Happy Holidays
The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless. We had a room for handicap accessible and it was roomy.
The staff were always so helpful and friendly. We were there 4 nights and it was our home away for sure!

Cook to order better.
We have been staying with Hilton Garden Inn for several years . This is our first at this location. Breakfast here was different. It was buffet where the others were cook to order. I am sure it’s a staffing issue but like cook to order better.

Hilton Garden Inn continues great experiences
Hilton Garden Inn continues the "good experiences". I had made an error in my reservation and they resolved it, no hassle, no problem. Front Desk was always friendly and welcoming. Loved the location, just off I77. There was one minor issue, and in typical Hilton style, it was immediately resolved to our satisfaction. My only suggestion (for us Northerners) would be to start breakfast earlier!

The room was nice, big and comfortable. The bathtub was a little outdated. Hotel staff was absolutely amazing from the time we checked in until the next morning when we left. I went down for breakfast and the lady named Gina was the most amazing sweet person ever! We will definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Room darkening blinds amazing. Noise canceling was good except when kids were running in halls unsupervised (this is a fault of parents not staff).

Outstanding! Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, especially Anna at check in. She is one in a million. Everything about the hotel was excellent. And very important, their mattreses have fully encased mattress protecctors you wont be leaving this hotel with anything but a good night sleep.Breakfast was your average free breakfast. Unfortunately if you want eggs and bacon you pay for it. One opportunity, if you are a light sleeper the back of the hotel faces I77 and you can hear the traffic. That would not stop me from staying there but I would ask for the otherside or bring my portable sound machine. Highly Recommend

The property is attractive and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed in our room. There were many areas outside the room to meet or sit comfortably inside and outside. The lobby was warm and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place and great value
My experience was excellent. The hotel was very clean and folks were friendly. I arrived late, but there was a small grille with tasteful bites and a bar. Easy access to all surrounding areas. This place is a little gem. I slept like a rock.

Hotel accommodated early checkin. Much appreciated! The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfasts Unfortunately had an issue with Tv not working on 2nd day which was never resolved. Night staff offered lame excuses and never apologized for inconvenience. After a few hours and written complaint they offered to change our room. Too little too late. We noisy neighbors which was unfortunate but did not complain to mgmt. Overall little disappointing this trip.

I was rather impressed with this hotel. The thing that stood out most was how QUIET the room was. Whoever designed the building was particular about soundproofing the rooms. Even though I knew there were other guests next door, I never once heard them. I also didn't hear the people above me. The room was very clean and quite big and comfortable. All-in-all, this was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

The property is very welcoming and so is the staff. After a twelve hour drive, I walked in and was immediately greeted by the young woman at the front desk, she was friendly, pleasant and efficient. Lobby is beautiful. Room was spacious and very clean.
Surrounding area had plenty of food options and was very safe. Exceeded my expectations. Got a great nights sleep. Wish we stayed longer, will definitely be back.

Nice looking hotel. Beautiful lobby and great breakfast. The room was clean but it smelled so strongly of air freshener it was nauseating. The shower floor was peeling away and looked gross.

Amazing stay with even better service
The stay was amazing. The indoor pool and bar was open for a good portion of the day. The service was well above anything i usually get for the money. The hotel itself was very clean and orgainzed and the staff made sure it stayed that way.. followed all usual covid protocals and still gave us a great 2 day stay. My family enjoyed it very much and i will be coming back to that hotel for sure..

This stay was horrible! The room was not properly cleaned, they gave us an adjoining room and the guy next store was extremely loud, plus there was a gap under the adjoining door and we could hear him cough a few times...during covid!! Not safe! I did not fall asleep until 3am.

The hotel was beautiful. I have stayed at other hilton garden inns before but this was definitely a nicer one. There was an issue with our room. However, once I mentioned it to the front desk, the manager took care of it as soon as was reasonably possible. Their consumer service was on point.

Was a very great hotel. And the breakfast was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable but just a little too soft for me. But the rooms were extremely large and spacious.

Customer service was spectacular as soon as me and my husband walked through the door up to the front desk. What was a plus for us when the lady at the front desk ask us for our cell phone number in case we leave anything behind, they would give us a call. Also another plus our room with king size bed was huge and the remote control was contained in plastic wrap to insure sanitation. Although our stay was great and the room was huge and very clean, the shower head ( a beautiful shower head) had low water pressure. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Disappointing
I understand and respect that this coronavirus has made the hotels make changes for the safety of their guests. But no one told us or informed us of anything before or after we arrived. To full rate these rooms under these circumstances with no service of any kind to the room is appalling and very disappointing. I also paid for breakfast that was changed to a “grab& go”. Just expect more from Hilton.
