Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping service was poor. Had to ask for clean towels, trash to be emptied, more toilet paper and Kleenex. Stayed 6 nights and nothing was done unless we asked for it. Bed sheets were not changed or the bed even made up. No vacuuming or trash emptied.

Need softer beds
Staff was great, breakfast was really good, but have stayed before and dont remember the bed being so uncomfortable. It was very hard. Prefer a softer bed and I had a rough night's sleep both nights. Reasonable price for the rooms and they had most everything you need in the kitchen. Add a pillowtop and it would have been a great holiday.

It 2 bedrooms having a bathroom each with privacy and sofa bed which is perfect for 4 adults and 1 teenager.
And a full kitchen is a definitely plus.
Everything is actually nice and clean except for certain areas.
1. The sofa bed- when I removed the cushion. Crumbs of bread and dirty spots was on the sofa bed. I had to clean with disinfectant thouroughly.
There was no bed sheets available. Need to call front desk for that. Which is not really a hustle. Only one pillow available but possibly it should mention if it is clean. Like a card that will say clean in the plastic container.
2. Bathroom bathtub bottom shelf to hold items. Under that shelf seems to have a black mold. Needs to brush it out. You can see it when you sit at the toilet bowl. Since I am short. I can really see it. Room 108
I have to say the positive outweighs the negative.
I would definitely still pick again Residence Inn Marriott.

Great for a family of 5. We were all able to have our own space for sleeping in one of the suite type rooms. Placed the couch cushions as a barrier between the chase and the pull out bed to create a nest of sorts. Super clean and the parking lot was full - always a good sign. Staff were so friendly.

Great room, we were there 1 night. Quiet, but is about a 10 min drive from downtown/Vibrant Arena. Nothing is really walkable from the hotel. We had the 2 bedroom suite, very spacious. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom with tub/shower cimbo. Everything was fine, rooms are ckeqn e ough. It coyld use a little ypdating and our eoom couldve had a good deep cleaning. It was 3 adult women in Moline for a concert. We felt very safe and would certainly stay there again!

Almost like home
We booked our stay because of the wonderful breakfast. :) We travel a lot, and this property is the BEST option by far! We also have pets, and the rooms are as close to being at home as possible for us and them. Thank you for making us feel comfortable. We planned our trip to be able to stay here in Moline!

They let us check in early which was great! Our room was clean but had a lot of wear in the carpet and bathroom. We went to go to bed and our bottom sheet was not even on the bed. So, we did not think our sheets had been changed. We called and asked for fresh sheets and they delivered them but we had to make our on bed.

Our room was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and our room was stocked with everything we needed. We were very impressed with the size and style of the room, especially for such a good price! They definitely helped make our anniversary trip special and worry-free. We will be staying here again next time we visit the Quad Cities!

The stay was fine not in room much. The room could use better cleaning as soda bottles under the bed. For the price thought would be cleaner then that. Kinda yuck with Covid and all going on used bottles under the bed

While I understand some of the COVID restrictions, the "breakfast" was very underwhelming. I recently stayed at another Hotel in the immediate area and they had a much better selection. For example, in a hotel with microwaves in EVERY room, why would there not be breakfast sandwiches, etc. to reheat??

Floors are so dirty. There was food and candy wrappers in the hallway. There was a drunk man topless sleeping next to the elevator doors outside my room when I woke up. Choose a different hotel, this is not a safe or clean option!

The Residence Inn Runaround in Moline
Claimed they didn’t have a room for us. We had to contact Hotels.com in order to rectify. Seems they overbooked and would have prefered to place us elsewhere had I not called the hotels.com Customer Service line.

Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. This is not a complaint but a recommendation. It would be helpful if there was extra toilet paper, paper towels, and facial tissue in the room so we don't have to find someone to provide it for us.

Nice, needs updating and more attention to details
Hotel staff were courteous and the room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. However, we couldn't eat the sack breakfast we were given because of the condition of the fruit, we had to go to the desk to ask for sheets to the sofa bed, and we declined to shower because of the condition of the shower head. For sure, we were traveling with Covid restrictions, but for the price we expected a little more comfort and not to have to worry about having what we needed in good condition.

Our 2 week stay made even better by our floor housekeeper, Fabi. She helped to keep our towels, coffee, trash and anything else we needed flowing throughout our stay. Without the hot breakfast because of Covid-19 it was nice to have bagels that we could toast in our room.

No free breakfast due to COVID. We were told there would be plenty of grab and go items at the desk in the morning. But there were only a handful of apples, granola bars and Capri suns at the desk. I put the sign on my door to NOT clean it during the day while we were gone, and they still came in & made our beds but did NOT leave towels. We requested clean towels and were told they were in the dryer but someone would deliver them soon. Nobody ever did. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and the desk had none for free or for sale. No vending machines in the building. Only beverages for sale was sparkling flavored waters.

No dedicated pet
We use residence inn Hotels a lot. I was a little disappointed that they allow pets in every room on every floor. I’m not opposed to a pet inclusion hotel, but the hotels we’ve used recently have a dedicated floor or floors for pets only. I had to change rooms because of a high order pet smell.

