Everything was great, except the bed it was moved a lot, made a lot of noise getting on and off and it was actually small I didn’t realize it tell went to bed I don’t know if there was option for king size. Tv also was kinda small size but everything else was good oh shower dropped out a lot of water

I slept in my car.
I paid for my room around 9pm. I arrived at the hotel and everything was closed. I wasn’t able to check in cause nobody was there. I slept in my car. Website says open from 9am - 11pm and they closed at 10pm. There was no customer service available at all!

This hotel looks like a dirty apartment. The AC was very limited. Room smelled like cigarettes. Beds were horrible. We had people up making noise all freaking night! People using a hammer like they were hanging pictures ! 1st and last time!

Reserved a room with two beds. They overbooked so I got downgraded to a room with one bed and a pullout couch. The couch did not pullout. So I overpaid for a room that was not worth its original price. Staff was not helpful

Have stayed in other extended stays and been fine, this one however was not a great experience. Zip ties holding the bed frame together, it was dirty, not the best neighborhood. No one is on duty in the morning until 10:00am.

Check in window was closed for lunch at 2:30 p.m. I never heard of this. After I got out of the elevator, I was met with the foul stench of garbage wafting in the air. They did not offer shampoo or tissues.

Don't stay at this property. They tried to charge me for my dog after I paid for my dog. We went up to our room and it was supposed to be two double beds but it was one double bed and a tiny fold-out couch. I went and complained and she said she could refund me but I have no idea what she's going to refund me. Probably hasn't even happened yet. Everything is extra, if you want any kind of dishes, coffee pot, extra linens. No breakfast or even a place to sit and relax. I was afraid to leave the room by myself. I would never stay at this property again. I guess for long term it would be good because there's two burner stove tops in the room and a full refrigerator. Just for overnight, don't do it. Spend a few more dollars for a nicer place, I wish I would have

Just run away from this place.
This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. It was dirty, smelly, they couldn’t provide the correct room accommodations and the front desk didn’t care about anything and flat out said they didn’t care. We ended up leaving because of the horrid conditions of the hotel. Stay as far away as you can.

After driving long hours on saturday (very tired and sleepy) I decided to get a reservation online around 6 p.m. to stop and rest a few hours there to continue driving on sunday, but when I got there after at midnight there wasn't anyone on the front desk only a note saying I had to call a # to get checked in. I called and was told that there was no way to get me registered because it was to late and since it was after midnight I was placed as a "NO show" automatically by their system. Abviously charged automatically by their system! "The worst experience".😡

Cockroaches
Cockroaches welcomed me as I opened my room door. Weird men creeping around. Same man was around constantly harassing me. Front desk lady told me if he continues “stalking”me to call the office. Office was closed when I walked out. I booked for a week and left 20 minutes in. Was ripped off $500 and ended up sleeping in my car.

Extremely unprofessional. Couldn’t check in on time. Keycard didn’t work. Maintenance insisted on entering our room but we’re didn’t let them. Non smoking hotel but everyone seemed to be smoking right outside the building.

Property is a place where the illegal homeless are staying. There was smoking in halls. The toilet didn’t flush. The bathroom sink was clogged. I drove in from California. By the time I got done with work I only sleep there. I had a meeting first thing in AM. I will NOT stay there again. My company will NOT be using this facility again.
Expedia I’m very surprised you even have such a dump for your discounts. Very disappointed. Needed go to gym to shower the smell off me before meetings. I work in home health and hospice. For my clients I had to buy new pants shirt tie so I didn’t smell like smoke or filth. Very bad experience very expensive. I would like a full refund. Yes. I’m going to put this on social and yelp. With pictures. It will be regarding Expedia responsibility for making sure this hotel is up to code to be offering a discount. Yes I notified city code enforcement to go and do a visual inspection. The hotel employees a staff to clean the rooms and report if the room is not in workable standards. There should be a supervisor to check each room after employees complete cleaning. Also when you ask for non smoking room it is also posted non smoking they should in force and management should address it. I made complaints but management never responded management did not address the smoking in halls. This Hotel will be named as well. With pictures!!!!!!

For the price they charged there should have been more at the property. They only had a couple of vending machines. No extra food, pool , or kids area.
The beds looked like they were on metal stilts.

When I got to the room the bedding was black, like some had their feet on the bed. Hair was all o er the sink and tub my biggest pet peeve is hair hate it! And there was bowel in the toilet. I was to tired to go down and notify anyone and to tired to be on the phone dealing with anyone.

