The ad shows a desk and a couch. Nope neither. Seriously if i hadnt already paid orbitz for it i would have walked away but i am 1300 miles from.home a nd unfortunately this is what i paid for. I hated to lay on the bed. Just had the heebee jeebees. Ugh. Only had a sheet and a comforter cover no comforter or blanket on either double bed. Im.currently laying on the bed fully dressed because i dont feel good about if the bed is free of ?

Hotel service was excellent! Every staff member was courteous and helpful. The hotel was located close to the cruise terminal with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Thank you to the staff for an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be booking again!

The carpet was soiled and had a large hole by the window, the curtains did not close all the way. The TV remotes did not work well. There was a leftover container with food in it in the refrigerator in our room from the pervious guests. On a good note, the beds were really comfy.

We arrived really late..2 adults and 2 kiddos... Booked a king suite with a pull out couch. When we got to our room and went to set up the pull out we realized it wasn't a pull out. The hotel did move us to a different room without issue. When we went to set up the pull out there was no sheets so another trip downstairs was needed for that and 2 more towels as there was only 2 in the bathroom. Went to take a shower and it took a good 10 minutes for the water to become warm. The king bed was very comfortable. However I was woken up about 7am with the garbage dumpsters being emptied that just so happened to be in the front of the hotel. This hotel does have night time security. This hotel could use an update but the price was reasonable for a few hours of sleep.

Perfect location for walk to the beach.
Staff was very freindly and helpfull.
Property has definately been through alot. Shower wall had a big hole that was patched up. Armoir had broken drawers, missing light fixtire and fan cover in bathroom.
Went to show the staff so i wouldnt get billed for repairs and they said " oh we know"
It was very quiet so slept well

Great location
Location was perfect for visiting our family beach side. We had the family suite but no table or chairs in room to sit at to eat or have coffee. Lamp left on table between beds but no where to plug in. TV remotes don’t turn off tv, bummer to get out of bed late at night to have to do that!!! Nathan is very nice and listened ti my rant!

Okay the room was dirty,smelly, took like 45 minutes to get to because only one elevator was allowed. The stairs card reader didn’t work so the only way to room was elevator. No water pressure in shower. Surprised Expedia would even have this terrible room on there sight. Time to rethink EXPEDIA.

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The first night we got in they put us in 307 which was nice because it’s bigger and we are a family of 5 but it smelled like animal feces so bad. We bought Lysol for the floors and air but it didn’t help not one bit. I started feeling super sick so luckily the next day they were able to put us in another room. It was smaller but at least we could breathe.

Cocoa beach stay

Great location but hotel has to be upgraded. Stained carpets, bathroom fixtures almost broken, room chair and sofa are stained and dirty. No hot water in bathroom sink. Takes a long time for hot watee in shower which is wasting water.

it was the absolute worse place i have ever stayed!! the room was not ready at 12am room was not cleaned! the guy at front desk gave us the sheets an told us to make the bed!! we said no we will not! he switched out room 3 times because the keys would not work after switching us from the room that was not cleaned! the pull out couch was omg the worse it had stains like it had been picked up from side of the road somewhere. water was not hot. omg i honestly can say it needs to be open for homeless people to stay in! i will never ever stay again! at $160 a night oh heck no never again!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was nice--only a quick walk to the beach and easy access to shops, etc. Easy parking and friendly people.
The rooms are what they are. They're utilitarian. You'll have a place to sleep and do some simple cooking (microwave only) and a decent sized fridge and sink.
Our shower never got hot. The entire time we were there. We had water warm enough to shower because we had to, but it wasn't a good shower experience.
The toilet tank was cracked.
The room was damp and stank.
There were German cockroaches in the room.
This place is convenient, but it's not well taken care of.

The staff was unbelievably nice. Every person we met was so friendly and helpful. And the room was quiet. But the hotel itself is old, smelly, and there was literally no hot water. If you can spend the extra money, it would be worth it to go somewhere else. We only did 1 night and that was enough for us.

When we first walked into the room there was a musty smell. I sprayed my perfume and that helped. The TV remote did not work on either TV. The following morning, as I was getting ready, I noticed hair not only on the floor, but also on the back of the door. Both front desk attendants (night attendant and morning attendant) were very nice.

