Pretty decent and clean hotel, parking was easy. Hotel was lacking in certain aspects for a Hilton. Breakfast wasn’t included, my room didn’t have toilet paper when I got in. Weird smell came from the piping in the sink. Would I stay here again, yeah. And overall decent stay, but would stay in a more updated venue if the opportunity arises.

It's an over rated hotel! What they advertise isn't what you get. It was a huge NCAA weekend for UT and the bar was never open. When i asked front desk, they replied with a smirk, "guess bartender didn't come to work today"! How unprofessional! The ice maker didn't work, the remote in room didn't work, the ac unit was hit or miss. Not to mention the beautiful view of the 1st floor rooftop..... would never stay here again.

The bathroom was not clean. There were pubic hairs on the shower shelf and blood on the threshold of the bathroom door. We were not given hand towels and only one towel. There was hair in the drain that was not removed.

Just so so. I expected a little more from the Hilton brand. Common areas were super hot. Break in a sweat just waiting for the elevator. I didn't know they made such little pools, wasn't much bigger than ahot tub.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I have stayed in others in the same price range. This hotel seemed to be a step above, a little more upscale as far as the lobby, check in, fitness area and pool. The room upholstered chair was a little dated. But everything else was great. They gave you a chilled bottle of water when you checked in and every time I left asked if I needed one. They had a cool area to purchase snacks, food like cheese sticks, beer, sodas and other things. They did not have a free breakfast but did have breakfast for purchase, it also looked like they had a bar and other meals which I wasn't around for that.

Love the service by the front desk we had a really good time, I think the only issue we had was when we call the front desk for someone to clean our room and bring more clean towel nobody came we saw the cleaning lady clean all the rooms around us except ours I had to go back downstairs to get clean towels. Other than that issue it was a great stay

Beautiful facility. Excellent front desk staff-Monica.
TV didnt work. Maintenance came. Was a server issue. Couldnt fix. 4 channels available. A/C unit had an inoperable control panel. Maintenance came. I thought he fixed it. Didnt. I froze. Too late & too tired to change rooms. Good bed & pillows. But nubby & worn polyester bedsheets. No fan in the bathroom & no USB ports to plug in laptop or phone. Refrigerator was too warm. My leftovers were ruined. Not hilton caliber. Morning desk clerk was unfriendly.

Restaurant and bar closed. Breakfast nothing like Hilton Garden Inn serves. I have always stayed in Hilton hotels all over US and this was a total let down. Totally dissatisfied.

The property was quiet and safe. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very much at ease during my stay. I also don’t drive so having a bus stop nearby for me to use was also quite convenient. I would stay at The Hilton again.

No fault of the hired help.
Last minute choice to be close to nearby medical facility. Front desk could have used a back up assistant. Waited while guest had to iron out reservation payment. Then the room had inoperable air conditioning and telephones and coffee machine did not work.Concierge was pleasant, helpful and offered a change in room. Apologized it had to be on 3rd floor with only 1 elevator operating if we needed another night stay we would have checked out and looked elsewhere.

The staff, especially Steven, were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our time there and the location worked well for us. My wife forgot her backpack in the lobby one day with her wallet and cash in it and we were thankful that the staff retrieved it and held it for her until later that day. The pool is very small and although we saw it being cleaned, it had a green hue to it that made it unappealing. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here the night before my state board exam and at midnight realized I had forgotten some items for my kit. The staff was so amazing in helping me get those items the next morning I was so grateful for their services. Great facilities, clean, amazing staff.

We thought for the duration of our stay we should have been on the upper level where you often are away from the high traffic noise from downstairs. The bathroom could benefit from a repair with a cracked slab and there is about a 1 1/2 inch gab under the entry door that lets the hallway traffic noise in and light.

There was only 1 coffee pod in room. Had to pay for continental breakfast. Bed was very soft and seemed sagging…difficult to get good sleep.
The cleanliness was very good.
Upon arriving one front desk person was very helpful and friendly, the other person was not.