Zero stars. Front desk woman (manager, oh wow!!) incapable of checking people in on time. Made multiple people wait over 45 mins while she checked on rooms. Then decided to move everyone to a different floor where there were clean rooms. All this happened after 3 pm guaranteed checkin time WITH NO apology or discount. Absolutely terrible customer service and the other new employee behind the desk was useless. He stood there folding sheets. Would never pick this hotel, ever, but did last minute. Accommodations poor on top of it. Yuck. $300 for one night for tiny full size bed, sparse old room, bad part of town and rude unhelpful front desk help - think I heard she was a manager too!! Time for some firings. Zero starts.

Our hotel room was NOT properly cleaned. The bottom bathroom wall next to the toilet had pee stains running down the wall. The microwave had burn marks on the outside of the door as if the previous occupant had burned food. I was very displeased with our room. The front desk was notified immediately of my observations of uncleanliness and was rectified. My overall impression of hotel was not good.

No words, as if they do not want people to return.
Drains clogged in the shower and sink, both of the beds had issues one hurt my friends back while mine was broken. I tried to sleep regardless but by time around 1130pm came I tried to contact the main desk with no answer. Got dressed went downstairs to find out no one is there all night. I couldn't ask for a different room so was miserable the following day after a sleepless night. When I contacted the office the next morning Britt was wonderful but couldn't help. Said the manager would be in later. My guess this is standard policy so you can not talk to a manager. After hours I called back to only be told a 35% discount was all they could do. Unbelievable!!!!!! Worst ever experience. I have not left an online review yet but one is coming to every outlet that I can find unless I am contacted again for a refund. Also while I was there a lady fell flat on her face due to the bad lighting at the entrance. Had to help her up as no one there seemed concerned

Bad night sleep.
Charged for a room when I should have had a free comp room with hotel.com. Very thin blanket and pillow on a super cheap bed. Highway noise was loud so it was a very bad night’s sleep. The room was clean but there is no comfort in the design.

We went to Arizona for the Super Bowl. Right after the game we went straight to the hotel and there was nobody there in reception. I did not know this was a sort of an apartment feel to it.We were the strangers. The bedroom smelled horrible and my husband was so upset that he slept in the truck due to the smell and the bathroom still having someone else's hairs.

No frills
No frills hotel that was clean and acceptable. Room had a bit of a funny smell and there is highway noise. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. No-one was there to check us out at 8:30 am, so that was kind of weird.

Stayed but disappointed
The front desk employees were very helpful. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of my room, and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The t.v. remote didn't work either, so you had to get up and change the channels yourself.

HORRIBLE
This experience was a semantic nigjtmare. I thought I was gonna die this night, do NOT ever stay here. People constantly knocking on my door after 2 AM, the police banging on a door at 2 AM which I thought was mine because of how thin the walls are. The fridge in our room sounding like it’s gonna blow up every 30 minutes. The whole place wreaks of cigarettes, this is more of a LONG-TERM stay so a bunch of lifeless middle aged people who want to talk to anybody they can.

They do not clean rooms at all during the entire stay, you have to do it yourself plus you must pay for the towels or the sheets if you in need of any. Never heard of such a thing. I will never book the room with them again.

Not only would I never stay here again I would never recommend anyone stay here ....the so called "beds" are like military cots....and super uncomfortable. The shower was lesking and had a hole in it it looked like someone tried to fix with brown chewing gum. And of course my room (and head ir the bead) was directly next to the noisy elevator.....its also right next to the noisy highway. And i m pretty sure i heard gun shots the first night i was there.

Great for the Price
This hotel is definately great for the price, staff is very friendly , a little hard to get a hold of, however i think that's because who ever is working at that time does everything. Not enough Handicapped parking. Can be a little noisy if your on the 1st floor.

Sketchy Nights Inn
Noise is my biggest complaint, people playing music loud at 11:30pm outside my window two nights in a row, front desk never answered the phone when I called to inform them. Every night there were sounds of gunshots and while it was an every night occurrence I still can't figure out why it was happening if it wasn't a gunshot.

Roaches!! Roaches!!No towels! No toilet paper!
Roaches roaches roaches!!! We stayed for over a week and let the property know the day after check in. They didn’t not do spray till the day before we left. And it didn’t help. No housekeeping. No towel exchange. We even ran out of toliet paper. They literally gave us a roof overhead. Nothing else.

