It served a purpose
Toilet appeared to have been used Bed was not comfortable. Reserved room was a king with sofa bed, got king with a chair.
Stay was to ensure easy trip to airport on an inclement weather morning.

Don’t stay here
1st Room had no hand towels or face cloths We called to get some and they never came. Room didn’t have a fresh clean smell. Sticky bathroom floor. We switched rooms. The 2nd room didn’t have any face cloths either. They did bring some. Upon checking out our receipt showed a purchase that we didn’t do. After they debated they said they would credit it but they would have to do a further investigation.

Overpriced convenience
Way too much money for an airport hotel. Boiling hot water only in the sink and no sound on half the TV channels. When I talked to the front desk about the TV sound, they knew about the problem. No complimentary breakfast. No nearby restaurants to speak of (because it’s almost on airport property) but the overpriced bowls of chili and chowder from the hotel restaurant were tasty. The airport shuttle was helpful and efficient.

This Marriott bills itself as a "Airport Hotel" and it delivered. I cleared customs and baggage claim at 2300 hrs Monday with a 0600 flight the next morning. The Marriot shuttle picked me up. I was registered and in my room by 2335. The room was not fancy but was clean and comfortable. I checked out at 0400 Tuesday and was delivered to my departure terminal 25 minutes later. The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. They gave me what I was looking for.

Shuttle to airport was the best part of the stay - very courteous and helpful driver. Noisy highway, older building and furnishings, apathetic receptionist.

We waited no less than 20 minutes to be seated. Waitresses were very rude, didn’t recognize us waiting. There was a lot of open seating. Very few patrons in the restaurant. We stayed there both sides of our trip, ate there morning and evening always the same. Expensive and very poor service. Thus desperately needs to be addressed.

Sad for the price paid
Non- smoking room smelled strongly of a dirty ash tray. Moved us to another room that also smelled of smoke but a little less offensive. A/C didn't work correctly and had to have maintenance fix it. Found a man's shavings in the sink, and when we went to bed, the sheet was on top of the comforter that I am sure hundreds of people have had on them without being washed.

This is an excellent place if you're interested in mean faces checking you in. Go to the restaurant and get a second helping of mean. Also, why have the bathroom sink in the entrance way of the room instead of in the bathroom? Makes zero sense.

Only issue was, I temporarily needed a wheelchair as the Scooter used on the cruise ship had to be left on the ship. The wheelchair didn't have foot rests. Normally that may not be an issue, however, at 6'3", my long legs dragging on the floor made an issue getting around. Don't get me wrong, I was happy to have the chair and understand "why" the foot rests are missing. Most likely keeps the chairs from disappearing. Overall a good experience. Front desk attendants are super!!!!!!!

Great service to and from airport. The desk clerk was especially helpful, recommended perfect Italian restaurant and the hotel shuttle took us to the restaurant and picked us up after dinner. Perfect ending to our trip.

Came for a concert at TD Garden. Compared other hotels and picked this one based on reviews and free parking. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was easy to get everywhere. My only complaint was with the sliding barn bathroom doors- ours wouldn’t latch shut. It was just us so it was ok, but may be an issue for others. Beds very comfortable. Great overall stay. Worth the price.

Great hotel! Stayed for the night so we could attend a concert at the TD Garden. The only complaint is that the bathroom doors are sliding and ours wouldn’t latch because the wall had worn away where it closed. It was just mand and my son, so it was ok…but might be uncomfortable for others. Clean rooms and friendly staff! Highly recommend.

It took 3 trips to the front desk to get a card that worked to access our assigned room. Only to learn the assigned room had someone else in it! Receptionist was nice until we showed up the 3rd time asking for a room that we could access. She made it seem like it was our fault!

I sent my son to stay there in btw his international flight to Spain. I picked this hotel because of shuttle and restaurant service. I’m soooo upset that it took the shuttle 2 hours to pick him up from the airport which meant the restaurant was closed. I had to DoorDash him food which he didn’t get till 1am. We got no apologies no partial room credit nothing to say we will
Make it right for you. Shame on you. I will never book here again. There were other things, but it’s not worth explaining.

Overall stay was ok.
Overall our stay was ok. We arrived and checked in as we’re attending a family wedding close by. We didn’t receive our goody bags from the happy couple until we returned from the wedding. Room was pretty clean, pillows could be more comfortable, and our shower tub wouldn’t drain.

This is good for one night near the airport. The room is large and the bed is comfy. That covers it. It's an old building and is quite worn. We could hear people talking in the hall and next room. Not so clean either- hair on the floor in the bath. Staff was nice and efficient, and so was the server in the dining room. The dining experience was nice.

I checked in beside another customer who was also checking in. He was asked if he wanted a couple of bottles of water. I was not asked, but when I asked them, I was told they had water to buy. Hmm?