There were several issues.
Safety was a concern, there is a large homeless population in area. Staff admitted to this being a problem, and that they have security at night to keep them out.
Also, there is a $20 incidentals fee that is not advertised. However they do not accept cash for this fee, Or prepaid gift cards. The fee can only be paid by the person who made the reservation, using their major credit card.
Also, the staff was very rude and unhelpful.

We had a great stay here. Flew in for three days for our brother's wedding and we found the hotel to be very clean, quiet, with a very kind and helpful staff. They even let us extend our check out by one hour!

Every time we visit Austin we started at this hotel. However we are disappointed this time. Our sons love sausages from Terry Blacks restaurant. We drove from Dallas to Austin to get them. My husband left them in the hotel. The front desk was trying to locate them without success. We are certain they are left in our room because we left hotel and drove back to Dallas without touching anything in the car till we got to Dallas when we found the sausages are missing.

Well when we first got there the person at the desk didnt know what they was doing at all it took him 30 mins to check us in he asking me to repeat something over and over kept just dont make no sense at all when it was check out time we notice my card was charge extra for what after the room was paid for online you need more training obviously you dont know what you doing at all

The guy that checked me in was rude and short. He then tried to tell me he did not have the correct PIN number that Expedia was to provide to him and I had to explain that I had no control over that which took some time to figure out then when I got to the room the shower knob was broken and there was no hot water. There was another guest at the property with the same last name as me and they did not pay attention and gave us their room. Once we realized that and told them they said it was because we booked through a third party. I said no i am supposed to have two queens, not a king, something needs to be done. They switched our rooms, and everything seemed fine. The next morning, we go out and come back after lunch. Our key cards don't work. We go ask the front desk and they said they don't know why other guy, not sure who she was referring too but she checked us in, messed up our rooms because there was another guest with my last name and they checked out this morning and y'all are in the wrong room, you're supposed to be in 201 not 401. I said Well you put me in that room, so where is our luggage. She said they didn't touch our things but thought it was weird we left our luggage, then realized what happened. So, she gave us a new key card.and we get back into our room and everything is still there, but nothing was cleaned. So, we did not get fresh linens or toiletries or anything. Very disappointing.

We had a comfortable stay. However, the hotel allowed an extreme right wing newspaper to be prominently displayed near the front desk (free for guests) with headlines which were hurtful to my family members. The clerk explained that a woman drops them off each day. I encourage the hotel management to be more careful about helping to distribute politically motivated publications.

The room was basic. The bed was uncomfortable with mismatched pillows that were flat and old. The remote to the TV was broken and the appliances, lamps, phone, etc were old. The best thing about the place was the location, lots of eating options and close to the highway.

Why am I being disturbed?
Your housekeeping lady kept knocking on my door at 9am and then 9:30am. I was asleep and why was I being disturbed when check out is at noon? If I need toiletries or any service I know what number to call. So yes we were disturbed for no reason.

Nothing was working. Ice machine on my floor, coffee machine in the lobby, and the elevator were all inoperable. Then when I went out and came back, my room key didn’t work so I had to go back down to have it reprogrammed. Do not recommend this location. Hilton seems to have lowered their standards.

It was an average experience staying here. Pipes were leaking, car parking was very small that you need to manage parking suvs in compact car parking areas, cleanliness was average. If you dont have any other better options, this will be okay to manage but not going to be my first option going forward.

Overall okay. Had a lot of photography equipment that you can’t leave in car so needed a kart to take to room. One kart and wheels were messed up. Checking out. No kart at all. Lady said they were all in somewhere in the rooms. Took 4 trips to repack and room was just okay with stains on the couch.

The room had a wierd smell. The window blinds were broken and we had to keep the thick curtains down all the time so we didn't get any sunlight throughout our stay. For getting anything like coffee pods, sugar, soap etc, we had to go downstairs to get from front desk, no room service. Moreover, they ran out of coffee pods for rooms and out of three days we only had coffee for one day in our room.
