Was treated like a bother by staff, I felt unsafe at property, peep hole plugged by paper so could not look out, cleaning just opened door in morning. Without waiting to see if occupied first

I've stayed here one other time. This time had same problem of no "regular" coffee with the coffee pot. Also, this room had a deep, "jetted" tub, that I was looking forward to trying out. The jets would not turn on, therefore, dysfunctional. The office staff was really friendly and the room itself was comfortable and clean.

This was the best value inn Seattle. Close to public transportation. Not a lot of walkable restaurants, or anything for that matter what area. But it was the only place that was under $200 a night, and it was safe during the day.

Location
We chose this property for the location.
It wasn’t anything fancy but was clean and served its purpose. The continental breakfast wasn’t very good. They could have had some cold cereal and milk or yogurt but only offered packaged pastries and bananas. The coffee was good.

Worse hotel we have been in.
It listed a restaurant but when we asked we were told it was the Taco Bell next door. We also found out that we were on the main “street warmer” strip and should have been told for our own protection. There was a loud noise that sounded like a machine that was outside our room that keep going off and on all night long so we had a very noisy room. For the price we had to pay we expected more. Will never stay there again!!

The sink area was not clean. There are hairs left from a previous guest shaving at the sink. The microwave has Texas food all over inside, and the area around the mini fridge is dirty and grungy. There is crud in the corners and most of the crevices on the counters, the water faucet, and around the sink, as well as grunge in the tub. My big mistake was not booking a hotel earlier because of the holiday weekend. It’s a seedy area, and doesn’t feel very safe.

This property is in a very unsafe location. Situated on a busy noisy main street. Area is filled with homeless people and very visible prostitutes all around. When we checked in the desk clerk was very rude and condescending. Yet the male customer that was right behind us got a vastly different welcoming. We had to move a very large cart to access our entrance way stairwell. Elevator was out of order. Ice machine was across a street on the other property of the Inn. Microwave was missing feet and was stabilized by a face cloth under it. Beds were horrible. Lumpy and uncomfortable.
Will never stay here again and will warn people about this locations undesirability!! Stay away everyone!!!

Reception locked until check in time. Arrived from airport and had to wait seating on the sidewalk with my 83 yo father.
Rooms stink, musty odor .
Rooms and beds looked tired .

The room we were assigned didn't have a lock on the inside of the door, so they moved us to a different room. One bathroom light didn't work. The wifi didn't work the entire two days we were they even though we asked several times for them to fix it. There was no iron in the room, but I'm sure I could have borrowed one from the front desk. The beds were comfortable and everything else worked okay. The afternoon guy in the office was very nice and helpful.

Bad experience.
This is a rundown hotel, old and rickety. There was no iron in the room. There were only two tea bags, tiny coffee pot, paper cups. Bed and pillows were ok. There was a prostitute hanging on the corner of the property.

What the picture looks like on website to book is drastically different then what we pulled up to. At first it looked dirty and dismal feom the putside but it was to late to cancel.
HOWEVER, the lady at check in was very pleasant and the room was surprisingly clean and well maintained.
The price was right and we all slept with a good night's sleep.
Just a little noisy due to sirens but that cools ne helped.

Was functional. Clean, good bed and room had all the basics (coffee machine, microwave, good TV, plenty towels, convenient close rack in room (no closet). In a somewhat seedy, slighty run down area but didn't pose am problem.

It was mediocre. The beds were basic with a few standard pillows. We had to go across a street to get to our rooms. The road noise was somewhat disturbing but could be drowned out with fan setting. My biggest gripe is that they had a coffee maker in the room but only one package of decaf coffee was left in the room! We had to go across the street to the office area to go get brewed coffee that again was just standard.

The hotel was as expected for an Inn. However, they advertised breakfast and there was no breakfast provided due to no food being delivered. The hotel staff did not seem interested in making this better though and simply told us to grab some granola bars.

Very poor property, dirty and noisy with homeless people sleeping in front of it.
It says breakfast included, but when you get there there is only expired cereal bars. No wifi coverage throughout the rooms. Would never come back again

Pretty shabby hotel. Wyndham has really dropped in the maintenance and upkeep on two good chains that offered clean well kept rooms for a moderate price. There was a lot of needed repair in this hotel. No continental breakfast. All nearby fast-food places offered only drive through service. It was located on an older rundown part of town.

Everything was ok, nothing was great. The Inn itself felt like it needed at least a fresh coat of paint and some modernizing. The street it's on was very noisy, with lots of graffiti (not the good kind, just tags) and lots of closed stores. Feels like this area was hit pretty hard during the covid years.
That said we slept ok, the shower worked and the room was clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and super helpful, 10/10 for her.

We’ve arrived to check-in and the agent there told us that they ran out of breakfast supplies, so there will be only apple pie, juice, coffee and tea for breakfast which supposed to be “breakfast included” !!!! She also told us that wifi signal will be very poor they’re working on some repairs, we went to the room and tried to connect to wifi and never connected, we had to use our phones “roaming”. The area also is unsafe especially for a family like us with young children, we saw a homeless women walking towards the hotel building doing something we don’t know what it is and the alarm system went off. It peeped for a while and the lady at the desk didn’t bother to come out to check so we called her and she was like oh yeah I can hear it but wasn’t sure where it’s coming from.

