Lovely Visit
This is a beautiful property with very helpful and attentive staff. Any issues we had were completely personal - the room was overly warm so we had to open a window at night (which was loud, being on a major road in Boston). The room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The Hotel reception staff are very friendly. Emille in the front desk gave us a very early check in room which saved our first day of the trip as we could get a good rest. He is kind and helpful and I am glad that we chose this beautiful hotel with such a friendly staff. Can't wait to come back.

Nice clean property. Check in was not friendly especially giving any information about the property amenities. Would not have taken long for receptionist to spend some time on checking in. Seemed rushed but there was no one behind us waiting and another at front desk. Rooms on Harbour side not so quiet especially in am with boat horns going off. Would choose city side.

We had a room with an ocean/harbor view but at first it was a view of a large building in front of the harbor...the room was nice though...we asked to be moved and they moved us to a room with a much better view but the room was not as nice...two outlets not working, one lamp not working, neither TV HDMI input was working for connecting a roku device and some of the furniture was damaged. While the bathroom was clean the floor, especially in the corners was not....the first room was much better but the view was much worse....trade off's I guess...

Room was in ok condition, found long hairs in the shower. Some of the towel hangers were broken along with the toilet paper hanger. Not what you would expect for the room price. As a Gold member we were not upgraded, we were told there were no rooms available but looking online there was plenty. Overall the staff was very friendly.

It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was very helpful and polite. Everyone was extremely friendly. However, I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't offer a complimentary breakfast. Dining there was quite expensive, but we did it out of convenience. I think a complimentary breakfast should be offered from a complimentary menu specific to people staying in the hotel. They should also have a discounted menu. Just my opinion.

Everything was absolutely outstanding. Very courteous, friendly, courteous staff. Great room with an incredible view of the harbor. Overall I believe this was our best hotel experience (and we've stayed at some pretty decent hotels)!

We came here for our 20th anniversary and i had requested several items to be in the room before we arrived. When we entered the room it was above my expectations along with the wonderful dinnet at the seafood grill and the entire staff was made aware it was our anniversary. Great night

We had an amazing time , me my wife and our 3 kids ( 7 year old and our twins , 3 years of Age ) we loved the stay and our kids aswell , room service was beyond our expectations and our room had an amazing view , the staff was so grateful and polite, everything is at walking distance , we will come again and stay

Not our first stay and definitely not our last. Hard to find more friendly and competent staff. The room was more than comfortable and the view was classic Boston!! The front desk attendant Andy was over the top in service and advice for suggestions. He saved me $80. in parking fees at the adjacent garage.

We arrived early and I am not expecting any available room. I’m glad there’s one and it has an incredible view. The area is over the top, spectacular and the view is amazing. Walking distance to a lot of places. It’s my first time to go to Boston and I guess not the last. All the staff were courteous and helpful. This place is perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is just great. The location is great. The view on the harbor side is worth the price. The beds are super lovely. The staff were all very professional and provided high quality service. Overall, great place to stay, and to us worth it to splurge on for a couple nights.

We had the most wonderful stay at the hotel for Christmas. However on Christmas day we had an early flight. They had called us a cab the night before to have it planned. No cab arrived. We felt stranded and stressed. Luckily we were able to get an Uber. Perhaps they could have other arrangements for people when the cab companies do not arrive
