My husband and I were very happy with this place . The rooms were very clean and had a pleasant smell. The staff was friendly. Steve came to greet us and was always available.The area seemed safe. We enjoyed the pool , the water temperature was perfect. We recommend the stay here. We will definitely return. We rate it 10/10 Excellent ! Jeanette and Chris

Location was wonderful- can walk everywhere. Nice to have crowd in their own rooms. There were 18 of us from
Newfoundland. Only problem was the owner was irate when all showed up! He was extremely rude and nasty as we showed up at 10 am from cruise. Which I informed him they would be arriving earlier than I would be. It was not a good way to start our 3 day stay. He was more pleasant during stay .

It,was a horrible place and the owner left a lot to be desired .They advertise a swimming pool but you actually have to go across the street and up a ways to use the owners pool in his back garden which isn't very comfortable to do.

The room was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for simple meals if we had wanted to cook something. The pool was just outside our room. The area around the pool had chairs and tables as well as a grill.

Rather disappointing sorry to say
An unexpected delay with our door lock not working started a rather average stay at Casitas. While we took the time to find a place to eat nearby the employee in charge did not text me when the door lock was fixed as he said he would - so we stayed away for 1.5 hours. When fixed we entered a spacious room but rather dated. Discovered as we stayed for 2 days was a very dirty floor and bathroom that should be remodeled - cracks in the tub and shower nozzle only dripped, no pressure. We were told that no other rooms were available to move too - but it certainly didn’t look like it regarding only a few cars parked out front. Too many unfortunate issues…

Nice location. Target and other shopping basically across the street. Owner was very helpful and worked with us to arrange a late check in. The room was very clean and basic. Could’ve used a few more outlets. They use a cleaning product with a strong smell.

Perfect 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with pool!!!
This place is a hidden gem! Super quaint, quiet, comfortable....we have a party of five and had a two bedroom duplex unit that felt like home. A full kitchen, living room, two bedroom, two bathroom and right outside the unit, the swimming pool!! Perfect!!! The price is great and beats any other hotel in the aea. Food is around the area, the beach two blocks away. Can't say enough good things about this place. If we venture this way again in the futur, we will choose this property over all of the ,$300 + places in the area.

Stayed in unit #26. Was like a little apartment to a solo traveller, great. Didn't have a car however was able to walk to beach (around 20 minutes) walk to shopping center (around 5 minutes) along with multiple restaurants. However did cook some meals as the supplies were there after doing a little grocery shopping. Was clean, bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. Everything worked. Great lounging area for reading. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would return if the opportunity came up. Only negative was the noisy air conditioner - but ear plugs helped.

We showed up several hours prior to our reservation and they were very accommodating. They let us in the room to put our stuff away and gave us immediate access to 1/2 of the reservation - I am very grateful. The property is well maintained. We stayed to go to an Inter Miami game which was like 7 miles away (20min). Left very early in the morning. Very quiet and convenient.

The office staff was so kind and accommodating! Let us keep our luggage in the office while we waited for our flight later! Room was clean and so cute! Perfect for our girls trip! Ubers are so easily available and the beach is so close! The pool

Gem of a Secret!!!
This little gem of a secret boutique hotel/motel is my new favorite in FL. Due to an after 5 arrival and early departure, I never actually saw the staff but they communicated really well. Easy check in and check out! This place reminded me of the 60’s style motels but had all modern amenities and stylish furnishings. Living, kitchen, bath and a cozy bedroom made it a great choice for me! Lots of room.

Beds were very uncomfortable! No Wine/beer for VIP thing. No biggie! . My problem shower never got hot! So if bed is comfy shower works good? The rest of issues are workable! Those 2 were not good! Tried to use grill
No gas then after asking for gas the next night grill still inoperable! Loved the room configuration tho..I just didn’t know lay of the land. I do now and know where I will be staying next time. I know it’s a small place but don’t act like it’s inconvenient to help the customers. You are a customer service facility.. I have 500 employees and if 1 is not happy none are happy! Still had a great time in Ft Laudi!!

A taste of Old Florida
Amazing stay! I can't stop talking about it. I was a solo traveler as my hubby was on a guy's trip. Anyway, I felt super comfortable and Gary, who checked me in, was fantastic. The casitas are located in a neighborhood which was great. The room was well appointed and bath updated. The large patio and pool across the way were excellent places to make friends with the other guests. We enjoyed chatting with each other every day. It was right out of a photo of how "old Florida" used to be. I loved it and felt sad when I left. I'd highly recommend it. You can't go wrong and it will leave a mark on your heart.

The place was very cute and clean. Unfortunately my stay was interrupted by another guest who was upset that I was talking and laughing at 12:30 in the morning. I was not loud at all but because the air conditioner was not running to block the sound I guess she could hear everything. It was creepy how she came to my door and threaten me. The next morning she put her music on loud in my direction and laughed as I walked by. Again very creepy. Other than that the room was very nice!

Just Wonderful!
We spent one night at Casitas on March 11, 2024 and we're so happy we chose this boutique inn. It was perfect - clean, quaint and cozy. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious with nice amenities. The pool area was well maintained and private - like being in someone's backyard. Staff was very friendly and available for anything we might have needed. We were even upgraded to a suite - just a wonderful experience!

