Trust Hilton for your stay but temper expectations
Serviceable for the most part, able to early check-in - arrived at 1pm. Near Pike Place Market, Convention center, and Capitol Hill (Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Elliot Bay Books).
Able to refill water and coffee off lobby. Keycards demagnetized once, but not a huge deal. Coffee was okay, not great.
The path from the SeaTac train station to the hotel was uphill, they were performing construction at the Convention Center - several crosswalks were blocked off or on temporary ramps. I would stay here again given the price paid and relative vicinity to Pike. However, due to the homelessness in the immediate area and construction, I would pick another part of town to stay.

The staff at the hotel itself was fine, but we had a terrible experience in the garage. The garage is small and cramped and was hard to maneuver. The attendant directed us to a spot, where we parked. Then, when we came to get our car in the morning, there was a chain over our car,and we were unable to leave. it took a good 15 minutes for anyone to come help us, and we were late to our appointment. And the person who came to remove the chain was rude and belligerent.

Nice rooms for a long term stay, enough space to separate out a bit. Good size bedroom and living room. Decent amount of counter space in the kitchen too. Amazon locker right outside the front door was convenient for any extras needed during our stay.

24 hours Starbucks coffee and ice water station!
They have flavored coffee creamer in the pumps if you're a creamer lover which is so convenient. There's a little mini grocery store in the lobby for people with the kitchenettes who want late night meals to cook themselves Proximity and view of convention center was perfect. There is quite an uphill walk from the link station, though it is short but steep, if you're not used to hilly areas. Those traveling into the area from the airport via the link train with a lot of luggage may struggle a bit. Will absolutely stay again

great location
we stayed in a suite, one bedroom with king bed and a living room with a sofa. we traveld with an 18yr so the separet rooms was wonderful. planty of space for everyone. breakfast was nice.location is great. lots of restaurans within 15-20 mi easy walk.

This is an okay hotel in general. It’s clean and enough and comfortable. We think having a kitchenette was very convenient. Getting to the hotel and parking the car in front of it to check in is very inconvenient. I guess that’s what you get in downtown! Personal opinion, but the long narrow hallway-I found was very creepy!

Awesome place to stay if you want to see Seattle. Walking distance to so many places We just booked a room and not a suite. Very adequate for us with a microwave and refrigerator. Hot breakfast tomorrow

The hotel itself and the management of it were excellent! We will stay here again. However, we are from out of town and got very lost trying to find our way around. We went to a Seahawks game, and got lost on the train. Had to call an Uber. We then just took an Uber back to the hotel. My daughter is medically fragile and can’t walk far. The homeless population a block away made us feel unsafe too. But I know that is out of the control of the hotel. The police showed up quickly though and made them move. The only complaint with the hotel room is that we couldn’t cool the room off enough which made for an uncomfortable sleep. It was hot and muggy. We are from Spokane where it is more dry and hotter and not muggy. We loved our stay though! Loved the design of the room. The fully furnished kitchen. It was like a one bed room apartment. We loved it! Thank you for excellent customer service. We loved the desk attendants that checked us in. The manager was super sweet, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I hope you guys are paying her very well. She deserves every penny!

The room and kitchen was clean, and there was plenty of space. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool was closed for maintenance. The bathroom sink in our room failed to drain for a few hours so that’s disappointing. Otherwise, all good.

First night went to room and fans were placed everywhere. Quickly found out the air conditioning didn’t work. Temp 85 degrees at 11pm. Moved to second room. Downgrade in room type. Keys didn’t work. Back down to lobby. Get into my second room and turn over pillow and there is a bug crawling across pillow. On to 3rd room of the night and another downgrade. I walk in and AC doesn’t work again. I was too exhausted to switch another time that night. They were suppose to move me the next day to my originally booked suite but wasn’t available until after 4pm even though manager said she would try and get me a room early. Manager never called me despite leaving my number several times asking for call back. I was in Seattle for less than two days and it was miserable.

Air conditioner was not working, and the front desk said they were working on it. Fans were sent to are room. My Husband is disabled and we request a Handicap room and their were none, I requested a shower chair several times and was told they would bring it up to the room and never received one. Will never stay in Homewood hotel again.

