Our stay at prince wakiki was exceptional from the point of check in to check out. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Great location for beautiful sunsets by the pool and close enough to walk into town for supper if you want. This will definitely be where we stay when we come back to Oahu!

Excellent hotel! The rooms were extremely clean and we had a beautiful oceanfront view. The entire staff was so helpful and accommodating, from the valet to the front desk to the cleaning crew. We could text the front desk at any time with a request and they would answer right away. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

I loved my room and stay!! Everyone was so friendly!! Margarethe at 100 sail’s restaurant was so nice every morning we went there!! I recommend the club package!! It was worth the extra money!!! All your food and drinks included!! Very clean and definitely a luxury resort!!!

We have been to O’ahu 5 times and Prince hands down has been our best hotel experience out of the variety of accommodations we have stayed at in the past. We will only be staying at Prince going forward. The service is impeccable, the rooms are well maintained and very clean. The location in A la Moana is convenient, close to Waikiki but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Very family friendly. 10/10

Still a Prince among hotels
While it is probably an older property, the location and views are amazing - and the upkeep is top notch. Combined with a very friendly staff in every part of the property, it is a good choice if you don't want to stay smack in the middle of Waikiki. Coffee downstairs is great too!

Nice stay in Waikiki
Nice stay. Hotel was lovely for a family stay. Rooms were comfortable. Service was exteemely friendly. Hotel is in the heart of the city so lots of shops and eateries nearby. The hotel is NOT beachfront but a 5 min walk to various beach and lagoons.

Stayed in a premier oceanfront king room around Christmas. We dived into the property. Booked the buffet and spa services.
Everything was solid. Very few standout moments - the bathrooms are nice. WiFi is not good. TVs need updating - very outdated tech, slow/annoying to use. There were also very few drawers and hangers for clothing.
Spa services were just ok and not impressive especially concerning price. $700 for two massages but outsourced therapists in a converted hotel room? Gym was tiny and half not functioning. Hot tub was not hot. Pool was a bit dirty. Parking was atrocious.
It was fine - but for the price, expected more.

The Prince Waikiki hotel is located off a marina, which allows you to not just see the ocean, but all the activities on the Pacific Ocean. I love the location, you can walk to the mall, restaurants, designer shops, the beach, and more. No need to rent a car. The hotel is exquisite, has great service, and comfortable rooms.

I liked the service especially the front desk. They really try to put you in the best room available. The only main things that was a concern is the cleanliness of the bathrooms on the main floor lobby area and the valet parking needs more help. But other than that the place has great service, rooms, and location. I would recommend.

My family love here!
We’ve stayed for a week. Everything is just nice about this place. The staffs were patient and caring, always greeting us with smiles. The valet parking is convenient and totally worth the price. I especially enjoyed the sushi restaurant on the first floor! Next time I will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at prince Waikiki. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The staff are wonderful and professional. Shout out to the front desk, the valet, restaurant servers, housekeepers for an awesome job who guys all do. Thank you! The hotel is convenient to everything- restaurants, stores, pharmacy and the mall is within walking distance. Very easy to get a taxi and Uber. The hotel was very busy with the surrounding area being relatively noisy as well. Since the pool was on the 5th floor, with the winds, it was impossible to be able to use this amenity.

The service here was very poor. We stayed here twice on two stopovers and had two rooms, one with lounge access and breakfast included. The breakfast hostess on both occasions made us wait while she took a phone call. It was phone first, waiting customers second. She let a line build up behind us while on the calls. The waiter cleared our table entirely while we were up getting more food, and the omelet chef was playing on his phone and didn’t notice me standing there to get my order. Then he messed it up and added cheese when I specifically requested no cheese.
The food was the same in the lounge on all days and very average. Cold cuts, cheese, bread & salad including the same tofu salad for lunch plus spam musubi, and very simple dinners. I overheard the lounge hostess telling Japanese customers in Japanese that they were understaffed in the lounge and were limited in the staff requests they could take. I also tried to get a spa treatment booked through the lou ge and got all kinds of questions about whether I should have even been in there at all after paying for the access. A second lady even said that her manager had told her to question us. After all that I never could get a massage booked, although someone did call me later in the day about it.
The hotel itself is nice, but the service really brings it down and it doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel at all. They could elevate this hotel by simply fixing the service.

We loved the views and our room was nice. Always love slippers and robe. One of our rooms was not ready until a couple hours after check-in which was a bummer. The staff at reception was very apologetic and they gave us nice comps to make up for it.

My room facing the marina and Ala Moana park had a great view. The staff were very helpful and offered a bag check service to hold my luggage so I could spend more time around Honolulu after checking out. I would stay here again.

The property is at an ideal location. Note there is no direct beach access, you have to walk for a few minutes to the Ala Moana Park beach or around 10 - 15 minutes down the road to the Waikiki beach. Ala Moana Center is a mere 5-minute walk from the hotel which is ideal. A lot of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself is very clean, staff is extremely nice. We had valet parking which was very convenient for $45/day. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom had a bidet which was super convenient, something we don't see often at hotels. The cleanliness was 10/10. Our cleaning lady was so thorough, did a wonderful job every day, would even fold our laundry. I enjoyed my stay here.

The stafd was professional, courteous and respectful. They made you feel at home. I have my 2 infant daughters with me and when they cried the staff tried to comfort them. Its clean, well kept with beautiful views and close to many things. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel, close to Ala Moana beach.
They can work on the hot tub temperature- same as the pool. Little kids- 3-4 years old shoukd not be allowed in the hot tubs.
Also I got food poisoning after a bufet dinner at 100 Sails restaurant- one of the hotel's restaurants- not a nice way to start my vacation!

Beautiful property, from the lobby to the outdoor swimming area. Room was very clean and modern. Floor to ceiling window was a plus and the view was amazing. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends/family. The parking structure didn’t have elevators though so that might be an issue for some. We had to carry our stroller up and down the steps, it was only shout 5-6 steps though.

Room was nice, spacious n clean but they need to upgrade their beds, 2 people in one bed and u sink, very uncomfortable i stayed for a whole week and my back is in so much pain.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 7 nights at Prince Waikiki. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. We stayed in an ocean front suite and the views were absolutely spectacular looking over the marina and out to the ocean. The sunsets each night were breathtaking.
The housekeeping was great too. Very flexible and accommodating if we had a late start to the day. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Not too hectic like some other resorts. The snacks and cocktails by the pool were very nice too.
We ate at the hotel restaurant - 100 Sails - once. It's a buffet but quite expensive for what it is. We probably wouldn't eat there again.
Other than that, we highly recommend Prince Waikiki. It's clean, the beds are super comfortable and it's a short walk to Ala Moana shopping mall. We'll be staying there next time we're in Waikiki.
