I booked the property on Expedia. The price online was $162 online but when I got to the hotel they told me it’s $487. They said it was a $250 incidental fee that’s refundable. However I still ended up paying more than $200. On top of that I didn’t hear them telling the white couple next to me about an incidental fee. It put a damper on my visit and I ended up not enjoying my stay.

Beautiful room! The staff were very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and were only a text away. Very clean room with a luxurious bathroom and linens. We were able to request a personal fan and a sound machine which were in our room upon arrival. The Zorba cocktail bar was very classy yet comfortable with several signature drinks. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Love it but hate the incidental charge
We stayed here because we got married here a year ago. We just wanted to enjoy the hotel since everything was so chaotic last time. We love the hotel and the bars and restaurants on site. The staff is wonderful. The only thing that sucks is the amount they charge for incidentals. I get charging a card if something happens but $250 EXTRA is a bit extreme. I realize we got the money back but that’s money we had to make sure we transferred into our account so we had enough to cover it all.

I've stayed here many times over the years. The cleanliness is always good however this time I noticed this standard was lacking a little. Specs of idk what on the toilet seat as I arrived and some dust build up on the bathroom shelf with towels, above the bed headboard and under the tv as well. I took care of the toilet myself and dealt with the dust.
Upon check out the man at the desk was very kind and accommodating and walked me out (through a meeting area) to get to my car. I have to say it was still a good stay. Overall experience was good.

They will have to earn my business
I called the front desk early Saturday the 14th and got a hold of someone that was extremely rude and did not want to answer any of the questions that were very simple like what time does the bar close when is check out very unprofessional and not answer anything about my room I asked if it had a microwave no answer I asked what side of the building I would be on I wanted to Be on the odd side of the building instead no answer should not be working front desk if he is going to have an attitude.

Used to be our favorite local hotel
Toilet would run really weird for a couple minutes like it was going to spit out water. Bed was like sleeping on a rock so we had a horrible nights sleep. And then housekeeping kept my $30 stainless steel water bottle that was left in the fridge. I called 30 min after we checked out and front desk said they would have them bring it down. Of course they claimed they “didn’t have it”, but it was in the fridge and we never left the room until check out. So it was definitely in there. Very disappointing.

Rt 59 hotel paradise
Best hotel in area…..and very clean and comfortable and they have LaVazzo Italian coffee next to hotel. Might cost $50-$80 more per night but in the long run it’s worth it!

A classy and Beautiful Hotel
It was a good experience it was clean and the room was big comfortable and definitely will stay again. The only thing I can bring to the attention is that the AC was not working so good during the night. It was really hot outside so for some reason in the room was not keeping up. But other than that it was a beautiful stay.

No food or drinks available
I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. I was very disappointed that there were no restaurants open or even a place to get a coffee or snack. I had taken an Uber from the airport and had to order delivery for dinner. For a nice boutique hotel there were no services.

It is a beautiful room. Very spacious and clean, and quiet. I ordered room service and it never came. Called it in again and got my food before the it closed. Woke up with food poisoning a couple hours later, and that meal was all I had eaten. Bummer. Watch out for the food.

Birthday/First Vacation as a Couple
When we entered the room, we were happy with presentation. The room was structurally accommodating for two people and we were able to move around without feeling like the room was too small. The room was very clean, the hospitality was superb and with this being our first vacation together, your team made it perfect <3

Hotel was okay, front desk seemed lost, bewildered when checking in. They did not seem to know what they were doing at times. Couldn’t find help around 9. No one at front desk Restaurant was not good and ridiculously expensive. Wouldn’t have mind paying that much if the food was decent and they ran out of condiments for burgers and offered hot sauce??????? Housekeeping was amazing

This was definitely a first class hotel. Very modern, several dining options, easy parking, as well as a shuttle service and a Lexus SUV to anywhere you need to go. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.

Used the iron in the hotel room to iron a brand new shirt for our daughter's commencement ceremony the next day. We didn't realize the iron was broken until the malfunctioning iron completely ruined the shirt. Although the front desk sent a new iron and board set, we could not wear the new shirt to the ceremony. On my day leaving the hotel I stopped by the front desk and tried again to ask for their policy about the issue. But my request was dismissed. He was neither honest nor professional. To this day, no one from that hotel management called or contacted me as they promised.
The hotel looks nice and the beds were comfortable. But that's about it and nothing else makes me feel like staying there again.

Some changes would help.
Shower leaked out onto floor even with door shut. As nd shower head not facing door. Only 2 glasses in room. Naperville things to do magazine would be nice. Restaurants etc. very difficult trying to use tv remote. Poor instructions!. Garage very nice roomy easy to use. 2 comfortable chairs would be nice to sit in .

Very clean and professional looking but staff was not as informative as I would’ve liked, and pricing was certainly high compared to the listing. Some of the food was not edible/raw but the items that weren’t were very good. Overall, would not choose this property again.

Beautiful hotel, but we had a few issues, had trouble with the water being way too hot and we couldn't seem to get it cold...was really unusual! We both woke up with bad allergies...not sure what from. Also the pillows are way too high and firm.Then to top it all off we had $10 coupons for breakfast each and when we came to get breakfast they had some excuse that they couldn't serve breakfast today...we got going and noticed a coffee shop on the corner so stopped to get a coffee and a bite to eat. The lady told us they had no cook so couldn't get us food only a coffee...I clued in that this was actually part of hotel too so told her about our coupon...I felt SO mad! Unfortunately we were in a hurry otherwise we would have gone back to complain. Surely they could have said...look at least go down to coffee shop and get yourself coffees with coupon. Felt very upset with our whole experience and had paid a high price for room that night.

Did a staycation here for my husband's birthday. I actually wish we would've been able to stay longer. It was nice, quiet, and relaxing. Great to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa inside the hotel was nice, which was the reason for choosing to stay here. If we come back I will take advantage of the deep soaking tub in the room. Didn't have time on this visit. Staff was pleasant. Enjoyed the food and drinks at Chi Fiagata/Zorba Bar. A short drive to downtown Naperville and in close proximity to Whirlyball and TopGolf. I'd definitely come back.

The room had a living room, the bathroom had jack and jill sink with drawers to put things in it! the mirror was a smart mirror with a built in tv. The bathtub was awesome you can rinse off after taking a bath.

This property went above and beyond to provide conveniences while traveling. We so appreciated the nightlight that you activated from the bed, spa robes, bathroom loofah, cozy beds, and quiet hotel in general. They sent an email before arrival with a checklist of accommodations we could request. We will return!

I'd book anywhere else
Definitely not the cleanest hotel I've been and the outside is very pretty but the room we got was very displeasing. We found quite a few stains on the couch, stains in the carpet, and visible mold/mildew in the shower and around the sink. The room had a sweaty smell and somewhat of a cigar-like scent lingering and was very dark. In my opinion, it wasn't worth the price or the stay, and had I known prior, I would've canceled the booking. I'll upload more photos to Google to give a heads-up to anyone looking to book in the future.

The hotel looks great online however upon check in I noticed several things that were disappointing! The duvet cover cover on the bed was torn, one of the bath towels was torn, the headboard was so dusty I wiped it down myself along with several other places in the room!
The staff was good and had a great experience with kind attendant who drive me in the shuttle SUV to my work event. Five star service there.
Overall it’s just ok.