Would of loved the availability of the 2 bedroom suite that I had booked for the wedding party. Instead I had two separate rooms across the hall from each other.
We brought our 11 pound dog with us. Understand they allow dogs, we almost got attacked 3 times by the same two dogs! Had to walk with my dog on my arms. Almost jumped at my husband when he was getting in the elevator
Pit bull breeds should not be allowed in a family environment. I was sacred to walk my dog!

Property and grounds were well kept. The hotel is updated and modern. Beds were super comfy and rooms are very big. Loved having a full kitchen and living room. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again. Only negative comment I have is the maid kept leaving us notes to leave her a tip. Never had that happen before especially at a Marriott or even in third world countries I’ve visited! Very strange

Nice sized two bedroom suite. Very small "problems" such as a broken tub stopper, but improvised by using washcloth to cover drain for a bath, no liquid dish soap in kitchen area, smoke detector seemed to be missing cover in one bedroom, oven fairly dirty. There was a notice in the room that loud noise and running in hallways not allowed and if there were complaints, there would be one warning, then possible eviction from room. So, just seeing the notice seemed to indicate a problem, and sure enough, both nights there seemed to be constant running and stomping. We were on the 2nd floor, and didn't report it and were able to sleep, but it was annoying. Overall though, a good price and a good stay. Room size excellent. Breakfast was good. Coffee good and fresh. Would stay there again.

Disappointed as I’ve stayed here many times
The room was nice except for the smell. Someone must have cooked in the room prior as it had an awful garlic smell. Then someone on the floor cooked food that had a STRONG curry smell which smelled the whole hallway.
When I came into my room they had a noise policy in my room. However, there was a large family using the lobby as a gathering place, which is fine, but for hours (past 11:30 pm)and were very loud. No one asked them to quiet down or not consume the whole common space nor did the family care. Found these concerning.

If you stay here for more than one night get ready to be woken up every morning by housekeeping cleaning other rooms. They put the metal lock bar down so the doors don't close and each time they go in and out it slams. You can hear everything in this hotel. Everything. Housekeeping gossip and kids running up and down the halls. Hot tub was luke warm. I wouldn't stay here again. It looks nice and should be nice. The staff is killing this place.

Our first time staying at this location and everything was as indicated online. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I did notice that the light in the bathroom took a while to come on. When you first hit the switch the fan comes up and about 10 seconds later the light comes on.
The only noise issue was due to our closer proximity to the pool. It would have been great to have something to block the sound coming from the hallway with children running up and down, but it wasn't bad.
The breakfast had a decent variety (eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, etc) and was well stocked!
Great location and great staff, we would stay there again.

Staff was nice but not accommodating at all!
The hotel was loud on the 4th floor East wing. The stairway door slams hard when people utilize it scaring the life out of you while you are attempting to rest. The screen in the window vibrates hard and loud when it's windy creating a sleepless environment. During this visit my fiance got extremely ill and we tried to work with different staff and managers to extend our stay to no avail. The staff, although nice, lied to us and said there were no rooms available even though I checked multiple websites showing vacancies. Then they said it's going to get busy and they will be all booked up by noon. We were forced to check out and she tried to drive us home but I had to taker over and illegally drive us the rest of the way. This is all because staff refused to be accommodating, became selfish, and preferred to make money from new guests even though I explained the emergency situation. The situation with my fiance turned into a hospital visit and we found a serious liver issue. I will never spend my hard earned money, and our precious time on this earth at this hotel ever again. I also need to mention that whoever repairs the rooms isn't very good at it. I've included pictures. If I am going to overspend on a hotel room,I would at least like for some of the money to go towards the room and how it looks. Also the pool had 2 drunk ladies and several kids in it most of the time. Useless!

Room was great, very roomy. Really liked the sitting area. All the staff I encountered were very nice. I didn’t go to breakfast because I’m gluten free so I just figured there wasn’t much for me to eat, my husband went down and seemed ok with it. I did try the hot tub but the jets didn’t work. After sitting in it for a minute I could see hairs and lots of other particles floating around, kinda gross.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel!
We stayed in 2 bedroom suite here while attending a wedding in Davenport. Despite all the road construction nearby, this hotel was well worth the little extra time it took us to drive to Davenport and was much better than the official wedding hotel others booked in Davenport. The separate bedrooms gave us the extra room and freedom we needed after 2 days of driving. The kitchen was fully stocked and the breakfast buffet had everything! We slept great here. Loved this hotel!

Great place to stay
The hotel was great. It is quite new so everything was in very condition. The staff was friendly. The room had plenty of space to have a friend over to visit for a few hours. It is very convenient to get to and to what we went for. We took a cruise on the Mississippi River and the pier was very easy to get to from this location. If I were in the Quad Cities this is definitely the hotel I would stay at again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I arrived after driving from Denver for over 12 hours. As I approached my room I could hear a noise that sounded like a jet engine...when i opened the door i was very unhappy to learn it was the fridge in my room that was making the noise. After 45 minutes, unpacking, repacking, and now unpacking again I'm here waiting for the handy man to fix the fridge. I'm exhausted and wanted a restful night, and can't tell you how unhappy i am with my experience so far.

This was a stay-cation for my family and I over the Easter holiday. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. There is a lot to do in the Quad City area and although this hotel is farther away from the downtown areas, it is right off of a major thoroughfare that will get you to just about anything you could want to do in less than 15 minutes.