Rats on the property. No employees at check-in. Had to call them. Room was dirty and very outdated. Building was isolated from the main building. This property should not even be on Expedia as an option. Marriott needs to do some serious, updating and clean up of this property.

Easy access to on foot transportation.
Staff was very helpful & kind.
Unfortunately, I booked this stay because it stated it included breakfast, which I was not pleased with. Breakfast consisted of tea & coffee & take along Sunny Ds. No eggs or toast.

Be aware of the area
Check in was quick and employees were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

The primary picture is deceiving. There are two buildings. The modern looking one shown and the "main" building with the lobby is across the side street and not in quite as good a condition. The room was clean, the water was hot, and the bed was comfortable.
On the down side, there were rats constantly scurrying amongst the bushes surrounding the parking lot. It detracted significantly from the overall experience.

Mediocre at best - staff is the redeeming feature
Not a bad location in general, though upkeep was lacking. Our floors needed sweeping, garbage from past guests hadn't been taken out, and used face towels were left on the shower curtains. The upstairs guest's footsteps were incredibly loud, as were the beds in our room. You couldn't move an inch without being heard and waking up our party.
Overall, it did the job. We didn't need anything fancy, and the bed was comfy enough, but I would not stay here again. The redemption was the friendly staff, always a treat to get to meet new funny and kind people.
Given what we paid ($272 CAD), I'm relatively disappointed. for

I arrived at the hotel at around 10pm and waited over an hour to check in along with several others. The reception area was locked with a sign saying "back in 5 min". We never ended up being able to check in.

Front desk agent was super friendly, positive and upbeat. Room was decently clean, save the Cheetos left under the bed amenities are extremely basic, but it got the job done.
I like the refrigerator and microwave in the room
The location is right next to the express bus line, so it was easy and fast to get downtown.

We arrived a few minutes before 3pm, the reception was closed. Room was spacious but smelled like smoke. Breakfast was packed apple pie, bottled juice, coffe, banana, was hoping for the hot continental breakfast considering the price I paid.

Checking in was frustrating. Staff isn’t there until 3pm, the exact time for earliest check-in. Waited outside with bags for a bit. Room wasn’t made (sheets/bed not done) upon arrival and room smelled of smoke. Toilet ran after flushing.

Check in was efficient and friendly,
Room was missing a remote for the tv and one chair was broken. Front desk provided a remote,told us just to call the desk if we needed anything else.
Breakfast was very sparse, but the morning desk gal was polite and friendly.
Expensive for what you got, but we needed to be close to Northwest Medical and it filled that bill.

I went to get "breakfast" at 730am and there was a sign that said "be back at 7am" OOPS. I went back to my room and attempted to call the front desk 2 different times with no answer. At 830am I tried to get "breakfast" again and was given the choice between a cherry or apple hand pie and apple juice or sunny delight. I chose your facility because it was advertised that breakfast was available. Not only was there no staff available, but the "gas station snack" and juice is NOT BREAKFAST FOOD! I will not be staying with you ever again and I will tell anyone who asks about my experience. The rest of my stay was fine, clean room, etc... but that really left a sour taste in my mouth. No pun intended.

Absolutely amazing, the host-on-duty during my trips to the office was Brandy, she was very kind, patient (there were some issues with my booking), and all-in-all exactly the type of person you want as a host. Couldn't ask for more.

I like there’s ample parking. It’s far away from downtown Seattle it takes 45 mins to an hour depending on the traffic.
TV and Wi Fi is sketchy. Good for one night stop over if travelling and just need to rest.
There’s Taco Bell close by for convenience.

Worst stay ever. Pill and dirt on bathroom floor. TV did not work. Sink would not drain. Dirty bathtub. Door and window wide open . No screen on window. All other unit doors and windows closed. We were one of first arrivals.

The property lobby was not open, registration through a window. First room the smoke alarm was beeping, next room had to get keys reprogramed twice before worked. Finally after all that, found out there was no Wifi. Couldn't even find out our tour bus phone number until staff let me use their office computer. We stayed there 2 days and couldn't plan our next stage of travel. Otherwise room was fine.

TV didn't work. Fridge did not work. Bathroom fan didn't work - screeching if you turned it on. Mattress was minimal and I did not sleep well, especially since the hotel is located bordering Aurora Ave North and has not been soundproofed. Lots of stairs to climb to get to my room. I ended up having to leave a day early because I couldn't sleep, so I completely lost the money I prepaid for the final day.

Weekend comfort
I was happy with my room, nice wall colors, great bed, great bathroom and all very clean, friendly and professional customer service, it was good to know there were security cameras, made me feel safer. Very good parking, good price, thank you!

Bed was comfy, room basic but nice and clean. Room was heavily scented with whatever cleaners used (carpet cleaner maybe?), that was my only issue with the room as I am sensitive to heavy scents. Staff was very pleasant!
