They do charge you 100 upon yiur arrivals for future damages or stolen property but will return it to you if everything is good on leaving. The breakfast was a nice bonus. The room was decent though the wifi was linda annoyingbto deal with. It would drop every hour and a half so youd need to relog in every hour and a half. Service was decent though. Staff was nice and very understanding. All in all I'd stay again was a decent place.

There are residents that are out of control over here. loud music, people cutting hair on the first floor while others are walking on the main floor and the hair is flying around. On new year's eve they had loud music playing and when I complained the lady at the front desk said its New Year's like we in 3'rd world country and should be okay with that. As an Army Veteran I would not suggest that anyone stay there.

Nice place in Niceville
We stayed overnight at the Quality Inn while passing through town for Christmas. The people at the desk were nice and friendly, the room seemed recently remodeled and was clean, the beds were comfy. I loved the mirror they had in there. The continental breakfast they offered was decent. We were pleased with our stay and the hotel. We felt safe and the hotel is in a great location in Niceville. We would stay here again if we found ourselves in Niceville.

Christmas trip
Front desk workers were super nice and friendly. They definitely greeted me with a smile. The room was confortable. The room smelled very clean. My only gripe would be the door was hard to open and close. Other than that, I look forward to staying here again.

It was close to the venue we were visiting and it was easy to find and close to dining and shopping. The tv did not work correctly and the mirror area was quite dark and was difficult for me to see to put my makeup on and do my hair.

The facility is run down. The safety latch was broken. The circuit breaker tripped causing loss of power. The toilet bowl was loose. The bath tub did not have a safety mat to prevent slipping. The room had a musty smell.

Not the same rooms on site.
Room was not cleaned very well. Bathroom was dirty, I had to reclean it. Lamp shades was very dirty. The picture on the site does not look like how the rooms really look.

Property was run down rooms needed updated there was a huge Crack in between the door and door jamb looked like someone had broken in at some point carpets was dirty won't stay there again

Breakfast was nice although same items every morning. A little variety would have been nice as we were there 5 days. State flags hanging around building was a nice touch but most flags were faded and/or torn. Rest rooms at pool area were out of order all week. Pool and pool deck were very clean. Only one umbrella at pool and it was broken.

People were living at the property. They were in the parking lot grilling food. There were several cars on the property that were unable to be driven. There was a vegetable garden in the parking lot. Several unsavory people sitting around at picnic tables.

I saw a pest when i first arrived at the room . Complained of that and toilet with hardly any water pressure staff said they would look at it and never did . I will not be returning. Need to update the bathrooms . Outdated in my opinion. Should be priced cheaper for the condition of the property.

The aesthetics leave a lot to be desired. The room I stayed in had a lot of incomplete projects in an attempt to update (crumbled drywall along baseboards, shoddy grout work on floor tiling, cracked shower stall, botched paint, etc)
Breakfast was typical: waffle station, sausage and omelette, cereal, breakfast pastries, etc.
Hotel staff were polite and courteous.

I was overall very happy with my stay at this property. You could tell the place is a little outdated but they have made improvements. The TV is up to date, the refrigerator was larger than most seen in other hotels, and the vanity mirror was amazing with the backlighting. The breakfast was... Lacking. It looked like they were in hot pans but everything was always lukewarm. The nescafe coffee maker had old beans in it but otherwise provided a nice selection of coffee styles along with a hot chocolate option.
The best part of this place was being able sit poolside and watch the Air Force jets scream about the airspace. Like a free airshow when they get really busy. Also to top it off, Destin is a measly 30 minutes away via the toll road.
Even with the negative remarks I had, I would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

I personally did not enjoy my stay, the front staff was not very welcoming when I first arrived. My room was clean except there were multiple spots that had white powder around the room. The lamp shades looked as if they were caught on fire. The shower drain does not drain and I would end up showering in about 2-3 inches of water after only 5 minutes of being in the shower. The door closes but you can see at the top left corner where it doesn't fully become flushed with the frame.

It's a good option for a night or two. The hotel was remodeled but not completely. It was obvious they fixed what was needed to get the hotel stay-worthy. Not fancy. We were gone all day, so it served our purpose. A place to sleep.

Poor Quality Hotel- would never stay here again. The ceiling had a leak that was dripping into the room. Nobody came to fix it. There was a fight early in the morning with one of the guests and hotel staff. For what they are charging guests per night this is unacceptable!

