Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly! Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and hotel was very quiet. Hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, as well as easy access off the interstate.

Stayed for one night. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at this price range. Breakfast was great: omelette, sausage patties, make your own waffle, along with the usual cold breakfast: toast, cereal, muffin. Quiet, safe place. Lots of parking (which I was worried about since some reviews mentioned tight parking- not true).

Property is well maintained and has nice decor. The room is spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities including lots of USB ports. The TV is nuce and big, and there's extra towels in the bathroom too which we like. Tge pool was also really nice, we had a lovely swim after our long drive The staff are attentive and helpful. We recommend this property and would definitely return in the future.

The property and close area appeared to be in good shape and clean, however I took a a walk a few blocks in several directions from the property and found garbage and animal feces around and on the sidewalks.

Clean, Comfortable, and Reliable
Comfortable, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. I've been back and forth to Champaign-Urbana for work a lot over the last year and a half, and this Best Western is consistently one of the best options in town.

The property was clean safe and easy to get in and out of. The room I had was right next to an h v a c unit and was very loud and the heat wasn't great in the room.

4 people booked for our room and I had to ask for towels multiple times since they kept giving us 3 sets. Floors were really uneven in the hallways and fitness room like they had holes in and instead of fixing or leveling things they just covered them up with carpet and laminate flooring. Pillows were really flat so I asked for a couple extra and was told they don't provide extra pillows. You could hear everything in the halls and from the room above us. Breakfast was not very good. Sausage patties were dried out and cheese omletes had too much processed cheese ib them. The elevators were freezing cold and both had problems with the lighting where it flickered all the time. As a whole my family was not impressed. We won't be staying at a Best Western again. I'd rather spend a little more for a better hotel stay. This place was really run down and not worth what we spent to stay there.

The cleaning of the room was not great, the night stand had rings and sticky spots from drinks of the previous guest and there was dirty areas in the bathroom. The front desk was vacant most of the time and I had to wait to get any help. Usually I was not alone and there formed a line of 2-3 guests waiting for the front desk to eventually show up.

It was an okay stay. We ended up checking out a day early because of our experience. We checked in at 1am and right when we were going to bed there was so much noise from the other people that no one came to even check on the noise. I’m talking about drunk people outside our room talking and yelling. This went on for an hour and nothing. You can also hear so much noise. Not a place we would go again.

“No partying “not to do this not to do that. Felt a little bit like staying at my parents house even though I’m a
parent myself now.
Bring your own soaps and shampoo the ones offered were microscopic and size.
breakfast in the morning was nice
eggs were hot coffee was fresh
Bananas, muffins, and cereal We’re plentiful
everything was good.
Not too far from campus.
Overall we would stay again if needed.

Decent hotel .. no real issues
Pretty clean hotel... carpet on our floor was stained and coming up, right by the elevators. And our room with a king bed had a huge open space where clearly a couch WAS. There was just a chair there .... really odd. I wanted my daughter to stay with us and she couldn't because there wasn't a couch.

Easy check-in and parking, good breakfast, newer or updated property. It was a bit noisy as neighbors seemed to be celebrating so sleep was interrupted throughout our one night’s stay.

Overall it was okay. The carpets in the hallways is very stained. Our bathroom towel had a hole in the middle, would have made a perfect rag. The water cooler in fitness room was empty. Breakfast was only okay too. So many sugar options, would of been nice to have a lower or no sugar option in cereal and oatmeal.

This is a nice motel for the money. Nothing went wrong except for the sprinkler system they had at night sprayed hard water on the side of my Yukon and if you've ever had hard water on your vehicle, you know how hard it is to clean off.

It was a great place. Refurbished clean rooms. Surprisingly, house keeping service is daily, unless you opt out. This is a rarity post Covid. If I have to nit pick, the tiles around the bath tub can use a bit of deep clean - but nothing too gross.
The breakfast spread was great.

The floor in the hallway on the third floor is spongy. It felt weird on it, like it might give way. And the lights in one of the elevators kept flickering. Sometimes all the lights, sometimes just a few.
The breakfast wasn’t great. The sausage patty was so tough you couldn’t cut it. But the yogurt was good.
Considering the price, this was a disappointing place to stay.

We've been coming to this property for the past 8 years when our daughter started at the University and beyond - even though it has changed brands and ownership, this is still a great place to stay. The current property owners have kept all the good stuff good, and there's a nice new fresh look to the common areas.

I like that it was newly remodeled. AC and heater were working and didnt make noise. no fresh oatmeal for breakfast, but otherwise was good. Just want them to keep ample toileteries and towels if the room can accomodate 4 people and 4 people stay. They did give on asking , not a problem, but better if they keep it without asking.