Everything about our stay was comfortable, location was only a 15 mins walk to the beach, a shopping plaza 1 mins walk, lots of restaurants and activities within walking or driving distance. Our room was big and spacious, a quiet area. We would definitely come back and stay at Casitas again.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite that had a full kitchen and living room/dining room area. It was located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The pool area was beautiful! The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again!

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for 3 nights. The location is outstanding as it is a block to a shopping mall and grocery store and a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is safe. There are plenty of good restaurants to walk to. I loved the charming decor and how clean my casita was. The public patio is well maintained and lovely. I highly recommend this gem of a boutique hotel.

This is a small property, you can almost drive up to your door. We stayed 1 night in a small room but it was adequate and the bed was comfortable. There is TV, Internet, fridge and so close to a mall you could walk in 5 min.
The owner was very accommodating and friendly and showed us the restaurant across the back alley where we got a good lunch. They also serve breakfast. There is a pool where we hung out for a couple hours. Great stay. Good price and we will probably come again…thanks N& W

Great place to stay!
Really like staying at Casita! The location is so easy to get to shops, food, water! The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was small but we weren’t in it much. Beds and pillows were a little soft for me but comfortable and clean! The other guests were super friendly too! We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect stay. Beyond our expectation. What a gem. Up until I turned 88yrs. 01/19/2023 we always made our casino run in one day, 2.5hrs down then 4-6 hrs. play time ( I don't plays only the wife) then 2.5 hrs. back home. Found Casitas Coral Ridge. This will be our go to place from now on. Clean, quiet, great staff, great location, great parking, safe and secure, can't say anything negative.

Gary at the front desk was hilarious and full of joy. I did not catch the other gentleman's name, but he was equally as lovely and kind. They both worked hard to help me check in early for my stay. The room was cozy and immaculate, no bugs, no leaks.The bathroom was modern and spotless. The bed was an old spring bed and very firm. I didnt mind tho, i found it nostalgic 😄, but i can see how others may not find it comfortable. The plugs and surge protectors were exposed and very old. The ac unit worked beautifully keeping my room very cold, unfortunately it was extremely loud and was accompanied by a high pitch whistling. Luckily, it was pretty cool in FL right now so i turned the unit off to get some quiet.The listing says the rooms are sound-proofed, but this is not so. From other guests partying, playing music in their room, to the other guest blaring their tv until 2am, i could hear everything. I ended up turning on the AC again to drown out the noise from the other guests, and it worked🙃! The chair in the room at the table was old and rickety along with the bed frame. Also the windows need privacy curtains. Currently there are just big horizontal blinds and anyone with the nerve to look can see inside your room. Overall, i do think it is a nice and comfortable place to stay with literally the kindest staff ive met in a hotel in a very long time. I would stay here again, but i do feel the smaller details could be adressed to truly make this place the perfect place to stay

Remodeled bathroom, small room, pest problem
This was my first time staying at this hotel. I am pretty low maintenance when it comes to hotels, as long as the room and property is clean and quiet, I am usually fine. The room was advertised as a small room and it was as advertised. The bathroom was recently remodeled and clean. The room needs some work as it appears there was no attention paid to the arrangement of furniture or the space. The refrigerator was a good size. The location was also good. Upon arriving, I opened up the first room I was assigned and saw a large cockroach on the ceiling. I asked to be moved to another room and management moved me. But, seeing that made me wonder if I would see another one the rest of he trip.

The only thing I would have liked were curtains on the windows and door. They use blinds All rooms are on the first floor. It’s easy for someone who really wants to, see inside your room. I put beach towels over my windows. I was pleased with everything else. I liked having microwave and fridge and updated bathroom.

The property was clean and communication with them was solid. The room was very small, more akin to a hotel in Europe. We were only there for one night, so it was not a problem. There is a breakfast place about 200 feet away, which was good and convenient.

We had a little trouble finding the place so I called the office during regular business hours but no one answered and there was no way to leave a message. This caused a little stress since we needed to check in and immediately leave to meet some people. We realized we were about a block away but we were in a residential area and saw nothing that looked like a hotel. The staff did call my number back about 5 minutes later when we were right in front of the motel. Once we found the place, we discovered it's surroundings to be very nice and parking was right in front of our room. The room was small but comfortable and inviting. It was strange to have large windows on two sides of the room that looked out to a hallway and patio. Thank goodness for the blinds! There is a pool advertised but it was hard to find as well. Later I found out it was across the street in what looked like someone's home. There was no one in the office at 9:30am next morning. At around 9:50am we needed to leave to catch our flight home. There was still no one in the office and no place to drop off the key. At 10am an employee and I think the owner arrived. They were both very nice. He confirmed that the pool was across the street and that there was a door with a code to get in. That could have been marked more clearly. We chose this motel based on price, location near the soccer stadium and the pictures on line. Cute place, friendly staff. Perfectly imperfect. I wish we'd had one more day to explore.

Just a great place to stay!
I always try and stay here when I come down to FTL, even moving dates around. The place is well kept, the pool is in the sun and quiet. The whole area is quiet, but very close to the beach, US1, restaurants, etc. It works perfectly for me, a solo traveler. The suite is awesome, too!