Pool down long-term for engineering issues
Pool is down long-term for engineering issues. The frustrating part with this is we weren't alerted of this before our stay. We weren't alerted of this when we checked in. We were alerted of this on our second day when we went to use the pool.
This is deliberately done to keep you at the property when they refuse to provide the amenities promised with the booking (non-refundable in our case), but don't alert you until you ask.
The hotel itself is on the older side and requires maintenance. The room was quite worn (tattered carpet, flooring that was separating).
The breakfast buffet was OK (eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, oatmeal), however not up to what other Homewood Suites offer in terms of variety. The evening social (crackers, cheese, fruit, cookies) was a single day and again, not up to what other Homewood suites offer (who offer hot dishes as part of it and on multiple days).
Overall, I would hesitate to stay here again. It is an older and lesser maintained Homewood Suites but offers nothing in the way of amenities that other Homewood Suites offer. I also do not appreciate the deception with the pool, I should have been advised about this at check-in and offered the ability to switch hotels.

Plunger left on kitchenette counter
The good: The bed was comfortable and the evening/night staff were wonderful.
The bad: We came into town for the Taylor Swift concert night two and expected lots of delays with things given the circumstances. We were told that day that we were fine to check in any time after 2:00. We arrived at 3:30 and were told the room wasn’t ready. No big deal, the from desk people said the guaranteed check in time was 4:00 p.m.. That time came and went. At 4:30 we were given another room. Once we arrived it wasn’t the suite I reserved and had no pull out sofa. Called the front desk and was told they would get us the correct room. Finally got to the correct room and there was a plunger left on the kitchenette counter, the bathroom door didn’t close all the way and it looked like someone had tried to open one of the doors & ripped the knob off then just placed it back on there. All in all spending 475.00 plus parking for one night was incredibly disappointing.

We booked it for the family to use the pool, have parking included and good wifi. with air conditioning and breakfast included. non of those things worked out for my family! we had to pay $200 USD extra on arrival for no pool, no a/c, (the room had 2 fans) and we had to pay $50 p/day for parking. There was only G/F toast and fruit cup for us at breakfast, while our family watched everyone else eat waffles, sausages etc... The desk clerk said he would refund our extra cost...we are still waiting. So....Do they lie on line and in person too? Otherwise friendly people worked there, easy to walk to pike market if you don't mind walking through the crack smoking vagrants on pike st.

I called weeks before to make sure I had adjoining rooms since I did reserve two rooms, also access to the pool. Which by the time I checked in, it turns out the hotel new their pool was not accessible. Parking spots were way to small as well.

Dirty smelly room. Pool and hot tub closed. The TV did not work and no one came to fix it. The AC was set to 78 and no one came to fix it even after I called 3 times. Believe the horrible reviews of the property. I didn’t and I had a terrible stay.

NEEDS REPAIR
They did not have the room ready for the scheduled check in so we had to go about our plans (dinner and a concert) with out being able to get ready. Plus all of the so called extras like the pool and game room were a disaster. Pool was green, video game machines broke, and pool table is trash. don't market to families if all of your amenities are broken. Be honest dry place to sleep with good pillows. The pillows are the nicest thing about this place

Easy to walk to attractions, shopping , restaurants and transportation. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with plenty of seating in an attractive setting. They had a complimentary cocktail hour on Wednesday afternoon with appetizers, which was nice. The service was friendly but took 3 times asking for fresh towels before they came. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The tables in the living room were a little beat up but overall it was large, clean spce to hang out. On the negative side, the parking was expensive and really tight. And the hot tub and pool were out of service.

Great location. For the price of the room parking should be included. Parking is an additional $50 per night and spots are tight. Some half finished repairs and wear and tear, parking garage trash looked as if it hadn't been removed for a month.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but what can you expect from free/microwaved breakfast. The area surrounding the property wasn't the greatest. If you've never been to Seattle, be prepared to walk the hills! They are treacherous!!

In the span of one stay, the TV in the main living room shuts off on its own, windows are broken, A/C is broken (on a hot day), no amenities besides the gym were 'available'. There were missing weights too. Breakfast was average, but some of the milk was chunky. I saw an arrest right outside my room on the 9th floor in the morning (which requires 2 elevators to get to). Both elevators were nerve-rackingly shakey. I have half a mind of make a formal complain to Hilton, since i have stayed at many of their properties often, and this was worse than any hotel i have ever been at in my life. I also almost got robbed immediately outside the premise.