Multiple issues with this hotel. There was a bag of drugs in the back parking lot. The room above me had a child running and stomping from 8pm- midnight and immediately again at 7am the following morning. There were roaches in the bathroom. I had booked two nights and by 11 am after my first night, my key card had stopped working and I was unable to access my room or the building. If I had come after office hours, I would NOT have been able to get into my room. Took 25 min of a wait to get that issue resolved. I will never stay here again

Not a good experience
Could not check in when we were supposed to after 3pm, had to call and the clerk said they would be 5-6 minutes, well 35 minutes later no one had shown up we had to leave because we were already late for an appointment and then had to come back and check in and leave again. The clerk was obviously on something, even my kid noticed. A lot of people hanging out by the front door smoking and doing other things, we did not feel safe here. Room was nice looking but dirty, we will never stay here again. Trying to check out, no one was again at the desk and we had to leave, so we went to our appointment and had to come back yet again to turn in the key, still no one at the desk so we just left the key. Was there anyone working here at all? Worst experience ever.

No comfort cozy room. No pictures, mirrors or pictures, no kitchen tinsel’s, no coffee pot etc. only full bed. Was so disappointed. Seems like people staying there as housing.

Worst customer service in my lifetime.
Bed and pillows were hard. Some ppl like that plywood feel. I don’t. Overall, everything was more than adequate, until trying to check out. No late check out. No over night staff. No one at the desk all morning. Got locked out. Couldn’t get back in. No one answered the hotel phone. No one answered the lobby phone. Couldn’t leave a message, because the message box is full. You could text your phone number, but no one called back. The person who is responsible, lives here. An employee came in, but couldn’t get in. Used an old key left at the front to get in. Had to go get the person. That person came down and didn’t acknowledge my presence. The employee did and apologized. She apologized several times. It wasn’t her fault, though. They both went into the office. The employee came out and gave me a new key.
Called customer service. 45 mins. Transferred me to the front desk to get a refund. No answer. Can’t leave a message. Called customer service back another 15 mins. Go through everything, again. They tried calling. No answer. Can’t leave a message. Too bad. Good luck.

Great Staff, Clean Room, but Sparse
Staff were very nice and supportive! Room was clean and neat. Sparse furnishings, no padded chair(s), smaller bed (double) and only two small pillows. Very clean room and bathroom.

Staff on the phone was rude, they didn't introduce themselves or say thank you for calling such and such, just ask for your name right away. I had called around 7pm to just let them know I would be arriving around 9pm. Had to wait on hold for 5 minutes just to let them know. They said it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived at 8:30pm, the front desk was closed with a metal roll up security door. I used to lobby phone to call for assistance and got the same rude answer with the "first and last name" response. Put on hold and then was told someone would be coming by in a little to check me in. 10 to 15 minutes later a girl walks in with her boyfriend. He walks down the hall and she goes behind the desk to check me in. Checkout was just as strange. Checked out around 10:30am, again, closed front desk. I slid my keys under the metal door and left. Parking lot have quite of few odd characters hanging both days, wouldnt stay again.

I would not recommend this place. Dogs barking in rooms all night. Beds were terrible and 1 mattress was broke. Bathroom had cob webs. Elevator smelled so bad of urine and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I literally held my breath while i was in it.

Was a comfy enough of a stay.
The room was very nice, clean, and comfy for two. Only downside we had was the stovetop was broke a little and they never came to look at it like we had asked and communication wise with management wasnt the absolute best. Still was a nice stay all together tho.

It was a nice place. I personally however didn't like all the dogs that were there. There was poop in the hallways. Other guest would notify us of where the poop was. If it was their dog, I'm not sure why they didn't clean it up. Also, our check out time was at 11:00 am. Yet the cards stopped working before the check out time. So, when we were taking stuff out. We got locked out and had to find someone to open our door. There was noone at the front desk. We had the same problem when we were checking in. There was noone at the desk either.

The rooms had the absolute bare minimum in them with cheap furniture. The rooms were not cleaned well. Stains on the bedspread and gunk all over the walls. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. It served the purpose for our overnight stay, but I would not recommend for long term stays.

Horrible!
The hotel houses long term tenants there and many of them had dogs or sat around outside which at first mistaken as homeless people. There was dog hair everywhere, and the floors were dirty. Our room constantly smelt like cigarettes and marijuana from the other residents smoking in their rooms. The elevator got stuck on us twice. Worst place I have ever stayed!!! Please heed my warning and do not stay at this place!

TERRIBLE STAY
Waited 15-20 minutes at the front desk knocking on glass and calling for someone to check me in and 2 girls later came out eating Ice cream in no rush. The wifi did not work and the front desk was closed @7 so I wasn’t able to ask about it and when I went in the filling morning to see about booking another night no one was there until after 12. Decided ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH the haste checking in an booking and terrible customer service. Also has a lot of random people outside and around the property.

No one was there to check in with so I used their customer service phone next to the registration counter and no one answered and their voicemail was full. Waited for an hour and a half and no one showed up or answered the phone. Unacceptable and pitiful!
