Brian who checked me in was very kind and thorough.
Beeping in the wee hours of morning woke me up. Then when I woke later in the morning due to bed by cold, I figured that was what the beeping was; the heat system not working.
2 bulbs were out; one in room, one in bathroom . I had to switch a couple bulbs to make it convenient for my purposes.
There wasn’t a menu for the restaurant, not any local menus available in my room. I also didn’t find the hotel dining menu available online; I likely would have ordered from my room as I didn’t want to go anywhere.
The hotel was under construction; this really didn’t have a negative impact on my stay.
The bedding smelled nice and the towels were big a fluffy; both of which were appreciated.

We prefer a fan in bathroom. Water from shower hits you when you turn it on, cold water. In room coffee sucks, A biggie here, continental breakfast cost 8.50!! Coffee in lobby was free!

Terrible Experience!!
The first room we got felt like someone slept on the beds before we came in. We changed the room but the beds were not well done. The bedsheets looked very old and rooms stinky. We didn't even feel like taking showers. The mattress springs were bothering the whole night on one side of bed, could not sleep properly. Completely mismanaged and dirty. Never recommend to anyone.

Not the worst for a bargain but not worth it.
I’m very easy going and can overlook small things, but this hotel did not meet expectations. Common area and room
smelled weird. Cross between skunk covered up with cheap perfume. Floor was not vacuumed in our room with visible debris. Finally housekeeping knocked on our door with the DND sign starting at 9am- checkout was noon.
Would stay again, I went with least expensive night thinking it’s just one night how bad can it be- well it wasn’t good.

Chose to spend a night at Hilton while in town visiting friends. Had a smooth check in, a clean room and checked out the next morning after a good nights rest. Lighting in the room was suboptimal, but all fixtures worked fine

Hello,had a problem with the noise coming from the room above us at 11pm and 5am.Also had a problem with the toilet not flushing properly.I had to keep lifting the lid to fix the chain in the toilet.Informed the front desk and they seemed indifferent to the situation and just said they were sorry about the situation.I am a Hilton honors member and not sure if I want to continue with that status.

There was a stale smell when we entered the room. And what’s with the 3 pillows? Why not an even number like 4? The Holiday Inn provides 4.

The hotel was fine. I was frustrated to be charged additional fees for bringing my pet. I had selected that I was traveling with a pet and thought the price I had quoted was including that. Had I known I was going to be a charged an extra fee on top of an already higher room fee I would have stayed elsewhere. There are similar hotels in the area for less. I also found it strange that there is breakfast right in the lobby but it is only for Diamond members. I saw people getting breakfast and then being chased after for their room number so they could be charged and there were not any signs there would be a charge. It seems like it was another way to assess additional charges to people. I prefer to stay in hotels with transparent pricing.

I enjoyed staying at this property. It has most of the amenities I needed. I was a little disappointed in the lack of some good customer service. I called the front desk to ask for bedding to put on the fold out couch. They told me I would have to go down to the front desk to get it myself. I feel like the bedding should have been in the room before we arrived or someone should have brought it up to me.

Had to switch rooms right after we arrived. Walked into the first room to what smelled like extreme body odor. Second room was a little better, but after trying to sleep noticed the bedding had a bad smell to it as well. While checking out I over heard guests reporting the same issues to the front desk.

Parking area is quiet and separated from the main road, well maintained. Lobby and room very clean. Refrigerator makes clicking noises throughout the night though.

Arrived very late so never had the chance to indulge with the bar or restaurant or pool but wouldn’t mind trying to stay there again - room was comfy & snacks were in abundance - staff was polite & helpful just wished I experienced all the amenities they offered

The hotel room was overall dirty. Stains in the bedding as well as the towels were very dirty. The mini fridge was filled with spilled liquids. The carpet was not vacuumed. The elevator needs to be checked asap!

The facility was very clean and well maintained.
The hotel did not have a daily cleaning schedule. But indicated that cleaning and additional Bedding towels, etc were available on request.
The area is located near to many dining and shopping venues. I would highly recommend staying there.

While the hotel was clean and staff very nice, the chlorine in the pool was so high that you couldnt stay swimming too long, and the price you pay youd think they could offer free breakfast.

AC was not cool. Turning on shower was impossible not to get wet with a cold dose of water.. Stupid design. Need to have access to turn shower on without getting wet..

The staff was very nice and helpful. The first room I was given smelled really bad. It reminded us of a high school locker room smell. They were very nice and got us a new room with no issues. That room was better but still had a slight smell.

Hotel was outdated. Elevator was old and sometimes didn’t take you to the right floor after getting stuck for a minute or two. Room was decent but not a typical Hilton Garden Inn quality.

I have visited this hotel many times and it is always clean, quiet, and well appointed. It is in close proximity to a Target store, movie, theater, and several restaurants with easy access to the expressway. The staff is always pleasant and polite. You really can’t go wrong with Hilton.

It was amazing as usual, it's my go to spot for my fiancee and I.
Only issue was, I was told kitchen and bar was open again. Only the kitchen was open (partially)to appetizers. Big disappointment for us since we were celebrating our 6th year together.

Front desk staff when we arrived were super helpful. I had a few issues getting my key to work but staff helped out and got it working for me for the evening and the system was working great by the next day (new battery). Quiet and clean.

Mr. Negative at the Front Desk
First experiences are everything. Front desk Manager when I checked in was Mr. Negative - wasn’t willing to look up my Hilton Honors, made it seem like a chore- discouraged me as I’d booked through a third party app.

Friend gathering

Nice stay!
The staff was extremely nice. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Literally my only issue was that the walls were paper thin, so with a lot of people there on the weekend every time someone walked by our room we could hear it like the door was open

Housekeeping knocked on door at 8am on a Saturday morning…this is unacceptable to me. Parking lot lighting was not good and lighting in room was horrible. Even with all lights on still could not see.

We stayed one night, August 12. Landscaping around hotel is gorgeous and the hotel is located in a safe place. Front desk staff were extremely inviting and helpful. Our room was clean and we slept well. The hairdryer in our room did not work and the coffee maker was not cleaned out from whoever stayed in the room prior to us. Other than that, it was great. We would stay here again.

Great staff. Issues with pool accessibility due to ignorant people taking up the whole pool with inflatable tubes and rafts. Night time had a lot of screaming kids in the halls. Otherwise great place.

Nice, Reasonably Priced Hotel
Nice clean and comfortable hotel; in addition, staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing stopping me from giving a perfect rating is our coffee maker did not work in our room. Also, we were told breakfast was included which was not the case (we paid and it was charged back to our room). But overall nice stay, good value, I would definitely stay there again.