Worst experience of my life.
First off, It might have been a good stay if I actually got to stay. If you do stay here, make sure you just pay right then. I booked a room for saturday and sunday 10/07-10/08 (not knowing exactly when I would get there and I figured if I didn't make it in time for check-in that I could at least get sunday). When I arrived on sunday they told me that I was a no-call-no-show but I had already paid over 300$ for two nights not one. I do not recommend this hotel.

There was no hot water at all and the bed felt like a brick. The staff was nice, and very informative, just wish I could've used the hot tub somewhere considering there was no hot water. Also no continental breakfast or pool or anything made it unenjoyable.

Great time in cocoa beach with family
Such a great price and get away. We had lots of space in the room in the family suite. We enjoyed both pools at the sister hotels which also included shopping at our favorite shops and it was only a short walk to the beach and food .Very fun for energetic families that want to save a few bucks and shop at the surf shops.

I'd stay again
I read the conflicting reviews and booked here with a little concern. The place was just fine. The suite was very ample and comfortable. Yes the decor hasn't been updated for a bit. The location is great. The price is great. We got a late checkout no hassle. Room 311 and up has an ocean view. We could have slept 3 easily maybe 4 with the sofa bed. Basically I saved $37 that night for the very minor inconvenience of the plumbing being a little noisy when you flush and being in a somewhat dated room with furnishing but and we had a great time and nothing distracted from our stay

Toilet was running, exhaust fan had probably never been cleaned until we asked them to clean it, 4 out of 5 lights in the bathroom were out until we asked them to fix it, there was a stain on the top blanket, there were many dirty areas on the walls that they did clean when asked, carpet has many stains and is disgusting, a nasty smell comes from the A/C unit

Good stay thanks to amazing staff!
First I want to say how amazing the staff was. #1 in our eyes was Melissa in housekeeping. She went above and beyond helping us out and her kindness was so greatly appreciated. I wish all employees were like her! The other employee that was very helpful was Kyle at the front desk. He had to reset our room keys twice within 10 minutes. New card system is definitely needed. He never wavered in his demeaner and was always friendly and smiling. The hotel itself could use a MAJOR updating. Our King suite was fine, but there was definitely signs of age. Furniture is worn, carpet needs replacing, bathroom needs recaulking, etc. Other issues we had with the room was there no phone in the room, not a deal breaker but there was supposed to be one. No alarm clock, again not a deal breaker but still. Only 1 remote for the two tvs, that were in two different rooms. Had to use the same one for both, a little odd since there should have been two. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Refrigerator was good. All in all the room was fine. Maybe the parent company should spend some $$ and give this hotel some modern upgrades!

In a nice area and the room was very large. Many places to walk to. Allowed us to check in early. However no hot water in the room. We didn't realize til late at night when went to shower before bed. So that was a bummer.

Ok for a short stay.
Good price, clean and friendly staff. Near beach and shopping. We stayed two nights. First room was good just missing the tv remote. The 2nd night we were not so lucky. Carpet was soaked due to air conditioner leaking. Maintenance never showed up. The air quality was not good. Missing remote and water did not get hot as well as a missing lamp.

Cons-slow elevator, had to seek out more soap and toilet paper, not enough fresh towels, parking lot is pigeon poop haven for your vehicles(no bird nest spikes on pipes)
Pros-close to beach and shopping, fair price if you catch a deal. Overall a pleasant stay.

This place was so nasty. The carpet was filthy. Stains everywhere! There was a woman complaining at the front desk and I should have known then how bad it was. Only because it was for one night to go on a cruise the next day, did we stay. Do not walk barefoot on the floors!!! I don’t anyway, but that’s because of preference, it shouldn’t be because the carpet is so incredibly nasty!

The ceiling above the toilet was leaking from the toilet above onto us with mold on the ceiling around it. Our toilet was continuously wet and had it drip on us with no refund of our stay. A health hazard.

We had an "OK" stay, it served us well as a single night stay pre-cruise! This property is in desperate need of repair. There was a rain storm during our stay and I guess the elevator shaft isn't quite sealed, so there was tons of water coming in and leaking from the ceiling in the elevator and leaving a huge puddle inside. Seemed rather unsafe so we opted to take the stairs after the one trip in the elevator to transport our luggage. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite, The caulking in the bath tub was brown and peeling, the hot water didn't work in the shower and the carpets were very dirty. One of the blankets on our bed had a huge hole/ tear in it and the main bed had an old spring mattress that was rather uncomfortable (the double beds in the other room had great mattresses). The staff was friendly and helpful, and the ocean view from our room was lovely!