The bed was more comfortable than expected....but, the paint was peeling off of the walls, the lamp was stained (my daughter asked if someone died in the room it was that scary looking). Also, my daughter dropped her favorite stuffed animal outside the room at 4:30am when we left for the airport. I immediately called them and asked them to check - they didn’t check for over 8 hours, it was never found.

i liked there was plenty of parking because people in the know, don't use this hotel. The entire place, from the lobby to my room, has a horrid stench about it. The ceiling in my room is painted black. I can guess why. The hotel had 2 ice machines, which sat next to each other. Neither worked. I left after one night, though I paid for five. The one bright spot was the man at the front desk, who was welcoming. I was staying here only because of the low price, but they could not make it low enough for me to think about it again.

Clean, friendly staff, but several places on the property are worn down and in need of repair. *Very* humid inside our room. Rust on some of the furniture and door hinges. The hot breakfast was good and the staff took the time to make sure we knew what were the best places in the surrounding area. It wasn't a bad stay, but I probably wouldn't stay again.

No one should be allowed to stay there . The majority of the air conditioners are leaking and it’s been ignored . I travel for work and I stay in hotels more than I get to be home . I booked for one night thinking I would be done at work by checkout time . I arrived back to hotel 25 minutes after checkout and the late checkout fee they wanted to charge was way too much for me and I’m spending my companies money . So I paid for one more night . Left for couple hours and when we returned all our beds were stripped and all towels were gone but they didn’t replace them . I call the hotel from my cell phone after calling front desk from hotel phone . The employee brings a stack or sheets towels Ect. He stands there with them so at this point I’m boiling over I take the stack from him . So know I pay to work there . I go to hand half the stack to the other person in the room and we both feel that they are all damp and stink . I take a walk to breath . I walk in the office and say I want to check out . He says I can’t give you a refund all I can do is give you another room . I play along . He hands me the key to the room right next door to the one I was in . It was damp and smelled like mold. I went back fo office said give me my receipts I’m leaving . At that point he offers to refund one of the two nights but not till tomorrow when someone comes in that knows how to work refunds . When I went to grab my suitcase and everything was wet . Entire bag and all contents.

The condition of the way some of the room doors looked was not very eye catching. People coming out the woods looked kind of suspicious. Pool was only open from 3:00-9:00 P.M. Their breakfast was ok. They use to much clorex when cleaning. We needed to leave our door open just to air it out, so we could sleep in it.

The photos of the property were misrepresented on Expedia of what the room truly looked like. Black painted ceiling. Rust on the lamps. Mold growing on the base boards. Stains All over the carpet. I will be expecting a FULL refund. Quality Inn needs to inspect this property for fraud if you are going to continue to allow them to use your name and photos. It was absolutely disgusting.

The filthiest hotel I've ever seen
This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. Filthy, nasty, rust everywhere, toilet leaking, tears and wholes on the beddings, mold smelling, punch wholes in the walls...and the top of the iceberg was the extremely dirty pool. The professional of the pool cleaning was on site and told us that the pool was so dirty that he is afraid that if someone gets in they will get an infection and that he is closing the pool indefinitely

Decent hotel, you get more for what you are really paying for. Breakfast was good, front desk service was always friendly, very politely and willing to help. Room was clean, no room service so be aware of that. Overall good hotel and good distance from all the tourist attractions.

Don’t stay here
Very disappointed. Our room had a very strong mildew odor, was quite dusty, and the carpet had food on it. Overall very dated and not up to par for any stay, let alone for the cost. Only positive was staff were very friendly.

Improvement in Progress!
The main bedroom area was re-decorated and nice. The bathroom door had a hole in it and the tub had several holes with “putty” looking stuff roughly filling them. The place is going to be nice when completed but not there. Not worth $200/night. Smelled weed most of the night which was not enjoyable for us. Breakfast was good people were pleasant and friendly.

Impressed with Quality Inn Niceville.
It was awesome, stopped by on our way to Orlando. Front desk service was great, room was clean and great amenities in them. Asked for an extra rollout bad and got in between leaving the front desk, parking and getting to the room.

Poor quality
Based on the price I paid I expected much better quality. Didn't feel safe because people were hanging out and the safety door stop was loose. Had a very uncomfortable rest and only slept about 2.5-3 hours