There was a huge water leak from the kitchenette, so the carpet in the sitting area was completely soaked and the laminate floors were peeling up. When we asked for help, the maintenance guys came in to pull out the dishwasher and had to turn the water off to the sink, but that did not fix the leak which was coming up from underneath the floor. We were told that there were no alternative rooms until late on our last night when we were on our way out to a concert (the room was convenient to the Paramount theater). This gave us no time to switch rooms. We then asked for extra towels and blankets to cover the sopping wet floor, no less than 3 times before someone actually came to help us. Needles to say, we will not be staying there again.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. My experience with the check-in process was extremely unpleasant, to say the least. When we arrived at 2 pm, we were told that our room would be ready in 30-90 minutes, and we were given a key card for the garage. However, after waiting for two hours in the garage, we still did not receive a text message notifying us that our room was ready.
When I went down to the lobby to inquire about our room, I found that there were about 15 people waiting to check in, with only one person working at 4 pm on a Saturday. After waiting in line for 15 minutes with no movement, I decided to go back to my car with my luggage trolley, hoping that I would receive a text message by the time I unloaded my bags. Unfortunately, no text message arrived, and at 4:30 pm, we still had not received any notification.
Furthermore, the "temporary" key card that we were given did not work to get into the hotel, and we were stuck in the garage with our luggage unloaded. When I called the hotel front desk to report the issue, the receptionist put me on hold for 15 minutes, and when I called again, she hung up on me after making a snarky comment about my problem.
After being stuck in the garage for a total of 3 hours, I finally decided to walk the 6 floors back to the front desk to inquire about checking in. I did not mention that I had been hung up on earlier, but the receptionist was still indifferent and rude.

Booked for 1 night for 6 for a birthday and our stay was uncomfortable on every aspect.
The suite given had a broken thermostat that made our room 80 . It was super uncomfortable to the point half my party left in the middle of the night to find another hotel to stay in. Windows do not crack open and due from the heat the windows were foggy. Front desk not answering our calls nor no help in trying to fix the situation and not compensated. We paid and stayed in a sauna. Also parking garage is very tight and lacked parking with no warning prior to getting a ticket and getting stuck inside. To exit, their machine was broken all weekend requiring a worker to come out and let everyone out. Front desk lady was very very mad when she had to come out when half my party was leaving to a different hotel. The stay here was super inconvenient

Starters, we were given the wrong room so had to get moved, than we were told the wrong time for breakfast, the parking garage is a joke for SUVs. My rims got scratched because of how narrow the turns and stuff are in the garage. Definitely not worth 50$+ tax a night for parking. Won't be staying again.

The room was good and cleaned. The service was not really good.
We arrived at 2.30pm and the guy at the front desk seemed like he didn’t have any idea about what he had to do. He said the our room wasn’t ready, and it was fine, but he said that the room would be ready in 1 hour. So we decided to wait in the lobby. (No one told us that could leave the bags there, or offered a coffee or water, or that we could wait in the lobby.) In the meantime for every check in he did, the room was ready. After 1 hour we were still waiting and when I asked if our room would be ready soon, he told me that it took another half hour.
We knew that the time for the room was 4pm because we read the policy on the website. So why this guy didn’t tell us immediately “your room will be ready at 4pm”? We waisted a lot of time.
When we came back at 6.30pm the room was ready but the fan in the room made a very loud noise. So we had to ask for maintenance. Overall the experience wasn’t good. Our advice (both of us are working in hotel and customers service) to provide a good customers service are always paying attention on details. Greet your guests in a different way because it seemed like you don’t care about your guest’s experience.

Nice hotel, parking less than ideal
We enjoyed our stay and overall it was a good hotel. However the parking garage situation was quite frustrating. There was no check-in parking available so we had to drive in the garage before check-in. The gate wasn't working properly and we required assistance from the front desk. The vehicle in front of us and the one behind did as well so it wasn't just us. We parked our vehicle and didn't use it again til checkout 2 days later. Similar problem exiting the garage, which necessitated 2 trips to the lobby to get fixed (all while trying to leave and not block other guests). So, stressful arrival and departure but otherwise a good hotel.

We stayed here to go to the Paramount Theatre. Very easy walk from hotel. The room was small but nice. Bed was comfortable. The parking garage was very cramped, small spaces and difficult to maneuver around. Housekeeping knocked on our door around 8am to see when we would be leaving and then came in to the room around an hour later. I engaged the deadbolt to stop it from happening again. That was pretty annoying since check out time is noon.

Great convenient location
Very nice hotel and very convenient location. It was the perfect choice as well we chose this because we had concert tickets at a theater a block away. And we wanted easy access to the freeway in the morning which we did.

We had to switch rooms on the first night due to the refrigerator motor saying and making a continuous ruckus. The water was shut off on our second morning so we vacated and moved to a different hotel at that point.

We liked that the location had breakfast each day and larger rooms with a full kitchen but the hot-tub and clubhouse were both closed for the second and last day we were there for maintenance. We also woke up to no water and we’re not able to take showers. Overall the place was in a good location but needs some work.

HOWEVER what l have a problem now ( and while l checked out) it’s my bill !
I don’t usually check my bank statements and charges till the end of the month !
But while l was there l notes extra charges on my card ( l stated 2 nights ) they charge 3
So I asked the person to fix it !
He was not in a rush to fix the issue!
He did refunded my money but it will be a hold for 4 days on it ! So I did not trust him so l asked for receipts !
I came home relax then l double check my charges ! So it was again charged an extra night ( same day he refunded my money )it was charged back )
So l called and it seems it was the same person that l had checked in and l hade checked out and he refunded my money !
I explained that the extra charge he seems annoyed about it ! So l said l checked out on the 7th and the charges are on the 8th he said it seems that some one checked a different room while you are here ! I said l checked out on the 7th I have recipes! So he said he will refund it and it will be in hod for 4 days ! So l paid double deposit also ! ( l get it 2 reservations) but l an in Las Vegas and now l have to double check their work !!

a maintenance guy came into our room at 10:30 pm without knocking. he was wearing a hoodie and it was not evident he was staff. my daughter was traumatize. Next morning the front service manager said the general manager does not work on Friday's, could not provide a card for the person and generally was of little help.

No Smart TV’s Here!
This hotel is a 10 min walk to Pike Market and is comfortable and clean. We wanted a night away, ate some good food nearby and then turned in with the hope of streaming a movie. This hotel DOES NOT have smart TV’s!! I’ve been to 2 star hotels that have smart TV’s. There were about 40 channels with nothing to watch. So we watched from our phones. Kinda lame!

It’s sooooo old. Everything is so out dated. Our room smelled like mold. And the they sprayed some kind of fabreeze that just gave me a headache all night. Had to sleep with all the windows cracked. It was cold :(. The parking garage is hell and the gates didn’t work. Had to pick them up on my own and pull them up to drive out. Ugh. Need a refund. Was a very hard experience with kids. Add a few extra bucks and get something nice. You won’t regret it

Customer service was excellent. Entering the lobby was very eye appealing which is a but misleading when you entered your room. We had to make the pull out bed, which we were not expecting - no big deal. We needed extra towels because of having 5 ppl in our room. The cleaning carts were stored in our hall at night which made it easy to grab extra as needed. I did hope all the towels we grabbed off the cart were clean. Yes, I would stay again. Overall the rooms were decent and location was great. The breakfast was good, my teens approved.

Kwaku, the PR supervisor, made our stay great! He is very friendly and accommodating and made our stay comfortable. HILTON is lucky to have an employee like him. If I can take one star out, that is they did not make us check in when we arrived. The hotel doesn't seem fully booked and they still made is wait until 4pm to check in.

William, the front desk manager, was helpful and calm during the winter weather occurring in the area that day and the effects it had on staffing. My room door got stuck and he quickly helped me regain entry to my room. Parking spaces are small but the garage is secure.

Great Reception
Happy to stay here, it all started with a great check in experience, Bianca Cox went above and beyond to make sure we will enjoy our days in Seattle. Our room was ready earlier, clean and comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and it was in our room in a blink of an eye. Extremely recommend this place.

ON-SITE PARKING
The hotel itself was great. The on-site parking is very limited and geared for compact cars. The AVIS people feel like they have priority over the garage and don't really care about anything but accommodating their customers.
